After two 14-hour days on the road, we came in ragged and grumpy. The staff was so pleasant and welcoming it disarmed me immediately. The room was spacious and clean, the bed like a cloud, and the shower hot with great water pressure. Add a free hot breakfast with waffles, fruit, bagels, cereal, eggs, yogurt, etc and I don't know what more you could ask for at $120 per night when I booked in summer. I highly recommend this location!

I am so thankful to have found this location for the evening! The place was very clean, everyone was very polite and helpful. The pool was a nice bonus. Glad we had our suits! The rates were great, especially if you take into consideration the wonderful breakfast they provided. Much better than your average continental breakfast. That saved us at least 30+ tip before hitting the road. We plan on vacationing the same place next year and we will book our room here again!

We arrived at midnight and already had access to our room with a digital key. It was simple and convenient, especially at the late hour. Our room was clean and comfortable and fairly modern. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a good start to our travel day.

The rooms are up to date and comfortable. The bathroom mirrors provide up close perspective. Daily breakfast provides a variety of hot entrees and fresh baked goods and fruits. Digital smart phone keying is available. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and polite. Fridge in room was helpful. Breakfast options were great for the kids, and I was pleased to see some gluten free cereals offered (hotel breakfasts are tricky for those who are GF or have food allergies). One treadmill was broken in the workout room, the speed function would not work, so the treadmill only functioned at an extremely slow walk. Several people tried to use it during my workout, so its repair would go to good use. Other than the treadmill, no complaints.

We stop here almost every year on our trip to the East coast. The staff is friendly, it's clean, my kids feel right at home. The pool is perfect for little ones, and the family likes breakfast.

The room and breakfast were nice. Everything was well furnished. Location was good. The elevators we're oddly in the back of the building, but no big deal.

After a bad experience with another local hotel, my family and I were very pleased with our stay here. The service was amazing, from customer service to breakfast. Room was clean, beds were comfortable but the tub had a little crack. Overall the stay was far better than the other hotel.

Awesome hotel! All members of my family enjoyed the pool, room was clean and very comfortable and breakfast had the best offering we had for our entire family trip:). Will stay there again very soon.

We were looking for a place for the night on our drive from Maine to South Carolina. We booked this hotel on the fly, thinking it was closer to 81 and was a bit surprised when we had to drive through downtown and miles off the highway but it has been well worth it. It is a nice, clean hotel with an extremely helpful staff. Larry and Laura were working tonight when we arrived and have been nothing but friendly and helpful. From suggesting a great local place for pizza delivery to getting us milk for the kids. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area for vacation or just a night passing through!

I always love me a Hilton hotel!!! The only reason a have them 4 Stars is because they charged me for using there phone which I didn’t. They did correct it but make sure you check your bill before checking out!

Very clean, nice looking hotel. The bed and pillows were amazing!! I have never been to a hotel where the pillows didn't hurt my neck, the pillows here we're so comfortable!! Only an overnight stay, but was pleased.

Nice inn conveniently located beside a sonic, checkers, McDonald’s, and loads of food places. Breakfast was good, the lady in the kitchen accommodated amazingly to the tourist group and continuously brought out food. Only downside was the outdoor pool, wish it wa indoor and open :(

Quiet nice stay. Left pretty early so I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast. Bathroom and room were super clean. Loved the mirror, it was a 3-way and the sink was large. Husband was able to hook up gaming system so we watched Netflix. All in all the stay was great.

We came in Christmas Eve and left the day after Christmas. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean & quiet. There are 5 of us, so they provided a roll-away for free. Breakfast had a lot to choose from. We were impressed that they had smoked sausage one day! We would love to stay here again!

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. It was extremely easy to get around and the staff was very friendly. They were able to give us a late check-out and the breakfast is way above the standard Continental that most places have. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice gym with dumbbells and treadmills. Updated lobby and rooms, but the first floor room was a little noisy at night. I kept waking up to something that sounded like an ice machine. Maybe better look for a room away from the lobby.

This Hampton is AWESOME! My husband have stayed her twice now and each time, the rooms have been clean and the staff has been wonderful to work with.

The hotel has room ready as booked handicapped Roll in showers. It was located on 1st floor. The maid staff wad very helpful and kind. Room tv could have been bigger in smaller room. Clean.

We stayed at Hampton Inn for 21 days...our home away from home. The whole staff are wonderful, warm and friendly. The Inn is Clean and Inviting.

I'm a big fan of the Hilton brand so I have a bias. Like always the place is clean, welcoming and full of friendly staff. The room is spacious and has a fresh face on it. Breakfast, while not earth shattering, had plenty of options to get my day stafted. Definitely recommend.

Our second stay here. The first stay was so nice we said we'd come back if ever in the area again. We used the app to check in and select a room, which was easy and very convenient. We didn't need to speak to a single person to get in because we used the app as a room key. Worked very well. The room was extremely clean, the most important factor every stay. Would have given this stay a five star rating, except a car alarm went off right outside our room at 630 am and didn't stop for a long time. It's not the hotel's fault, but it did keep me from a perfect stay. Will be back if ever near again!

Very nice. I checked in with my sister and we got the last room in the place. There was a wedding or reunion or something. And we were so glad to get the room. The decor is adorable. You walk in and are greeted by a mural photograph of cows. How Maryland! Each room had a different Maryland picture on the placard with the room number. The beds were so comfortable. Clean. Soft towels. Huge free breakfast. And very friendly employees.

Good staff, always friendly. The rooms are clean, large and well appointed. It is close to several restaurants, some shopping and a liquor store if that is a need.
I stay here frequently for work and am never dissatisfied.

We love to stop here on our way to the beach. They have a great pool an easy access to the highway. Where they stand out is their people. They seem to take pride in their jobs. As Hampton Inn's go, this is one of the best.

This is surely one of the Hampton Inns that is well managed, clean and in a good overall state. I have seen quite a few and this not always the case. Having said this we wanted to stay another night but did not as the already very very high rate was to go even higher. The desk seemed as flexible as a falling stone. So we left with mixed feelings.

Hampton Inn was not my first choice in lodgings as I have a preferred hotel chain that I almost always book. That said, I wanted to be closer to the venue I was traveling for so I reluctantly booked the Hagerstown Hampton Inn. To my surprise the hotel was modern and clean and the staff was absolutely wonderful. My three day stay was comfortable and very affordable. I believe I have found a new preferred hotel chain and at a much more economical price. I highly recommend this hotel.

My sister and I have been staying in Hagerstown due to our mother being hospitalized, I am a Choice member so our first 3 hotels were choice hotels and we couldn't believe how unprofessional the staff was so this past weekend we thought we would try out Hampton Inn....Wow!!!! It was like night and day, the check in was flawless, professional WONDERFUL! It really seems that the staff really wants to be in the hospitality field, the room smelled fresh, not like a coverup but actually clean, the room itself was immaculate. The breakfast was fantastic, everything was restocked immediately and the breakfast staff was very polite. Thank you for restoring our faith in hotels!

I couldn’t let another day pass without giving a HUGE shout out of thanks to the Hampton Inn on the Dual Hwy in Hagerstown, Maryland. They say that if it rains on your wedding day that it is a sign of good luck. Well, that is if your wedding wasn’t supposed to be an outdoor wedding like mine. While it poured down rain on my wedding day, the Hampton Inn graciously allowed me to move my wedding indoors to their hotel. The kindness of the management and staff was overwhelming. When we didn’t have enough bowls for the salad, they provided them for us. We rearranged the eating area to accommodate my wedding guests and when it was time for us to clean up, they told us that they would care for it. While it was a cold, wet, rainy day in May, my wedding was very warm and inviting indoors because of graciousness of the Hampton Inn. Thank you so much for your kindness to me and my wedding guests. – Michael & Linda F.

We have been very happy with our stay. The hotel is right off I70, very clean, and the room is nice and big. The breakfast was pretty much what you expect (waffles, eggs, bagels, fruit, oatmeal) and there are plenty of places to sit.

Very, very nice hotel. Room was very clean, the beds/pillows were extremely comfortable. Room had all the amenities you would need - microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Nice shower with good water pressure. Continental breakfast was great. Location was extremely convenient, only a mile off the interstate. No complaints, very happy with our stay here!

The Good: It is located perfectly if you are in the area to visit the hospital--it is less than a mile away. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It has an okay sized gym, as long as there are less than a handful of users. The pool is located outside, so it was closed during my visit, but appears to be a decent size as well. The free breakfast is just okay, even by Hampton Inn standards. The potatoes had kind of an odd taste to them. The room itself was clean, and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was on the small size, so if traveling with others, you may want to ask if all the rooms have small bathrooms and grab a later one if applicable. The Bad: The room had a considerable amount of light bleeding in around the door, but the rest of the room was considerably darker allowing me to still fall asleep when laying facing away from the door. The Ugly: Nothing to prevent me from staying here again.

This was a very nice Hampton Inn. The room feel and design was above average for a Hampton Inn. Service was also very good considering the hotel was fully booked for the night. Good location with a few good restaurant selections nearby.

The rooms were too hot temperature wise and the hallways were too hot I kept sweating. That's my only complaint other then that. The hotel was great my man.

A very clean, upscale hotel with very friendly staff (one of them gave my group a free ride to a nearby wedding). Great bathroom, very comfortable beds, a lovely outdoor salt pool, decent hot breakfast in the morning, and good free coffee all day long. There are plenty of stores nearby including a sizeable liquor store.

Beautiful establishment. Very friendly employees. Large clean rooms. Outdoor swimming pool. It's just an all around nice getaway.

It was all standard Hampton. The check in process was a little slow, but a fine, clean hotel overall. The location is convenient. Just off the interstate and near amenities.

Excellent, friendly service. The front desk staff was cheerful. Even the maintenance staff who were trimming the trees were polite and asked if they could do anything to help us. The room was comfortable and stylish, and the free hot breakfast was a delicious bonus.

SUPER CLEAN!!! fantastic place to stay, stayed there after my daughter's softball tournament and it was great. Very clean throughout the entire facility. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Quick check in and out. Would definitely stay there again. I wanted to take the duvet home with me, it was so soft and comfy and smelled like it just came out of the dryer. Loved our stay!
