Freshly remodeled throughout. Updated patio and weight room. Everything is new and very nice now.

It was clean and nice stay up to the point at 8am when room service for some reason. Checkout was at 10 though. Breakfast was not anything exciting and had no meat protein

I came here to meet with family and enjoy myself! We took over the main entrance room where we talked, ate and sing! It was nice place to do this. Plus side the staff was great as well as the guests.

I love being a Hilton Honor member. The hotels are always clean, and nice, and the free breakfast is great when traveling on a budget with kids.

Good front desk. Room was nice. Smelled a little like smoke. Maintenance was quick to respond and tried deodorizing the room. It helped a bit. Free breakfast was decent

Our room was very nice. It was clean and nicely decorated. The front desk staff was very polite, however, whoever was working in the pool (towels) area the night we stayed was very rude. Glares and slamming things down and all that followed us out of the pool as we were leaving even though we were are very polite to her. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

Quiet despite traffic nearby. Nice mints by bed made us feel welcome. Excellent breakfast, with make-'em-yourself waffles and a variety of toppings.

Pretty standard Hampton. The lobby is relatively nice. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The location is convenient with respect to the highway, but there unfortunately isn't anywhere in walking distance to get a drink.

This place is extremely comfortable and exudes an overall air of intrigue and luxury. The rooms are spacious as well as tremendously clean and tidy. The staff was so nice and they were so helpful with everything that i had questions with. The pool was clean and pretty big. There was a glorious hot tub. It definitely helped me feel less sick, as i was when i checked in to get a away from my noisy roommates. Thank you for being there Hampton Inn!

Excellent price and accommodations. We got a King jacuzzi suite and it was wonderful! Staff is friendly and the hot breakfast is fantastic.

Clean. Super friendly staff. We've stayed there numerous times and have enjoyed our stay each time. Sandy, Nicole and Michael are great. Make sure to go to Don Quixote for dinner (best restaurant in Valpo).

We stay at this hotel every time we go visit family in the area. We like it a lot and would definitely recommend it!!

Room and staff are very nice. Internet may be troublesome for some devices that work well elsewhere, but fail to authenticate to their wireless network. (Nvidia shield, possibly also firetv )

Fantastic experience! I have stayed here before and they have great service and I love the breakfast. I was most impressed with this hotel when I needed to change last minute travel plans due to a huge snow storm. Even though it was last minute they were able to work with me to get my reservation cancelled without huge fees which I appreciated so much! Highly recommend this hotel for any future stays, I have been very impressed with Hampton Inn.

Everything was clean and fairly updated. Location is great and staff is friendly.

Stayed with my wife and kids in one of the Double Queen suites. Room wasn’t bad, kind of dated. One thing we didn’t like was that we left and the thermostat was set to 75 (it was really cold out) and when we got back to the hotel, the thermostat had gone into econo mode and temperature had dropped to 68 degrees and took about an hour to get back up to above 70.

Breakfast buffet had a good selection

The pool area was clean but the water was quite cold for an indoor pool.

Overall experience was pretty good.

We got an upgrade to a great room. Comfy bed, very clean, yummy breakfast and even got a workout in. It was a much needed relaxing nights stay.

As a diamond member they upgraded me. This doesn't happen very often if ever. Check in was quick and breakfast was as expected. Great stay.

Everything was great accept for the incidental fee that should have been charged to the corporate account not my personal card, then takes a while to be refunded Not happy about that!

I was here on August 6th, needed a place to stop, relax, and watch Sharknado 5. Surprisingly, the front desk lady understood about me being a Sharknado fan and happily told me. that they had SyFy channel. I booked a cheap room, and it was a nice room to relax in. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but overall, this is a great value. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice frendly staff, clean room

On the surface the hotel looks great. I was upgraded to a suite at no cost. However, I would have been better off sleeping in my car at a rest area. Worst mattress ever. Woke up 10 times during the night with back pain and I gave up trying to sleep at about 4am. When I got out of bed, I found the USB charger, provided on the night stand, didnt even work. Phone was almost dead. Breakfast was terrible. Wet fake eggs, with room temperature turkey sausage links. Fake shredded cheese product next to the eggs. The kind that wont melt or mix with anything. Completely gross. Worst HI stay ever.

Very friendly managers and good service. The only thing I didn't like, was the massive use and waste of plastic at the breakfast.

Normal quick check in as a diamond member. Keys didn't work, so I came back down. They redid my keys and offered me extra hotel points for the trouble. This was over and above necessary. Plus they sent me an email apologizing. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Last minute need for a conference room in Valparaios, IN was filled seamlessly.

Breakfast was good. The waffles were the best option but the other choices were good as well. I had the suite for extra room to fit my daughter's Pack N Play. The "extra" room wasn't very much but it sufficed.

They were out of regular rooms so we got a handicap room. the room was very spacious and nice. Would go back.

Only here for a meeting. The meeting space was nice and the refreshments were done well.

The staff is so friendly and everything is nicely updated. Pool area was clean and enjoyable. Rooms were updated and cleaned thoroughly with friendly cleaning staff that left detailed notes and mints. I left my robe in the room and one call that lasted maybe 2 minutes resulted in them being able to return it to me via mail, no problem! Would recommend and will stay again! Thank you!!

Always a pleasant stay but the hotel rooms are showing their age. Plaster coming off if ceiling in bathroom, walls very scuffed up, etc.
