Great hotel staff was very nice. Its right near the local mall. Nice place to visit

As someone who isn't crazy about hotels in the downtown core of any major city, I was pleasantly surprised by the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Regina. I thought it might be a little "sketchy" having stayed in other downtown hotels in Vancouver & Calgary (to be fair it was 1980, the oil & gas industry was booming and I had a room right next door to some "gentlemen" who were in town for some O & G Show so it wasn't like they were 'sketchy' but more of party types). The staff were excellent and I had no trouble at all with the parking. I will definitely go back.

The location is fantastic for walking downtown. The room is pretty standard and the bed/pillow are comfortable. The breakfast is a standard continental breakfast, so adjust your expectations accordingly. Overall it's a good value.

Great location right down town Regina, two blocks from Victoria Park. Large room and very large bathroom, all tastefully decorated. Front desk staff were very helpful. Quiet! Casual self-serve breakfast with tons of variety including fresh fruit. Excellent value. Would fefinity go back for business or pleasure!

I received a complimentary upgrade to one of their suites. Room was large and clean. Lots of space to work and relax. Large bathroom with a great shower that had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Only thing that was a bit weird is the closet for hanging your clothes was out in the living room near the front door when there is more then enough room to have it in the bedroom.

Its an older establishment. The bed is not as comfy as other holoday inns but it is clean and the front desk staff is friendly. The only thing i really didn't like was the bed in my room is right beside the door. I am sure not all of the rooms are like that. :)

Rooms were updated a few years ago, but could use another refresh soon. Very clean, included breakfast is adequate. In room HVAC could use some updating. Location is great, however parking is expensive (and not always available). Staff are friendly and attentive. Overall ambiance is quite good and the rooms are quiet.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is perfect and has everything you would want to start your day. Great location and close to places to eat. One con would be you have to pay for parking. $15 a day! Aside from this I would recommend this hotel.

The cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. Typically, I do not like staying at hotels but this one was so clean I will definitely stay there again.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was well-stocked and the room was very well maintained and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Great downtown location, clean, and super value for the price.

Well located in the middle of downtown. Good for the price. Sometimes when I've stayed on the second floor, the hallway smelled like the Chinese restaurant below, but the rooms are modern and well appointed, if sometimes oddly layed-out. Service is friendly and helpful. Numerous great restaurants and pubs within a few blocks, so if you're working downtown, no car rental required.

The rooms are standard run of the mill HIE rooms. Breakfast selection is better than most - western omelettes. Hotel staff were kind.

Stayed here for a week on business. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Check in was smooth and quick. Continental breakfast has the standards and will get you up and running for your day.

A good place to stay for in the area. I missed noticing that parking costs extra. That was disappointing. I've never been to a Holiday Inn Express where that was the case. The room cost was only slightly cheaper than some other hotels so we ended up not saving anything versus staying elsewhere.

Felt very comfortable from the time we walked in until checkout. Everyone smiling. In downtown yet very quiet.

The hotel rooms and staff are great, but the location is not ideal. Parking is very challenging. It is very difficult to navigate around the immediate area during construction. I have no complaints regarding anything once I was inside the doors, but the overall experience was lessened due to the location.

Friendly staff at check in. Clean room. Quiet hotel. Quick check out. Would stay here again.

A slightly dated hotel in the heart of downtown Regina, staff are friendly and rooms are nice, small renovations have been made but no major overhaul. No restaurant on location either makes this not my first choice. But if the price is right no need to turn it away.

Rooms were very clean and large. Parking was good for being downtown. Continental breakfast was better than expected. I would recommend this hotel.

This location is very easy to find and the staff is very friendly! Free breakfast and free WiFi. Beautiful suites. Very clean and quiet. Highly recommended!

Nice service good room, however limited parking

I had a good stay for a very reasonable rate. All staff were great, breakfast was hot. I was surprised by the additional charge for parking ... but I guess you don't have to use their lot. I enjoy the cleanliness, modern look and consistency offered by Holiday Inn Express.

Clean and comfortable. Received an upgrade to one of the suites which was nice. The hotel is at a convenient location and is close to many restaurants and the casino. The parking lot is pretty small. Breakfast is good, the standard holiday inn express breakfast. Front desk staff are friendly.

Nice hotel but it has a small parking lot and the elevator is way on one side of the hotel. The rooms are nice and new with a large bathroom. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a Holiday Inn Express.

Convenient location for anyone working downtown. Breakfast was surprisingly good for the price of the hotel stay. Has many hot items, including eggs and protein. Stayed in a queen room which was nice. The bathroom was very clean and modern. No complaints about the bed either.

The room was clean and bed comfortable also bathroom had been updated and was nice. The air conditioner worked really well. Also good location close to some cool downtown pubs.

All that I could ask for in a no-frills hotel, though I had trouble connecting to the WiFi.

Room are nicer than other downtown Regina hotels such as the Delta and Ramada - though the Ramada is close. The beds are comfortable and not insanely soft and squish like other hotels. The window's don't open, but the in room AC units do well. The location is central and easily accessed, but the lack of parking makes it difficult. The hot breakfast is surprising good considering it's free - they're got one of those pancake conveyor belt things, actually bacon, bagels with good cream cheese. Staff are friendly and this doesn't apply to only the front desk staff - cleaning staff also very friendly.

Joann is awesome. And the Filipina breakfast lady is so nice and always ensures the area is tended to.
Beds are comfy.
Fitness centre is okay. Would be a better hotel if there was a hot tub in the basement.

I stayed there two weeks and had a pleasant stay. I had booked a room with a fridge and a desk, but was pleasantly surprised when I saw it was a huge suite. There was a big bedroom, a large living room with a five seat sofa, a tea kitchen, and a dining table. The wifi was the annoying type where you have to sign in every time you turn on your computer.

Older property right downtown. Decent Rooms. Normal HI breakfast. – 6/10
