Older but well maintained and clean. Staff is top notch. Can't beat the location. Walk across the street to the beach, walking distance to shops and great food.

The staff was GREAT. Unfortunately this is a Marriott facility I would never stay at again. I am a gold member with the Marriott an was disappointed in the room. Starting with the floor base A/C unit that is loud at night when you try to sleep and the mattress that were not comfortable at all. Again the staff was GREAT that is why I gave a 3 Star rating. Do yourself a favor. Find another another Marriott facility.

It's pretty much a standard hotel, there's nothing special to highlight as far as service or amenities. It's a great location though, across the street from the beach and if you get a room facing the intercoastal, you get to watch the sunset. Otherwise, the king suite is okay, a little on the small side for suites though. The decor is pleasing. My one complaint is the bed. It's mush! I know some people like it that way but if you like things a little more firm, you will not be happy with that part. Even with that in mind, I really like it here for some reason. Maybe, because it's unpretentious. There's a very laid back atmosphere without sacrificing normal comforts. If you've stayed at other places nearby, you already know that it can be hard to find the right stay near the beach. There's some good restaurants nearby and plenty of choices for dining or delivery. It works well for our needs, I just wish the room was larger and the bed didn't swallow me whole.

Deceptive Practices for Rewards Members! I chose this location as one of two hotels to get room blocks for my daughter’s wedding at the Lake Worth Casino. The Fairfield offered the less expensive option with a convenient location. When I visited the hotel, the staff seemed friendly and hotel was quaint with a tropical/ocean feel in their decorating. From the onset, the who deal with sketchy. First, the original rate they gave me was more than what a AAA member could reserve, so that had to be adjusted. Second, people were booking under the wedding party name and not being logged with that reservation code so they were being charged more, including my own reservation. Third, when I worked with Tisha, the manager, I advised that I would need a few rooms but unsure as to how many. She told me she would just put aside 10 nights to make sure they had enough and I could ask about more if needed. I asked about the meeting planner points and she told me I would receive the points based on the pick-up. Now, let me explain. I am a Gold member. Why? Because I hosted a convention in the same county last summer and got the meeting planner points/nights. However, when it came time to get the points/nights, Tisha tells me I didn’t meet the pick up. We had 14 nights AT LEAST (and I think more but since their reservation agents failed to properly book everyone under the wedding party rates, it’s impossible to tell without surveying every guest that came to town). Points should have been awarded based off the nights that were booked. She ignored my emails until I took to Social Medial to get a response then she emailed asking who all stayed. At that point, I told her to keep her points. All I can say, it’s not worth it. It’s a cute location but if you are a loyal Marriott Rewards member, you are going to have to pry your points from their hands because they do not honor what they promised. She nearly ruined my impression of the entire Marriott brand due to this ridiculousness. My suggestion, book elsewhere and Uber over to the Lake Worth Casino. Meeting and event planning is not their forte. It doesn’t matter what the hotel offers or the rooms, or the amenities because the general manager made it a very unwelcoming experience for me and my guests.

Very nice and convenient location, close to the beach and easy access to 4th ave. Was disappointed with breakfast finding dirty tables and depleted breakfast options half way through breakfast. Regardless, stay was pleasant and very comfortable.

Loved our room. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. The balcony was a huge plus that we all enjoyed. Views were very nice. Staff was friendly. Mothers Day there was only 1 person working breakfast and she did wonderful. Close to the beach.

The staff was great and polite. The location was very convenient restaurants and beach within walking distance to the hotel restaurants close early (around 11pm).

Ok if you are on a budget good location had to change rooms ours smelled funny but def not a value for 210.00 a night in late March. I would go back since its Marriott i am a member and it's a great palm beach location def clean and free parking and breakfast is a plus! Nice staff too!

Great customer service, the staff is wonderful, servicing great breakfasts and its free!!!, maintenance is quickly responsive with wonderful attitudes,house keepers do a good job keeping the place pristine, the rooms are always spotless. And management is very friendly, diligent, and will sort out any issues that may arise.

Great location for its price. Three minute walk to the beach. The hotel has a pool that overlooks the Intercoastal. Clean and pretty large rooms; very friendly staff; plentiful parking. Some very good dining choices along the boardwalk as will as a teen minute drive over the bridge on the mainland.

Comfortable, family friendly hotel. The location was superb! Walking distance to the beach, which is beautiful. Downtown is also close. We had a room overlooking the intercoastal, which I highly recommend. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, great variety at breakfast and delicious coffee. Not a super luxurious place but they're not pretending to be one. A little musty but not unusually so given their location. Friendly staff. My 6 year old son LOVED the pool and made friends with everyone he met. We will definitely be back!

Decent hotel at a great location. The decorations and furnishings are nice and beautiful. I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back again.

7+ coasties staying there were for Trump's return visit to the area. He cancelled but hopefully the guys got to chill for a day or two more. Very polite & good show of force

Bike rental or motorcycle rental would be so ideal nearby.

The rooms were big and we loved the view! The staff were very friendly and our wedding guests also had an awesome time!

Well location is everything and this place has that ! ... Just cross the street and walk a block to the beach ...perfect ! ... Heck if you like walking it's about a mile to Downtown .... just walk across the bridge ..... lots of restaraunts to pic from ...

My favorite hotel. I travel up and down the coast daily moving people's homes and being on the road and in the truck all the time you can really use a good night sleep. Every time I come to this Fairfield inn I get the best sleep of my life. The beds and pillows are amazing the rooms are clean and staff is uber friendly. The neighborhood is good the beach is across the street and good food is just a cheap uber ride away. Don't pass this place up.

I really liked the property. The front desk associates were very friendly and helpful. However their housekeeping dept needed help. I previously worked in a Hotel in NYC and knew knew what to look for. We got there late in the evening. We had a room with two beds. One of the beds looked like it might have been remade, but the one I was going to sleep in was not. You can tell the sheets were already slept on. The were all wrinkled and loose and the pillow cases not so clean. I called the front desk, but they had a full house. I requested clean set of sheets, that I had to change the bed myself. There was only one person at the front desk and he had to stay there. I didn't request pillows cases , so I never got them. I had my own pillow that I used that evening and tossed the pillows on a chair. the next morning, I noticed the bed skirt was uneven and part of it was laying on the floor. I noticed two little black circles on the bed skirt. When I looked closer, I realized they were 2 little bugs crawling up the bed skirt which was laying on the floor. I asked for the mgr and told her. I requested that the bed skirt be fixed and that the carpet in the room be completely vacuumed thoroughly. The 2 bugs had jumped back into the carpet. I also asked for the pillows to get clean pillowcases. The housekeeper never changed them. She did not understand anything I said. I had also told the Housekeeping Mgr. I guess she never came in to double check everything. Those were the negative things. However, there were positives also. They had a nice pool, they served a decent breakfast. The property itself looked clean. i felt better after my room was cleaned again and the carpet was vacuumed. I feel the customer service could have been better. If that had happened in the hotel I worked in as customer service, I would have somehow compensated the guest for having to make her own bed, etc. If not for that, I would have given it 5 stars. Because of all the negatives, I would give it 21/2- 3 stars. I will be traveling there again this year and I am trying to decide if I should even consider giving it a second chance.

Some friends invites us to stay in the hotel and we have great time, nice service, Christine from the front desk just wonderful lady, breakfast was nice. The hotel is practically in front lakework beach, so you can just walk to the beach.

We spend a long weekend for a staycation at this gem. The location overlooks the Intracoastal and is directly across the street from the Lake Worth Beach just a couple minutes walk to the pier and a few restaurants. The hotel itself is kept up pretty well. Every room has a balcony on the second and third floor. The room was clean and there were adequate amounts of towels available. The beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi was sufficient with the option to upgrade the speed for a nominal fee if you needed faster downloads. I watched Netflix and only had it buffer once with the free WiFi. The outdoor area with the swimming pool and hot tub is surrounded with many comfortable seating options overlooking the Intracoastal. The View is wonderful, with the opportunity to see boats passing by throughout the day. The gym was small with two treadmills an elliptical machine and free weights. It was kept clean and organized. The free breakfast was almost impressive . It included selections like Greek yogurt, granola, hard-boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, breakfast meat, a waffle station as well as Breads, cereals, oatmeal and fruit. This is not the Ritz Carlton obviously, but nice accommodations at a reasonable price with a stellar location. Great budget-friendly option! I will definitely stay here again.

Yes it is right across the street from the beach but its about a 5 min walk. We didnt mind at all. There are plenty of places to eat around there. The hotel was ok. It was clean enough for us to stay but a few things could have been better. The pool and hot tub were nice to swim in but really needs to be updated or worked on. My kids found pieces of thick peeled paint in the pool and broken tile. They have towels for the pool which was nice and it stayed open long enough to enjoy a night swim. The rooms were small and the balcony was very disappointing. Very small. We could barely stand out there. It nice enough but we wont be back.

Transferred to Florida from Pennsylvania for work and stayed here for 2 weeks while we found a place to live. Great location right on the intercoastal water and walking distance to the beach on the ocean. Close to many very good restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was a decent size with a small balcony. They also allowed me to use their internet for weeks after I checked out until I got internet installed in our condo as I flew back and forth to PA and needed to make flight arrangements. Also complimentary breakfast. Very nice place at a reasonable rate.

Great little hotel across the street from the beach and on the river. They had a great breakfast and the room was clean. A nice little square by the beach was in walking distance.

Management cannot accommodate a simple request for emailing a receipt upon checkout. Their printer was not working, so they were unable to print a hard copy, I asked for them to email and said they would. I've followed up with 2 phone calls asking for it and they have still yet to so.

I was treated so good upon check-in and then anything I ever needed was given! The people there are great! I have never felt so welcome at a hotel before.

The room and the amenities seem exactly what they should be. However, the staff here is completely unacceptable. Had to visit the front desk and call in order to receive front desk service to check in as well as get a parking pass for a later arrival with our party. Went to the pool and the night manager who called himself "Jim" asked us what time it was. He then said the pool was closed and walked off. Weren't sure of what had really happened and then all of the sudden he is on the phone with the police!! It was 12 minutes after 11 and weren't asked to leave but only what time it was. I got 2 rooms at this hotel and am here for 4 days. Cannot believe the customer service to check in as well as the unprofessional attitude at the pool. Will stay on Singer island rather than save a few bucks at this place. The room is par with decent beds. Good location to the beach. Quiet area for July. Mulligans is pretty good to eat at, which is nearby. If you need a place to stay on the beach, it will work out with some subpar service.

While the hotel is a little out of date, both the rooms and the grounds were immaculately attended to. We will definitely stay here again, if ever in the area.

This is definitely a tourist hotel, while it has a good location on the peninsula I did not notice an easy route to the beach. The rooms were clean but did have a bit of a musty smell. I could not tell what the source was and it was not bad enough to switch rooms but still a bit annoying. The rooms were OK but could use an updating and was in a bit of disrepair.

Excellent place to stay beautiful look of the intercoastal waterway and out your front door you got the ocean right across the street. Breakfast in the morning awesome the maids very friendly. The great place they put up with my crap.
