We were there for a wedding and reception. It is very accommodating for both of available. Food at dinner was very good and served like it just came off the stove or out of the oven. Full bar with endless selection of mixed drinks. Beer selection was limited though.

The interior was very nice and the attached restaurant is very nice. Having a chef cook your breakfast to order was a great touch. Only thing I would change is the outside needs to be fixed up as it looks a little scary from the outside

Stayed for one night a few weeks ago, it wasn't too bad, the place was under renovations so they weren't at their best. The breakfast was made to order which was awesome and tasty but there wasn't a lot of variety and their muffins were super dry. Bed was comfy and bathroom was decent in size .

Going through a remodel. Outside leaves looks to be desired but inside is nice. Wedding reception was wonderful. Food and staff were great. Convention area very accommodating. I was a guest so can't comment on pricing.

They are in the middle of upgrading the hotel.. the walls are super thin the ppl next to us were up until 3 am. I could hear every word they said, sink clogged/slow drain after running water for 2 minutes. The "continental breakfast" made to order was good, and the bar attached to the hotel had great bar tenders interacted with patrons on a fun level... the bartenders brought my review up a star...

Not impressed this stay at all. We usually chose this location, but we won't again. The pool is still closed, out room was supposed to be two queen beds and a pull out, it's two full size and a full size pull out. The rooms are looking very dingy. Carpets have rips and soiled spots. And last but very important is the water pressure for the shower is horrible.
The.only up is the breakfast.

I was there for a wedding and didn't stay in any of the rooms. The public restrooms were clean and well kept. The staff at the front desk was helpful in directing us to the right location

This property is tired. Carpet was dirty. Towels thin. Whole place needs an update. We stay often at Choice hotels and this was, by far, the worst. Stayed the next night at another choice hotel (for $40 less) and it was wonderful.

The breakfast was nice and cooked to order and staff was accommodating.

This hotel is being renovated. The restaurant is nice and food and service were good. The room is a 3.5 because of quality, nice but doesn't compare to most Quality Inn's that I have had the good fortune to stay. The major problem is when you leave your room and I understand renovations, but the halls look like a dump and there is the smell of raw sewer mostly toward the rear of the hotel. I mentioned this to the desk clerk and she said that nobody had said anything about it which I absolutely cannot believe. We won't be staying here again!

The banquet rooms are great for weddings and other events. The hotel rooms are needing updating, but that is ongoing currently (summer 2017). Hate the bed pillows. Small, square, and lumpy. Being your own pillow, or buy one as Meijer is being built practically next door.

We went for a family party. The reception area was fancy and accomodating. The actual venue was huge!!! And super pretty. Can't say anything about rooms or service.

Ballroom for the wedding reception was nice. Wait staff was attentive. The outside of the hotel itself looked run down, but overall was a good experience.

I haven't been to Quality Inn in quite some time, they have updated the interior with grey tile it looks quite modern, near their banquet rooms was a beautiful fire place. My meal was delicious and the other people at my table enjoyed their entrees as well

The walls are thin. We could hear everything from the neighboring room. The front desk was accommodating and switched rooms for us. The cooked to order breakfast was really good. One thing it was lacking was fresh fruit. Also, the potatoes were not as fresh as the cooked to order items, but edible. Overall it has been an ok stay so far, we have 2 nights left so hopefully we can get some sleep.

Located in Kankakee, Illinois the service was good, the room was average. Public areas are in the process of being remodeled but they should have started with the rooms first.

This rating is for Oliver's bar and grill which is in the Quality Inn. Better than the typical bar food and a pleasant service staff. Good daily specials and a great $5 burger special on Wednesday.

I enjoyed the attentive staff, the hotel is under renovation as of this review, so it's a bit dirty in the walk ways, but the rooms are very nice. The attached bar is also quite the spectacle, with wonderful food and good wait staff.

Big place, good staff, rooms seem average. The location is off of a main road so during traffic rushes it can be a pain to get into if ya gotta make a left turn in.

Price was ok for the area but like most hotels there no pets allowed. I'm a OTR truck driver my dog goes where I go she is my co-pilot have been for 5 years. I can't believe hotels like these don't allow pets or they will allow it but $50 to $100 deductible non-returnable

Ate at Oliver's, which we do quite often. The food is always very good and we have never had bad service. This time, though, it took quite awhile to get our food even though it was not overly busy.

Clean rooms, courteous employees, awesome bar & grill and breakfast is cooked for you, not buffet either, but cooked in the morning at no charge. This place is in my top 3 hotels of where I like to stay and I stay at a hotel at least 4 nights a week.

We were there for a fantasy football draft. The wings were good, but they could have used a little more sauce.

We go there on Wednesdays for the 5$ American Burger Special at Oliver's. It's a great deal on a great ”normal” hamburger. Service is good, there are a lot of tables so wait time is nonexistent, cooking time for the food is as to be expected. They also have sweet potato fries.

OK, yes in the process of renovation, the suite is by far the biggest ever, and the downside is the air conditioner is not big enough to keep the space cool. But with that said the hallways, which ARE being worked on are so very hot, and I think that had bering on our room being warm. Restaurant a blessing, good hot food. Nice staff, short order cook in the morning fabulous, bed comfortable, clean, I'm hoping the taped off area is a pool?? Because the workout room and laundry room are clean and big, a pool would make this a 5 star and completion of reno.

Hotel is under construction, but the staff are very kind and accommodating. Oliver's bar and grill is on site which is a plus, and the made to order breakfast is great! Give this place a chance.

You get what you pay for. I love reading the reviews that people leave about how dirty or out of date this place is. THIS IS A QUALLITY INN. Not a Hilton garden suits. Quit giving this place bad reviews if your in the market for a Hilton wanting to pay super 8 prices. Go to Hilton or Marriott for your high maintenance service. I'm fine with this place. I slept in a bed. I showered and releived myself in a bathroom. Had a good breakfast. This place is fine.

My company hosted our anniversary Party at the Quality Inn & Suite Banquet hall. I would have to say, It was just dead on perfect. The facility was clean and up to date. The staff members we`re very polite and seemed to have many training on their jobs. It was no disappointment at all! A great place to host an event!
