Customer service was great from the phone call to book to check out. Hotel was clean and I would stay again.

Room was very clean and comfortable. For $193 a night I wasn’t expecting normal scratchy hotel towels or to listen to employees
personal problems. The pool was great as was the breakfast.

Typical clean and friendly hotel. Beds are firm and rooms are very clean. King Whirlpool is nicer sized with a huge shower for two as well. Tub takes forever to fill but we'll worth it. Complimentry breakfast has it all, eggs, yogurt, toast, oatmeal, fruit, juices and more - bring your appetite.

Extremely clean hotel room, plenty of towels in bathroom, bathroom comes with soap, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, toothpaste. Room has a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge, which is convenient for me since I bought meals with me. Hotel staff is very polite and courteous. Parking is plentiful and hotel is in a good location with a lot of food and shopping nearby. There's a pharmacy maybe 200 feet from the hotel entrance if you need to pick anything up. Location and hotel are great and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area

Wonderful clean decent polite respectful staff

This is the second time we stayed with location. The rooms are neat and clean. The staff is attentive and polite.

Went there for the polar express experience with my family and from time of arrival the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they also would take pijamas for you and put it under their Christmas tree so the kids can get a "gift from santa" for the ride. The rooms where very clean and in order and when my wife went to the pool with the kids the came to check and make sure the water was a good temperature and everything was ok. This location is surrounded by shopping plazas and fast food restaurants in every direction, and when you are an honors member you get lots of perks (not there just yet). Overall I wanted to stay another night even though there was a storm coming in and it was a few days before Christmas that's how much I enjoyed my stay there. Thank you to the great staff that keeps that place running perfectly.

Stayed here for my 15th anniversary with my wife. From the room to the staff there was not one part of the trip that was not pleasant. Would recommend to anyone in the area or going that way.

We only stayed one night, so I don't have much to comment on. The hotel is located right beside a CVS Pharmacy, which is very convenient in case you forget anything in your travels. The breakfast is general hotel food and tasted acceptable but wasn't anything to rave about. The service was fine. I didn't appreciate that some of the employees or guests would smoke immediately outside of the hotel, so cigarette smoke would get trapped in the vestibule area between the sliding glass doors.

Very nice staff! The rooms were neat and clean and we were in a very nice area to get to many restaurants and shopping center. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the Hudson Valley region.

Hampton Inn was great. Convenient to all the local attractions. If you need to shop located next to a number of shopping centres. Room amenities were very good as well.

The rooms around wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, though they have "hotel pillows", which are way too soft for my preference (my wife thinks they're fine). I love the bathroom with the standing shower. Breakfast staff is super friendly and helpful and they make you feel welcome. The desk staff at check-in was a bit tired, and cigarette smoke gets in the front doors, but otherwise a fine hotel.

Everything is very clean and very comfortable. Staff is friendly and quick to help. Comfortable beds and pillows. I will absolutely share here again. There are many amenities within walking distance, for example a CVS and taco bell. There's a mall right across the street too.

We've stayed here quite a few times. It's terrific! The staff is very professional and accommodating. They cater to families by having crayons/coloring pages in the lobby and a delicious hot breakfast. Rooms are very nice. We highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here while I was in town for business. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is close to restaurants, stores, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, and more. When I arrived they were having a managers reception with wine, beer, wraps and salad. The hotel does have a complimentary continental breakfast. My only complaint is that there was no TV channel listing. I have never had a bad stay at a Hampton Inn and this Hampton is no different... Great stay and would definitely recommend!

My husband and I always stay at this hotel when we visit family in Kingston. It's generally affordable, clean, and the staff is always exceptionally friendly and professional. We try to get a whirlpool room when possible. It's usually not much more expensive, but totally worth the splurge. The complimentary breakfast is always decent (hot and cold options) and the free coffee all day is a sanity saver. It's tasty enough that we've even stopped back at the hotel just to grab a cup between running from place to place during the day. Also, the fact that there's a Walgreen in the same parking lot is been a huge help in picking up little things we've forgotten at home on almost every visit.

Often stay here when my boyfriend has work meetings. It's in a great location with lots to do nearby. The hotel itself is clean, has a great gym, a pool and lots of snacks! Also they have a great breakfast buffet!

The staff was very friendly. The desk clerk, Leah, gave us plenty of information about things to do in the area and was really a great ambassador for the town.

Another excellent stay at Hampton Inn Kingston. This was our second and it was just as good as our first. The staff are super friendly and services are wonderful. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
