The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful- the hotel and room we're clean. We love how close it is to the beach and restaurants, the cookies and breakfast are always a hit with the kids.

Clean, close to beach and.turtle hospital. Kitchen was not very useful as there were no dishes. Pool is terrible, small, shallow, hot and filled with kids so no room to do laps. Staff was nice although the maid spoke no english at all, she tried hard to help.

Very Friendly staff, Air Conditioner worked extremely well, walking distance to several restaurants. Rooms were clean and up to date.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly, but the Hot Tub was old and not working correctly, the only reason I picked this hotel over the Holiday Inn Express was because they had a Hot Tub, wished I would have booked at Holiday Inn Express, we did not even use the Hot Tub.

A dated hotel but it was clean. I loved the location as it was not touristy at all. An easy 2 block walk to the beach and excellent restaurants nearby.

I love staying here. Been here a lot in the last 10yrs. Most rooms are very clean. Front desk staff very friendly. Only had one issue with the girl giving me attitude cause my keycard wouldn't work and one of the rooms was very smelly and dusty

Great location right near the beach and great restaurants. They were very accommodating, brought a fridge right to our room which also had a balcony which wad a big plus. Nice breakfast and pool.

Staff went above and beyond for me modifying my reservation when I asked them to (even though they didn't have to). Hotel had cookies out upon arrival (it's a pet peeve of mine when certain Hampton's don't do this) which was a plus.

Only areas of improvement would be I wasn't offered my complementary bottle of water, and the hotel is a bit dated. Minor details; overall the Hampton Inn Jupiter/Juno beach is a great choice!

This place is great.. whoever does the hiring should be complemented highly. A warm and friendly helpful staff. And it's just a short walk to the ocean. Just cross the street to a town beach entrance. Be aware, however, that in Palm Beach County no animals are allowed on the beaches, so leave Fido home or you'll be disappointed. We we're lucky to catch a lovely full moon on our visit! I could stay here any time.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was great! Clean rooms, great service, friendly staff! The location is very convenient and there is plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. My only complaint was that I was woken up to be asked when I would be checking out pretty early in the morning.

Great location near the beach. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Small shop at the front with snacks and drinks if you won't want to go out and find a place to buy them.

Staff has been friendly and helpful, and (tonight) our last night I've been out with a horrible migraine. My girlfriend went to get me pretzels and sprite to try to settle my stomach, and the hotel manager offered her two complimentary cans that may have been his personal ones, I'm not sure. Either way, that small touch along with several other little things the staff has done the entire stay made the vacation wonderful, despite a few mishaps unrelated to our hotel. I'd highly recommend staying here!! (Just take electronic car keys out of your pocket before getting in the ocean, ❤️😃😂)

Arrived late after a long trip to find out that our reservation had been booked. Very unpleasant non co-operative staff and management. Had to take it upon myself to call Hilton and complain. As usual they came thru and got us a nicer place and they covered the difference. I Had to fight for it, which I felt was uncalled for, but they took care of the issue. Thank you

Overall mediocre experience. Didn't spend much time at breakfast, but had a good selection of food. Weird stench around our room, the lobby, and leaving the building, maybe well water. Not pleasant on the nostrils either way. Rooms are average. Lower end Hampton I felt.

Great stay. Breakfast food was replenished quickly during peak hours, the room was nice, and facilities including the pool looked nice.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price! Full breakfast in the morning that you'd expect with eggs, waffles, pastries, etc. It seems to be a newer place and was great for mini vacation in the area. Look for the room with a jacuzzi in the bedroom!

The room was clean, good location too.
The front staff weren't helpful, the coffee machine in the lobby was supposed to be available for 24 hours but when we got there at 8pm, there was no sugar, I asked the front staff for it, he told me to get it out from the cupboard ourselves, then there was no milk, I asked again, he fetched it out with an attitude. Then there was no coffee I wanted to drink so I asked him again politely, then he told me to drink the other kind of coffee! He ignored me after, I was very annoyed with his attitude.
I used their laundry facilities but there was no timer on the machines so I had to keep going back to the laundry room to check if it was finished.

Good location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. The rooms are perfect. The service was the best of all, all of the staff at the front desk were all very helpful.

Great hotel beds are super comfortable clean spacious, great service, full breakfast. Close to the beach which is really beautiful.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Short drive from many Florida attractions, and the complimentary breakfast was nice. The staff was mostly pleasant but at times seem too rushed to help you.

The staff here is amazing, especially Susan. Beyond that, my room is amazing and the environment is perfect. Never been to Florida before, but they are helping to make a good experience.

Check in process was fast and simple. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast is great.

Reserved a room with two beds, got a room with one. Called down for sheets and was told I have to come get them because they were too busy. Not very many options for breakfast. Room was a good size and need was comfy enough.

Nice stay, quiet rooms. Would have liked a refrigerator and a small end table by the chair. Only one suitcase stand in room. Heavy duvet in an area that's always at least 60 degrees outside. Breakfast was ok; eggs, toast, bacon or sausage. Cereal + fresh fruit. Staff was friendly. Pool + hot tub outside. Not really close enough for beach access, so would reevaluate choices next time.

Roo.s where nice she speed my last name wrong so I couldn't access the WiFi and I was suppose to be there for 3 nights but they messed up my reservation so I had to change hotels after the first night I was pissed but clean hotel ok staff.

Booked on Expedia only to arrive to yet another Expedia fail. Not only did they neglect to transmit my order to the hotel, they selected the wrong room... The Hampton inn staff stepped in and went above and beyond to fix the situation. They spoke to Expedia to verify payment, then upgraded me for free to the correct room. Michael at the front desk was very helpful. Thanks to all.

I stayed at alot of Hamptons this one is okay room was very hot when first got here bed are somewhat comfortable I would say it's good for a one night stay but I won't b staying 2 nights her anymore

I had booked a room the same day and had to cancel.I spoke with Caroline who is a total sweet heart.She canceled my reservation no problem.Kudos to the owner for having such a great staff!!!

My room sucked! My husband is Diamond (he travels so he gets a lot of points) but we sure didn't get Diamond treatment. They didn't offer him the amenities of a Diamond member. The view out my window was a wall and I had to keep the curtain closed because anyone walking in the hallway could see into my room. I felt so claustrophobic and had no day light! Who designed this? I like the coffee in the lobby. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel itself is clean too. I won't return becuase it's further than I thought to the beach. I don't like having to cross a busy road with kids.

The area is laid back, relaxing, and very family friendly. I enjoyed the hotel, the rooms were very cleaned, smelled nice. I even wiped down the channel changer, the door nobs, the table tops and etc, and even the wipes were not dirty. Very happy with my stay at this hotel. My son loved the pool. I spent more time there then exploring the town. Oh the hot breakfast, was nice as well.
