ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities, such as:

• Improve their environmental performance constantly
• Comply with local and national regulations and other requirements subscribed
• Prevent water, air and ground pollution hazards
• Control and optimise water and energy consumption
• Promote waste recycling and recovery
• Raise environmental awareness among employees and train them to adopt good practices in their activity

ISO 50001 provides a framework of requirements for organizations to:
- Develop a policy for more efficient use of energy
- Fix targets and objectives to meet the policy
- Use data to better understand and make decisions about energy use
- Measure the results
- Review how well the policy works, and
- Continually improve energy management.

First of all if you are trying to decide whether to stay at the Hilton prague or the old town one there is no debate. This is the only Hilton to stay at in Prague and in my opinion one of the best if not the best 5-Star hotels in Prague. I am a diamond member so I was kindly given an upgrade to a giant room on the top floor. It had a spacious living room and a full walk in closet. The bathroom was a bit on the small side but I think most bathrooms in the this country are. Also the level of service provided at this hotel is comparable to that of a Ritz, Waldorf, or Regis. Once I got there I realized I forgot to bring my Dyson blow dryer and I could not live without it (if that sounds hard to believe then you probably don’t have a Dyson blower). I texted my assistant to take care of it and less than an hour later the manager of the hotel brought it to my room and informed me one of the hotel’s runner boys went to buy it and the charge would be put on my hotel bill (so extra Hilton points). She gave me her phone number and told me to reach out if I needed anything. This was all within the first 2 hours of being there. Love this hotel and will definitely be back.

Very polite staff. Bed is firm but surprisingly comfortable. All amenities included. Chairs in dining room were extremely uncomfortable.

We stayed here only for one night and it was a nice experience. Nice and cozy rooms with a huge bathroom. Central location, helpful and friendly personnel, delicious breakfast, good parking facilities, spa area and a gym - what else do you need for a good stay at the hotel. Highly recommended for everyone!

We have stayed here several times on holiday and it's one of our favorite Hilton locations in the world. We travel a lot and always stay within the Hilton chain, and there is something so special about this hotel. The staff is so friendly. We love Adriana in the executive lounge and the manager upon check in is always friendly and helpful. They realize we are repeat guests and always try to make it special for us. We love the bar and the restaurant there also! Rooms are spacious and clean. This time we are staying in Prague for a month so we ended up staying only one night here and then checked in to our rental, but we are trying to come back once a week at least for drinks in the bar. Just an overall nice atmosphere.

Good hotel location with easy accessiblity to the main attractions of Prague... Some of the staff were very nice. I would not say the concierge is the best... They try to sell the high value tickets than keeping the comfort of customer in mind.... But that wouldn't take away from it being Hilton after all n the prized location that it is at. So all well.

We travelled with another family to Prague and decided to stay at the Hilton Old Town in Prague. The hotel location was perfect! We were within walking distance to the all the places we wanted to visit. The hotel was amazing, beautiful new rooms, excellent amenities and the staff was really nice. Highly recommend staying in this property if you visit Prague.

Big hotel, 20 min walking from the old town. Breakfast is nice. So many counters at the reception with limited number of employees where you need to wait till to be served. The cloud a bar from the top has a beautiful view to Prague

We had excellent service here. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I always receive good service at a Hilton hotel, but the staff here really went above and beyond my expectations to make me feel welcome and satisfied. They were very helpful, especially since the airline lost one of our bags, and I would visit this location again.

We stayed there for three nights. It’s an amazing hotel. The rooms are very comfortable. The bathrooms and rooms were cleaned very often and very hygienic. The menu for room service was very limited especially the vegetarian options were very less. The breakfast was pretty normal but again very limited. There was a girl called Barbera who makes omelette for breakfast. We told her to make two vegetarian omelette and very clearly we mentioned NO MEAT and in one of the omelette there was bacon and the other one tasted very bad. This is not acceptable!!! Otherwise the service and the stay was amazing. The location was really at the center and amazing place to stay if you want to explore the main parts of Prague. I will definitely miss this hotel and will definitely come back to this hotel and recommend it to others.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the hotel is very upscale located very close to Old Town Sq, we easily walked everywhere from the hotel. Staff was very helpful, breakfast here was top notch and the bar/lounge is a great place for a drink before going out at night.

The Hilton Old Town is a very decent hotel. The service is excellent for me, and I would give them 5 stars for the front desk, the wait staff, and for the daily room servicing.

The disappointment comes from the very dated rooms and the lack of amenities in the room. First, the toiletries are sorely lacking. One tiny bottle of body wash and shampoo a day is barely enough. There is also a lack of other toiletries easily found in other top hotels such as comb, toothbrush/paste, cotton buds etc.

The breakfast options are decent, but can be spruced up a little. Introducing some menu changes everyday can also help make it less boring.

In general, a decent hotel, but lacking that final touch of luxury to make it a great one.

Very nice hotel that's been recently renovated. The room we stayed in was definitely on the smaller side from what we were expecting however the finishes and decor were fantastic so we didn't mind the space constraint. A great experience overall. Would certainly stay here again.

The Hilton Prague Old Town is great. The service was wonderful, the breakfast buffet absolutely fabulous! We came off a cruise ship for a two night stay and the room was very large, especially compared to our cabin on the ship, and very modern. It had a huge TV and lots of English-speaking channels. We could not have been happier with our stay at this Hilton. Five stars!

Friendly staff; excellent service throughout. We were on executive floor.

The local taxi driver at the Prague central train station wanted to charge us €25.00 from the train station to Hilton Prague Old Town. That was outrages for a 2.7km & a 5 minutes distance.

I called the hotel & they offered to send its hotel contracted car to pick us up from the train station for only £10.00.

We were told that taxi drivers at the Praha hl.n always rip off tourists.

We're very pleased with their service.

We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Conveniently located on the edge of Old Town within a mile of most major sites. Near good restaurants and shopping. Our room was modern and clean with a huge LCD TV. Hotel staff was friendly. Only downside was that you could hear the trams, which run almost non-stop. Also, there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway and our room - although most people would probably not notice it. Nice shower and bedding.

The hotel is actually quite nice. The layout and decor reminded me of most stateside Omnis instead of the Hiltons we're used to. My wife and I are both diamond members and we're treated to the upstairs executive lounge. There was an included meal schedule, beverages, and coffee for executive access members.
The hotel is walking distance from most everything that one would consider tourism in the city. That was why we were there, vacation, so we enjoyed the versatility and convenience of the location. There's a great Thai place just around the corner and a grocery across the lane if you're on a restricted diet like gluten free. Not much else in the country will cater to that, though there maybe a gluten free bakery if you're willing to take a drive.

Lovely hotel. Great choice for breakfast. My only negative is that a small bottle of water in the room costs £6, it's fair to charge if the mini bar is used, but water not in the fridge should be free.

A nice clean hotel with good sized rooms and very friendly staff. The location is particularly convenient, the rail line is right next door and you can walk to many tourist spots. The normal amenities you expect in an American hotel are in the room. The atmosphere in the hotel and the room is quite.

I am a Hilton Diamond Member and have stayed in Hilton properties all over the world. The Hilton Old Town Prague, hands down, has the very best staff I have ever experienced. From the General Manager through the wait staff, the bell men, executive lounge, main lounge to maid service. THE BEST EVER!

The airline misplaced our luggage and the front desk was on the phone helping us locate it and getting it delivered at 3:45 AM. Tereza L. in the Executive Lounge and Daniel in the downstairs lounge at two of the "BEST" hostess and hosts I have very seen. Wonderful, wonderful people.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this hotel's staff treated me and my wife. They are a SIX out of Five stars. They helped make our time in Prague all the more special. Thanks again to all the staff!

Great hotel and friendly staff. Centrally located, right next to the yellow metro line and ten minute walk to main square. Loads of good restaurants within walking distance and area is safe. 20 minutes cab drive from airport. Gym is best I've seen in Prague hotels I've stayed at and there is also a pool. Breakfast is also good.

I like it, but I couldn't give 5 stars. The service and breakfast are good, and the room is comfortable. But...
We booked in advance a room for 3. When we arrived they sent us to a 2 bed room, and prepared the extra bed only when we arrived. (For me, they should have already prepared to receive 3 people).
In the overall the hotel looks very old fashioned, the room and the dinning room looks old to me.

Very good hotel, walking distance from the Old Town Square and from Wenceslas Square. Staff was very nice and the Executive Lounge also well provided with snacks and beverages at all times (except, for unknown reasons, at lunch time).
Too bad the lounge didn't have beer, but this is really not a problem in Prague, where beer is so ubiquitous and cheap.

Everything great except no free WiFi in the rooms. Need to pay extra or give all my data at the reception... Every small hostel provides free WiFi without questions asked. Also one free bottle of water would be nice. Tap water is not very good in Prague...

Good hotel, nice breakfast, fireplace in the winter is really cool. There were scratches on leather panel above the bed, just replace it guys. And perhaps it's Hilton policy but why modern hotel doesn't have wifi in the rooms? Really some people come to work and even in vacation connection is already necccesity and not luxury

Everything in the hotel was perfect from the time we arrived in the reception door. The location is perfect near the city center behind the Palladium shopping mall.

- Nothing.

Nice hotel and good if you can get a cheap deal (we booked via our airline and got a pretty good rate) but severely let down by the lack of free Wi-Fi in the rooms. Even the cheapest of hotels and b&b's have free Wi-Fi as standard these days. How can somewhere as expensive as a Hilton still be so far behind?

World class hotel chain but this one needs some help. No Hilton Honours speed lane and the 9 of us took an average of 90 mins to check in. One of us took 3 attempts to get the right room, the first one already had someone in it. My room was given to someone else the second day so they let themselves in...
