Uno de mis hoteles favoritos. Sin embargo últimamente no he podido quedarme, por las altas tarifa espero ya que pase el Verano, las tarifas se regularicen y pueda volver a quedarme. Es un hotel muy cómodo, la atención del personal es excelente, muy amables y atentos. El Wifi pocas veces he tenido problemas, el desayuno es básico, como todos los Holiday Inn Express. En general muy buen hotel.

San Diego yes, right next to Mexico no.
It was more that the hotel was off in a corner against the highways. But we had a good breakfast and a good sleep. We (family of 5) stayed 1 night. And deposit for the hotel was so low! Overall I would stay again, the sheets were stained and it wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t motel or old building gross or anything either. Now I could’ve paid for a better hotel lol, gym and possibly pool are 24hours! If hubby and I go alone this would be a good turn up spot lol!

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. One star short because the breakfast options were not that tasty. Overall though, I would definitely return.

So I'm not really a fan of the location, especially given what San Diego in general has to offer, but the people working here were absolutely splendid, and the room was nice (and clean). Probably could've been cleaner, but I also probably could've picked a more expensive hotel lol. Ample parking, at least when I was there. Not too far from food locations if you're down with fast food and Starbucks.

Nice riom. Solid breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage and muffins. Quiet. Felt safe.

Great place to stay. Kids loved the pool and the service was wonderful. The man who checked us in was super friendly and everything was easy.

Hotel it's self is nice. But it's in an industrial park and view of Mexico border. Oh,and it's right next to the federal prison if you're into that sort of thing.

Place was another wonderful Holiday Inn experience. Front desk lady with glasses from another branch provided valuable info that saved me money

I stayed here for 2 months for work. The rooms were comfortable but the walls are thin. I did not like the hot breakfast food choices. This hotel is literally around the corner from the Mexican border. There are many, many restaurants. I opted to eat at Erik's Greek Deli which is at the border. This hotel is nice and only about 5 miles North on Birch Road is so many wonderful restaurants such as Buffalo Wild Wings, Cheesecake Factory, In N Out, Subway, Sushi, Otay Ranch Mall. It's a very nice location.The beds are very comfortable.

Very nice. Only minor complaint was that I could hear neighbors t.v. through the wall and over the a.c. fan noise. No wall insulation.

My wife and I stay here every time we visit Imperial Beach. Excellent perfect hotel, clean rooms, bathrooms, public areas great staff, lovely breakfast. We stay here about twice a year, and stay about 2 weeks each time.

The room was clean and very functional. The hotel seemed like a typical Holiday Inn. It's decent but there are better hotels out there. In this area right next to the border, it seemed like the best choice though.

Great location near the boarder. Nice big clean room. Blinds make the room pitch dark if you need to sleep during the day. Front desk workers are nice and helpful.

Quiet, clean and convenient. Great deal for a good night's sleep.

for what it is... it's not that bad! honestly, if you're staying here, in the middle of nowhere, its probably because you just need a place to crash..and if thats all you want, you'll be fine.

Great Hotel very rooms, 2 tv's, 2 queen beds, computer desk, various lighting great if your working and other have to sleep! The staff is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions. Unfortunately We missed the breakfast as we left early but they opened up and offered milk and yogurt for the young ones everything else look good as a normal breakfast. Cereals, pancakes, toast, juice, coffee....

I will stay there next time we fly out of Mexico again.

Quick stay...needed a home-like place...

We flew into Tijuana from a week long vacation in Cancun. Since we had a late flight we opted to stay at this hotel for a night. The hotel is approximately 10-15 minutes away from the CBX by street.

Given our membership (or perhaps our incredibly exhausted faces), our family was upgraded to a suite. The suite has two super comfortable queen beds and a pull out sofa. The room was clean, cool and felt like home.

I was thankful that the lobby was stocked microwaveable food, snacks and an assortment of drinks because we weren't in the mood to go anywhere (we'll start up the diet on Monday).

It's been my experience with IHG that most properties have fruit in the lobby; it was the same welcome experience here...love that delicious attention to detail.

This hotel will definitely become our go-to place when we're in this area in a few months.

Really nice hotel close to boarder for easy access. Everything in the room seemed new. They could work on house keeping though, found several hairs in bathroom.

Very clean. I understand many people don't like the location because of the industrial types of businesses around. But to have free parking, free WiFi, awesome breakfast, and no nuisance "resort fees" we saw often when trying to find a hotel in the area, it's totally worth it and all you need to do is drive 10-30 minutes to be in middle of everything. You're only sleeping here overnight and not here all day. Isn't that worth the amenities and a place you know is clean?

Was a bit confusing to get here, hotel was a little hidden. Near the Tj boarder. Rooms very clean, didn't not expect an extra sofa bed which worked out perfect for my teen since we are a family of 5. Pool was a bit dirty didn't know it was heated. Didn't enjoy it but I'm​ pretty sure our kids would have, if it was cleaned. Overall experience was very pleasant! Nice little breakfast, it's continental. Would come back.

Clean room, modern lighting, extra towels without asking, amazingly comfortable beds and a fun quiet heated pool. Perfect swim on a brisk 61 degree San Diego night. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great hotel, everything is so clean and tidy. Beds are very comfortable, bathroom is very modern and has been fitted with the proper equipment to accommodate the handicap.

A clean, comfortable hotel located a few miles from Sleep Train Amphitheater. Tucked away in an industrial area so follow your GPS. No, you didn't take a wrong turn, there really is a hotel back there. This location isn't as out of the way as it seems.

Location is great if you are working in Tijuana but want to stay in the states. Staff is pleasant and hotel is clean. Breakfast is great for continental. Only issue is the lack of options for dinning around the area - I hope you like subway!

The location was in an industrial part of town so if you get to the hotel a little later and you are hungry, I would eat somewhere on the road beforehand. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern and the breakfast was nice with eggs, sausage, cereal, pancakes, and bread offered. It's really close to the tijuana entrance on the OTAY and to the new Tijuana airport corridor. Staff was friendly anf helpful. Overall a really good deal and a good hotel.

The hotel is clean, employees are pleasant. The location is a little odd, as if it's off the beaten path but not that bad. They offer a buffet type breakfast which is included, there are eggs, bacon, sausage, juices, cereal and yogurt plus other goodies. For a quick overnight stay this place is perfect.

Stayed here for four nights and it wasn't bad. Employees were nice, room was clean and breakfast was good. Didn't have time to check out the pool area but it looked clean when I drove by on one of the days. Will definitely stay again if I'm in this area.

Great hotel, it's what I expect from the Holiday Inn Express. Rooms are updated and just amazing. The area is surprisingly quiet but not much to do in the area unless you plan on rolling in TJ which is minutes from this location.

Only bad thing about this hotel is location, nothing to do around hotel. Mexico is within walking distance but there's nothing to do in that part of mexico you will still have to drive to downtown TJ!
