- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

I booked the Double Queen suite. Nice size room. Has a kitchenette, microwave, full refrigerator, dishware, pots and pans (not many, but some) folks, spoons, coffee maker and Ice bucket. I was unaware that it came with dishware and end up bringing my own. But it was cool. The beds were comfortable. Sheets were as well. Basic cable channels. You can bring a DVD box and hook it up. Which I recommend, since they don't have the option to purchase any movies on the system.

Some tips: be sure to bring a dish cloth and soap detergent. Extra trash bags, because those little ones won't do if you plan to stay a while and plan to cook your own food. Also, no broom or mop if you spill something. Perhaps housekeeping could supply you with that. I didn't bother to ask. Always check your room before getting settled. Trust me, save you the trouble of unpacking then having to re-pack if you fine a issue and need to change rooms. And check the AC system, be sure you know how to use it and that it is to your liking.

Cleanliness and upkeep: Upon my inspection of my room, (which I do with any hotel I check into). I notice the refrigerator was not cleaned out properly, still had some items left from the other guests (I assume). The toaster had some food residue stuck on it. The stove burns would not fit on properly. Which made my pans till to the side when I cooked. And when I pulled out the sofa bed, the bed covering had dirty on it and a stain. Remote to the TV had food residue on it...Smh. Smoke detector was unhooked and hanging from the wall... And the room had a stale smell. Now, some may read this and think 'good grief' but I'm playing my money and I expect certain things that are a easy fix or a simple double check of a room after cleaning it, to be done. None all of these were major but it's definitely something to be aware of when you are on housekeeping staff and cleaning a room. And if I'm paying $112 per night maybe more, I expect things that I have mentioned to be in order.

I gave a four star because of the location and overall it was a nice room, staff was pleasant and my window view was nice. And they accommodate me when I called down to the front desk. As far as the cleanliness of what I mentioned, I just cleaned it myself. I just wanted to get settled.

Would I or do I recommend, 🤔🤔.... Yes, I do or would. Just be sure to check. And if any from the Homewood Hilton is reading this, please be sure to take the suggestions.

Perfect stay....rooms are clean and update. Location location location...perfect. 15 minute at the most walk.to Fells Point. Whole Foods and CVS within 2 to 4 blocks. Plenty of restaurant choices nearby.

Hotel with the best amenities. It's clean. Check in was hassle free. There's valet parking and self parking. The self parking is behind the hotel across from the Whole foods and there's an elevator that will take you right into the hotel. There's a restaurant and bar on the second floor as well as a gym and business center.

The location is great. It's right next to the inner harbor and easily walkable to Fells Point area.

Best part about this place is the gym. It's connected to a full gym called MAC. It's got everything plus an indoor pool, fitness classes, cycling classes, squash/racquetball court, boxing, and more.

Best Hotel and amenities for the price.
Located within walking distance to Fells nightlife, brunch hot spots, and the inner harbor. Amazing full service gym MAC access. Room was kept very clean, comfy bed and towels, and great views. Perfect for a weekend in the city.

Great low-frills hotel in downtown Baltimore. Our room was spacious and clean, and the view overlooking the circle was really nice. The bed was comfortable, and the blackout shades worked well. Additionally, as a rare surprise, they even had a microwave in the room. There's no restaurant or bar, but there is a large Starbucks that's connected to the lobby.

Stayed one night here. The room was clean and had a great view of the city. The staff were nice and even remembered my name and room number as I was walking up to check out. This is a nice hotel in a nice area of the city and is surrounded by good places to eat and nice areas to walk along the waterfront.

Great harbor side location that’s close to local restaurants and attractions.

Location
Excellent harbor area location within walking distance of many great restaurants and tourist attractions. Has a decent on-site restaurant and an attached Starbucks.

Building & Rooms
Lobby is compact and also handles guests from the attached Homewood Suites. A small number of chairs are present and there’s also a very small snack shop attached which had only a limited selection of items.

The room was as expected for a single bed Garden Inn room. The room felt a bit dated from the perspective there were limited outlets

The room I received did not have a functional air conditioner but this was quickly remedied by a call to the front desk and a visit by maintenance. However, once repaired it was unpleasantly loud for the remainder of my stay.

Staff & Service
Front desk staff were friendly. Throughout the stay several the staff in the dining area seemed to be a bit disinterested in being there.

Other Thoughts
I’d rate this location as 4 ½ stars but given Google’s rating system we’ll round this down to 4.

The hotel was fantastic. We had a slight issue during our stay, and management went above and beyond to take care of it. It's great staff that separates average from above average hotel stays. Close location to harbor and Harbor East is worth a visit on its own.

I stayed at this hotel for only one night. The room was a good size. The bathroom was pretty big and really clean. The hotel staff was very nice, I did not talk to them much but I noticed them helping other guest with recommendations for what to do and eat in the area. All in all I had a good time.

This hotel is great for business or pleasure. It is connected to one of the best gyms in Baltimore which you get full access to if you're staying in the hotel. It's also connected to a Homewood Suites. Both are right in the middle of Harbor East which is a vibrant spot with shops and restaurants

Great locatiin, somewhat loud rooms in that we could hear the baby two rooms down from us not through our walls but through our window oddly enough. The walls seemed to be sound proofed quite well but the windows were terrible. We could even hear taxis honking all through the night plus pricey parking was definitely a turn off. Friendly staff and decently priced for a garden inn.

This was my second stay in the Inner Harbor, but first time at the Hilton Garden Inn (and first time ever staying at one). The location is superb as most venues are within a 10-20 walking distance, or you can grab the nearby Water Taxi. The location is within the outskirts of Little Italy near the waterfront. It is 10 minutes walking to Fells Point, 10 minutes to the aquarium, 15 minutes to Power Plant Live, and about 15-20 minutes to any restaurant or venue located along E Pratt Street and the Inner Harbor Market Place. Plus, the Water Taxi is located across the street behind the Marriott if you wish to utilize that, especially to get over to Federal Hill. Thus, the hotel is right in the middle of it all.

I booked the National Aquarium Package, which came with 2 Adult tickets ($40 each) and also breakfast ($15 each), which made it WELL worth it. Would have loved for parking to be included as well, but that was an additional $23 for the first 24 hours of self-parking (no in-out privileges), plus an additional $14 for hours 26-36.

The breakfast (see menu attached) was probably the best I have had for hotel style and the price. Everything was made to order that you see on the menu, plus continental breakfast items, breakfast meats, and potatoes. The service was great as well.

The room itself was comfortable. I had a corner room on the top floor overlooking Aliceanna Ave and you cannot see any portion of the Harbor. You actually look at a taller residential building thats across the street. However, this had no effect on the overall room. It came with a mini fridge, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board. The bathroom was spacious and came with a stand-up glass enclosed shower with a rain-down style shower head. The air conditioning was room specific, so while it was a sauna in the hallway, we had our room at a constant 65 degrees.

This hotel is modern and has all the necessary amenities, including a gym. With its location and room package deal, it was 100% perfect for my trip and I will be booking this hotel again in the future. You will not be disappointed.

A modern 12-story hotel, this Garden Inn shares a lobby and structure with the adjacent Homewood Suites. If you get rooms on the front side of the building, there's a slight water view between the taller buildings along the water (which is a block away).

The big draw is it's so very convenient to all the attractions of Harbor East (some of the best spots in along the Baltimore harbor), as well as an easy walk or short Uber to Fells Point (excellent) and the more tourist-oriented Inner Harbor.

Well priced and well-located. Recommended.

I only stay at Hilton properties, and I'm a Hilton Honors member, so I am comparing this hotel to other Hilton Garden Inn hotels I've stayed at in the past. This hotel has a beautiful lobby and amenities galore. Check out the pool and fitness center on the second floor. It's pretty spectacular. The room I had was in desperate need of updating. The furniture was in rough shape, the light fixtures on the wall were loose, and the non locking double bathroom doors are a pain to use. The hotel had put dirty towels in the bathroom and there were some dirty bathroom towels in the closet, bunched up next to the iron. I brought it up to management, and they were very attentive and rectified it immediately. Hotel is close to all things cool in the Harbor, but the only option you have for parking is the garage ($22 per day) or valet parking ($35 per day), so be prepared for that charge before your stay. Overall, I'd say this is not the best experience I've had at a Hilton property but it's not the worst.

Excellent hotel. Love the location and privacy. Great views of the roundabout from our room. Very nice upscale, upbeat area, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Room was very nice, clean, and well furbished. Love having the Kuerig in the room, but you definitely need to bring your own kcups as they aren't very strong. Mini frig a plus as well.

My only gripe, and a simple one, is using single voltage LED bulbs in 3-way lamps, kind of threw me off, not their intended use and a cheap fix, just buy the right bulb for the lamp or get a different lamp(Bedside lamps). Its aggravating and concerning when the bulb flickers and hums on 2 positions while you turn it the three times to get it to come on.

Hotel itself is beautiful. The valet staff was very good.the cleanliness of the room was good. The front desk person checking us in was preoccupied, did not tell us anything about the hotel.she barely gave us the room key , did not even bother to tell us where the room was.this was on the 7/27 night. She was unfriendly and not welcoming.we we're too tired and just went up to our room. Next day ,the breakfast staff was worse. They did not bother to ask or explain anything. We kept seeing them serving the tables next to us but did not bother to ask us anything.only time they bothered to come to us was to slam us with a check.overall felt we were treated very badly. Such a waste. The property itself is good. But a careless and staff who give preferential treatment to some people left us with a bad feeling.would never bother to come back there or recommend this place to anyone .

Great views, clean, newly renovated rooms.
Coffee is not set out in the morning for guests, so you must buy it from star bucks or upstairs at the $14.99 breakfast buffet. Parking is also extra (expected in the city). Lots of great resturants in Harbor East, but close proximity to Thames Street or the Inner Harbor. I did not ride public transit, so I'm not sure if it services the area, or if it would be an option to get around.

The room was very well priced for the location and quality.

Great hotel, great location. I was actually just there this time because I booked that hotel for clients I had in town, but I stayed there several times before living in Baltimore. The Hilton Garden is our "go-to" hotel in the Inner Harbor area. It is perfectly located close to some of our favorite eateries, reasonably priced, generally quite and usually comfortable. This visit had some problems which were ably handled by the hotel staff, who are wonderful! I would advise that, if you do not need a handicap accessible room, you do not accept one, especially if you are over 6 feet in height!

We had a great stay. We chose the National Aquarium package which included a room with a king bed, two tickets to the aquarium, and two vouchers to use on breakfast the following morning. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the inner harbor area and it was a short (8 minute) walk to the aquarium. The room was nice and being in an 11th floor corner room we had a great view of the city below. I would absolutely stay here again and was by far the nicest hotel I've stayed at in the Baltimore area.

Customer service was wonderful. However, the reason this review is not getting more stars is because guests do not have the option of using stairs instead of elevators (EXCEPT in case of emergency). A fire alarm was pulled in the neighboring building which shut down all the elevators for over 30 minutes. We stayed here for my bachelorette party, and my bridal party went down to get our last guest (because you can't use the elevators without a key card, which was also horribly annoying), and they were trapped downstairs for the entire time (despite no one being in danger, and me being stuck upstairs alone with no information about what was happening.
My friends eventually were able to access the emergency stairs (after having to walk outside in the rain in their socks) and get back in, but the situation was not dealt with well.
I would give the customer service here 4 stars, but this trouble we encountered was a bit ridiculous. Guests should have the option to use the stairs. That's a simple thing that could have avoided this situation and would help guests not have to wait for an elevator to go anywhere.

The staff here has a hard time with English. They are kind, but they didn't get my requests correct. That doesn't bother me too much. What bothers me is 32$ for parking every night, 14.95$ for motel quality breakfast you usually get for free, and a squishy hotel room. When I turned the water on for the first time it was brown. Had to let it run a while before it became clear. Positive things include an in room Keurig, in room fridge and microwave, and plenty of space for a reasonable amount of clothing.

This was by far my worst visit to a Hilton brand hotel. We purchased the dinner and movie package and when we went to dinner, had to wait over an hour for our food when there were only 4 parties in the dining area. To make matters worse, we were told that we picked one of the worse times to come eat because of all the room service orders coming in at the same time. It was 5pm! So the worst possible time to eat dinner is at dinner time, got it. Checking out the next morning, we texted down for the valet to bring my vehicle around. We headed down around 20 minutes later which is the preferred timeframe. Well after waiting downstairs for an additional 30 minutes and being told 3 times that my vehicle was on the way, I was asked my ticket number once more at which time I witnessed the valet hand my keys to a driver to retrieve my vehicle. 15 min later we were finally on our way. I suppose that the very worst time to checkout at this hotel is at checkout time. Needless to say, I'll still stay at Hilton brands but not this one.

Great place to stay, adjacent area is very new, and high end. There are many very nice restaurants, and shops across the square.
The hotel it self is very nice and modern.
A restaurant and bar is on the 2nd level and looked nice.
I plan to stay here again.

We (two adults and one 4 year old) recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor during the Baltimore Grand Prix weekend (we didn't know that ahead of time, we were there for the aquarium). The hotel was everything we needed for our brief stay.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Check-In was very brief and easy.

The room itself was very clean, though a little on the small side (two queen sized beds). Though not so small that we felt uncomfortable.

They don't offer any kind of free breakfast that we could find (which would be nice), but they do have a paid breakfast buffet that we did not visit.

The location of the hotel is great. While not located smack dab in the middle of the Inner Harbor, it is close enough that the walk is not bad at all. The surrounding area seems nice with lots of different restaurant choices.

Considering that this hotel was the least expensive available in the area for that weekend, I was definitely impressed by the value and would recommend it to friends.

Great location, good views. Our room was not ready until about 30 min after check-in, but otherwise service was good. Beds seem to be very firm

Great location and good infrastructure, but the staff and service leave more to be desired. They can definitely be more courteous. I have stayed here and the adjoining HomeWood suites, and have seen them run out of water in the sundry shop more than once. They ask people to go to the CVS to buy water. Offering to send the water back to the room in some time is a basic courtesy which most 3 star hotels would offer to their customers.

Great hotel in a wonderful location!!! The staff is really nice from check in to room service. There is a movie theater right next door and access to MAC gym directly through the hotel. The beds are a little small in the double room that's why I couldn't give it five stars.
