I have been coming here on and off for a few years now. It's been under construction, so really the experience can't be really good, so the 3 stars. I am sure once the rooms are renovated, the pool is put back in, then this is the best option in the tri-county area.
The bar however help make the construction nuisance manageable. Great cheap tacos, and the bartender is an interesting fella. Most guests are long haul truckers.

The staff here are friendly and helpful. The entire area is very well kept. My kids and I loved getting hot chocolate every morning. Definitely will stay there again!

What is the password for WiFi? Answer... It is down. I turned on the TV for a weather report. No signal. Front desk reply... They are working on it.

It is July and 98 degrees, the pool did not have water in it. No disappointment for me, I came to work. No WiFi.

Stopped in at the fireside bar and grill for drinks. The atmosphere was just right and the prices were good. My only complaint is that it's not open long enough.

Rooms were clean and well kept. Pool and spa were clean. In a nice location away from the city. Also has a gas station next door so you don't have to go far for anything you need. Staff were a bit rude but other then that I would go back and stay again.

I stayed in a one room king bed. This is a more like a motel than "Inn & Suites". The staff was nice enough and they did get me checked into my room early. They informed me of a free continental breakfast in the lobby. The fitness center was closed for my stay due to renovation. A sign at the front desk apologizing for possible room renovation noise until March 1st. I arrived on March 9th. Walking to my room I noticed the property looks a little run down, the grass is in poor shape, but the pool and hot tub looked clean. I did notice security cameras on the property. That's a good thing. Upon entering my room, there was that first snow
Smell of slight staleness, but luckily didn't linger long. The tub has stains in it, and overall the room was a little dingy. The drapes are room darkening, but no privacy drapes so if you want light on your room you invite everyone to look right in... And I was at the top of the stairs. The AC works well and they have Dish TV with HBO etc included and a basic flat screen TV. The internet wouldn't connect, when I called the front desk, they said that happens when they have high occupancy. Luckily I had good cell service to use my own hot spot. There was one hanger in the closet, three were missing from the rings. The front desk provided more hangers quickly when asked. Hopefully this is one of the rooms still in need of renovation. The worst thing was that I dropped my water bottle lid on the floor between the bed and night stand. When I went to pick it up I found a plastic fork with pieces of some old food on the floor... Gross. Later I found a bag of gummy bears behind the other night stand when I was looking for an outlet. Overall, they need to do a better job cleaning and maintaining the property, but for basic accommodations at $100 less per night than the Marriott, it'll do. I'm here to sleep, not hang out.

I went here to go to fireside bar and grill, the restaurant attached to the hotel. The owner is super nice and they make good food. It was American classics for a good price. They also have a jukebox and a pool table. After doing a fair amount of traveling I also feel I should note that the bathrooms were very clean which is always a nice surprise.

The whole place was the best I have been to since moving to Yuba City. The room rate was worth the money. The staff was prifessional and down to earth. The restaurant on the property was excellent. There were no drug addicts or bums at all. My 2 year old son was happy and had plenty of room to play. There was no problems at all. Thank you Lexington Inn for the excellent service...

Absolutely loved it here!!! The setting is like a little oasis with palm trees, spread out green grass, and a sparkling pool in the center of it all. The staff is super friendly, helpful...in a word amazing! Great laundry service, a full restaurant/bar right on the grounds, a chevron within walki,g distance in case you need anything, etc...I could go on and on! The beds were possibly more comfortable than my own. The hdtv flat screen was huge and swivels for easier viewing. The satellite stations available were the real deal with perfect reception. I just wish I liked the area (meaning cities) nearby. If I could pack this place, with the staff, with me and take it/them with me everywhere I go, I would. Definitely recommend for anyone (especially families) that want a chill environment with helpful, unobtrusive staff and fellow guests!!! Again, absolutely LOVED IT!!!

So.... I know that at first glance these reviews are terrible which is why I wanted to share our experience. My husband and I moved from out of state here for work. It has taken us some time to find a suitable rental so in the meantime we stayed here. Our stay was in excess of a month so we have a very good feel for this property. I want to start by saying that the property is VERY well maintained, while this isn't a 4-5 star resort by any means, the staff takes pride and the property is kept very nice and clean. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfy, the staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. This hotel is a bit out of town so it is fairly quiet. We have been very please all around with our experience. A great place to stay if you need a quick stop over or a short term stay. We tried a few of the other weekly stay places and found them all the same.... junkies hanging around and loud gatherings, dirty and unfriendly. You won't find any of that here, the staff runs a tight ship. Worth the money , better than all the other comparable hotels in both Marysville and Yuba. We had a FANTASTIC stay- a big thank you to all the staff....

Room was decent. Wasn't hella dirty.. Wanst hella clean either. The location is pretty chill. Its just south of town in bfe and no one really goes out there so I felt safe there. Definitely is not hood like super 8 or the Rio.. definitely does not see 24 hr activity like the Rio or super 8. Never came across any bugs the 4 times I've stayed but maybe I've been lucky. I will say this the water from the shower smells hella Nasty... Hella Rancid... Like nasty eggs. Its pretty fowl. I waited till I got back to town to shower. For 50 bux on ave... Not a bad price. Could be cheaper though

i have stayed at this hotel several times and since management changed it all went bad it used to be the quality inn thats when customer service was good. The new manager Shika is extremely rude she needs some classes on customer service and hospitality. She is the current manager there and as manager she should just do her job and stop trying to get so personal with customers , instead of being in someones room or walking around butting in to peoples space. I needed some towels or needed to fax papers she was never at the front desk. upon check in i had to wait for 20 minutes before she was at the front desk. I seen her in some of the rooms just visiting for quite some time. I finally figured out how to get her attention if i needed something and that was to call her , she herself told me if you need me i carry the phone with me call me, shouldnt there be a staff member at the front desk at all times?. I brought it to her attention and she didnt like that at all.from there on out she had it out for me , I travel with 2 dogs and dogs are allowed on the property with a deposit which i payed and she told me i had to walk my dogs off the property to go the bathroom. I always pick up after my dogs and dogs are allowed so that shouldnt have been a problem considering there were other people there with dogs and she never told them . all im saying she is to personal with people and if your not on her good side watch out. They need to replace her shes very rude and unprofessional, and she talks to people like their kids reprimanding them

I must preface this horror story by pointing out that the gal at the night desk worked hard to make this right; I don't believe these events were her fault.

We arrived about 10pm, registered at the desk, and went to our room. Upon opening the door and turning on the light, we immediately knew something wasn't right: The bed looked as if it had been slept in. With this initial impression, we stood in the doorway and scanned the room. There were personal items mounted on the wall above the bed (photos, posters, etc.), there were personal care items sitting on the bathroom counter, and clothes lying on the floor of the closet.

We went back to the desk, complained, and the desk clerk looked horrified. She gave us another room (upgraded, she said) and we headed for that room. Opening the door of this room we found the light switch by the door didn't work. My wife walked across to the bathroom and tried the light - nothing. None of the lights worked. By the light coming in the door, my wife was convinced that the bed by the bathroom had been slept in; i.e., the covers were rumpled and pulled back.

So, back once again across the courtyard to the front desk. I was not happy and I'm sure it showed. When we entered, the clerk was talking with another person who apologized and told us that the first room had been mistakenly marked as checked out. She said that room was actually rented on a long-term basis but the tenant was away!

Then we told them about the second room - and the desk clerk looked like she was going to die right there. She appeared frightened (of me? Or maybe of losing her job?) And found us yet-another, further upgraded room. I had already told her that we were canceling and leaving. But she assured us she would personally go check this room. It was late, we were tired: so my wife went with her to confirm this third room.

The third room was acceptable - we pulled back the covers to confirm the bed linens were clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower adequate. The room had a fridge and microwave.

We were told the "breakfast" (for which we did not stay) would be packaged pastries. Given the discount price, this latter was not unexpected.
