Convenient location, friendly staff, nice room - very clean!

they treated my dad wrong there was some one passed out outside and this girl that WORKED there pushed my dad back and said yes yes every things ok treated him like he was a little kid. last summer but everything else was ok

I used the hotel internet, I was hacked. Don't use it. The room, though comfy, smelled musty which aggravated my allergies. The breakfast was good. The welcome cookie was a nice touch.

Great hotel to stay in! This is our first night and we will be here 5 total days. The beds and pillows we're super comfy, NO BED BUGS, the give a free Sugar Cookie at the front desk. Their hot breakfast lasts til 10! I am amazed!!!!❤

Our electricity was out for four days due to bad storms in the area. We were so grateful to have a place to stay. Front desk staff was wonderful. Would stay here again but hopefully for a better reason.

Our room was very clean and nice however we did not get extra towels for a second night. The elevators were slow loud and one ended up breaking down while we were there. The workers were extremely nice and helpful one of the cards didn't work that we got to get into the room went down to exchange it and they apologized gave us another card so if you need anything just a very friendly. This is very busy weekend so when it came to in the morning around breakfast time the coffee was extremely hot and they kept up on the food which was very impressive for how full was the entire breakfast time.

I stayed here for a business meeting, and the location couldn't have been better. Several restaurants located very close and very close to to the offices I was visiting. The breakfast was OK, and the fitness room is really small. But the rooms were clean, the internet was pretty good (the free tier), and the housekeeping staff were great!

This hotel has been here awhile, but the rooms have been remodeled and look fairly new. It is nice and clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. Hotel has Hampton's digital key, never had to stop at the desk to check in.

The hotel was nice and the breakfast was good. However, when I arrived, the digital key did not work. Probably not worth mentioning since it isn't the hotel's technology. More annoying was the coffee in the room being all decaf and the long hair on the hand towel. Nothing major, but enough to put a damper on an otherwise nice stay.

Room is up to Hampton usual standard. Toilet was a little wonky, but not a huge deal. Breakfast was subpar to most hotel breakfast. Only two hot items, and one was the nastiest potato thing I've seen in a awhile. Coffee on tap is always a good thing.

Friendly customer service, and rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast choice is really good , and the service.

Just a training meeting for me, but it's a nice place. They got running water and all modern stuff like Algore's Internet.
The entrance was designed by some Georgia Tech drop out engineer...cuz, dang. There's no entrance from US-127, you gotta go in through the Walmartss shopping center. Dumb.

The hotel was well located and easy to access. The staff was polite and helpful whenever I needed something.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at only because of the amazing front desk staff that has always gone above and beyond during all my stays! They have ensured I felt welcomed and comfortable. Acknowledging me by first name without having to view my reservation speaks for itself. I dont feel like I am just a guest, I am always treated as a friend. The building is dated however it is well maintained and one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in.

Rooms were clean, coffee adequate, breakfast was good (waffle machine!) but lacked bacon or sausage. A fine hotel, but not standout.

Very convenient. Good housekeeping. The breakfast was free and plentiful but not as good as most restaurant meals.

Very clean. Great staff. My issue. Signed on for a King bed. Went online to check. Was a King but I did not check in. They gave my room away so we got small beds. Just do what you say. Walking distance to many good places to eat is another bonus here

I can't say I've ever stayed here, but I work in Frankfort and pass by their sign pretty often and it always has motivational quotes on it which is pretty cool. So 10/10 would recommend this place.

Stayed for weekend on business. Much appreciated the room on 3rd floor at end of hall close to stairs...very quiet. My bed was extremely comfortable. Wi-Fi had good coverage and speed. Staff friendly and responsive. The only negatives I have are the fitness room is too small (one elliptical and treadmill). The breakfast selection should be improved to include Greek yogurt, warm boiled eggs and other lean proteins.

Such a great and very helpful staff here. Close to many restaurant and entertainment options. Grocery and retail shopping also close by. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting the local distilleries.

The hotel was fine, and breakfast was good. Loses a star for location, as the only restaurants around are chain, and you have to drive into town for the local flavor.

Great place very clean my only complaint is that the shampoo in our room was empty but no big deal walked down and got new ones, great breakfast!!

4th floor room 15 nice corner room, can't comment on local amenities but it was a good stay.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel looked clean and neat. It appeared to be a newer hotel. I am not sure if it was but it looked nice. The breakfast was ok. The eggs at all Hampton Inns are awful. They have a rubber texture. Otherwise, it was tasty. I had a nice hot waffle. I would stay here again if in the area.

Typical Hampton inn. Beds were nice rooms were clean. Breakfast was meh though (powdered eggs and paper thin bacon). Overall average stay.

Typical Hampton Inn experience, much appreciated on a long car trip with baby and toddlers. We were so grateful for the Front Desk agent's help moving us to a different room. Friendly breakfast staff.

The hotel and room were both very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and offered freshly baked cookies when we arrived, which were delicious. The continental breakfast was also good.

Room was in very good condition service was promt and The friend I was with was very much pleased had a drink down the street and returned there

Service was great. The food in the morning was disappointing on the first day. The second day was great.

Overall the hotel is standard Hampton Inn and reasonably nice. I had a problem with the free breakfast. Usually I know what to expect with Hampton Inn breakfast. But at this place they put pepper (I hope?) in the boil in bag eggs so there were offputting black specks in them. There were sausage links but I spit them out when I put one in my mouth and it wasnt even warm. And then the water was blinking refill on the juice machine so I had to seek out one of the 2 employees from the back to let them know. If they managed to refill it I don't know cause nobody told me. I grabbed a hard boiled egg and left cause there isnt much else I can eat there.

I went here for an event, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean, and we'll kept. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks.

Stopped one night on our way home from a Florida Vacation. Nice hotel. Room was clean. Nice big TV and bed was super comfy. Excelkant staff and quick check in. Would have given 5 stars but shower was not draining. Also, breakfast was just plain awful.

Hayward training. Everything was great as far as the training but I feel the hotel could have done better by making sure the drinks where cold before hand

This is the place I stay whenever I am in Frankfort. Rooms are always clean, no smoking is allowed, so there is never a musty smokey odor. They have really upped their game for the breakfast buffet. Hot and cold choices. Things I would like to see them improve would be the hot water in the rooms and more fruit on the buffet.

Good location. Room was decent, but overall, the place left a bit to be desired. Fitness center had one treadmill. Internet service was horrid. Several ladybugs in my room. TV didn't have sleep timer. Not a horrible stay, but just meh. Hence, three stars.

The lobby is a tad small compared to the capital plaza but it also feels as if everything in it fits perfectly as if it was meant to go just there and rather clean for hard wood floor and rugs

This has been my nicest stay out of the last four Hilton properties I have stayed at! The hotel is clean and my check in was great. It's been around 9 years since I've stayed here and it has been nicely updated.

Everything it needed to be. Good breakfast. Good water pressure. Nice accommodations. Updated. Good value.

The hotel was clean which is a huge plus. The hallway on the 3rd floor was very warm and uncomfortable while waiting for a slow elevator. The layout for breakfast was the most awkward of any previously stayed at Hampton Inn. The location and cleanliness of the hotel outweigh the negatives so I would stay there again.

Beds were rock hard, pillows were too plush. I did not feel well rested. Felt sore actually.

Decor in the rooms could use some updating and windows need cleaning.

With the above stated... The service was great, and provided gym was a cut above most places I've stayed.

Room was cleanand decent...no towels at pool until guest got them....hairs on sofa bed...breakfast was gone by 845 and rechecked until 10 unless cold cereal for you. Was charged twice...left and went back because of charges. Overall decent stay but not as nice as expected.

Fast and friendly check in with a smile! Hotel nicely maintained. Comfortable room. Handy location to restaurants and shopping. Close to major roadways.
