Okay, so my family came here during the transition phase coming out of this pandemic so not all the amenities were available, but overall this was a decent stay. They were hospitable and they were super friendly. The room was clean, and beds were comfortable. I originally paid for a king room and they gave me two queens instead last minute so that my 7 year old could have her own bed instead of sharing with her parents. Now the downside. I couldn’t find other reviews on it really so I assume it must be people going stir crazy, but the people in the room across and next to us were partying and being super loud. Keeping me up until 3 am. I finally had enough and went to the front desk and they kicked those people out and refunded my stay. I never asked for the refund but thought it was super generous considering it wasn’t their fault in the first place why these people were acting out. I would definitely come here again when things open up again. Take advantage of that good looking pool!

I had stayed here over the past weekend with my finance and I was extremely impressed honestly by the amazing service the staff offered and how nice and outgoing they were I can honestly say that compared to other hotels I've stayed at there definitely the best in my book and from now on when I'm ever going to be at a hotel again I'm going to make sure I only go here.

We received exemplary service, the room was clean and sanitized and the staff was wonderful. The manager, Jeff, was especially fantastic going out of his way to ensure that we had the most pleasant experience possible. 10/10 will definitely be staying here again the next time we're in Buffalo!

Not the fanciest rooms but very nice hotel with shuttle pick-up and drop-off to and from the airport. Room was clean, with all the expected amenities (even had a microwave). They have a fitness center and indoor heated pool on site. Good restaurant in the lobby, offering meals till very late. Buffet style breakfast with eggs cooked to order from 6am till 10am. It's just around 30 min to Niagara Falls, very nice service all throughout.

It was our first time in this hotel and we loved it! Great stay for a family. The covered courtyard with pool was perfect on the rainy first day. Breakfast downstairs was pricey but good quality. Video games, gym, and other amenities made the stay worthwhile and would like to stay there again. One wish: have locks on all of the bathroom doors!

Pretty standard hotel room. Check in at 4 pm, check out 11 am. We got a room on the first floor with 2 full size beds. The mini fridge was in the dresser/entertainment stand. Room was clean. There was an ice machine and a microwave in the hall. Further down the hall and around the corner there were vending machines. One had snacks the other had small personal health/beauty items. The pool area was nice, the deep side (5+ feet) was large. Hotel provides towels inside the pool gate. Only thing that was weird to me was when we woke up our room receipt had been slid under the door. $0 balance since we had already paid it, but still a little odd.

This hotel is luxurious in all the ways that I don't really care about. Fancy lobby, ballroom and pool area, table service for drinks during the breakfast buffet. The rooms look nice. But be aware that people use the ballroom here for weddings and other events, so they may be in a celebratory mood late at night. The walls are thin, and through the night we heard chatter, singing and people banging their room doors. Also, if you're from Europe and not used to how Americans like their air conditioning, you may feel that the Siberian winds have been left loose throughout the premises.

The airport shuttle was helpful and made getting to the hotel easy and it's close. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous. The rooms have a sitting area outside of them which was a nice surprise. Great pool, the room was clean and there's even a nightlight in the bathroom. The Walden Galleria is a 5 minute walk. Overall a great overnight stay.

Visit was good. Rooms were good. Shower tub made a mess on the floor. After getting our of shower the floor was very wet as if there was a leak. Restroom sink was clogged. Water never went down. Took forever to go down. Other than that it was good. Pool was great. Laundry room available.

To my surprise this was a great hotel. The location was perfect next to a mall and many restaurants! The staff was very polite. The rooms have little balconies that looked over the middle of the hotel where the pool is. There isn't a hot tub 😞 but overall great place to stay.

Wonderful stay! We're staying in a pet-friendly room and the room is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We've had dinner at the restaurant and have also ordered room service. The food is really good and service is great. We would definitely stay again next time we come to Buffalo.

All of the staff at the hotel made us feel very welcome and were friendly. The room was clean, well presented and just what we needed for one night away at a good rate.

The highlight of the stay was the food in the lounge area, honestly the best onion rings I have ever eaten. Additionally, there was a wide range of beers available and the server was very helpful and friendly.

Really recommend this hotel - there was also a very nice indoor pool area with lots of seating available. The hotel on first appearances from the outside looks average, but inside it is a totally different story, really excellent.

On the way out for our vacation, Millennium provided us a good experience - a comfortable room, an excellent pool, and a very reasonable shuttle service. We did have challenges with fellow guests who were enjoying themselves with a birthday until late, but the desk staff got them to quiet down just after 10:30 p.m. which seems quite reasonable. We also stayed at Millennium on our way back, and we were accommodated with a prompt pick up despite it being 2 a.m. due to a delayed flight. When combined with a very accommodating front staff who offered us a late check-out, assistance with dealing with water damaged luggage, and a very convenient room they certainly made our late night a lot easier and more comfortable then it easily could otherwise have been. We will certainly return the next time we wish to park-and-fly from the Buffalo area.

I just remember the smell of curry through the halls... the van drivers were all very nice... rooms are nice. Good location, close to shopping and a jump to most of the sites like Niagara, the casinos, shopping district etc... the lobby is inviting, great water feature.

Stayed Mon-Thurs, clean, small room but adequate. Very small bathroom, expect to hear every restroom noise your travelmate makes. Indoor pool area is clean and pretty with lush vegetation and big atrium windows. Pool is adult-oriented with most of it as the deep end (6 ft +). Gazebo bar wasn't open during our stay. Private parties had the indoor pool area closed during the afternoons. Located near a mall area with plenty of dining and easy interstate access.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. We had a minor issue with the air conditioner rattling a little, but not enough to keep us from sleeping. The hotel is very conveniently located beside the Walden Galleria mall. Overall, very pleased with our stay (and the price) and would recommend.

The Millennium Buffalo has clearly out a lot of work into updating the hotel into a comfortable place to stay and hold a function at a reasonable price. The rooms were spacious and modern. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable, on the personal preference side they tend towards firm. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also held an event there. The conference room was good. The party dish was a touch small and underwhelming, but again, staff went out of their way to make sure we had an overall positive experience. I would stay there again and hold an event there again.

Staying there right now and the power is out. I realize that isn't their fault (the weather was very, very windy today resulting in downed lines) but they don't have backup power!? I thought that was a niche market for hotels; to get business from people waiting out extended storm outages at home. But I guess not. Perhaps it never was and I'm mistaken so....
In their favor, I will say that they do have enough of a generator to keep power to the elevators and dim sconce lighting in the hallways and the bar is open but otherwise the rooms are utterly dark and silent. For nearly 5 hours now.
Before the outage I would have given them 4 stars as this is my second night on business here and the hotel, room and room service have all been fine, in fact the room is quite nice, but no generators in the basement or industrial power rental trailer in the lot perhaps? Ugh.
So right now I'm sitting across the street in a Truckstop diner restaurant drinking coffee with my phone plugged in.
Make your own call on the impact of this scenario on your opinion but I for one will be checking if hotels indeed have backup power prior to reserving from now on.

Went to the Easter brunch. Was OK. No waffles/pancakes /Danish /muffins. No kids food like chicken fingers or Mac n cheese. Dessert was eh although they had a massive chocolate fountain! Fair amount of options but food wasn't warm enough. Even a really fresh prime rib was cold. Was low stress and no crazy lines. Service was slow. They tried but. Meh.

Usually you leave the key card in the room when you leave so you don't have to go to the desk to check out. Apparently you have to hand them the key or they charge you an additional day. Was charged for 2 nights when I only stayed for a few hours. Won't be staying here again. Everything was closed. No where to eat or drink inside building. Barwas closed.only 8pm on a Wednesday night....

I was there for a BNAR event. I think the inside of the hotel looks better then from the outside. There was good signage and check in for the event, and they provided coffee and water. Clean, but can tell it's an older hotel. I cannot speak of the rooms, service, or other areas of the hotel.

Not the cleanest bathrooms. Though the rooms were nice and the staff was also nice. It was very busy for a Sunday to Monday stay. And the buffet breakfast was not very good at the restaurant. But the free shuttle to the airport and free parking are definitely a bonus!

Location is next to the Walden Galleria, convenient for travelers looking for some shopping opportunity. Interior is clean and modern. Had a great time celebrating New Years Eve with family....including kids. Kids had fun at the pool, staff was great (thanks for jumping my dead battery in the morning). Wish the pool would have opened in the morning for a final kids swim....no fault of the Hotel...shame on the families that trashed the pool area the night before.

Modern amenities, friendly staff and easy location. Tip - there is a half an hour shuttle from and to Buffalo - Niagara airport. If you're looking to shop in the area, this is the perfect place to stay as they are directly across from Walden galleria. They offer a breakfast, that's not included, but it's only $10.95 drinks included and it's basic but friendly and good service goes a long way. Beds were super comfy, room was clean, loved that the tv had the option of signing in to Netflix!! Very friendly staff ..we had a good visit. Didn't use the pool but the way it was set up looked gorgeous.

We were at a seminar in the evening in the front convention room. Liked the table spacing in between, did not feel squeezed in. Food was great! Soup and bread, then salad. Small buffet with chicKen marsala as main entree. Perfectly cooked and very flavorful. Also appreciated that fact that we had a choice for sauces on the pasta. We were able to choose a slice of dessert from 2 corner tables. Servers were quick to also get tea for those of us who prefer that over coffee. Only issue was the temperature -very cold in the room and had to keep our jackets on.

My experience at this hotel was not bad but we rented a room in our same neighborhood so that my son could have his few friends and swim for his birthday .. we purposely rented a room by the pool to have easy access .. an hour into being there another child at the pool got sick and they had to close the pool for cleaning totally understandable .. they said anywhere from 1-2 hours so we pretty much said to the hotel front desk do they have another location we could go to .. they said no that they would discount the room .. the pool never opened that night so I had to try to entertain 4, 8 year olds for hours before they went to sleep when the plan was to swim eat movie bed .. if I had known the pool wasn't going to reopen that night I would have called a nearby hotel and left .. but they kept saying another hour another hour .. so it's now morning and we are at the pool .. but the trip wasn't as planned but that's life .. the rooms were clean the hotel staff was nice the room service was quick the beds were comfy .. but I wish the pool would have been cleaned faster or just told us off the bat it wasn't going to reopen so we could have altered our plans , the kids waited by the gate of the pool in hopes it would open ....

The location is perfect as it is right in front of the Walden Galleria Mall which has a nice variety of things to do at night. The room was clean and furnished decent. Bed was very comfortable and had halogen task lights in the headboard perfect for reading. The shower area needs to be updated. However, make sure and put the "Do Not Disturb" tag on your door unless you want an 8:00am wake-up call from Housekeeping!

I gave this hotel a Five Star simply because of the wonderful staff who went out of their way to make us feel important and at home. We stayed a total of 4 nights. I had a beautiful room that over looked the pool area. Comfortable beds and pillows. The pool is amazing!!! Arcade overlooks pool. Nice gym room. Located next to a mall and hundreds of restaurants! Keurig in room for coffee. Only reason i give it 4 and not 5 is i feel the bathroom could of been a bit bigger. Other than that everything was clean and good. Id stay again if ever in the buffalo area.

Our courtyard view room was absolutely amazing. The beds were far smaller than expected (supposed to be king, but no larger than doubles at most), but were so comfortable, we didn't care. Ate in the hotel restaurant for breakfast, the service was really slow. We were never offered menus, just told "the buffet is over there"... not impressed. But the pool, the rest of the staff, and everything else about Millenium made it a place we will be sure to visit time and time again.

Very interesting hotel. Reasonable rates. Older hotel that has been refurbished. The furnishings were very nice. The layout was convenient, but noisy, with rooms located all around a central pool and event area. Kids loved the large indoor/outdoor pool. The roof was partially open above the pool. The downside is that the rooms hear a lot of noise from the pool until 10 and also from whatever event is going on. While we were there, there was a DJ playing different trivia games with a crowd and it was extremely loud until about 9:00pm.

I read a bunch of reviews that discouraged me after I booked the room. But, when I got the room. It was excellent. Clean, everything was brand new. Parked right outside my hotel room. Stayed there for a weekend hockey tournament. The location is great as it's close to lots of food and shopping. The Walden Galleria mall is right next door and the airport is nearby. For you fellow Canadians, there's a Tim Horton's just around the corner.
The room was not huge but was clean and comfortable. Based on the pics I'd seen online, it appeared as though some "Modernization" had been done over the last little while. We were missing the shower curtain for some reason but the staff took care of it immediately. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful.
The pool area was fantastic and was nicely set up. The water was a little hazy but pretty good considering all the kids that were swimming in it.
All in all, it was a great weekend and I definitely recommend staying there.

My daughter and I stayed at Adams Mark for a concert on 2/10/17. check in was a little long, apparently everyone arrived between 6-7pm. However, the manager Gary even stepped up behind the check in counter and started to check people in to help the line go faster. He was wonderful. We even got a phone call within minutes of being in our room, to ask everything met our expectations. I have stayed at the Bellagio in Vegas, and the Hyatt in Times Square and have never received a courtesy call to check in on us. Great Service. Definitely will return to this hotel again. Breakfast was great as well, with the omelette station.

When I Checked In Nothing Was Really Explained To Me. Like My Card Would Be Charged An Extra $40, How To Use My Room Key Or Even how To Get To My Room. Pool Was Filled With Kids And Young Teens At All Times Therefore I Could Not Enjoy The Pool. It Was Really Hard To Sleep Because Kids Were Running Back and Forth In The Hallway And Screaming. The Hotel was beautiful. The room was really clean and spacious. The only downfall to my stay was that at 8:50 am the housekeeper knocked on the door asking us to check out. View of the courtyard is awesome. It would have been nice if they made the door and Windows sounds proof we could hear ppl at the tool all through the night. Other than that, the rooms have been updates and the proximity to the mall is very convenient.

The hotel is close to a shopping area with a great variety of stores and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and the price is very affordable. Good overall experience.

Great hotel. Rooms were clean and specious. Van was available to take us to need attractions. Breakfast was pretty good for the hotel, real eggs are always nice. Will be returning
