Great staff. Very nice rooms. Nicest hotel in the area. The restaurant attached has great food. Walking distance to everything, and they provide a free YMCA pass and local paper to all guests. The staff goes above and beyond. The rooms are always just perfect.

Clean, quiet, very comfortable. The bed was soft and there were plenty of covers and pillows. There was a desk in our room, which was nice. Large TV, a microwave, a working coffee pot (with provided coffee, cups, creamers, and sugar), and the whole place was very nicely kept. We had a very tasty breakfast in the morning, with fresh fruit in addition to the typical eggs, sausage, and waffle breakfast. Friendly informative staff. Within walking distance of all the main shops and attractions of Franklin. I highly recommend this hotel.

Went there for food. They came out very fast warm and moist. Service was very good. And the entirety of the hotel and restaurant was very clean. A very nice pleasant atmosphere

Wing night with my work. Associates is always awesome at the Quality Inn in Franklin. The service is too notch and friendly. Food is always well done!

Stopped at the hotel restaurant for their wing night. Fabulous selection of flavors and quick friendly service. I am a big fan and will probably frequent wing night every Tuesday.

Was just there to look at the venue and check out some rooms. Everything seemed very clean and tidy. Solid experience from the staff as well.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Quality Inn. The service was wonderful. The lady at the desk even called about 15 mins after I checked in to make sure everything was ok and how I liked my room. I would recommend the Quality Inn & Conference Center over and over Again !!

Great location. Super nice employees, room was excellent, clean, great bedding & bath stuff. Breakfast was great & nice to see there was a very nice female employee constantly cleaning up, refilling items etc.experiene at the Inn was a "definitely"will return!!! Restaurant is a separate entity, & deserves a different review.

Exterior Looks Are Deceiving
know I've been by this place probably close to 100 times, thru-out the years and always thought, by it's exterior appears, was a worn down old hotel,
WELL, bite my tongue, The interiors are anything run down, but a high good quality hotel, and I've stayed in a few hotels around the world.
Checked in Sunday afternoon, towards the end of Franklin's Fall Apple Festivals.
The hotel has a interior resturant with a bar, and the food was excellent.
Continental Breakfast, typical, but the scrambled eggs were really extra fresh and soft, melt in your mouth delicious.

Love the outdoor area of the bar. drinks are well made. area clean and comfortable. Nice relaxing place to have a few drinks.

The room was very clean, service at the front desk helpful and friendly. The 'complimentary deluxe breakfast buffet' was pretty disappointing. Cereal, Belgium waffle, eggs with cheese, sausage patties, juice, coffee... My wife is has a gluten allergy (not just a preference) and couldn't eat anything. She travels to the area several times a year though abd plans on coming back, but bringing her own breakfast.

It has been about two months since I have got a room from them in Erie. But great rooms service and great rates

Me and my guest dined at the restaurant down stairs on a Saturday evening. The service was appropriate though nothing really made it stand out, I won't say our server went above but she was still attentive. The food is well proportioned and tasted good, and there was an excellent beer selection available. It was a good place and I will go back for sure.

Clean, comfortable and a good value. Service and staff are excellent. Not luxurious but if that doesn't matter to you I would highly recommend.

Good wings on Tuesday, but hit or miss on freshness. Seems they let them sit then put sauce on at times. When hot and fresh, can't be beat. Great!

The food and service just isn't worth the crampy conditions.

Only had dinner. My husband and I each ordered soup and split a sandwich. We were very disappointed to find a $4.00 charge on our bill for sharing a sandwich. We never ask for extra plate or added food!

Good wings 98% of the time. This trip the wings seemed of poor quality... Bone fragments, very little meat. Overall not bad for the price.

I've stayed here many times for when I have training in the area and every time it was very nice. The rooms are always clean and the surrounding area is very quite and in a safe neighborhood w/ lots of cool old Victorian style house. The hotel from the outside may not look as appealing as some of the newer hotels you see popping up but it is still very comfortable and cozy on the inside. There is a restaurant and bar that seems like a popular spot with the locals.

My husband and I had a wonderful overnight stay. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and nice.

The restaurant was closed when we were there, but the hotel seemed nice, and the staff seemed willing to do what they could to ensure a good stay.

Best choice in Franklin PA and area. clean and quaint. Very nice bar area with a large selection of craft beer. Breakfast included with our stay and was very good. you can not beat what you get for the price. Everyone was friendly and glad to have you as their guest. Thank you we will be back.

I stayed a weekend at the Quality Inn in Franklin PA and was very satisfied with the service, the restaurant, the staff and the room. Well worth the rate.
