Beautiful room with spacious modern bathroom/shower. Amenities such as small refridgerator, plentiful towels!
Walk out to the pool, jacuzzi from the room. Exercise room and spa possibilities for a little extra pampering.
Adjacent to Catfish Bend Casino, and choices of two restaurants.
Opening the water park July 4th! Family fun with a variety of slides, open swimming pool, and tubes to ride the waves!

Very nice rooms. Nice lake in parking lot. Hip waders optional.
Not flexible on check out time. 90% take on slots. Average. Avoid them as I did. Breakfast buffet was good. Omelet too greasy. Mattress made for kids to jump on. Great for newlyweds. Lots of bounce. Camera peaks into my room. Should be a creepy old lady watching the monitor s. Headed to lobby to sit for an several hours. Then six more hours to game time. If the hotel is not over booked they do offer some flexibility. Parking was was easy for large bus. So I gave four stars.

Been here before, but now it's showing its age. Reserved handicapped room, but an employee canceled that the day before our arrival. We didn't find out until our arrival. Comped with playland tickets and free breakfast buffet for 1 day. Buffet was mediocre. We were told if we wanted room cleaned, clean towels etc., we had to call front desk. No senior discount. We did get handicapped room the next 2 days. Overpriced. Very disappointed and may not stay here again. We came to visit an elderly cousin.

The rooms came with tickets to the water park, which was fun and my friends and I stayed there for hours. Then we got a huge pizza from a place in the hotel, which was delicious. The arcade looked amazing and gokarting is super fun, but to do anything in the arcade you have to put money on a card. Make sure you only put exactly what you need on it and not extra because you can't get the money back, but the money never expires on the card.

The PZAZZ Resort Hotel can seem confusing at first but the layout becomes easy to remember. The rooms are very nice and comfy, with appropriate accommodations like a mini fridge and coffee maker. Service here has been relatively pleasant and customer service is nice. This resort has attractions for children all the way to the elderly. This includes a bar, casino, bowling alley, arcade, grille, and water park(indoor and outdoor). This place is wonderful for a family retreat.

There were a few details about the room that spoiled our trip a bit. There was a melted fudgecicle in the refrigerator. I have no idea how long it has been there, but seems like something that should have been cleaned up before we for in the room. There is quite a bit of wear on the carpet, and our child crawling on the floor came up with black knees from the sort and dust. It's just not as clean as I would expect. But it is convenient and fun. The kids had a fun time.

Enjoyed Fun city and hucks harbor.
You do not want to use your debit card at fun city, or hucks harbor. My debit was hacked. Had to cancel card, get a new one. Bank traced back to Fun City. Apparently o Ty hers have had the same issues here.

This is not a five star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. (The adult hotel in the casino would be much closer to a five star hotel.) It is a world class facility in a small river town in Iowa however. The food is good, the atmosphere is modern and updated, and the value is there. I believe the people of Burlington and surrounding communities should be happy that the owner chose to invest so much money into such an amazing facility. I believe that surrounding businesses should be very thankful as well. (Hotels, restaurants, etc.) It is my hope that the marketing team at the facility continues to reach out 250+ miles plus to attract tourism to Burlington. The downtown area is being revitalized and it's amazing. I believe it all started with the development at PZAZZ which gives people a reason to come to Burlington. Burlington in general is worth the drive for a nice, quick, getaway.

The pzazz was a nice hotel. Everything was clean, tidy and easy to get to. The hotel is slightly dated, but a great value. The access to the arcade, bowling alley and restaurants was great!

Very clean and reasonably large hotel...nothing super fancy but certainly the best accommodations in the area by far. Fun City for the kids and the Casino are cool as well, although I could do without the smoking in the casino.

I really enjoyed this hotel it's fun to stay here the staff was helpful my room was nice and clean . I like the fact that i didn't have to leave the hotel to go get food they had food there. The place was like a very small Disney land there is a casino and a large play ground for kids arcade, bowling alley,go carts to race around a track. i wish i had more time to hang out there . This is a great place for families to come and have a good great time i would stay here.again.

I liked this hotel. My room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I loved how it was a one stop place. There is a casino located inside as well as an arcade full of games and things for kids to do. I really enjoyed my time here and sure I will be back in the future!

Had a great family weekend with our 6 and 8yr old boys. Adjoining rooms with a couple friends and their kids. Ballocity was a hit along with the arcade and the bowling alley. Fun for all ages!

We just came for a day trip, but we had so much fun! The kids loved the go karts and laser tag, the adults loved the XD theater and of course the arcade was amazing. We ate at the diner for lunch but the boogaloo cafe had an hour wait so we left and went somewhere else for dinner. Great day trip though!

Love the place. Has a water park to rival many, indoor go-cart track, bowling alley, large game room, obviously a casino attached (Catfish Bend), breakfast is good. Boogaloo restaurant has a very good thin crust pizza. Plenty of parking. Great location.

Stayed here while attending a week long work event in their confrence rooms. Service was excellent, the food was great, and the ladies that worked the main hall room were fantastic. Kept everything clean and organized and stayed on top of the busy schedules. The hotel rooms were some of the nicest I've stayed in on the catfish bend casino side. Very comfortable beds and could never hear any noise coming from the halls or other rooms. Would recommend staying there if you get a chance. The casino is very nice as well with an awesome happy hour from 4-6. The restaurant inside was tasty and the drinks were cold they run a happy hour as week till 7 p.m. overall 5 star stay.

Internet is kinda slow and has one of those frustrating login portals that always kicks you out. Food is great, haven't used the casino because I'm just here for a work conference. The catered food is excellent. The arcade is rather extensive but also expensive. The beds are comfy, and the bathrooms are mostly nice too.

Great prices for what we got. We had so much fun in the arcade, bowling, and at the indoor waterpark. Not crowded at all. We also recommend the Boogaloo Cafe. It was cheap and delicious.

Spent the day at Huck's Harbor for the Thursday $5 kids day. It was a great way to spend the day while the kids were out of school. We spent 3 hours there. Ballocity is a ton of fun for the kids, as is then repelling structure. That night we had dinner at Boogaloo Cafe which was decent. A bit more than what the food was worth, but it was bad. Afterwards we went to Fun City where the kids had a blast until it was time to head to bed. Great place for a small town.

Family friendly, but run down. The last that checked us in was rude because we didn't know Pzazz was completely separate from Catfish Bend Inn. (All in the same complex). The heater was noisy, the room was freezing, the redecoration was hurried and done cheaply. You had to pay extra for access to the pool/hot tub, which is in an indoor water park area, so not really relaxing for adults. I will not be staying there again.

Nice place. Clean room. Lots of activities. It is pretty cold in the pool area. Lazy river is relaxing. The hot tub is nice and warm but the steam burning your eyes and lungs. Bring a gas mask. ;) Very nice and helpful staff. Arcade has several very new games. The Harpoon Lagoon game is the best tickets for the money, or Galaga is very good too. Galaga is easy to beat and you get 200 tickets for winning.

I have yet to have a bad experience here! The staff are always friendly, and accommodating. The rooms are always clean and well maintained, and I love having several dining options on site, as well as the water parks, arcade, laser tag, bowling alley, spa, and casino. And, I especially love that they have an over 21 hotel for those who do not want to deal with kids.

Great family friendly place. Everything is a bit expensive. The Buffett is decent. The spa is nice. Fun city is hella fun with laser tag and go cart racing. The boogaloo is high. Ballocity is real fun for the kids. Something for everyone here.

For the most part we enjoyed our stay. Customer service was great upon arrival & thru our stay 4 nights. The Spa was clean & friendly. I only have 2 complaints. . The room was clean but previous damage, walls & furniture were apparent. The ice box was set on a very low temp & gauge was in the back.

What a great get away. Clean, comfortable rooms. Newly remodeled water park, ball city and climbing facility make it fun for kids. Though there is adult fun with bars, restaurants and casino. Also bowling alley and Go carts. We had a great time. The Boogaloo has good food and great drink specials too. All the staff, friendly and helpful too.

We went to Huck's Harbor. It is much nicer after the renovation but the inside still needs work. It is so over-chlorinated that I can't take my kids on there...we end up with burning eyes and stomachaches. The outside pool needs a heater. Staff was friendly and the slides were clean.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The Pzazz is connected to Casino Bend and Fun City, both of which are very enjoyable places to go to during your stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This hotel and its amenities are a great addition to the city of Burlington, Iowa.

For my son's fourth birthday, my fiance, two sons, and I went to the indoor water park. We didn't stay the night or in a room, but we had a great time. The indoor water park is perfect for smaller kids. It wasn't too busy, maybe because of the season. But we weren't complaining.

We had so much fun at Pzazz! Our daughter loves the indoor water park, the arcade, and bowling! We loved the food at Boogaloo Cafe! The only thing we didn't care for was that we didn't find the bed to be super comfortable. Also, we had an issue getting a shuttle when it was time to leave and almost missed our train. Overall though it was a great experience and we will definitely be going back!

Great option for a short getaway with family...If your kids are younger. Not for the older kids. Also, the food isn't spectacular, but not bad. The beds are comfy. The walls are pretty thin.

As a conference venue, the PZAZZ Resort Hotel holds a charm that few hotels can manage. An eclectic mix of casino smoke, child-sized chicanery, and semi-upscale dining - the PZAZZ offers passbys a look into what SE Iowa is made of. Given time, this Hotel could be what the area needs but as it stands now, it is a rather odd amalgam of businesses.

Stayed here for a wedding and had a blast. The 21 and over side of the hotel is recently updated and very nice. The other side of the hotel is older and could use updating. The bowling alley was nice and they had a decent free breakfast. The Catfish spa and In side is definitely for couples only would not recommend for friends unless you are comfortable seeing each other shower. The glass is frosted but definitely see through. Overall had a great stay and would stay here again.

The hotel and Arcade are great...but fun city is terrible.....I went there so the kids could swim....$8 a person is extortion...not to mention me and my wife could not even go into the pool area to watch our children without paying....so it costs me and my wife $16 dollars to go sit and watch our kids for 45 mins .....wrong
