While this hotel is under renovations, it is still a fabulous place to stay. We didn't hear construction noise and the inside of the hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. They stored our luggage and took it to our room while we moved our son into his apartment. This is our new go to hotel when staying in Logan.

This Hampton Inn was OK. Nothing out of the ordinary, and certainly nothing special about it. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was fine, staff was friendly.

Like many people, I appreciate the little “extras” that hotels do... for instance, this Hampton Inn put out cookies 🍪, but they certainly did not make enough for everyone 🙁

I also did not like the fact that they had a pending $50 charge on my card (that stayed there for about 3 to 4 days after our visit). Usually hotels just keep the card on file and don’t run anything unless there is a need for incidental charges.

In the end, this hotel will be mostly for most of the time, so they don’t feel they need to do anything above and beyond to make your stay special.

Staff is very kind, room was spotless, bed was extremely comfortable. Price was high, but I'd say worth it! Would stay again.

The location was great, close to many shops and services. The room was small and standard, but we'll cleaned and suited my needs. The breakfast service was a standard continental. It was nice they made drinks available all day in the lobby, such as ice water, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

Just finished training here to work in customer Solutions and so far I'm liking it a lot. From what I've seen they actually care about their employees and the building is really nice as well. Also free soda

Not sure why we got the handicapped room but it was still comfortable and the the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great and we'll stocked and the hours were extended long enough that you didn't feel rushed in the morning.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. I was in the king suite and it had plenty of room. Only downside of the hotel was the gym didn't have any weights and there wasn't many machines. I would recommend staying as it is one the better hotels for Logan.

The staff was very friendly and always helpful. We had our hands full and a full luggage cart. The lady at the front desk offered to help and brought my luggage up the stairs to our room. The room was nice and clean. Everything was great.

My parents stayed here when they were in town. Their room was small but comfortable. The concierge said that we could eat breakfast with them even though we werent staying at the hotel. Breakfast was alright

Room was nice, breakfast was serviceable, I liked that they had a "to-go" breakfast bag available. The pillows could have been more firm and I do wish there was a way to keep the fan on constantly as I need the noise to sleep. I would stay there again.

Nice, clean hotel. A little older, but the inside has been updated. The staff is friendly and the breakfast was as expected. The room was small by American standards, but still comfortable for two adults. We will start here again the next time we are in Logan.

Stayed a couple nights, love the beds, the hot tub and pool were all to ourselves and super nice. Okay did I mention the beds are nice, everything is kept really nice and clean. The staff are kind, considerate and the right amount of friendly. I must add, I love that it's behind kneaders and village inn because though your off of the main Street I can hear zero noise from the room. I couldn't hear any other guests and that's a big deal when traveling with two babies. Oh the front area is remodeled and really nice. Great stay and would stay again! Thank you!

The location is great, close to shopping center many delicious restaurant. Upon arrival I notice the room furniture were not as modern, BUT the room was extremely well maintained and clean. The staff at the front desk and room service team was super friendly, always have a smile on their face. I love it here. This is one of the few hotels that I will definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Great staff who made our stay fabulous! They made sure we had plenty of room for all of our family when they came to share pizzas with us in the lobby. Super impressed with the customer service! Highly recommend it!

I really enjoyed our stay here! The room was nice and clean. The bed was so comfy and the room was a great temp. My only hang up was that the shower head was SUPER high, but other than that, I have nothing but good to say.

I was in Logan for a conference and stayed one night at the Hampton Inn. The room was nice--comfortable bed and clean. Breakfast was great. I didn't use any other amenities.

I had a little bit of trouble checking in, but it's been smooth sailing since. My only real complaint is the TV turns on at a ridiculously high preset volume. All you can hear going down the hallway is what each person is watching and you can't turn the darn thing on without being assaulted by The Weather Channel.

My family stayed here when they came to visit over the 4th of July. We hung out at the hotel for a while and it was really nice and clean. Good pool and hot tub. No complaints!

My husband and I have stayed at this location several times over the last few months. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than the average continental breakfast, Each time we have stayed we have been happy with our accommodations. The pool is clean and easy to access. We will stay at this location again. My only complaint was working with the assistant manager Lauren to book the conference room and rooms for a large group. I left several messages for 3 consecutive days to make the reservations. Lauren never returned my phone call, I had to call her back to get her on the phone. She told me to email her for a faster response time. Her emails were unprofessional and when I told her what we needed for our group rooms she did not get them booked. After a week without a response I called back and spoke with the manager Mindy. She assured me the rooms would get booked in the next few days or she could just do it while I was on the phone with her. I was insistent that the rooms be booked that day. We had 60 people staying at the hotel on a holiday weekend. If the rooms were not booked properly it would have been a disaster. I will not use this hotel for group events in the future. It was too stressful to have to follow-up to make sure the managers were getting the rooms booked. Our event was flawless and I am grateful for the staff that was working that day to help us have a memorable day.

Looks like an older Hampton. The rooms were clean, but nothing spectacular...a little on the older side, the bathroom was older, I was placed in an accessible room and a conference drove the price per night to almost $300....This was definitely not a $300/nt room. Additionally asked for a late checkout and staff barely obliged and got an hr past check out.

We stayed in Logan travelling from Idaho back to Utah, and the stay was great. No complaints at all. Continental breakfast in the morning is served with a small selection, but it definitely saved us a trip to get breakfast. The room was good, clean, and suited our needs.

Meh. Room was still being cleaned when we got to it. Desk staff, Jed & Lori too busy flirting to retrieve my charger after we checked out. Breakfast stale.

This place was great for a concealed carry class. The staff was nice and the conference room was big enough to hold several people.

Good service. Love getting a chocolate chip cookie and hot coco when walking in to check in. It's the best. Good pool and hot tub. Very clean. Always pleased with the cleanliness. Room size is average unless you request a bigger room. Bigger rooms feel very spacious. Overall it's a great place to stay.

We have been traveling the state conducting end of year testing. The staff at Hampton Inn and Suites really stood out above the rest. They were very friendly and helpful in getting us set up and ready. They were so friendly and accommodating to the parents and families of the students we were testing. They even went above and beyond and let the families bring their swimming suits on the second day, and let them swim when they were done testing. The staff of this hotel is amazing. We wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending a stay or business meeting at this location.

Everything was clean and reasonably priced. The included breakfast was good. Location was easy to find and close to everything in Logan. I'd stay here again.

My room was clean, with lots of space. Good breakfast, free WiFi and a very friendly staff.

The conference room was perfect for our group. The hotel was clean and the temperature was perfect not to cold or hot and stuffy.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Hampton Inn has always been one of my go to hotel chains that I love. This one is in excellent condition and very well managed. My room had a nice flat screen TV with superior channel choices, fridge, and a microwave.

This is a very nice hotel tucked away from the main road, yet close to everything. The rooms are great and staff is helpful.

1. I can't recommend Hampton Inn for families. They will take your reservation, but they clearly prefer and are better suited to handle business travelers. There are no amenities for children -- even the pool is only for those age 5 and up. Families with special needs particularly are not welcome. This hotel values business guests above family guests.

2. The housekeeping staff also spent 15 long minutes chatting and laughing loudly in the hallway early in the morning of our stay. I don't hold the hotel responsible for the actions of its guests, but I do expect the staff to be courteous and thoughtful.

3.The manager needs to learn better conflict resolution skills. It was my observation that she took the path of least resistance when attempting to resolve a complaint. Proper conflict resolution involves more than reacting to a complaint and placing higher value on the needs of one customer than on the needs of another. It involves discovering the true situation and offering assistance in order to find a mutually agreeable solution.

The hotel is clean and modern. It's located close to dining and shopping in the newer part of Logan, UT. The rooms were nicely decorated, but seemed a little smaller than some other Hampton Inns, perhaps it was just the rooms I received. Overall, it was a good experience.

Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice. Last minute plans to stay in Logan and this place helped getting us the comfort items we did not bring while visiting family in the hospital.

Was with a group and they required us to sign a waiver that we would comp any room if they complained about noise, while also waiving our right to complain about noise. Didn't know about waiver beforehand and would still be responsible for cancelation if didn't sign. Would reconsider staying here.

Rooms are well appointed and very quiet. Staff was very attentive and responsive to our crew's requests. The spa is nice and hot!! Breakfast bar is plentiful with hot and cold food. Would gladly stay there again!!

This was one of the best maintained hotels I have recently visited. The pool was add warm as you would want. It was a very clean pool. The kids enjoyed it.

Well situated on Main Street, this small hotel is a good bargain for your stay in Logan. Try to get a room on the ground-floor though as there is only one elevator for the whole building and it can get pretty busy on some days. Breakfast is decent although simple and rooms are clean and quiet. Good hotel for the price.

I highly recommend this. Front desk was very warm and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable. The temperature of the room is perfect. Rooms are very clean. AT the last minute, upon arrival, I asked for a room change to a handicapped room. They were very accomodating. The complimentary breakfast is very nice with a lovely variety of food to choose from. The pool and hot tub are great. I will be a repeat customer.

What a great stay! Tess at the front desk was personable and kind, as were other members of the staff we spoke with. Each greeted and spoke with us warmly and genuinely. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and well maintained. We enjoyed the whirlpool and the hot breakfast too. We've stayed many times in Logan, but this is our first stay at this Hampton Inn. This will be the place we come back to for our future stays. Traveling somewhat frequently, we always appreciate the value at the Hampton Inn, and this is one of the best Hampton Inn's we've ever experienced. Thank you and best wishes!!

I was looking for a hotel for my wife and I to stay in last minute and I called in and they gave me a better deal than any of the online sites. When I checked in they upgraded me to a nice sweet with no extra charge. The pool and jacuzzi was open late and it was nice. I never expect much from the free breakfast but this one was way better than others I've had. It was open until 10 and they had everything I wanted. Waffles, yogurt, hard boiled eggs etc. I am coming back!

It really was a pleasant stay. I would definantly be back
