We stayed Mainstay Suite at Williamsburg, VA. The kitchen is huge and the room is clean. Their breakfast is decent and staff are nice. No complaints what so ever and we'll definitely come back again.

My stay here went quite well. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and any request was attended to promptly definitely would stay again given the chance.

We had our annual girl's weekend and the rooms are great. We stayed in the two room suite with three beds. The housekeeper (female) was very nice & friendly. The young lady who runs the breakfast was very polite & nice. We had a few issues but Lisa/manager the manager took care of it.

This hotel will be considered on our next girl's trip

A little old and rough around the edges, but well-cared-for. Breakfast was good with all the hot hotel breakfast standards. Spacious kitchens beg for larger tables to take advantage of the space. Older design means that outlets are few and far between in the bedroom part, but plentiful in the remodeled kitchen area. Perfectly positioned for all Williamsburg attractions.

It's ok. Cheap. Nothing fancy. Everything seems clean. Don't really like the foam mattresses. And the pool was too cold to use. But rooms are really big. Obviously two normal rooms they took the wall between down and converted to suites. Breakfast was ok. Only hot things were oatmeal and waffles, but everything tasted good.

I appreciate how attentive the owners and staff are to their guests. The location is great, close to Busch Gardens. Free hot breakfast while I was there as well. It's very spacious and lots of local things to do. Go karts, Bounce House, laser tag, Patrick Henry Mall, and of course tons of places to eat. My kids and husband enjoyed Yankee Candle company. I loved their retro candy, toys, and Hershey's icecream.

This is actually one of my favorite places. Unfortunately, as much as we stay here and as often (2-3 weeks at a time, 2+ times per year) I feel like we pay way to much. We also recommend this place to our co-workers. Which in effect brings them upwards of 10 more rooms being rented for 2-3 weeks. That's quite a bit of money, coming from one company, all at one time. Ironically we found out that a couple of the hotels are offering our company extreme discounts for just the reason I listed and found out after we paid the 500+ from a staff member. Litterally half the rate. Don't get me wrong, I love this hotel, but doesn't loyalty and referral business count for anything anymore?

My family and I had a fantastic stay here. We were here due to our water heater being busted and our pets were allowed for free as well! Front desk was very helpful and room extremely tidy! Will recommend family here when visiting.

Where to begin on this review. Room had two HVAC units only 1 worked. Keep in mind it was 35 degrees outside the night I staid at this hotel. The stairwells was down right filthy. The indoor stairs had awkward ramps that someone of my height (6ft) could not walk up without hitting their head. But also was not super head to walk around. There was paint peeling everywhere. Basically take your $50 and go stay at a Motel 6 you will get better accommodations there.

Nice place. Could use a little updating but still pretty nice. Nice indoor pool area with some games as well. Decent little exercise area and work out room. Very good free hot breakfast included every morning plus free coffee all the time. Close to historic area and all area attractions. Would recommend th is place when in the area.

Room was clean, front desk people were extremely helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Only complaint is the the indoor pool wasn't heated like I thought it would've been. 5 stars.

They get 5 stars for the staff more than anything else. They are great! They've treated us like family and we love this place for it!

Loved our room, was very efficient and comfortable. Perfect for our family of 5 while travelling. Staff was excellent and quick to handle any concerns. An excellent hotel for the price.

The hotel has very friendly staff, is clean, and is inexpensive. Our room had a kitchen and everything worked and so was convenient and we ate more affordably. The breakfast has short hours but most everything you'd expect including my favorite: a large waffle maker and one that made 4 mini waffles at once. That said this is an older hotel and inexpensive. This is evident in the decor, structure and details. But since clean and staff friendly,, we're thinking about moving an upcoming stay to here--mainly because of the kitchen and price outweighs it's age.

The room was okay. The toilet did get clogged and all the front desk would do was send down a plunger. GROSS!!!! The beds were comfortable enough. My biggest complaint would be is that the outside of hotel and hallways are in a state of disrepair. It makes the hotel seem a little seedy at times. It did have a nice pool area.

Just an overnight stay with my fiancé. Great price for an overnight. Clean, rooms were good, bed was comfy, staff was great, didn t get a chance to use the pool. Breakfast was satisfactory, eggs were a bit cold. We did order a pizza delivery and it was quick and delivered right to our door! I recommend the hotel, if your in the area, it was reasonable if your on a visit and on a budget.

This hotel is not worth the money that i spent. The hallways were very hot. The lobby has no ac. The pool area is extremely hot. My room ceiling was cracked. My mom room a piece of the ceiling fall during the night. The kitchen was spacious. The location is near bush gardens. But i would not stay there again. My visit was on june 23 2017.

Really nice mattress but my neighbors called me over to help them get rid of a big bug they found. Very helpful staff and great pool. Rooms are very spacious as well, containing their own kitchens.

Good and easy location. Nice staff. The room was very simple but with a lot of space. There were no iron but an iron table wad there. The blanket on the bed had two small holls. The pool was in a very good condition.

The hotel is in fairly good condition and the rooms are just ok. There are signs that the hotel is trying to renovate to modern standards but it still shows age and wear. Our stay was pretty comfortable but I don't think we would come back or recommend it to a friend.

Room had a full kitchen to go with the king bed. Price was reasonable. The smell of the room left a lot to be desired though.

4

Okay option for pet friendly accommodations BUT be prepared for dingy rooms and an overall run down appearance. The outside door right next to our room had a sign indicating it would be locked 24 hours - it was never locked. There was a dead cockroach in the light fixture in our bathroom. The acoustics aren't great either.

7

Pleasantly surprised. Excellent staff who were very friendly and willing to help with anything. Decent sized swimming pool that was cleaned and maintained. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Takes up to 2 pets without a pet fee. It is a little outdated and could use some remodeling. Place would be 5 stars if it wasn'the for the few places that are outdated and or in need of repair.

This is a great find. Every room has a kitchen. Some areas are a little dated but for the most place it's clean and looking great. It's got a pool and a game area too.

The room was very nice and extremely quiet. We were very surprised how almost luxurious the room was compared to the price, under $70. The room even had a kitchen! Everything except an oven and it was so spacious! We were very grateful toward the staff as we wound up having a late checkout. But instead of charging us for another night they charged us only half our room rate for a late fee and promised a discount the next time we stay. Very happy with this place as the outside is very misgiving compared to the very spacious insides. Would love to come back here again.

The free breakfast was just subpar cold eggs and sausage, make your own waffles, instant coffee and juice, and toast and muffins. The room itself the sheets needed to be replaced. The shower curtain does not look like it's been cleaned in awhile. The ac unit rattles but does get cold. For the price it's not horrible but if your looking for comfort look elsewhere.

Wish there was a resturant in the hotel. The suites are a nuce upgrade from the last time i was here. They are military friendy, which is good. Staff is very friendly every time i am here.

Place is in need of a facelift inside and out.
Not really dirty but definitely can see the wear.

Great concept wish we had something like this back home would be a great place to host a small gathering of friends since it has a pool and the room has a nice kitchen.

The rooms are beautiful. Kitchen in the room is awesome. (This may not bother many but) the light and fan in the bathroom have different switches. The pool is indoor and great. Foosball table next to the pool and the workout room there too. The workout room has more than just a treadmill unlike many other places. Pet friendly too.

This is the best way to get from DC to Outer Banks. You stay here at night since it is the half way point. This avoids all the traffic without having to get up at 4 am. Here you get up and have breakfast free. Then it is smooth sailing to the Outer Banks on the 4th of July Holiday. Staff is nice. I like having the Fridge for my snacks the next day driving. Mostly Matilda my dog likes it as well,

I was here on 3/3/16 to 3/6/16 with a group of 18 rooms, even though they were having some renovations done on the first floor it was great. Our rooms were fantastic with a kitchenette in every room. The management and employees were fantastic took care of our every need. This same group will be back in July for three or four days.
