Certifications
ISO 14001
ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:
• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity
• Use eco-label housekeeping products
• Use sustainable forestry certified paper
ISO 50001
ISO 50001 is based on the management system model of continual improvement also used for other well-known standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 14001. This makes it easier for organizations to integrate energy management into their overall efforts to improve quality and environmental management.
ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

A very modern and tidy room. This well presented and functional hotel was really pleasant to stay in. The bed was comfortable and fresh clean linen was 10/10. The bathroom boasts modern appliances and furnishings, paired with a deep bath and rain shower. Staff were very helpful and efficient at queries I had. Gym and fitness pool are very tidy and well fitted out with sauna and steam room included!!

The hotel is conveniently located by the train and subway station. Lots of nearby shopping and dining choices as well. The hotel is well kept and service is impeccable. The only thing I didn't like was the high price of drinks and food but there are many other nearby places to satisfy your thirst and hunger at a reasonable cost.

This place was absolutely top notch. Rooms were extremely well done and designed. The bed, the shower, the bath, everything about the rooms was great. Breakfast and the executive lounge were also very nice. It is right across the street from the Osaka train station and the mall adjacent to it, which makes it really easy to find a place to eat, shop, or get where you need to go. Would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful hotel. The view from the hotel is mind blowing. Placed at the heart of city the shopping area is quite near. You can roam around the place. The food is good. The hotel is very clean and the amenities are excellent

Nice place to stay with the very happening surrounding. Plenty to shop and eat. And with Osaka Station next to the hotel, commuting is very easy. The room is a bit small and dated but still liveable.

Ended up bunking up here after being scammed at a local airbnb. This place did not disappoint. The room was nice, with a great view of the city, and the exec lounge offerings were pretty nice.

Nice, clean spacious rooms with comfy bed and toilet with bathtub. But hope they had a bath sponge. I liked their robe, looks a bit like a Kimono. Suggest that they change some of their daily menu for breakfast. We were there for 3 days...everyday's the same.

As Hilton's go...this one is top notch. Staff was very friendly, rooms were well maintained, bedding very soft and comforting, and if lucky enough to be on uper floors the views of the city are breathtaking. Room service 24/7 and of decent quality.

Loved the customer service from this hotel. As a diamond member, both my rooms were upgraded and had access to EL(exec lounge). The rooms were in a traditional Japanese manner with sliding doors etc. Quite big rooms for JP. Food was outstanding in EL, especially the fruits!! Located across the road from Osaka station and all the departments stores here. Will come back again as the staff made this a memorable stay.

Rooms are spacious and well appointed. The baths are a serious draw as they are Japanese style (at least the rooms I have stayed in) and it's nice to have a soak in the tub after a full day. The staff are very wonderful and courteous as well.

One of the fanciest hotel ive been to. The room was fairly small for an executive member like me but it Hilton Osaka can't be built in better place than this. It's only 5 minutes from you close your hotel room into sitting inside a train. Also the fitness center was pretty awsome and completely divide the pool, gym, etc based on gender.

Convenient location. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Pillows are soft, you have to ask for harder one if needed.
Breakfast is nice too but not as good as the one in Fukuoka Sea Hawk .
There are 5 airport limousines departing directly from hotel to airport. Or else you have to walk to the bus station.
On the opposite side, it is the Hilton West with many prestigious shops there.

The staff was very accommodating after I had an issue with the agency my company booked my room with. I was probably at reception for 20 minutes, and the team at Osaka Hilton worked non-stop until my problem was resolved. Thank you for the great work!

A nice traditional Japanese style hotel. Good for the price you paid. Staff are wonderful. Safe, free wifi, excellent city views from all around the building, pool and toiletries are just some of the amenities included. Good buffet with local Japanese cuisine included in the selection

Overall, really great hotel. Very short walk to Osaka station. Great rooms and nice staff. Two things are preventing me from giving five stars, however. First, the attached cafe and bar "My Place" is outrageously overpriced for what is on offer. A plain green tea was 1800jpy. Second, the hotel concierge was unable to arrange for our bags (standard suitcases) to be couriered to Tokyo. We had to change our plans to accommodate the extra baggage. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant and I would recommend Hilton Osaka.

Remember to go to the 3/F Japanese restaurant to have a sushi buffet. It’s just amazing and the chef will serve you professionally. You can taste a set of 23 types of sushi and after that, you can ask any types you want!

Mostly a great hotel. The lap pool is too short (15 meters) and the workout room is oddly small considering how nice the rest of the hotel is. Besides that I had a great stay.

The hotel is very convenient as it is connected to Osaka station with plenty of options for shopping and dining nearby. The concierge staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms are spacious and even have USB charging points which is handy. Although the hotel was quite busy when we stayed, it was still quiet in the room.

I travel 3/4 of the year and in Asia I have stayed in Hilton at several different countries. This is the best one I have stayed in so far. The staff was the model of courtesy and professionalism. They assisted us in booking local reservations and provided linguistic support. The bathhouse was a welcome surprise and exceptional. I think we took a dip in there at least once a day. If I am in the area again I will definitely stay here again and strongly recommend this to any colleagues and friends.

This was a nice hotel. I am not quiet sure why it had 5 stars, but the proximity to the main train station and shopping area make it a great location while visiting Osaka. The hotel was clean but overly crowded when I staid here. The lobby was permanently filled with luggage waiting for their owners. The check-in staff seemed a bit stressed, yet helpful. The room was clean, efficient and not as small as other places in Japan's cities. They had an interesting model train display in the lobby that made waiting there fun.

All staff are good at English and kind to help you.

Perfeft location right in the heart of Osaka with the main station connected via underground. When visiting Osaka this area and Namba(4 stops away) would be the happening areas. Quality rooms larger than you'd expect for Japan at reasonable rates for the location.

Edit: stayed again on 25th of April. Was treated like royalty upon arrival which has made me change from 3 to 4 stars... Still not perfect but definitely tried. The my place lounge on the lobby floor is really good and recommend the drip organic coffee.
Same room, hotel as other Hiltons in Japan which is good... You know what you get. Issue is the service is the worst. They make it right after you complain vs it just being a smooth stay.

Average service. Housekeeping staff were not well trained. The room didn't seem to get cleaned. The facilities are "trapped in an 80's" vibe. Location was the only redeeming factor. Convenient to get to places and shops all around the hotel.

Beautiful lobby and this modern hotel is very centrally located in Osaka. The rooms are modern and clean with good size comfortable beds. The gym is big enough to get a decent workout although the number of bikes is limited. The only criticism is that the bathtub isn't the newest. Note, when I was there the wifi was very slow. Am not sure if that was just for my visit or if that's normal.

Nice accommodation centrally located in Umeda near Osaka Station. Friendly English speaking staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Modest gym but nice Precor equipment makes it very user friendly. Have been going a couple times a year for years and the service is always great. This last time the breakfast on the executive floor was not good, cold and poor selection

The best hotel in central Osaka is the Hilton it is across the road from the station and you can get there from the underground shopping centre and from all the surrounding public transportations. The rooms are big in Japanese terms and I especially like the windowsills you can sit on and watch the town from above. The decor is light with traditional Japanese features with looks great and is very functional. They have a great pool and a gym as well as a full service spa. The executive lounge has a great view over town and is quite spacious with both tables and sofas. They serve breakfast, afternoon tea and evening food and drinks which all are very good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful with sightseeing, travelling or any advice.

We spent 9 nights in April 2015. Great staff, only negative is no coffee shop but a Starbucks just a few blocks. Great location for Osaka Station which was only 1 stop to the Shin Osaka Station. We left for Tokyo and they watched out suit cases, upon our return for 1 last night, our luggage was in our room. We will stay again.

Friendly staff, good service, very nice rooms, excellent location. They even went the extra mile when I left my tuxedo in the room and left for Tokyo. They mailed the suit, and a phone charger and only charged us a modest shipping fee. Very happy with this hotel.
