This is the best hotel I have been staying in Bangkok in my every visit. The hotel is a big one and a very grand 1 and the rooms out here are so excellent and sprawling that one will understand the value of money furthermore this hotel has awesome restaurant the rooms the suites are completely equipped with all sorts of modern gadgets Kitchen Equipments as well as the bar and the refrigerator is talked with snacks and drinks. The staff are extremely helpful and most of the time you might be lucky to have your room upgraded. The location is awesome and you have everything near you at walking distances.

It's a great Accorhotels hotel. The location and price are perfect, talking about the decency and the amenities providing. Though the furniture is quite old gives a feeling of an old luxury home.

We’ve got upgraded room. It was spacious and quite nice. Location was good. But i did not like pool. It was so small and i had to go through parking lot. Decorations from lift to pool was horrible.

After smooth checkin process moved to a spacious room with all the facilities...

SUITE contains one lounge and one spacious room with spacious bathroom and cupboards...

View from the room is also good...

Everything includes light and airconditioned operated by single panel on side of your bed...

Pillow and bed is also very comfortable...

Best feature is the location... 100% perfect for nightlife lovers..

Little bit discomfortable for families when go out in the night due to red light areas... otherwise perfect for everything...

Halal food options are on every step ... so this is a good for Muslims... arabic street is also just opposite ...

There is nothing negative that i should suggest to improve ....

The room is quite stuffy and dark. Could use a little renovating. The access to the hotel itself is quite difficult. Lots of prostitutes roaming around the establishment.

The hotel is halal friendly so you can eat all meat except that pork is also served side by side. Friendly and helpful staff, nice and big room with complete kitchenette. Location wise is great, lots of halal restaurants around. Near Nana Bts and the hotel has tuk tuk service to the station which is great.

Location is very nice(behind Nana plaza)...rooms and services are also too good.. breakfast buffet just makes your day wonderful for the starting

Room is standard even suite room and for you who looking for peace place it’s not the place because so many tourist and child. Breakfast time always crowded.

Nice hotel with good staff. I stayed 2 nights in a suite on the 21st floor. The room was ok but furnitures were a bit old! Well located!

Check in was good but had to ask for all facilities of Accor member.

The funny part we are in 2018 heading towards 2019 the tv is so small!!!

The place is convenient it has 7-11 just next door and the massage Parlors being one of the low class but bloody good.

Hotel restaurant for breakfast to be improved tremendously! Not much options Sadly I did not take photo however if u are dining in then you will realize.

The rooms to be at least maintained like you see the doors are like faded!

If u ask will I stay here again maybe yes but if have other option of Novotel or something sure to see. As the benefits of Accor member is surely available that I believe is not available here to maximum.

Anyway In other aspects of not related to Accor membership it’s good place.

Nice hotel to stay as its in tge midst of the city and good for shopping as sky train station also is very near for people to go to siam centre or MBK mall.But do not try the cocktails as its total waste of money pathetic drinks

we love staying here. we have stayed 5 times. the staff are helful and the rooms are comfortable. it is close to eating places, shopping and public transport. the breakfasts offer a wide variety of food. it is clean and we maintained.

Hotel at great location. Rooms are great as well is the nearby street area. Great restaurant nearby, can even get indian food, if one wants to.

Lovely place to stay within the crowded and popular area. Staff is friendly, services are superb, type and quality of room services are great, buffet breakfast is also great.

Great accommodation in the center of the city. Very nice ambiance. Awesome poolside. The food was good. Staff who were around were really friendly and kind. Very appreciative as well. The room was adequate and very nice. Felt extremely happy staying here.

First trip to Bangkok and hotel stay, so no real reference to compare with, but great service, and best sleep I've ever had. Get a room on a high floor and enjoy a spectacular view of grand Sukhumvit and surrounding areas. Look out for buffet deals, ranging between 700-900 baat. Room stay in delux, 700 baat per night.

Professional staff. Its located in the centre of the city. Walkable to the nearest metro station. I found rooms are clean and Rate is also reasonable. Swimming pool can be improved. Too much of chlorine in the water. Over all it is great experience.

Hotel is ok..staff very helpful but my room was very old indeed.. wallpaper falling off, dust everywhere, furniture old and looked like it had been bashed about.. not very good tbh. I called up and I was shown a few alternate rooms and move for one of them. To be honest i am a bit disappointed as Accor hotels are normally very well maintained...

Great customer service. Very welcoming. Room has a 70s touch. Clean and well maintained. Daily water, coffee and tea refreshes. Bed was very comfortable with a great couple of nights sleep at the hotel. Cocktails at the bar needs improvement. Location isn't the most easiest to find if travelling there by train. Didn't try the food at the hotel. But a number of great options around within a 5 minute walk. Overall a wonderful experience. Happy to come back and stay again.

Another great experience at this hotel, despite a short stay of 2 nights.

Check in was easy, and I appreciated the upgrade due to being an Accor Plus Platinum Member.

However, the upgraded room wasn't ideal for me, and a big thanks to Wao Wao on the front desk who arranged a new room very quickly.

Room and bed very comfortable and staff lovely to deal with.

However, the restaurant is very busy in the mornings with all the Chinese tour groups who are like a swarm of locusts descending on the buffet - beware!

Hotel is a great location only 5 minutes walk from the Sky Train.

I would definitely stay again, as long as I'm in a renovated room as I was this time. A good, solid hotel offering, staffed by efficient and helpful staff with comfortable rooms. I like it.

This has been our preferred stay in Bangkok for very many years. The staff are incredible. Location fantastic and rooms extrememely comfortable. Short stay or longer, you won't go wrong with this hotel.

Very accessible location from the skytrain BTS. The interior is considerable luxury and clean. Service was great and the lunch buffet were filled with variety of national food with tasty and delicious combination. Moreover, this place is a good choice for seminars and meeting.

Nice ambience and location but the services are not equivalent to 5 star. No welcome drink was served and the room was dirty, missing the mini bar and room slippers and the washroom was clogged.

This is the place to stay at, and relax in downtown Bangkok, if you can afford it of course. The location is perfect, few steps away from the metro station. The roof top pool and "oasis" is out of this world! Perfect place to relax and sip on a drink... you would not believe you are in the city! Service is great, and the room and facilities in the hotel was top notch. Would go back again!

Great location just 2 min walk from nana bts ... Courteous and very cooperative staff at reception especially miss Sandra..... The staff are always smiling and very helpful even when we saw large groups checking in.... Rooms are modern with good facilities.... Swimming pool size is adequate with max depth of 1.5 m....also has inbuilt jets at certain places.... Has in house massage and spa chargeable and we could not use due to tight schedule.... Overall very nice stay and would definitely recommend staying for anyone

We had five nights here. Its just a 5 minute walk to the BTS station, but if it rains the roads can be flooded. The hotel and rooms are OK but in need of some refurbishment. There can be a lot of tourist groups in the foyer. In terms of the bar and restaurant you may prefer to go down the road to the Sofitel.

Enjoyed my extended stay at this Hotel.. It's convenient location is its important USP..Rooms are spacious and well appointed.. Breakfast is great, serves a range of tastes.. The in house cafe serves beautiful snacks and pastries, that will delight you more after 5:30 PM because then they cost you 50% less..

Was ok. They upgraded our room bc it was our honeymoon. The facilities can use an upgrade.

The staff are very polite and welcoming. My husband, father-in-law, and I had a 2hr massage at the spa here and it was perfect. 1,000 baht is more than I've ever dreamed of paying for a massage but it was worth it. The pool is also spectacular. And the bed! Oh man I wish I could take it home.
This place is expensive but I think worth the price.

Centrally located and a short walk away from the BTS. The rooms are spacious and in OK condition, and our room had a kitchenette. A 7/11 are conveniently located a 3 min walk away.

Nice hotel in an excellent quiet location smack in between sukhumvit soi 4 and soi 8. Good rooms and services provided. Staff are extremely friendly.

This is an old Sofitel hotel with big rooms and great location. Restaurants with good food and nice staff.

This is a pretty good hotel and decently priced for what it is. Very central location and just steps from Nana Plaza. The rooms are pretty big and remind me of an apartment with the kitchenette and separate TV area.

This hotel was really good. I couldn't find any flaws in this hotel other than the pool being small. This hotel is close to a small grocery store so you can go and buy whatever you want. The service done by the staff in the hotel are really good. The food is also really good there. I only had breakfast there since it was complimentary. I did not give 5 stars for this hotel because the pool was small. When I saw a photo, the pool seemed to look big but actually it was small, so don't get deceived by the photo. Other than the pool the hotel was really good. It is also close the metro railway so you can access other parts of the place easily. I will easily recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to Bangkok.

Room not so clear but kind staff and good position (very close to the bts station)

The best hotel in Sukhumvit Nana Area. Simply the best hospitality. I was there and Miss Tawid was extremely helpful in reservation. If you're coming here, do contact Miss Tawid and she will reserve the best room for you.

- but rooms are run down, will defenitely need a refurbishment
- breakfast is average, not a real good choice and quality
- stayed there a several times ... but will not any more
- much better hotels around for the same price

I have happy to receive the upgrade of room. Thanks for upgrade. I think the hotel improve it housekeeping as my room was not clean at 3 pm when i return to my room. In additon the toiletries provided can't compare with other accor 5 stars hotel. Accor might want to think to downgrade the stars given. Some example there is no shoes clothes, comb , shaver kit..i think some of the things are upon request. Shoes clothes definately not there as i requested it.

Beautiful hotel with incredible rooms and impeccable service in the best part of the city. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and nightlife within walking distance was the cherry on top. Views from the top floors feel like you are in the heart of NYC.

Also highly recommend adding the breakfast option when you reserve your stay. They serve all you can eat breakfast in all three of their restaurants (including poolside) and it is a great way to start your day.

Very good hotel. But the only problem was the pool. The pool looks big in the website, but it is actually small, so don't get cheated. Very friendly staff and the rooms are good but not the best. Hotel is close to some good malls and is also close to the railway station, so you can go from one place to another easily and since it is sky trains, it is more convenient. There is also a small grocery store close to the hotel, so u can get necessary stuff. In my opinion the hotel was good, looked clean, hygienic and breakfast was good but it was not the best hotel i have gone to when comparing it with other hotels i have gone in other countries. If u go to Bangkok, i can recommend u this hotel.
