Traveling with two toddlers was interesting and when my best friend and I decided to leave in the early morning hours we were doing everything to get out without disturbing everyone. Breakfast was just being set out and Tina went above and beyond to make sure my kiddos had breakfast to go. Treated us all with so much kindness and the kids loved getting the special treatment! The whole stay was great, the staff was exceptional! Will definitely stay again.

Katie and Tina are doing such a great job we do household moving for a living we were in the Asheville area and was able to eat breakfast and head to the job early they had everything good to go by 6 a.m. we were able to get to her job and was able to sneak a banana on our way out the door don't tell the manager we love this place every time we come back to ashevil we will be staying here

This is a older hotel and the rooms are a bit cramped with two beds. However, it was a great location with access to the Biltmore just minutes away. The complimentary breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Be aware that a new Hampton Inn is being constructed nearby, so it appears as if there are two Hampton’s when you exit.

Are loving our stay here. Wish we could stay longer. Will be back again. Only real complaint is that they should put more towels in room.

Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The coffee in the lobby was above average. Had a pleasant stay while passing through town. Would recommend.

Really great overall experience. Rooms and beds were well kept and stocked with shampoo, soap, etc. Breakfast left a little to be desired in terms of selection but it was as good as you can expect for an affordable hotel.

It was excellent service and I had a great time with me and my family at the pool and hot tub. I would completely recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are pretty clean overall. The electrical outlets were so heavily used that anything you plugged in almost immediately fell out. If you're working on your phone whole it's charging, if you're trying to dry or style your hair, or really do anything involving the outlets, good luck finding one that holds your stuff in place. It was just very inconvenient. The staff was accommodating to any requests and provided prompt service.

Love the GM Scott Kerchner one of the best GM I met. Location is great , convenient, beautiful brand new modern building.. will come again:)

Our stay met our expectations. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and bed was comfortable. Fresh apples wrapped in plastic, coffee, and fresh cookies left out for guests add a nice touch. The hotel has a modern exterior and interior which include a fitness center, pool, fireplace, and outdoor firepit on patio.

Great hotel in Ashville and reasonably priced!
Convenient location at Exit 33 on I 26 just before I 40 west. Very comfy bedding.
Be sure and request a room facing pool rather than the interstate.
Super nice customer service as well.

Nice enough. Clean, pleasant. Free breakfast slightly better than average. Indoor pool nicely warm, if a bit small.

Rooms are nice and complimentary breakfast is a good perk. Got a good deal on the room as well. Only downside is that there's one elevator for the whole building so during rush hour it can take forever to get to you. We all ended up just using the stairs, it was easy for us, being on the 3rd floor, but if you were on the 5th it could have been a pain.

The Hampton Inn is clean,nicely decorated, lovely pool area and nice staff.
Only complaint is the bed is very uncomfortable!! Very hard mattress and the hot breakfast was cold.

This is an excellent example of what a Hampton should be. The rooms are clean and modern. The wifi was reliable. The indoor pool and hot tub are clean, in excellent condition, and there is a very nice outdoor patio with a gas fireplace and a very pleasant sitting area. Breakfast is per Hampton standards.

Nice hotel. Convenient right off I26. Plenty of food nearby. Clean. Comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. The only thing I die like is the TV and the channel selection. But hey, that's what Netflix is for. It's well worth the rate. I recommend this one.

Location was convenient to shopping, interstates, and the Biltmore Estate. Very easy to navigate to and from the hotel. Pleasant room with standard amenities, breakfast was really tasty. I really enjoyed sitting around the indoor fireplace during breakfast and appreciated the outdoor fire pit. Halls were quiet, no noisy neighbors or loud noises through the walls/ceiling despite having a sold out building. Very comfy bed; fell asleep as soon as I hit the sheets and stayed asleep. Front desk staff was a little rude, but nothing too terrible. Overall very pleasant, would recommend to friends and would stay here again.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at when visiting the Biltmore. It's rather easy to access, good location for our intentions, and just an overall pleasant experience. We were lucky enough to see snow when we were hear, and it was certainly a beauty.

Very Disappointed. Booked this hotel with an upgraded room as a treat for my honey and me. We were given a first floor room facing the valley. The room was very nice, but the window is 3/4 covered with a bush so you can't see anything but the bush and sky. Way too much money to spend to have a view of a bush.

Excellent staff, wonderful breakfast, clean and quiet room, excellent housekeepers. It was a perfect stay. No problems at all. Courteous staff, very friendly, and a perfect location. I wouldn't stay anywhere else next time I visit Asheville.

The location right off I-26 is very convenient. The rooms were clean and relatively new. The staff is helpful and the breakfast buffet is decent but can get busy especially after 9.

The service was great, the room was clean and ready for guests and the staff was really friendly and on point with everything. Love the indoor swimming pool and the outdoor patio. Overall it was great, the only complaint I have is the view from my room. Did not care for looking at the back of an Ethan Allen's. Despite that though I really enjoyed my stay, and stay there again on my next trip.

TV had terrible signal. Crispy digital pixels on every channel. Continental breakfast was good. Had waffles. Left my charger behind. They held it for me until I was able to pick it up.

This was a nice clean place to stay. They have a great sitting area outside with a fireplace. The breakfast was good but crowded.

A sign( This door has no re entry after 10pm) on the outdoor firepit area would be helpful so many guests did not get locked out fenced in with no means of escape. If you don't have your cell phone you are stuck there until someone comes around and checks. Having said all that after 10 p.m. the door is locked the fire continues to burn for another 30 minutes with no one being able to access the area what a waste ....leave it open let everyone enjoy it for a longer period of time.

The room was great and the service from the front desk was positively quick. Only issue was the breakfast, served cold even if you get up early. I made a waffle fresh to avoid the cold food.

Decent option for staying in Asheville. Close to the Biltmore and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The rooms could probably use a little bit of a refurbishing and the exercise room was one of the smallest I've seen in the Hampton Inn. But overall a good option.

Nice hotel with indoor pool and hot tub. Outdoor fire pit was a nice touch. Pool was not heated as far as I could tell. A/C was loud. I am SO glad we didn't get stuck in a room by the pool, heard people talking in the lobby that they could smell the chlorine and that they had no privacy.

Beds were comfy. Clean room.

The staff was amazing and exceptionally helpful. We couldn't have asked for friendly staff and assistance. Our room was great and clean and the breakfast in the morning was really good! The location of the hotel is perfect for the area, all uber rides we took to the breweries were right around $10. We will 100% stay here again!!

Hotel is nice and clean, nothing fancy. Tv didn't work great and the cleaning crew half cleaned our room. People were very friendly and courteous.

Room were clean and adequate. The only problem was the rooms window was facing the pool do there was absolutely no privacy and I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. :(

Friendly staff, great accommodations! The only things I've found to be less than perfect are that you have to pay for "premium" wifi access if you want it, and the rooms are not sound proofed very well so things can get a bit noisy during busier hours. Outside of that it is a lovely place and I would definitely recommend it if you're in the area!

This hotel was PERFECT! Everyone was so friendly. The Rooms were sooooo clean. The breakfast was great. They had cookies at the front desk each night which the kids loved! BEST Hampton Inn ...great Manager.

Amy was a great pleasure front the moment we walked in.... I'm Hispanic and my husband is African American and to be honest we don't always get helped right away. I was great! It was just like any other Hampton. The place was clean, the staff was nice and professional, and it was an all around decent experience.

Large check in window. Very friendly staff greeting. Cookies upon check in. Room had great climate control. Very clean and fresh. Check out was a breeze. Only issue was setting availability during the complimentary breakfast.

This particular Hampton Inn facility is outdated and unpleasant. I booked this hotel accidentally meaning to book about 10 minutes away at a newly renovated Hampton Inn. The bed is borderline painful, the AC unit squeaks and rattles a bunch, and the WiFi is nearly unusable in my room. I feel like I've time traveled back 20 years in the room. As a diamond member, I've spent over 80 nights in Hilton hotels this year, and none have disappointed me like this.

If I wasn't basically getting the room for free booking with points, I'd have checked right back out and gone to the other facility.

That said, the staff have been great as always. This is a facility issue, not a people issue.

Nice hotel. Typical Hampton inn. Breakfast is good, staff is friendly. The pool area is nice, they have Adirondack chairs which gives it s little local flavor.

Stayed here two nights. Very convient location close to the Biltmore. No issues with the room or stay.

The breakfast is delightful. Everything seemed fresh and there were many options. The pool and workout center were both very clean and well-maintained. The a/c was a bit loud, the bed a tad firm, and elevator dreadfully slow. However, none of these factors were terribly inconvenient considering the reasonable pricing.

Very nice hotel quiet and clean I would go again close to Biltmore too. Price was ok it is a tourist area so expect to pay a little more. The rooms are clean and it's in a very nice part of town. Spend a little more to feel comfortable.

Stayed here on more than one occasion, loved it every time. The staff is friendly, front lobby has a nice fireplace to relax in front of with some coffee, free breakfast buffet in the morning (fresh food) & the rooms are spacious and very clean each day.

Convenient location if you are visiting Biltmore Estate. The access, parking lot and entrance are well lit and clean -- important if you are coming in late at night. Staff - bar none - was extremely helpful and courteous. Was offered the option of a "high floor" room. Chose 4th floor, was very quiet. Room was clean, adequate as described in hotel literature.

A big plus is that this hotel offers courtesy shuttle service to and from places within 5 miles. We availed of this to have a nice dinner.

First the good, as advertized, clean and friendly. The not so good, older hotel, very average breakfast, strange bedcover (that was never quite confortable) and releatively expensive. Room faced interstate next to ice machine but not too bad.

Right off the interstate, very reasonably priced, clean, and lots of amenities for the price. Their breakfasts offer lots of food choices.

My wife and I had the occasion to stay at the Hampton Inn (Asheville, NC) two weeks ago. We were happy with the entire portion of our stay. The hotel is clean, the front desk people were friendly and helpful. We really liked the room. Very clean and super cozy. We'll definitely be staying here again if we return to Asheville.

My sister and I and my two grandchildren were there for two nights just recently. What an exceptional staff this hotel has! We were on the fourth floor, and the young lady that took care of our room was beyond exceptional. Her name was Autumn, and she went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay pleasant. Everyone there seemed so happy with their job, and they were always so pleasant and helpful in many ways. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would be staying in the Asheville area. Thank you so much for such a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
