I came here for our 20-year reunion. We were promised until midnight in the conference room. With a cash bar. The staff came in and stopped alcohol at 11 p.m. . No one was unruly. The night staff refused to call Brenda the general manager. Beware of having a social function at this establishment!

Great customer service! Beautiful hotel! I am amazed at the French Quarter decor. And a great room. Bed was comfortable. We're here for work, as we are opening Fin Feather Fur Outfitters #6, and it was refreshing to find great customer service!!! (Thats what we pride our store on as well!!) That's a shout out to Tasha and Lori at the front desk!! And with all the issues we've been having, and setting to open Aug 1, 2018, it was awesome to get a good, nights sleep!!!! And Greg in the restaurant is just so much fun! We had a blast!!! Thank you all!!!

The hotel hosted us for a conference for the entire weekend. I think they did okay to accommodate us but, things could have been done better. Such as preparing the conference room ahead of time and providing us water and coffee during our stay. The rooms were very nice, the bed was quite comfortable. However, this hotel has some outdated amenities like the gaming room some of the games don't actually function and by looking at the hotels amenities you can just see that it was dated. Regardless I'm happy we stayed here.

Great pool areas. The atrium bar area was closed though and only opens for "special events". The pub had decent food though, and it had a bar, but we didn't want to actually go into the pub for a couple drinks. Kids eat free with dine in which was also nice. The rooms were average. But that is what we were expecting.

There are a lot of different pools for the whole family to choose from and a hot tub. They have a arcade area for the kiddos to play games. They have a restaurant inside the hotel. And some nights they have a dance area. They have suite rooms for families or couples for a weekend getaway without going away. They have many restaurants nearby. Some even deliver to your room. Three grocery stores near by. You can't go wrong staying here.

Good experience overall. The staff was great, very helpful and welcoming. Brian at the front desk went out of his way to assist us with our stay and that was very helpful. The pools were well kept and the kids had fun. My only suggestion is to refresh the mattresses. Ours was definitely nearing the end of its life cycle. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.

Nice hotel with well priced rooms. Rooms were clean and service was excellent. Multiple pools were nice although it did mean some additional humidity indoors.

I visited Perrysburg Holiday Inn French Quarter this weekend for a high school reunion. The front desk staff were very courteous and kind of funny! They had a ladies bikers club staying the weekend. When I asked about the noise of the Harley's firing up, the gentleman checking me in said, "I'll put you in a very quiet spot so you won't hear all the noise." Well, he definitely delivered!

I think they put us in one of the worst rooms they have (3rd floor). There is mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the plumbing squeals when you turn it on, the beds were uncomfortable, and everything seems antiquated. Coffee from the Keurig was nasty. The only good part of this stay was the adult pool.

The staff were gracious, helpful, kind and provided excellent customer service for the funeral wake of Mary Wesolowski. Thank you!
The Upper Atrium was beautifully peaceful and filled with spring flowers, an amazing waterfall fountain and coy pond.
Such a sunny day to celebrate her life, family, love and the blessings of St. Patrick's Day!

Nice place. Very clean rooms. The building is old, so it shows wear and tear, but I would rather have a bit of peeling wallpaper over pubic hair on sheets any day. This place has wonderful pools, sauna, and hot tub. The adult only pool is very nice. The other pool and hot tub are overrun by kids; alot of kids! Wish they had an adult only hot tub for those of us who don't wish to soak in urine. This hotel has always been known as a party hotel, so drunks and loud kids are the norm.

I really unique place. Has been around as long as I can remember. Great place for the kids. Unfortunately, on my visit the pool had WAY too much clorine or something was off, my nose and throat burned after a short swim and for the following 12 hours.

This place has a royalty feel to it. You turn the corner from the check in desk and you're whisked away. The beds were comfortable and the staff for the most part was unbelievably nice. Only reason it's not 5 out of 5 for me is some of the outlets and bathrooms were out of date. Would stay there again in a heart beat though.

From the begining to the end it was a great experience. Everybody was so professional and friendly. We also had dinner at the pub, big thumbs up excellent service and food. Very relaxing jacuzzi could of been a little bigger but we made it work. 😉😉

It's in a nice area, and far enough away from the major road to be quiet. We stayed on the fourth floor. I think it's nice they have 2 floors you need a key card to access to. The room was well lit and comfortable. The bed and pillow selection were also great. Only real complaint i had was with the water temperature. It took awhile to adjust, so just when you think you had the right setting it was too hot or too cold. And I would suggest adding a speaker or two near the jacuzzi so you can hear the TV.

I love this place. Who doesn't love all the old school Holi-dome amenities?
I have been staying here my whole life. From when I was a kid, to now bringing my own. The one drawback is that it's pretty tired, and could use an update. Otherwise, the staff was great, and the room and common areas were clean.

I enjoyed the atmosphere in the hotel, from the lounge near the lobby to the New Orleans themed Holidome area. I've been coming here since I was a kid, and have not really ever been disappointed very severely. The party I was with was upset because in their room the Big Ten Network was not on the listed channels and thus they were unable to watch the Ohio State game, this did not affect my visit. What did affect my visit? The fact that the party I was with had conflict with staff, very minor but staff was not very understanding nor very friendly. As I said, minor inconveniences but always clean and appealing rooms. Will be visiting again despite being local.

This is a gorgeous hotel. They have a special area for the kids to play pool, ping pong, swim, and they even have a game room. Their indoor pools allow you to swim inside and outside at the same time weather permitting . And for your added safety nightly on sight security.

This as my second time here. The first was many years and coming back to see that it still has the same charm and beauty, is well, kept, clean, and the same decorous in I recall from my youth. I did not have experience with housecleaning, etc. I was there for an event, but the event room was nice and in keeping with the rest of the hotel. I would recommend this place, both for small events and for overnight stays.

Beautiful hotel, holiday inn French Quarter gives you the feeling your right in the heart of The French Quarter. Large indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, and even an adult floor with a bar, pool table and complimentary drinks. Clean, and a great staff.

Checked in and it was great. Room was fine but bedding was dirty so they changed sheets. Night was good but when we went out the next afternoon an employee saw we had our 3 month old and we were told we were staying on an adult only floor. We didn't know but we were told we would change rooms for 2nd night. We returned to pack up and our cards were deactivated. Had to go to front desk and get it straightened out. Desk was nice but first lady was rude and we were deactivated with our belongings in the room. Not a good move in their part.

We attended a fundraiser here. The food was good! They have several large rooms for such events. The pool looked very inviting and was in a great space in the atrium. The atrium was neat in general, looked like a very fun place to stay. Hotel staff served our event and were very friendly and attentive

We got a multi room suite and it was awesome. There was a kitchenette in the room which was nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were a little too firm for my liking, but my husband loved them. I loved the fact that the hotel had 2 separate pools, one for adults and one for kids. I don't mind kids playing in a pool, but every now and then it's nice to swim without all the noise and splashing. I would definitely stay here again! Great hotel!

Great stop, on my way west on I80 and needed a place to sleep for the night. Found this Holiday Inn online, called them up to check vacancy and they couldn't be more helpful. It was easy to get to off of the highway. The hotel itself is an extremely unique design and I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it. But it was also perfect for what I needed, good price, and a quiet night in a clean room.

Nice place for a wedding, beautiful venue, good staff. I'm giving it a 4 though because the beef they had at the wedding I was at was shoe leather. If people pay $60 bucks a head, they need to cook the food a little better. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience.

Nice room that are clean and well maintained. The hotel itself has an interesting design. The middle contains a lot of amenities including pool tables, arcade games and a pool. The pool usually has lots of kids playing in it, which makes for a loud place to go, which isn't muffled as the pool is not in an area by itself. The smell of chlorine is everywhere including when you enter the building and the hallway.

The whole experience was lovely, apart from being asked to move our car when we clearly already had our luggage with us. The Holidome was awesome. They are beginning to remodel soon and I hope it doesn't lose it's quaint NOLA charm.

Still on my first of two nights. The hotel itself is beautiful on the inside. It really looks like a relaxing outdoor European courtyard. My room smells like someone smoked in it and then the hotel sprayed something to cover it up. Very stale. Haven't slept yet, so I will update the review later this week.

I attended a dinner and cocktail hour at the Holiday Inn for the Air Force Bowling Tournament. The facility was very nice, clean , and large enough for the occasion. However we needed to ask the staff for a few things and it took them forever to get them to us. The staff was very courteous and friendly, just not very promt. I was impressed with how big the actual hotel was on the inside, especially the indoor/outdoor pool.

We were there visiting people in a wedding party we were in. The hotel was clean and the staff was great. My family visited Toledo during Easter break and we had a wonderful time there. I booked a room near Hollidome so that my son (6 years old) can have an access to all fun games (table tennis and a pool table) and swimming pool right in front of our door. He had a best time ever and mentioned this hotel is his favorite. All staff is so friendly and ready to help and check in/check out was smooth. My son left his bag where he had his toys and blanket. We called hotel (talked to Chuck) and they sent it back to our house right next day via DHL. What a wonderful/ unforgettable hospitality!

This is an older Holiday Inn. It's rooms are dated as well as the restaurant and bar area, but it's hands down the nicest hotel to take the family for a weekend in the pools - especially in the winter. Big open areas indoors. There's a separate adult pool for adults over 18. The rooms are clean but run down. Staff is very nice. They recognized my Spire Elite status. Will stay here again.

The place was really nice. I loves the pool and our room was clean. Beds were really soft and the linen was nice fresh. They even have a adult pool in another section of the hotal for those who just want to chill. I didn't like that they said they had a game room but all it was a room with like 5 games and most of them were down my kids were bummed out.

The Holiday inn here is wonderful. Service is friendly and fast, rooms are clean, and amenities are nice. The breakfast is especially lovely. The only complaint I have is that the pool can be a little too crowded on weekends. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my time

The hotel is going through a needed remodeling. The work is not a bother and service is maintained to Holiday Inn standards. It's a nice hotel, it is priced at a premium to area hotels, still there is value to be had.

It wasn't a bad experience at all but the rooms and the fitness center were dated. I stayed over the weekend and there was a fair amount of families enjoying the holidome area, but after 11:00 pm when the pools closed it was quiet. The restaurant was also very lively.

I had a interesting experience at the French Quarter. My wife and I took our children there for a little escape from the winter so the kids could go swimming. We are both locals and familiar with the hotel. In fact, my wife used to be a banquet server there when she was it high school. First off, the place was PACKED. It just so happened that a Bluegrass music convention was there the same weekend. That being said, we have both agreed we will probably never go there again for swimming. I saw a long list of rules for the holidome pool area, and very few were being observed or enforced. This includes children under a certain age being supervised, running, throwing balls, children under 3 in the hot tub, children in the sauna, glass bottles in the pool area, coolers, and the list goes on. It was extremely hectic trying to managing my small children (2 and 3) and making sure they were not hurt from kids sprinting on wet tile and throwing hard rubber balls. I was also surprised that given the amount of people, the bar was closed...on a Saturday night. I guess this explains all of the coolers. The brunch on Sunday was pretty good though.

The French Quarter theme really works. The lobby area is quite nice with a koi pond and indoor pool along with benches and stuff to relax on. Some of the rooms have exterior entrances, but mine didn't. Rooms are a bit small and a little dated but were clean and comfy. Night front desk staff was amazing, nicest one I have dealt with. Good value, I'd book it again.

Outdated. Rooms are antiquated with a cramped feel to them. This place looks as if was a great place to go -- 50 years ago. The bar and restaurant gives off a dark, musty vibe as if the place used to accommodate smokers, which is fine, but not my thing. Waiters and waitresses were eager to see someone different from the normal truckers that come through.

We come here every year for our annual Xmas eve family party. Only thing we were very disappointed in was we called a couple months ahead to reserve two rooms together (a king and a double queen) and ended up with two double queens... Like 4 rooms apart. We like to have the attached rooms to accommodate our guest to spend time together.

The room we stayed in was located outdoors, so when we stepped out of our room, it was snow that greeted us. The building is nice inside and the workers were really helpful, but our door definitely had a draft from the outside. It wasn't so bad that we requested a new room though, just something of note.

Over the past 15 years or so I've heard great things about this hotel....I grew up in a small town not far from here. French quarter this, French Quarter that. I've stayed here only a couple of times and have been disappointed on both occasions. My girlfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary a couple of weeks ago and for the money spent, we were both disappointed with the delivery or lack thereof. To start, the bathroom only had one towel when we arrived....there was a dirty washcloth sitting on the top of the shower curtain as well. The Jacuzzi was dirty....when we turned on the jets some kind of "smudge" came out of them....the handle to the drain fell off....the Jacuzzi in our room was very small, it might work for one person but definitely not enough room for a couple to relax. There was no refrigerator in the room...I've had one in all other Holiday Inns I've stayed at. The alarm clock was not set and the "minute" button didn't work. We reserved a "couples getaway" package which included wine and a cheese tray delivered to the room.....these were not delivered at the time the front desk said they would be delivered. They were delivered about 45 minutes late. And to top it off, there was a cigarette lighter under the bed sheets....an obvious sign that they had not been switched out prior to our stay. Way too much hype for this location and definitely not getting my moneys worth.
