This hotel is super clean and mike is great! Very helpful and understanding

This hotel is in the perfect location. Easy access to shops, museums, services and the freeway. The service was excellent and room service always fast and reliable. The front desk makes checking in and out a breeze and friendly, helpful staff answered all my questions. The pool and gym offer all you need and there is a park right behind the hotel to keep kids busy. I was able to rent a car at the hotel and ride-share could easily pick up and drop off at the location.

I love it here they are sooo attentive especially Mike at the front desk!

Very clean room. Very large. Facilities were well maintained and the staff friendly. Excellent location, incredibly affordable. Bummers: had to pay additional for parking and the air conditioning in the room didn't seem to go below a certain temperature.

The front desk personal were awesome. They made my kids day with their kindness. I will definitely stay again.

The staff made this a 5 star experience. Large and expansive views, however the hotel is showing it's age in some places (like the bathroom). Breakfast isn't included in your stay, and parking was a bit on the priceyer side.

Right near the Freeway, easy to get in and out and close to down town. If you are a light sleeper you may hear the Freeway all night. Rooms are clean but not as up to date as other hotels but nice enough. The staff are amazing and helpful.

Very friendly staff especially Rita the hotel bartender. She made us feel welcomed. Very talkative and attentive. Food is good they have a good beer selection. My room was pretty plain but they are a good size and the channel selection is great.

I was skeptical because of the reviews I saw online, but I was blown away from what I expected to what I received. Clean and comfortable my entire stay. Staff was on top of it from the front desk, to passing by staff, and especially the wonder bartender/waitress/new friend Rita. Rita was such a delight to have and talk to she remembered my name coming back the second night for dinner and always had the whole bar talking and having a good time! People like her is what makes this location stand out and come back. This was a business trip, but I’ve alreasy told my husband that we need to stay here when we come back to Houston. My only complaints was the water in my bathroom sink smelled a bit off which made it weird washing my hands and that the traffic could be noisy, but it’s what comes with the location. Please don’t let the reviews scare you, this is such a great hotel and even if you don’t drink I still recommend coming and eating to enjoy Rita’s company and as well as the chefs great food. Ribeye and Four Point burger is a really good option!

Great hotel to stay at for the price. It's a but of a older hotel but it has been renovated nicely. Location is not th greatest but definitely a cheaper nice hotel for the area.

Nice, professional staff. Very courteous and helpful. Room was clean and pleasant, as were all facilities. Air conditioner was very loud and had trouble cooling the room effectively. Traveling companion reported her room a/c was fine; so our problem was probably unique to the room. Otherwise no complaints. Levy Park next door great for kids.

The rooms were nice and it wasn’t too loud being next to the freeway. The WiFi did not work in my room. However, the staff were really helpful filling up my tire when it was low on air. The AC does have an economy option if the noise bothers you that is significantly quieter. Overall a good hotel.

Beautiful hotel. The location is great but getting in and out of here at certain times of the day was painful! Traffic is congested in this area. The pool was closed but the workout facilities were fine. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The employees were awesomely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The food was mediocre, we ate there once but there are so many other places to eat. The location is great! We were able to avoid the interstate in able to get around. I will stay here again when we get back here to Houston.

Nice and very clean. Large room with a king. Friendly staff, stylish decor. Pretty comfy bed. Lots of noise from the highway on the 9th floor. Next time I come up for an appointment, I'll see if there is a room available on the other side of hotel.

This was a pretty bad set up. Supposedly recently renovated but you definitely couldn't tell. The only reason for the 2 star instead of 1 is that the staff was friendly. This is totally about the condition of the hotel. I'm not going to rant on, I'll let the pictures do the talking. What I'll say is that I expected better from the hotel and the brand. I stay at SPG properties on the regular, probably 35-40 nights a year on the low end, so I'm familiar with what to expect. This was a total disappoinment....

Nice room, big tv, bigger bed. Decent bar and kitchen. Friendly, helpful staff. Shuttle service within 3 miles. Would stay again..

Could have gone to Drury inn for same price.... Very old building...cheap remodel, lots of plastic. No fridge or microwave..absolutly every is extra here. Except coffee... Noisy mechanical ventilation though out building. Front desk attempted to helpful but artificial like a robot. Stumbled in to dark room..has individual switch on everything. Tub slick..warning! Room decent, No vent in bathroom. However, location and AC works..noon check out is a plus.

The location was easy to find and right off the freeway. Very easy to get to everything we needed. The room was clean and moderately equipped. Great water pressure! The bathroom door didn't close, the bathroom didn't have a fan, one of the lamps didn't work. Excellent service at the desk, and the lobby was really lovely

Even though you can see this Four Points from I-69(formally known as I-59) it's kind of quaint, but really makes up for it in the awesome staff, their cleanliness, and not to brag... their fantastic smelling restrooms. Now if that's just a little of how good they are, this is a must stay.

Location was good, room was in a little disrepair (you have to walk all over the room to turn the lights on, big cracks along the floor in the bathroom where floor meets the wall - visible gap. Plug-ins on the desk were so loose fitting, my phone wouldn't charge.). It seems like an older hotel that got a facelift in key places (lobby, restaurant, rooms for the most part), but not everywhere. Room service was quick, food was good. Overall, pretty good stay.

It's a nice centrally located hotel, the property is safe and there are a lot of things to do nearby including a movie theater. The hotel is nice enough for it's kind, no real gripes about it and since i haven't stayed here I can't really say much else.

Reasonable size room with comfortable bed, desk and sitting area. Bathroom could be larger and would be useful if a fridge was available in the room. Overall however the room is comfortable with good WiFi access. Hotel bar/restaurant is reasonably priced and offers a good selection of food and drink including many draught beers from local breweries. Fitness facilities are not great with the gym only consisting of 4 different exercise machines and some free weights. Probably fine if you are just staying for one or two nights but any longer and the lack of variety would be detrimental. Staff are very friendly and helpful and as such I would generally recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Houston.

Rooms are decently clean. It's $10 a day to park. They don't have a safety inspection for elevator labeled in the elevator, which is weird!. Lobby looks new, everything else dated. Didn't get bed bugs. Good place to sleep overnight, and close to the nice Galleria mall.

Missing some basic things like a mini fridge and microwave for any extended stays. The fitness room appears to not have any air conditioning which made it untenable on a summer time stay. Otherwise the staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

This place was great, the staff are so nice. There's a bar, great food from the menu. Morning breakfast was very good, lots of selections from hot & cold. I felt safe and enjoyed our 4 days here at Four Points by Sheraton. There are restaurants nearby such as Carrabas 1 block away and a movie theater 3 blocks up from the hotel. Overall, if we ever visit Houston again, we'll definitely be back.

The staff is awesome. They have a bar. The rooms are adequately sized, beds are comfy, good water pressure. Lol all good things you look for in a hotel. Breakfast is *NOT* included & honestly for $15 you can find better elsewhere. But, the location is great. There is lots of shopping close by & great restaurants too.

The Restaurant's food was amazing, excellent service, clean room. Levy park (across the street) can get noisy but they close early.

Beds are good hotel is nice. They drop a bomb at check in that you need to pay for parking and I've spent the last hour with no tv. It says I didn't pay for this channel on all of them. Front desk said they would send someone right up an hour ago.

This hotel was expansive and hard to get to. In conjusted part of town and on to of paying out the ass for this room for four days, we also had to pay for parking. 10 dollars a day. They served wonderful breakfast, but guess what ten dollars a head + drinks witch were 2.75 a cup. No refills. The building looked good in the lobby and dinning area, however the elevators and hallways were in need of attention. The rooms were as well. They do offer room service, and yes we did order. It was cold and expansive. Would NOT stay here ever again.

Staff are super friendly and accommodating, right from check in through to taking me personally to the local stores and back! I would definitely come again.

The staff is helpful and caring; and the manager Monica is impeccable in her professionalism, accuracy, knowledge of what a guest needs (she made sure that we were comfortable and taken care of). She made our stay enriching and very enjoyable. The lobby and rooms are always clean and well stocked. I will surely visit again!!

I really enjoyed the hotel I have chosen today. The service was great, room is clean. Brian in front desk was super patient and polite. This hotel absolutaly deserve my 5 star.

So we stayed here due to the hotels proximity to MD Anderson Hospital. The place needs a little work. A fairly recent overhaul of the decor has brought the property 90% there but they do need to do just a little more. Parking at $10 a night is a little ridiculous. No fridge or microwave in the room was surprising and disappointing. Breakfast buffet cost $14 per person which is crazy expensive considering that it's food you get free at other less expensive properties. All of these negative things are completely pointless however, when you consider the staff. They are superb. First of all. Earl, OMG Earl! The bartender was welcoming, friendly, and was so wonderfully kind when he heard of my husband's cancer diagnosis and treatment. During our stay we received the worst possible news from his doctors. Earl made our stay so wonderful even in the light of the horrible news.

During our stay we needed an extra night added due to a required outpatient surgery. The front desk supervisor Deborah happily helped us add the additional night. While she was making the reservation she inquired casually about the reason for our stay and we told her about the treatment at MD Anderson. So she says "oh!, I'm so sorry to hear that, but I can offer you our MD Anderson rate" WHAT???!!! She saved us a ton of money and the rate included 2 breakfast buffets the morning we checked out!

These amazing folks make this hotel a 10 star property and we won't be staying anywhere else in Houston.

I didn't go crazy checking out the hotel, but it was very nice. Friendly staff, decently large room with a single King bed. The Direct TV leaves something to be desired, because I couldn't get a clear station on any channel. WiFi is strong throughout the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. The staff was cordial, my room clean and bathroom spacious (and clean.) The structure is very modern looking, the wifi was fast and I would go back :)

Small annoyances make for an average stay. Older property, small bathrooms, highway noise. Plus side there is a nice park behind the hotel and BB's cafe within walking distance.

I would definitely recommend. Manager is extremely nice, as well as all the staff I met. Room was a little smaller then expected, but it is a very nice, clean facility. I will be back whenever I come into town and will definitely recommend to anyone visiting. Thank you Four Points!

I recently visited a friend who was staying at the Four Points by Sheraton. I was pleased with my visit. The rooms were spacious and modern. The front desk attendant went out of his way to fulfill a request. Overall very pleased.

Run down location feel and poor services and perpheral setting. Staff are okay but parking is unnecessarily expensive while you can park your rental car on curb side for free.

The staff was very catering, the room(superior suite) was the perfect size for my comfort level, the location is around alot of shops and eateries so you can walk or get a courtesy ride in the hotel's car and the grounds are very nice indeed

I dislike that you have to pay for parking separate and that when you arrive they collect $50 from you for incidentals. I don't remember reading anything of these policies while booking so they should probably be more translucent about that. The location of the property is convenient but hopefully you aren't a light sleeper, because you can hear the loud interstate. Beautifuly decorated hotel and overall clean. I also would recommend signs on all room floors that direct patrons on which rooms are to the left and right from the elevator.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and pretty, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location was quite convenient for my needs. The price was reasonable as well!

I have stayed at this hotel several nights and have always had an enjoyable evening. Rooms have a great view of the city and are incredibly large with very comfortable beds and pillows.

I thought it was very strange that you had to pay extra to use a refrigerator and microwave. If i would have known before check in i probably wouldnt have booked the hotel. But everything was very clean and the associates were kind. I liked the water pressure in the shower and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed in room 704. The lighting in the bathroom was perfect for doing my makeup!

Reasonable bed. Room wasn't properly cleaned. Late check out was not honored until I made it cleae it has been offered and confirmed on check in. Room service breakfast was missing items ordered and paid for.

Very nice hotel excellent location everything was near by, pricing was decent. The staff was very attractive and the rooms super clean. My fiance and I stayed for 2 nights we had a nice stay will be returning on our next trip to Houston

Great bar on first floor, good beer selection and the best brew package is worth it. Comfy bed with thick comforter. Full length desk in room to spread out work stuff.

Loved it, got me an excellent room rate and I was very satisfied with hotel building accommodations and hospitality service, I gave them 4 stars, because parking lot issues and the daily fee they charge to park in lot property, when bigger hotel next door charge less and sometimes they don't even charge.
We order eggs omelets breakfast and it was very good, it's proportional to value, location and room service.
Hopefully we stay there again, providing I get an affordable rate.

The service is awesome here, they really do take care of you. We were trapped in the flood once, and the staff went above and beyond to help us all weekend! Also, the price is shockingly affordable for the location! Rooms are standard, nothing fancy, but nothing to complain about either.

I loved it. It was clean, nice, cheap for what the offer. The staff is great. You could be driven free around 3 miles from the hotel. It's really confortable. I really recommend this place
