Got here at 3.30 room wasn't ready yet only 1 garbage can none in bathroom. Went to pool filter wasn't on was told guy who takes care of it quite n broke it before leaving. Also a million bees out side on pillars. The staff was very nice but u need to keep up on maintaining ur place.

Just stayed here overnight on our way to the cape. Not expecting much. Older building with the decor matching the owners style. I was impressed. The room was fine and clean. The breakfast was solid. Great job to the staff.
They do the very best with what they have.

Good price, due for a renovation which they said is happening soon. So so pool, but still enjoyed talking a dip. Friendly staff. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Positive experience.

Husband left shirt and jacket in room. They had them. We stay here twice a year when we visit family in Bristol. Great location. They're totally refurbishing the place...hopefully the prices stay reasonable. Super breakfast and really nice desk, breakfast and room people.

The web site we used said it had a microwave in each room. When we get there, there is only one microwave in the breakfast area. Besides that, it was a good hotel.

Mildly disappointed. Desk personnel were going through the motions, not very invested in their guests: No "Welcome...", no "What brings you...", no "Good morning, how was your night?"... The room was clean and spacious but for a "King Suite", it was empty space as the furnishings were meager. To summary as the room as a bed with a small TV and a toilet isn't far off. The room itself needed a little help: A/C unit needed to be recharged BADLY, water sputtered and was brown for a time when we first got there, the refrigerator couldn't keep a bottle of water cold, the free breakfast was cold eggs and hot toast... For what we needed for a night, it met our requirements. But for what we paid, it was not worth the money.

Stayed two nights now. One last week on the third floor. Again tonight on the second. First stay on the third floor check in was quick and easy. Room was clean. However shower drain couldn't keep up with the water and hot water was warm at best going to cold on and off the entire time. Tonight check in was very slow even though there wasn't not a sole in line. Worked all day in the freezing temps just waiting for a hot shower. Second floor shower drains fine but the water wasn't even warm. Ice cold actually. Turned the valve to cold to see if the plumber hooked it up reserve. Temps never changed at all. Disappointing after a long day in the frigid temps. Won't stay a third night for any reason. Job site is 10 minutes away and have already seeked out a hotel 40 minutes from here for tomorrow night.

Visited for a potential wedding block although the location looks like a nice property it was not close enough to Bristol for our taste. Was quite Regal inside a lot of decorative Furnishings in ceiling frescoes quite interesting for a Swansea hotel off the highway

We stay at Holiday Inns all the time this was one of the nice ones. They all are nice but only some of them are very clean

Holiday Inn Express are certainly quality hotels. This one was a bit below par when compared to other HIEs I have been too. It's interior is a bit old and the breakfast room certainly needs some updating. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was also very friendly. I am just not sure it's worth the extra price to stay at this HIE.

The beds were comfortable, the hot water was iffy at best, breakfast was simple and they ran out of milk. Staff was very polite. Had our smoke detector give the low battery alarm, and they tried to get us to wait until morning when all it needed was a new battery, which we finally convinced them to change.

There is a problem of hot water frequently. Also you won't find water bottle.Even after telling this problem to management this problem occurs. They don't fix it permanently.

Clean Hotel very quiet and comfortable bed. Quick check in as well as Express checkout. TVs need to be updated they are very small less than 40 in.

OK holiday inn, not much greater options in Fall River MA area. Gym could be upgraded with a little more equipment such as a bench and dumbell

Clean, great price and good costumer service. But my room was next to the ice machine at first floor and was to noisy.

The rooms were new as it was just renovated, although it wasn't as big as expected. The hotel was under construction which made it dusty downstairs, no loud noises or anything and it would look good when done. Staff were nice but breakfast didn't really match its price. Overall, it was an okay-good hotel.

Not the cleanest place in the world, but nice and comfy for the night. Could hear people in the hallway through the giant gap in the bottom of the door (about 2 inches). Also could hear all the footsteps above us.

Very nice rooms and amazing service

Very nice hotel for business visits. They provide everything you'll need as a business person coming to town. The rooms are nice and cold (not too cold tho!) And the hotel rate is very fair for the area.

The beds are not comfortable it's a reasonable rate with a good breakfast in the morning the best thing about the breakfast is the cinnamon rolls an the coffee. I would recommend staying here because they will give you a more comfortable bed and the staff is really friendly.

Hotel staff was extremely accommodating and my room was spacious and clean. Not much to do in the area, but it was a great stop for the one night I spent there.

The hotel was adequate. It was bare minimum but sufficient and meet our needs. It is a bit out of the way and remote but the price was reasonable. Sure missed pancakes for breakfast, machine was broken.

Rooms not cleaned found an empty wine bottle next to the bed. Pool was not maintained, not clear and you could see that it was down about a foot or more of water. The only plus was the Breakfast bar with pancake maker. Will not be back

The pillows are too dang thick! I'm a side sleeper and just couldn't get comfortable with the pillows. Other than that, this was just like every other Holiday Inn. The fire alarm went off at 7am but I suppose that's not really their fault.

Great place if you need somewhere for a night while travelling, they serve breakfast and you can order food from local restaurants to your door. The only issue it's it's location, the only thing that's kind of nearby is the mall. But it's not an issue if you're just staying for a night or two

I travel for a living, and have learned to expect certain things from Holiday Inn Express locations. This one did not meet those expectations.

The pros:
The staff was all VERY friendly, accommodating, and as a bonus, the ladies were all very attractive. The room was nicely decorated, and the beds were very comfortable.

The cons:
Breakfast was not good. There was no eggs, the coffee was room temperature, and things were empty. The pool area was not clean, the pool was very small, and the hot tub had been filled in with cement and covered with Astro turf. There wasn't very many guests, but the ones I saw all seemed pretty seedy. We also found a pretty gross roach looking bug in our bathroom.

The staff and the comfort of the bed are the only reason I didn't give only one star.

Jess at the front desk is wonderful!! She was easy to talk to and 100% accommodated my needs! My family has stayed at this location several times over the years and already have multiple dates in 2016 booked.

Clean hotel and friendly staff

Clean, affordable, fresh and vibrant, friendly courteous staff, best place around. If I'm ever back down there, that will be the only hotel I stay at. They get two thumbs up from me.

Staff were unbelievably competent and helpful. They upgraded us as a courtesy to help meet our family's needs better. They knew what they were doing and were empowered to do it. Nothing more satisfying than staff with power to make a change and to make the customer (me) happy - that is what I like to have! I will say that while they were kind and competent, they were not overly friendly - but I would take competent and helpful over super friendly any day. The facility itself was very nice with one of the best breakfasts we've had. I agree that the noise was a small issue in that heavy footfalls above were carried easily to our room below, but the decor and quality of the beds and linens felt like we were staying in a 3 or 4 star hotel. The pool, common areas and room were clean and nicely decorated with an up-to-date and very ascetically tasteful decor. Plenty of hot water. GPS had trouble finding it so you might need to call for directions.

My wife and I have stayed here several times over the years. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff is great. They are centrally located on GAR highway and close to everything. Amanda at the front desk was very friendly, professional, especially helpful. We would recommend them to our friends and family.
