Hotel was ok. Customer service SUCKED. None of my requests were met. Called for extra towels, nope I had to steal them from the housekeeping cart. Hours are all over the place. It says breakfast until 11. They stopped serving breakfast at 9. Coffee was cold and so was "tea" it was labeled as hot water I had to cold brew my tea. Bottom line, don't stay here I wouldn't again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was clean. Our room was a great size for one night. All the rooms including the washroom were sparkling clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again and again. Excellent services!

This place was amazing. We stayed here a few years ago now but reminiscing through these old pics, I thought it’d be nice to share publicly. The rooms were very clean and accommodating. We had connecting rooms which was also a plus. Views were everything. That New York sky line is beautiful at night especially from the rooftop. Rooftop had chairs and tables and just relaxing vibes. Love the whole setting great place to go with a group of friends or for a romantic little getaway. Friendly and helpful staff. We had left an item behind and they made sure they mailed it to me right away. Great location not too far from the subway. Was able to leave the car behind in the parking lot. Parking isn’t easy but you have to try and get a spot early in the lot.

This hotel is in a great location. It's close to a number of bars and restaurants in the area as well as the subway. The room (one King bed) was a bit small, but that's expected in New York. More importantly it was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay here again.

Small room. In the middle of Brooklyn. Don't know what else you would expect tho, I mean it's a hotel in the middle of the city. In walking distance of plenty of things, so if you wanted to stay it'd be fine. We slept here when we went to the Barclays center, it was easy walking distance a good location to sleep for that.
I would stay somewhere else next time but I didn't make he plans.

This is my go to hotel when I need to stay in Brooklyn. The price is right with a good location. They have a small parking lot but half the time I'm lucky and find street parking. It is a safe & secure place. The rooms are nice with all the amenities you would expect.

Rooms are a little small, but great experience overall. stayed overnight for my wedding, spent most of the night on the roof top patio with stunning views on NYC.

Modern hotel, in just an ok neighborhood.
Comfortable rooms, good a/c
Breakfast area as overcrowded and food was not top quality.
Rooftop access was fun.
Parking severely limited and expensive.
Long walk from nearest subway stop.
Take a cab or uber/lyft.
No restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Not many options in Brooklyn. This has less typical Fairfield Inn perks. Small rooms, intermittent Wi-Fi, room has very fowl order. I thought it was the hallway at 1st, but it's room 213. No laundry to wash clothes, no fridge, no microwave and limited restaurants in the area. Better to stay in Manhattan and take the train. On the plus side, Staff was great and breakfast was standard and good. Plenty of Ubers around.

We had a lovely stay at this place which I did not know existed for the past several years. The location is great. The breakfast was good with their choices. Several cereals (both hot and cold). Of course there was traffic jam at the toaster and the waffle-maker. (Lol). There was fresh fruit and yogurt, several varieties of eggs, meats and breads, REAL BAGELS. It was nice to meet Mohammed, the food and beverage manager who was always visible during the breakfast hrs.
We especially liked the layout of the lobby and the dining lounge with the 24/7 accessible microwave and coffee /tea service which adjoins the 24/7 business center. We requested and received an in-room refrigerator. We missed parking on site ($35 a nite) but was extremely happy to park freely on the street. I would definitely stay there again.
The only negatives was my daughter and I both found hairs in our bath towels and the room was a bit small.

Very clean place, rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very accommodating even when you're having a problem. They won't stop until you're completely satisfied and leave with a smile on your face. Would recommend for a steady in Brooklyn.

7

Nice, clean hotel. Bed was very comfortable. The heater in our room was not working well, so the thermostat had to be set at 77 degrees in order to heat it well. Our room was close to the elevator and when the elevator runs at night it sounds like someone is dragging a dining room table across a wooden floor. Next time we stay, we will ask to be far away from the elevator. Breakfast is included, typical hotel breakfast with some sort of eggs, two kinds of meat, lots of carbohydrates as well. The exercise room is small, business center is adequate.

There was a very little parking area which we were automatically charged for (when they asked for license number) never mind the fact that we didn't have a car. The room was ok except for the bathroom which had an extremely small rectangular sink. It was very hard to aim while brushing and we ended up having to clean toothpaste and mouthwash up each time we brushed. On a good note the breakfast buffet each morning was good although there was limited seating and the area was crowded since the buffet line ran through the eating area. I did enjoy the rooftop smoke area (although I don't smoke) At night the view was nice.

Great location in an up and coming part of Brooklyn. Rooms are simple and clean and comfortable. Good value. People are super nice! The rooftop deck has a great view of Brooklyn and Manhattan's skyline in the distance. It is their defacto smoking area.

Nice, very busy hotel located close to the Barclay's Center. Staff was very helpful including setting me up with a ride to the airport upon departure and holding my luggage after check out. Stayed here before and would have no problem doing so again.

7

The room was clean and tidy, the receptionist who checked us in informed is of all the amenities. They do have a $35 fee for parking in their parking lot. The continental breakfast was decent, they offer a variety of choices (bagels, waffles, sausage, eggs, etc. The location is great, the hotel is within walking distance of a whole foods and local restaraunts and bars. Just a heads up, if you are planning on using the complimentary hair dryer and you have long hair, the model provided in our room was an older one that likes to suck up your hair.

Great place to stay. Best part is the roof top lounge that has a view of the city from Brooklyn to Manhatten and even the statue of liberty. Breakfast in the morning is complimentary and delicious. Showers kinda flood the bathroom and the towels are a little scratchy but over all not a bad place to stay. Parking is available but limited.

The facility was very clean. The rooms were clean bit kind of small (I guess this would be expected in Brooklyn). The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the toilet seemed like it was not flushing properly. We notified the desk on our way out right after we checked in and when we returned there was no change. We were afarid to "use" it. Fortunately it did not turn into to a problem.

5

Very nice staff. Room could be bigger. Lacking a fridge, they have an ice maker every 2 floors. The mattress could be much firmer. Bathroom is okay in terms of size. Basic amenities are available too. The complimentary breakfast could be much better. Very repetitive and the space gets very crowded. I also missed a self service loundry. They do offer loundry service though. Overall I would only stay here again on a short stay and if I had to deal with something in the neighborhood. Getting to Manhattan or to the airports takes a while so, if you are planning your visit beyond Brooklyn, be prepared. There aren't many attractions in this area but after 10 to 15 minutes walking you will find some great options.

Highly recommend. Clean, great rooms, rooftop is amazing, breakfast is great and the staff is fantastic! I walked into the hotel to check in after a very long emotional day and I have nothing but amazing things to say. The staff recognized I was emotional and gave me tissues and even came around to give me a hug. Very caring people. Will be back

Staff is friendly, accomodations are spacious, ammeneties are great, parking is limited and not included, but considering the area its necessary and worth the pricey $35 per day.. lastly, I planned additional 15mins of local traffic because google cannot predict construction and idiots that double park during street cleaning hours and block traffic -cheers!

The hotel was nice and clean but for over $100 they should have a better Breakfast. There was no juice and the scrambled eggs were very dry, my sister said she thinks that they were powdered eggs.

Comfort, Class, Cleanliness, and Culture. This place is an Amazing getaway for locals as well as Visitors from across the Country and around the World. The best Amenities are not just the Breakfast Bar or Wifi, but the Quietness of the rooms, nothing bleeding into your acoustic environment. As well as the Lounge surrounded by Artwork and a bright sky from the large Windows above that also serves a place if you look hard enough you can see some stars above in the night sky while sipping on your hot chocolate. Just go there and see for yourself.

Clean room, except the hair dryer was missing from it's storage bag in the room, so I left in a winter storm with wet hair, alright check-in service, but the annoying part was that there is no parking attached to the hotel. We went to a garage they suggested and it was full or find parking on the street. Thankfully a guy who said he works for the hotels had us follow him and found us a spot in the street, 3 blocks from the hotel, then was even decent enough to drive us to Barclays Center so we didn't miss our event. The four stars was because of the parking, the website listed parking, but remember to make a reservation in the garage located at 99 3rd Ave.

The service was nice, and the hotel looked very impressive, until i got inside my room. There were two large stains on the carpet. The wardrobe closet smelled like meldew. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety, but was cold. Even when they brought out more food it was still cold.

This worked out for us because it was in the location we wanted -- southern part of Park Slope. It was fine -- clean, pretty updated, and very popular as all the rooms were full. The room was not spacious but it was big enough, and we were not bothered by street noise. They had a nice and free breakfast downstairs: make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs & bacon, bagels/toast and coffee & tea with some fruit. I would stay again if visiting the area.

Up and coming neighborhood, movie studio next door. Subway stops are a 5 minute walk from the property. Small parking lot for your car. Breakfast is pretty good, no nearby restaurants, some restaurants within walking range in the up and coming neighborhood. Property is in really good condition, staff is friendly.

The hotel is immaculately clean. The entire staff from front desk, housekeeping and the young man in the breakfast area, were friendly, competent and open to conversation and questions about the area. Our room was surprisingly larger than we expected for a city hotel room. Loved the rooftop deck. It was a great place to drink a glass of wine, look at the Manhattan skyline and decompress in the evening before bed. Excellent location to the subway if you plan on heading into Manhattan, but also a fabulous location if you just plan on hanging in Brooklyn.I look forward to my next visit, I will definitely book here again.

Location is good, rooms are on the small side. If you are a business traveler there is such a small closet you can only hang about three suits. There is not even an outdoor grill to use so no chance of saving money. The Internet is so slow email works as long as you don't try sending photos. By far not the most comfortable Marriott hotel I have been at.

Very pleasant stay. Not a bargain but for NYC not terrible price. Rooftop terrace was very nice. Bright, sunny, clean room. Very comfortable stay. Helpful, friendly staff (thanks Julie!)

My husband and I just left from a quick 4th of July get away. The split level roof top was a great amenity. The front desk and chamber maids were professional and respectful. The continental breakfast could have been better, but there were a lot of options. The rooms were clean, the bed was so plush and the shower was great. However, the linens could have been a little better; there was a little bit of smudging possibly from the dryer. The tiolet paper situation was caused one to pause as they do not have coverings or appeared to be left overs. Their mini bar was reasonable. The parking was the worst, they charged $28 for their "1st come 1st served" parking lot. The location is definitely a plus as it is within walking distance from downtown Brooklyn.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms. The rooftop deck is a must see, the view is incredible. The best feature of this hotel is the staff. Everyone we came in contact with, from maintenance to the folks cleaning the rooms, were so nice. My wife and I joked that it felt like some kind of Disney hotel. Everyone was on their A-game, and we really appreciated it. Will definitely stay again.
