Currently it's under renovation so asthetically it is not the best. Inside, the room had everything you needed, the staff was friendly and the fresh cookies were great. I personally was not the biggest fan of the breakfast, but as far as continental breakfast go, it was solid. Would definitely stay again.

Lock didn't work most of the time... handle dangled loosely and we had to get new cards each day to get in. The bathroom light barely worked. It would take an hour to get bright, so we ended up just having to leave it on all night. The bed of the crib they gave us for our 2 year old was all crooked and so she didn't sleep well, and neither did we. The other room our party got reeked of cigarettes. Definitely charges twice what it would if there was another nearby option. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, the had free cookies each night, and the breakfast was decent, at least compared to other similar chain hotels I've been to. 2.5 stars. Woulda been 3 if they ratched up the maintenance. 4 if they banned smoking.

The outside was going thru renovations so it was a little disheveled looking, but the inside was nice. Our room was very clean. It had a king size bed, which was nice, but the pillows were extremely soft and felt like nothing at all. We came back to the hotel from a wedding we attended, to a TV with barely any channels because it was raining outside. The hot breakfast until 10 am was very nice! We would recommend for a weekend stay.

Pool on the bottom floor. The rooms are a little confusing to find at times. The beds were fairly comfortable. We got 2 queens. Continental breakfast was included, they open at 6 in the morning. Good wifi and service all around.

Our stay was pretty nice. The place was very clean and elegant looking on the inside. The staff was very polite and helpful. Their rooms were also spotless and I liked the layout. The only complaint that kept it from being 5 star is that the outside was being renovated so the outside looked messy and also parking was so difficult because they host weddings there? So we had to circle a few times and also park really far from the entrance.

Room clean and nice. The bed was good enough pillows. The bathtub had a small pronlem the water do no not exit fast enough . Breakfast was the greatest thing on our hotel it was a good and beautiful breakfast. People front desk were helpful as the ladies that clean our room.

Very friendly staff... hotel itself was very clean and well maintained.. my room.. not so much but have a feeling it's not the norm. Shower was not clean still had shampoo on the wall and no trash bags in the cans almost like they wernt finished cleaning but forgot to come back... it happens and overall the rest of the room was clean and well maintained. Hotel is a tad dated but once again it's well maintained so makes up for the dates decor. Will give it another shot if back in the area because its conveniently located and easy access to the highway. Good Chinese restaurant across the street and convenience store right next door.

Middle of the road hotel, very much had what I would think a "New England" feel hotel would be. Slightly outdated and just shy of being musty. Chinese resturant across the street was fantastic and the twisted tea cap on the fire sprinkler in my bathroom was a nice comic relief!

Great staff -- very helpful and friendly! Nice, spacious rooms. Breakfast was standard continental food with eagle maker and fresh fruit. Really enjoyed our stay.

Generally good place to stay. Some of the rooms are getting a little worn, cracked tile, outlets that don't hold a plug, creaky floors, but its clean and has free breakfast.

Quiet location. Easy to get to highway 89 and 93. Rooms are nice. Not super fancy but nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was decent.

Service was great, but needed to switch rooms at 2:30am due to a toilet that overflowed. We were staying at the hotel because our water well pump wasn't working and just wanted a place to shower and use the toilet. Otherwise, it was great!

Friendly staff but the hotel needs an upgrade, the carpet looks original to when it was built, it definitely does not have the bright clean look and feel of a normal Hampton Inn.

This place is very convenient it's right off the highway that people very courteous is for floors to the place has a pool very comfortable the people cater to you very well I recommend it plenty of parking plenty of handicap spots they cater to handicapped people is a great place to stay in a comfortable

Place was comfortable and clean. Soup and cookies at night were very good. Juice machine was broken. But enjoyed our 4 night stay.

It was a nice little hotel right off the highway. The employees were very pleasant! The bathroom looked a little gross, particularly in the shower, and unfortunately we we're late to our next event because the clocks we're over an hour slow. Other than that we had a happy experience!

Only reason second star is going up is for the sweet receptionist. Gold Hilton honors member here and I'm so disappointed in this location. Aside from the sumo wrestling going on above me, not the hotels fault, my room looks and smells like the geriatric ward in the 70s. Lingering smoke (?) But covered up in perfume or something (?). I really hate to leave a bad review but even the bed is beyond hard. I've stayed in more than 30 Hilton's and this is by far the worst. All others within 40 miles were booked so I'm stuck but I would ADVISE AGAINST ANYONE STAYING HERE. I travel for work and was really looking forward to a good night's sleep but I'm afraid I'll smell like smoke and elderly patients in the morning. Boo... come on Hilton.

An older Hampton inn that could really use a face-lift. The staff is friendly, rates are reasonable but if you are looking for the typical, Hampton finishes ,disappointment awaits. This was our stop on the way from Boston to wolfeboro, NH. Room 326, king, non-smoking. Walking in the room, the smell of cigarettes hits one immediately. Furniture is tired and stained. Bathroom is dimly lit with cracked and loose floor tiles. We slept well enough and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was packed or we would have asked to change rooms. Breakfast was decent, coffee had good flavor.

It was a great stay the one night I was there. Bathrooms are a little tight, but room and room service were excellent. I'd recommend to anyone.

Very clean, right off of Route 89, friendly staff and awesome variety of food for breakfast.

Let me start by saying the front desk staff and the room were great. But the experience over the night had some glaring issues. Firstly we both woke up itchy and to a house keeper at 8 am who proceeded to come back 45 minutes later even though we said we were in there. Fortunately upper staff intervened but it was top late. The walls are paper thin and noise travels from several away. Just okay

It's a nice place for a quick stop. Nothing within immediate walking distance except for a gas station. The rooms where clean, and the service was friendly. I would stay again if I were passing through.

We stayed for two nights in room 458 on the fourth floor and the second day we found a cockroach in the bathroom. We killed it and brought it to front desk in a cup to discretely tell and show the front desk person, but they didn't seem too concerned, they said it must have just wandered into the building and then threw it away. They offered us a new room but that's about it, they didn't tell anybody else about it or apologize to us. We didn't see anymore after that but we also were not back at the hotel except to sleep that last night. Other than that the staff was friendly, just not too concerned about possibly having cockroaches I guess.

Seemed like everything that could go wrong, did. Pool didn't look clean and was ice cold. Couldn't find luggage carts, Ice machines were broken. Breakfast area was tiny.

Room was spacious and neat. Next door is a Chinese restaurant and a gas station. WiFi was good and fast as well. But the hotel's breakfast was bad. It was as if that was their least priority.

Clean rooms, hot shower and a good breakfast. I've stayed weeks at this hotel for work and would recommend it over any others in the area.

The staff were very kind and supplied last minute necessities that I had forgotten at home for this last-minute trip including a mini sewing kit when one of my outfits popped. The beds and pillows were a bit too soft for my liking (but I'd be comfortble on a rock) but otherwise the room was neat and housekeeping kept us well stocked on towels and toiletries. The breakdast buffet had an adiquate number of choices.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and mostly clean but the whirlpool in the room was a little dirty in the spouts which made me end up not using it. Other than that, it was a great trip.

Location is very convenient, close to downtown Concord, but far enough out to be quiet, with easy access to the highway. Building is classy and clean, staff are polite and helpful.

Convenient place right off the interstate. Right next to a gas station. Has a good complimentary breakfast.

I love the Hampton brand and only stay at Hilton hotels. But this is an older hotel with small cramped rooms and the furniture is beat to heck. I could hear water running and conversations from all of my neighbors above and beside my room so walls must be pretty thin. Very loud outside noise from the highway too. I will not stay here the next time in the area.

I agree with the earlier review regarding small rooms and poor maintenance. We spent three nights at this property. The room was very small and room colors dark and depressing. Maintenance responsiveness was almost nil although I made the same request three times across two days. On Sunday, I told the person at the front desk that we'd be gone for several hours so maintenance would have plenty of time for the repair. When we checked out on Tuesday the repair had still not been completed.

The one bright spot for this place was the people at the front desk. Melissa and Breanna were excellent and responsive.

Staff is nice. Hotel needs an update. The wood furniture is broken in places, arm chairs are threadbare. It's clean, just a but worn out. Great location. I would stay here again.

Aging, but well maintained. Rooms were clean and quiet and the staff was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The daily home-made cookies were to die for. The pool was too small for anything other than to get wet and the exercise room was small and limited as well. Complementary breakfast was functional.

Close to the Interstate and quick and convenient to get to.

We arrived late in the evening and were checked in promptly. They did check us in to the wrong room under the wrong name some how bc you log into the WiFi with your room number and last name and it did not work. The front desk fixed the issue without having to move us. The food was good, we got down for breakfast little later so the food was a not very hot though. The pool was great! Very warm and clean. The room it's self was clean and well kept.

The rooms are a bit small and outdated. The pool is over-chlorinated and much smaller than any other hotel pool I've been in. Their service is definitely friendly but a warning that the pool was closing would have been nice as opposed to just having the lights turn off.

Outside of the weather which is outside their control, my stay was pleasant.

Bedding was comfortable, breakfast selection was reasonable, bathrooms and rooms clean and tidy. Only disappointment was that the A/C didn't stay on more than five minutes at a time, and my wife and I like that white noise while we sleep.

1. The mattress was horrible.
2. The breakfast the most horrible in the world.
3. They use too much chlorine in pools is good to prevent diseases to customers but don't use too much.

Hotel staffs are very cooperative, and helpful..specially a lady named "Irene".. she is very proactive in arranging the breakfast, and make sure foods/cofee are enough for the people!!

Extremely hard mattress. May as well have slept on the floor. Mattress in pull-out couch was the usual- lumpy and springy. Decent selection during breakfast.
