Outstanding customer service along with clean spacious rooms, excellent restaurant & facilities!

Extremely nice rooms with very pleasant staff members. Will definitely be my choice on every visit to Ohio going forward!!

This hotel has been very nicely renovated, a place to dine and is conveniently located next to the restaurants and stores within the Boardman area. The rooms have Kuerigs along with nice lighting. No free contenential breakfast is included, but you can pay to eat at the restaurant within the hotel. There is also a conference center attached if you'd like to have an event. The staff is nice and handled multiple wedding parties very well. I would stay here again.

They are good no complaints. Have stayed several times. . Everything is getting expensive but they aren’t outrageous. Never had a noisy stay . Happy

I went for a wedding held in the Mill Creek room. Room was nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem with the staff was that they didn't seem trained well. Food served was good.

Rooms, grounds, and all of the hotel were in amazing condition and extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and accommodating. There isn't much I could complain about.

While personality complexes with a couple of sad employees, I must say this is a Quality Hotel, dating for all different types of circumstances. There are those that have love and compassion for their tenants and there are those that abide strictly by the rules. And in the broad spectrum of things both are appreciated.

Very average hotel. The rooms were fairy nice but weirdly laid out. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but nothing amazing. The restaurant was very underwhelming. Went in for breakfast and there were only 3 other tables and somehow it still took an hour. Slow service and long waits. The food wasn't even good enough to justify it.

Rooms are clean. But unless you ask for refreshing service on coffee water etc you won't get it. Staff helpful. Food menu is good but limited.

I was in the banquet hall for a luncheon.... and also in lobby.... everyone was very courteous, greeting you, helpful,good excellant,,, food service was awesome..... 100% perfect

Very good food for breakfast. Clean large two queen room, reasonable rate. I would stay here again. Up-to-date furnishings, TV was small, ~24". Super comfy beds, no back pain in the morn, nice pillows.

This is a really good restaurant! And probably one of the best kept secrets in area dining. Good food and drinks, and the bartenders, Chrissy and Claudina are polite and personable. The food is reasonably priced, and they have a nice mix of steaks, comfort food, and trendy selections. They also have a great breakfast, especially on the weekends. My only complaint is that they have a very mediocre wine list. It would be nice if they had a couple of higher end choices.

Beautiful facility and wonderful staff. My mom used this hotel to convalesce after a surgery and their service made it well worth the money. Top notch!

Well appointed property with pool and restaurant on site, as well as several banquet facilities. The rooms are gorgeous and the hotel is relatively new. Would stay again.

I arrived in Boardman Ohio a cpl hours before check in. I walked into the hotel, and was greeted by Kyle at the front desk. What a respectful and genuinely nice guy!! He not only checked me in early, but he was more than happy to talk to me about the area, and what sort of activities there are to do. The hotel was clean. The entire staff were respectful. Truly a wonderful stay, one that I plan to repeat

I was there for something else did not stay the night but it seamed nice. It was clean the staff was helpful. The hall looked like it would be a great place to have a wedding.

The hotel was nicely decorated, with a modern feel. The room was clean and well lit. The coffee in the room was actually pretty good, which is not my usual experience in hotel rooms. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The service at the bar area was not great - they were extremely slow and seemed somewhat bothered that they had patrons. But overall, our stay was really nice.

We had a banquet and I also had dinner on Friday evening. It is a very affordable place to eat. It is part of the Holiday Inn in Boardman. The banquet we had on Saturday was excellent. The service was good and the food even better. It is a good family place to eat. Very clean and neat.

Recently attended my wife's baby shower at this beautiful Holiday Inn location. Although having passed this location thousand of times I never actually experienced this location on the inside. One word - WOW...! So surprised on how upscale Holiday Inn has become. The lobby was large in scale and very professional feeling. Staff was attenditive upon noticing my presence immediately. My wife's baby shower was a short walk from the main lobby. Upon opening the two doors I was taken back by how nice they already set the room up. The social event coordinator was already present and assured us everything was taken care of. The food served was unbelievably amazing and my wife's guests are still commenting on this aspect. After everything was said and done her shower was a beautiful, memorable experience. A little expensive but DEFINITELY worth it. Thank you Holiday Inn for an amazing baby shower.

I will definitely be staying here again, the location is great and easy to access everything, the staff is phenomenal, and the rooms are modern. I mean, for example, my sink had a backslash that you would see on HGTV! They do offer a full restaurant as well. The breakfast is not complimentary though. I will definitely stay here again.

We had our 30 th class reunion here it was a great time the facility was accommodating and the atmosphere was very top notch. It was Great seeing Diane our bartender and long time neighbor. She was a great bartender. Your staff did a fantastic job accommodating our WARRIOR family and for that we thank you.

I attended a one-day professional training at this hotel's conference center for my work. The building and its conference rooms were clean and had pleasant music playing in the lobby. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked throughout the day. I would recommend this location for professional events, for sure!

Had a fantastic experience here. We rented a room to hold a wake for a family member. Room was set up beautifully, staff was very kind and food was fantastic! I will go back to the restaurant there just for the food, it was seriously awesome!!!

The staff is great, facilities are clean and have easy access to everything. I prefer conferences being here, nice place and close to.home

The hotel was really clean and nice. They have an indoor pool with a hot tub. They also have a small gym and a bar. The room service was on point throughout our entire stay there. There are several places to way surrounding the hotel. Also, there's a movie theater right behind the hotel!

The location is convenient and the rooms are really clean and nice. The service was good and I had a lot of fun there with my friends

This place was great very accomidating for all of our needs. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. We had about 10 rooms and they were great. Would recommend this place to anyone going to the area.

I enjoyed my stay at the holiday inn in Youngstown. The employees at the front desk are very nice and willing help. The rooms are very nice but the bed is little too firm in my opinion. Cleaning service is excellent and the restaurant/bar is very nice. Good food and drinks. I would stay here again.

This holiday inn in boardman,ohio is a beautiful place. I was in the conference room for Easter Sunday Lunch. The food was delicious. The room was clean. The only complaint I have is the server getting or drinks was a bit flustered. She did a fine job, it could of been her first day. Idk. But she messed up a lot of our drinks. Would rate it 8/10

We had so much fun. We will probably be staying somewhere else next year but only because of them not having breakfast and larger rooms. We are a traveling competition team. The girls would like to have more space so that we can all stay in one room

I was happy with the venue. The front desk was helpful and the speaker I saw there was set up in a beautiful conference room with a great breakfast buffet.

We where there using the conference room for three days and I would highly recommend them because the setup was fantastic with a fresh fruit tray and pastries plus donuts and a coffee station. For lunch had a full buffet with different choices everyday. 5 Stars

Prefer this hotel when I stay in the Youngstown area. They have a bar, amazing breakfast and dinner. The rooms are always clean and the rates are great. Staff is friendly

Stayed in the honey moon suite. It was amazing. The only problem was the absence of coffee in the room which was quickly handled by hotel staff. Amazing experience will definitely go back.

It was an OK stay, there was nothing extraordinarily good or bad. Room service wasn't the best bit it was a cheaper hotel room

The service was excellent! I understand how they've won all the awards. The gym was less than ideal - 2 treadmills, a bike, and an elliptical, but the pool was nice. Breakfast was delicious and fairly priced.

As long as you don't want to work out with weights, this is a great place!

The hotel was very easy to get to from the interstate, it is just a mile or so from the exit. Right near the hotel is a couple restaurants, bars, shopping areas, gas stations, and fast food joints so you have plenty of nearby amenities. Check in and check out was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable and was in good, clean condition. I didn't use the indoor pool but there is one if you like that. Overall a very pleasant stay.

As a wedding coordinator had a great experience working with the staff at this Holiday Inn. Very accomodating! Can't say enough, Shelly you and your staff rock!

Location was easily accessible from all directions. Close to a lot of restaurants, too

Rooms were were nice, had some ambient lighting above the beds that were a nice touch. Bathrooms were roomy, but it didn't have a fan.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Usually don't take note of these things but everyone said hi with a smile every time I passed, including cleaning staff.

Great prices and good food. We go herefor breakfast and sometimes dinner every few weeks. Sometimes they get busy and don't have enough staff, but everyone is friendly and does the best they can.

I attended a work meeting in conference room A. The room was very nice and clean. All the food and drinks they provided tasted good. Liked the fact that it was healthy food (turkey and ham wrap, fruit and a pickle) overall gre as t experience. Wish I would have been able to stay overnight.

My family recently stayed at this facility. Our purpose in town was sad and stressful... the funeral service for my Mother. Ms Litgotti and every other employee we encountered were most accommodating and kind. Our stay was one of the most gracious and relaxing I have ever experienced at any hotel. One morning, sleet had fallen in the early hours and the parking lot was a sheet of ice... one of the employees, a manager I suppose, warned us of the situation and brought our vehicle around for our safety. I would HIGHLY recommend this establishment... they were wonderful!
