Most importantly, large rooms, clean, quiet despite proximity to the airport. Very impressive lobby. Have not used restaurants, but there are several. Shuttles run every few minutes and only take 5 minutes on the road.
A bit expensive for the services provided. And very large in terms of walking through the lobby, and down the corridors to the rooms. In summary, a solid place to spend a night when you don't want to go to the city.

This is one of the best airport hotels! Clean, well organized with comfortable rooms great restaurants. Staff was extremely friendly and flexible to deliver guests wishes. All is affordable. Only 10 mins walk from the departures in the airport. I was impressed how well everything was working together.

Great hotel very close to the International Airport of Bangkok. The rooms are very large and the prices reasonable. In-house restaurants serve delicious food and drinks almost around the clock. The spa offers relaxing massages for really good prices.

Near by Bangkok Airport. Any one wants to get fresh up in the morning. If come by early morning flight then it's good option. Then you can go for office work or continue your tour with fresh mood.
They have good arrangements for Bath, souna. Locker's are provided.
This service is for 600 Bath per person.
Breakfast available separately.
For stay also it's better option if want to avoid city traffic but far away from Bangkok city.

Everything is good about this hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. The room is excellent. It is not as close to the terminals as you might think so they offer a shuttle service. Expensive.

This hotel is beautiful! Large, clean, elegant rooms, friendly staff, great food, it's only a couple minutes walk to Suvarnabhumi Airport and right next to the train link to the city. I always enjoy my stays here.

Very nice modern hotel. The best part of the hotel is the proximity to the airport. You can take the free shuttle or walk (takes 5 min). Either way it's really convenient.

Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport worked well for a one-night stopover. The large restaurant and bar area and the whole lobby were nice. When I needed to borrow some siccors to cut this small rope from my suitcase they came really fast to the room after I called. Extremely polite and nice staff. You could walk to the airport, but they also had a free transfere (you might have to book in advance).

I happened to stay there early this month. It’s very convenient if you have long halt. Shuttle picks you up every now and then.

Advise: don’t go in your slippers to restaurant even if you are completely drained after all day journey or couldn’t sleep on plane. They will send you back to put on your shoes. Not many authentic Thai dishes.... just eat what you can and enjoy deep tissue massage, good sleep, hot shower and shuttle is ready to drop you at the airport.

Beautiful hotel. State of the art gym and pool. Very clean and only 5 minute underground walk to the airport. Being so close to the airport you cannot hear a single plane which is amazing.
Food is exceptional with 4 resturants too choose from.
Half price yummy cocktails in the evening.
This is the perfect place for an overnight stay when transferring to other places.

Stayed here for couple of days. Should say fabulous hotel with kind staffs. Located at 10mins walk from ground floor of the BKK airport. It makes easier to commute to the city by airport link. Had to take an early morning domestic flight during my stay and no better option than this. Hotel has a good fitness centre, pool side lounge,spa and one sports bar as well.

when you want to stay near the airport, it will be the best choice. after the many hours of waiting for the immigration, i could get great rest in there. the bed was really great!

Really flash, and not as expensive as places elsewhere. Don’t like the bowing and scrapping, but the certainly look after you. The pool is awesome by the way, especially since it is a bar in it.

The staff are excellent, friendly, always smiling and nice. The room service are wonderful, I keep ordering every time I stay. 7-11 is very close to the hotel, very convenient as it's 24 hours. You can take some drinks or snack here.

Thing to improve is all inside the room. Actually it's comfortable to stay. But last time I saw cockroaches and this time have numbers of ants in my room. The tap water taste rusty when I have shower or to gargle . One more last thing, slipper is SD used one, so better bring your own one if you need it.

Our travel agent recommended this hotel as we had a very early flight and it is just a 10-minute walk to checkin. What a pleasant surprise! We had a delicious buffet dinner and the accommodations were fantastic! Highly recommend this hotel.

Good stop off, with collection from the Airport via free can shuttle (outside gate 4). Rooms quiet and pool is nice. The porters are a bit of a joke though, it took them ages to get my luggage up to my room and they could not organise a taxi despite 6 of them trying!

I stayed here last night. supremely comfortable, spacious, probably more like a 4.5 star hotel. I got to stay because I was bumped from an Eva Air flight, otherwise it would be out of my league. Food exceptional. Buffet breakfast is superb but seems like all fresh ingredients. They also get the drinks perfect. I had Earl Grey tea w breakfast, and a soy latte with lunch. Both done perfectly. The service staff is attentive but not obsequious. So top marks there. It's so close to the airport, you could probably walk, as it appears many flight staff do, but they have a shuttle to take you to and from airport terminal of course. When it's super hot, use the shuttle.

We had a much needed overnight stay in Bangkok and chose the Novotel because of itsproximity to the airport. The hotel was delightful in every possible way. Airport pickup and transport to hotel. Beautifully presented hotel. Welcome and check in first class. Spacious, well appointed room overlooking the gorgeous pool area.
Luggage delivered to room promptly. In all of this, not one person looked for a tip! Highly refreshing considering our 8 week North American experience where tipping was almost taken as mandatory.
Beautifully friendly staff everywhere and each immensely polite and focused on our our enjoyment of our hotel and Thailand experience.
We used the dining area for breakfast and lunch and both were delightful eating and service experiences .
We cannot speak to highly of this hotel and the wonderful people we met.

My stay was excellent. Check-in in the biz centre was seamless. my room was clean. the hotel was cleans and quiet. Breakfast was ample and service was great. I much prefer the rooms that are not adjoining, and usual have smells and sounds from rooms the adjoining rooms, but there was no issue on this trip

I still did notice some stains on the carpets near desk area, it is completely normal and is just the hotel showing its' age.

Perfect location, quick shuttles to/from the terminal (Never waited more than 5 min). You could also walk, but seems more practical to use the shuttle, specially when it is hot!
The A/C in the room took forever to cool down, in fact, it never got really cool. The rooms are refurbished, the carpets look old, but for an airport hotel is ok. I would stay here again.
We had a drink at the bar and a pizza, it was good.

I have stayed at this hotel before and have another reservation four weeks from now. Your staff is great, the rooms are fantastic with great bedding. The 24 hour check in and out is so convenient - I have recommended this place to all my friends.

One recommendation: The carpet really needs to be changed on the 5th floor near the elevators. It is dirty looking, worn, and really takes away from the overall look of the hotel. It is a shame, because overall we love the hotel - this is quite a distraction.

Pros - check in anytime then check out 24 hours later, a good selection of breakfast (3am -10am !!), 10 minutes walk from arrival hall or free shuttle bus, 5 mins walk to rail link to Bangkok central, comfy bed and quiet room with views over pool. chill out/ relaxing swim in lovely pool.
Cons - some of the hot breakfast were lukewarm.

I think that this is one of the best airport hotels in the world..for the following reasons. 1it is a very easy walk through a tunnel,past the metro station entry, to gain entry. 2 the rooms are super quiet and the beds are just the right softness with lightweight Fiona's.3The bathroom is easy to use as is the lighting system 4 The service is quick and non intrusive 5 They have a good store room facility and finally6 the price is fair

We had a wonderful time. The food was good. The hotel was nice. It was easy to get from the airport on the shuttle! It was just wonderful! Would stay again if passing through Bangkok!

I got checked-in promptly and courteously. I was very happy to receive not only a voucher for a free drink but also a voucher for a free one-hour Thai massage. This was a pleasant surprise. That is of course in addition to the usual spacious, clean room and professional service provided by Novotel.

I love their 24-hour policy which enhanced my recent stay at their hotel. Simply check out 24 hours after you've checked in. Great feature. The rooms are spacious and comfy, the wifi is lame, though. The lounge is located on the ground floor, next to their business center.
The steam bath is a nice place to relax from all the hassles of life - BUT the hotel has to fix that one broken tile inside the steam bath. I accidentally sat on it and scratched my butt badly.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Novotel. I've stayed there many times, and this was a very positive experience. I was very glad to have gotten an upgrade to get a room facing the pool area. The breakfast buffet was very nice. Thank you.

We were in Bangkok for a family wedding and on the way back our family friend Jagan who is in the Hotel industry booked us at the Novotel at the Bangkok airport.We were pleasantly surprised at the VIP treatment we received by the check in staff . The whole staff was excellent and enjoyed the VIP lounge very much. The lobby decor is fantastic and even took some pictures to send back home. I enjoyed the pool too and wished we had more time to spend at the hotel to enjoy the amenities. I would highly recommended this hotel to anyone staying in Bangkok

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Very comfortable room for our family of 4 with 2 double beds and a single. It would have been good to have a small amount of fresh milk in the room for coffee's. We were not happy with the lady at the airport checking our details for the shuttle bus to the hotel. She didn't believe us that we had a rescheduled flight and that the airline had paid to put us up at the Novotel. Eventually it was sorted out after a lot of stress on our part.

We spend one night at Novotel Bangkok Airport due to cancelled flight. We got transferred to the hotel by the shuttle service of the hotel. We spend our night in very nice room, clean and very spacious.

The airline company booked for us lunch and dinner at the hotel. The lunch was very good and quite big variety of food. However i was extremely disappointed by the dinner. They just warm up the lunch and offer it as dinner. I was shocked to see that the dinner buffer was the previous lunch buffer but warmed up and served as completely new and freshly cooked food. When you have lunch and dinner buffer option the drink are not included. I had to ask the reception but they didn't know at all what is included and what not.

Usually airport hotels are budget type. I was pleasantly surprised to know that Novotel provides a full service. The room is spacious and comfortable, the buffet for dinner was excellent, shuttle service is 24 hours, breakfast is ready from 3am, there is a walking corridor to the airport terminal and railway link to the city.
One thing to improve is the food selection for breakfast. I was quite disappointed for not being able to find Thai food there. Otherwise a very satisfying stays for my transits in Bangkok.

I have stayed at the hotel many times when I need to take an odd hour flight out of Suvarnabhumi airport.The best feature of the hotel is it allows a 24 hour check-in and check-out policy; so one can check-in at 8 PM and check-out at 8 PM the following day. Also the pool area and the restaurants are very aesthetically done. Transfer to the airport on the shuttle is another great feature.

Upon arrival at the airport, the shuttle driver asked my friend and I for our confirmation number and our name. The name was not on the list even though I had booked the place about a month in advance and had several emails back-and-forth with the reception. The driver spent several minutes looking through my email thread even though there was a confirmation number on the subject line.

Ordinarily, checking on guest names to ensure they're on the list makes sense. However, this was not done for anybody else in our shuttle...just my friend and I.

Upon arrival at the hotel, our bags were put on the ground and not handed to us, unlike the rest of the guests on the shuttle.

Upon check-in, it took about 4 reception staff to figure out a simple email thread with a confirmation number. We were extremely tired upon arrival at the hotel just after midnight.

When we finally got to the room, without any staff even offering additional assistance with our luggage, there were some mysterious white stains on the desk chair.

On a positive note, the bathroom condition was great...along with all the facilities within it. The beds were comfortable and relatively clean.

One last thing to note is that the restaurant that was supposedly open 24 hours only had limited dishes available. We waited 50 minutes for two orders and had to ask the waiting staff 3 times on the status of our food. The waiting staff could barely speak any english, which really surprised us for a Novotel.

I do not think I will be recommending this hotel to any of my friends or family based on the rude service we received.

Overall: Service was poor, room was adequate, restaurant food was less than adequate. The location is the only reason we chose the hotel.

We were with you for only about 6 hrs and our experience was wonderful! The lobby entance has wow factor. We saw the option for massages at the hotel and quickly booked one. It was super convenient and offered a very relaxing experience. The room service was fast with a nice menu though perhaps too much food per entree. This hotel was a real treat for an airport hotel, 5 stars.

This hotel is a great place to end your trip before a long flight home. rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The Lobby Bar and Restaurant are superb. As always the Staff are pleasant and efficient. It's proximity to the Airport is a huge advantage.

Was a rewarding experience. Staff were friendly. Room amenities were more than good. I believe it's one of the best hotels I've stayed in, and I've stayed in a lot being a pilot.

Very mixed. Bad at reception/ check in was asked 2 questions. Name and what time I was checking out, no welcome. Room good size but only fairly clean bad stains on toilet seat. Staff generally pleasant. Good food in resteraunt. No space at pool wanted to swim and relax but no seat.

It was the first time i have stayed and was most impressed. The service and the hotel itself was beautiful. We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed into the bar and was able to enjoy a light dinner and drinks before bed. The buffet for breakfast was open early so we were able to eat prior to catching our flight. A great spot to stay.

Excellent hotel service let down by some basic engineering limitations.
The bathroom of our executive room (2504) had a non-working bath plug which first would not let the bath fill and then after the plumber fixed that it would not empty.
The hot water was not hot enough and was too slow to fill the bath though the wash hand basin beside it had hotter water and adequate water pressure and the shower also worked fine.
The electrical outlet for the kettle was too far away from the kettle so that the kettle had to be moved to the TV stand to turn it on.
The excellent Illy capsule coffee machine was not plugged in and also had an an electrical outlet inconveniently located a strech away behind the desk.
The concierge and baggage staff were welcoming and helpful.
The executive lounge food was very good but the addition of salad would have been welcome..
Check in and out was quick and easy.
We enjoy to stay at this Novotel and look forward to coming again.

The hotel itself was very nice and the staff helpful. There were several problems with our stay.The breakfast was cold and not replenished quickly enough. We ate breakfast at 5,30am so was expecting everything to be fresh and plentiful. There was also a problem with the hot water in that it was so hot that my son scalded his hands and I scalded my feet getting into the bath. The walls were also so thin that I could hear the man in the room next door vomiting for most of the night.

Fantastic! Very short walk to the hotel and awesome bar n restaurants. Staff at the bakery shop is very helpful and attentive! Highly recommended!!

This hotel is pretty impressive given that it is a hotel literally right inside the airport terminal.

The location is sort of like the location of the parking garage in most other airports: you go down to the basement walk 10 minutes underground and arrive at the hotel.

The rooms are modern and clean: what you would expect from a four-star hotel.

The food is average. Nothing special and you can probably find just as good in the airport itself. It's nice that they have 24 hour room service and a number of restaurants in the hotel to choose from.

The hotel has an excellent gym and a lovely outdoor pool.

Not your standard Novotel -- this is more resort-like. Great restaurants (Chinese, Thai, Japanese), full spa, gym, awesome pool and beautiful Thai gardens in dual open air atriums. Pretty great place for a layover in BKK.

Note to travelers: while the shuttle service on Level 2 is great and constantly running, the tunnel walk to the hotel from the airport is actually faster. Air conditioned, with ramps / escalators / elevators, so no worries about luggage. Head to the basement ("B") level, and follow the signs to "Airport Hotel" and you'll be in the lobby in 5 minutes.

Internet was horrible considering what you pay. The security individuals on each floor are creepy and intrusive. Food was good nice rooms.

Stayed here on a layover to Tokyo. Amazing room that was very spacious and had a very comfortable bed! Expensive food and drink options in the hotel but a quick walk to the airport offered good food choice that was much cheaper. Very convenient to catch a train into Bangkok as well! We will consider staying here again!

Quiet and nice hotel beside the Suvarnabhumi airport. Has access to the city via airport train. They have a really nice pool area with sauna and steam bath. Gym facility also available.

I always stay at this hotel if I have an early flight out of Suvarnapumi. It is super close to the airport, has a fantastic restaurant and real bedding ... just like back in Europe.

The rooms are all arranged either around a courtyard or the lobby area and are of appropriate size with a nice bathroom including both a shower and a tub.

The price is, as you might expect from an airport hotel, a tad more expensive than downtown. But given the location and the ease of getting their makes it a recommendation from me. If you take the train from downtown, you will not even have to get outside - the hotel is directly connected to the airport and the train station.

An amazing hotel located very near to Suvarnabhumi airport. The lobby is breathtaking and impressive with its size and open plan. A range of restaurants are also available.

An outstanding airport hotel; quite luxurious. There is a regular direct shuttle to and from the airport but it's only a 7 minute walk through an underground concourse, so it's faster to walk than wait for the shuttle. The concourse is part of the railway system and is safe, well lit and lined with shops. It is well sign posted and most employees in the shops speak English, so they can help if you need anything. The rooms and en suite bathrooms are huge, the hotel foyer is gigantic, there are pleasant little shops at reasonable prices. Breakfast was provided and was very good ; lots to choose from but not dishes were sometimes not as hot as they could have been. We stag here a lot.

Convenient for airport transfers, but as expected not close to much else except for a 7-11 out the back door. Restaurant and bar are nice but expect to pay prices similar to US or Europe.

Convenient but expensive for what you get. We had a continental breakfast but were then charged a full rate and when we complained paid a new invoice at the correct rate. After we'd left they charged our credit card for more.
If you just need an overnight stay you can get day rooms at the airport for less and with breakfast included.
