Cleaner is better
It is no fun to see long hairs in the bathroom and wardrobe. Smoking rooms should be ventilated better. you walk trough the halls and it smells.
Lobby is not air conditioned well.

Great location about 4 blocks from beach. Staff very attentive. Beds were soft and comfortable.

Has a convenient control system by bed that has separate switches for all room lighting. Also controls air conditioner and acts as your alarm. Neat tech if that's your thing. Pictured in review.

Very nice experience and flexibility from hotel personnel. However, when calling they seem divided into a different team that don't seem to cooperate with the hotel staff and with very limited support.

Professional and courteous staff. Accommodation fitting of a quality hotel, clean and well equipped bedrooms, giving you comfort.. Located close to the marina, restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. Parking is limited, but taxis available locally

Great location only a few minutes walk from the beach over the bridge. The pool area is great, looking across Dubai although a little intimidating with all the other high rise buildings. Food was also good with a good selection of self service items.

Great location, not too far from the beach and walking distance from the Dubai Marina - shops are also within walking distance. Nice food & spacious bedrooms, also. The rooftop pool and lounge area is also very nice. It is worth noting that there is a nightclub within the hotel, so noise could be an issue if your room is on a lower floor. In addition, when we stayed there was a substancial deposit that we had to pay for our stay, which we were unaware of prior to arriving, so it's worth checking if this still applies. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Good location and nice rooms! We were complimentary upgraded to the suit, nice touch! Staff can be a little bit more fri3ndly and helpful, but overall good place to stay!

Strange they don't allow visitors to the room. WiFi is expensive. There are better options in the vicinity.

Hotel clean and modern. It's run by Russians, meaning that there a lot of turists from Russia. Can be noisy because of several bars and disco inside the hotel. Ideally located at the marina.

Staff are very friendly. Rooms are nice enough, and we did get upgrades to a suite....though was a smoking room. Overall good stay and very good location in New Dubai.

Very good location, walking distance from JBR, supermarkets , and restaurants. Free wifi in the hotel and free parking available in the basement. The hotel requires paying full bill in advance plus a deposit of 500 UAE Dirhams!
The night club is noisy if the room is in lower floors.

Service could be more better. As for breakfast you can receive all that you need including tasty cakes and some fruits. The stuff is friendly

I havnt been to the hotel as sleep there but I have been to 2 different places inside it one is societe nightclub it was on Wednesday its a nice place if you want to play pingo it give nice vibes and music the beer price is ok and during the game they would provide some popcorn and pizza (small slice of course) also there is a nice photographer who take pictures for the people for free also it has a great birthday vibes on Wednesday as you can inform the Mc about it earlier so they will take you up on stage and make a nice show they even might give you some free drinks and you will wear funny character cloths
the other place is Nell Gwynne English Pub I went there to play darts with my friends it's located in the ground floor of byblos hotel you can reserve if you want they have happy hours from 8 till 10 pm from Saturday tI'll Wednesday

It is a good hotel and great location but what I hate about it that they stopped allowing visitors to the rooms.

Not my favorite hotel. Although I've watched many football games in the pub and presented many courses in their board room I haven't stayed their personally. But the whole place smells like smoke so this would stop me from staying there. But the location is ideal for a stroll in the Dubai Marina and bask in the hussle and bustle of the night life experienced in the marina. It's also just a few minutes walk from the Dubai Marina mall, jbr beach and jbr mall.

Good service, moderate prices

Pretty great rooms and a nice pub. The reception, however, leaves much to be desired for, looks quite shabby.

Rooms were nice and modern. Very comfortable bed and we had a nice view of the Marina.
Enjoyed the Pool on the roof

Breakfast was poor, asked for some fried eggs and some mess landed out on my plate after the chef revealed himself shouting over everyone in the room to see who ordered it...very unprofessional and if he cant cook fried eggs what hope has he for anything else..i also began feeling sick quite soon after i ate them for 24 hours so im not sure it that was related to the dodgy eggs, I would hope not
Also ordered a Cappuchino at breakfast which costs extra and was given something that I would expect a chimp could make better.

Nightclub and English Pub in the hotel but couldnt hear either from the room which was good.

Overall its a nice hotel but below average for the Dubai standard, which is why i would only pay what I did for it (Cheap)

The club downstairs can be a little loud and attract a certain type of crowd but the hotel rooms are lovely. It took a long time to check in which was disappointing, around 3 hours. Offered complimentary Wi-Fi in the room and a meal to make up for it. Although I feel the hotel should offer free Wi-Fi regardless. Rooms were lovely. Great location.

Had truly such an amazing experience staying at the Marina Byblos Hotel. The staff were so kind, friendly and also really helpful. So many facilities to do within the hotel. Definitely one of the best Hotels i have ever stayed at.

its good place specially for tourist who want to live near beach but not too closed. Good Market and boats place is 1 minute walk from here. staff is very good

The Room is very confortable. There is also a gym a small one but very usefull. And also is very close to the beach 12 min top.

Clean hotel, polite staff, Irish pub downstairs was brilliant. Disliked the freezing cold pool on the roof.
