Beautiful and extremely comfortable.
We loved our king size suite the bed and pillows were so soft and fluffy was like we were sleeping on a cloud.
The room was quite spacious and the best part we travel with our four legged friend and the hotel was very easy going and welcoming to our furry little one
Room service was excellent and the restaurants were fabulous
The bar served delicious drinks.
I highly recommend the hurricane
It was delicious.
Everything was in walking distance and very quaint.
The glass museum is a must see.
We are planning our next trip already and we will definitely be booking with the Radisson.
I suggest going through trivago
We got an amazing deal on our room and bonus we even got the price that included breakfast.
If I could I'd rate this a 10 so instead I give it the highest score
AN AMAZING 5!!!!!!!

Meh. Not bad not good. Didn't get room there. We were there for Xmas party. Beer was super expensive compared to buying your own six pack. Food was better than McDonald's but if you're hungry go down to the main drag in corning. Way way better food there.

We had a great weekend, the town is great and we have come here a few times. The hotel is very clean and we love that it’s dog friendly our black lab ruby was a happy dog. The breakfast could be a bit better but all in all we lined our stay...

I love that they allow dogs to stay in this hotel! I shared my elevator rides with two beautiful golden retriever every day and it was priceless! The rooms are very big and the bed is comfortable. Also great bacon at the breakfast buffet! Just a walk away from every store on main street, great position.

Nice place to stay, and friendly folks overall. Two negatives bring this rating down... First whomever cleaned the room prior left a few things... Second is the lack of a USB charging station. A few years ago j wouldn't have blinked at that but today... I have stayed at more "budget" hotels that provided this service. Location is a huge plus! Tons of things to do and places to eat within walking distance.

For a Radisson (which I usually am not fond of) I really likes this hotel. Really nice staff, they are both really friendly and helpful. The area is great, it is right at the end of Market Street. There are lots of small shops, and plenty of restaurants to dine at. The room was spacious and clean. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Getting ready to have our wedding reception here. The staff has been AMAZING and all the food we tasted was 5 star quality. Can't wait to be even more blown away. The staff treats you like a king and queen. Amazing outside patio leading to Market St. Downtown Corning with a ton of restaurants and bars in walking distance can't wait!

The Radisson took very care of my fiancee and I. This is a very pet friendly hotel, so our dog came with us on this trip. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Just a weekend visit this time, maybe we can make it a longer stay next time we're in the area. Thanks!

I've been to a couple of radisson hotels and the all have about the same feel. Not this one though, the lobby is open with nice waterfalls speckled around the room. They have pleasant music playing and their newly opened restaurant seating in the back is a chic place. Not to mention just right around the corner is a street full of shopping and so one good food.

Nice hotel, has a European feel to it which is a pro and con in a sense. Parking is free on weekends and I think on weekdays you need to get a pass. The downtown area right next to the hotel is fantastic. Lots of great places to go to for food and drinks

Great customer service at front desk. Disappointed that back building didn't have automatic doors which made getting your bags through difficult. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very close to main Street with shopping and restaurants. Walgreens right across street. Room service was quick and had a nice menu. Plan ahead if you need a taxi service because not much there and the taxi cost $35 to the airport 15 minutes away.

Towels, linens were clean and smelled freshly washed. The foyer was impressive and welcoming. With a beautiful calming water feature. Even though the lady at the front desk was on the phone she made eye contact and awknowledge me with a smile, something that is often forgotten in my experience. She got off the phone greeted me and asked for a moment while she made some guest related inquiries to other employees. She greeted me and very quickly gave me my room key and explained where my room was and where the amenities were located. Not in a manner that would make a guest feel rushed, but deliberate and exact. The room. I enjoy white noise when I sleep; the a/c was very effective, and maintained. Unfortunately for me it didn't have a timer mode or an always on fan mode. No matter the room was comfortable. The bed looked like it had seen better days, but was not in bad shape as far as laying on it is concerned. I was able to get an uninterrupted 8 hours of sleep on it. As you come off I86(?) the hotel is located about halfway down this road, which puts it right at the beginning of Market Street. The main attraction for your restaurant and shopping needs. A ways down Market Street there will be a town square like plaza which is connect to a park and a walking bridge that crosses the Chemug river. All-in-all it was a pleasant stay, the check out the following morning was just as concise and friendly.

Hotel was very nice and conveniently located right next to Market street. Check in took a while due to large event at time of stay, but hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Parking can be tricky as the front parking lot is quite small, however there is parking behind the hotel that is available for use, but is permit only M-F 9am-5pm (probably best to move your car earlier than 9 if you're able).

I did not stay in the hotel, only ate in the new outdoor seating area. The area is lovely and I got to talking with some wonderful people. The service was slow as they only assigned one waitress to the entire patio. I love that they allow dogs in the area and my pup loved all attention she got!! The Radisson is conveniently located and I would likely recommend it if someone was coming to town.

5

Shower was poor quality and though the front desk staff were friendly it took 1.5 hrs to receive bedsheets in our room.
They do have a decent indoor pool and outdoor spa and a small exercise room with slightly dated but reasonable equipment. No yoga mats or other equipment should hope for. We did not order food as room service was a bit pricey.
Overall, while a comfortable stay I think it is overpriced and should cost 50 dollars less.

Went for mother's day brunch, it was very nice great variety of food and the food was delicious. The only negative thing I would say is they cut the prime rib so thin you had to make 3 trips thru the buffet to get one 6oz slice.

In my humble opinion, a hotel is not a hotel unless it offers room service. The Radisson does and more. Nice bar, good restaurant and nice rooms. The service was great, and the lobby is nice. On the flip side, the bathrooms could use a freshening up, tile grout was off color new fixtures would be nice. If I'm back in Corning NY I'll consider the Radisson.

9

We had an amazing stay there during November 2017. It was completely decorated for the holidays, very festive, and beautifully done. The service there was amazing, the room was very beautiful and the bar was top notch.

The only issue was the bar tender was the only one serving in the bar area with little to no help while it was busy and people were ordering decent size food items with complex mixed drink orders. This, I felt, was unfair. It was a very long time before someone else came over and helped him move tables and serve food and drinks.

Other then that, it was an amazing experience.

The Corning Radisson is tried-and-true. It's an important part of downtown Corning. We're lucky that we have a hotel right at the base of Market Street and the renovation of the bar and lounge just a couple years ago is fantastic. Staff continues to be incredible over the decades and we're really lucky to have this gem in the hub of our downtown not on the outskirts. Keep up the great work Radisson

Looks like they spent all the money on their lobby... Rooms are dated and the caulking is failing in the bathrooms. No free breakfast, but the in-hotel dining and room service is very limited as well. Pool area seems super creepy in the evening and not at all like the warmly lit photos online. No lifeguard or staff. Jacuzzi is outdoors, which is not detailed online. The older guy at the front desk is super nice though.

Clean and comfortable with a welcoming staff. Convenient to Market Street (walk out the back door)where you can stroll sevearl blocks of restaurants and shops.

This is our second time staying and it will not be the last. The staff is incredibly accommodating and kind, knowledgeable of the goings on in town and by the lakes, the bar and restaurant have great selections. About 20 minutes from Seneca Lake with tons of wineries and breweries, right on main street in Corning with shops and excellent pizza places. There is a ton going on nearby. The room is clean and spacious, everything we could need and want for a weekend stay.

Located right by the downtown shops, the hotel rooms don't have much of a view, but the lobby is nice with a pretty fountain, and the room I stayed in was nice, with a very comfortable set of double beds. Room service was tasty and didn't blink at making some customization to the menu for a food allergy. The indoor hotel pool was well maintained, but much colder than my liking.

Warm and cozy hotel with a perfect location. We loved how unique the hotel set up was, not the typical cookie cutter hotel. We really enjoyed the Indoor pool/outdoor jacuzzi with attached gym at night. This mom got to relax under the stars on a summer night while watching the kids in the water. Pool seemed small at first but it was just right. A nice surprise was the pool area didnt have that muggy harsh chlorine smell that most hotel pools have. Our king deluxe room was very spacious and clean, more then enough room for me and my two kids. Big TV with 5 different HBO channels, fridge, microwave, nice robe and slippers in the closet. The locations was perfect. Food, shopping, scenery and even a 7-11 right next to the hotel. The gentlemen that checked us in was great and made us feel very comfortable. Would love to get the chance to stay here again. Thank you Radisson Hotel it was a pleasure.

The only pro is that the hotel is right in the gaffer district. Main Street and the museums are within walking distance, but there isn't much to do. The fridge in my room didn't work and they changed my room instead of swapping the fridge, but then the new room's fridge also didn't work, but I gave up by then.

This was my families fourth or fifth time joining the Radisson for their Easter Buffet. The food tends to be well catered and the staff is extremely attentive. I would recommend morning time for these meals as you will get the best of the best. This year there were less creative dishes (which I enjoy) but their food still seems to be good quality.

The room was clean and well appointed and the close location to Market St and the museums made it ideal for our family trip. The staff was kind and helpful - we booked a two night stay, but one of our children fell ill and we needed to check out a day early, past normal checkout time. They allowed us to checkout without paying for the additional night or charging a cancellation fee. My only complaint would be the sleep number beds, which are basically glorified (and uncomfortable) air mattresses.

We got the hospitality sweet for our lage party to have a 'family room' for the holidays and it was decorated beautifully! The murphy dead does not go up though. The service was top notch. I travel quite a bit and seldom experience the level of service. It was really impressive. Parking was great too. Downtown Corning can have limited parking but the Radisson had plenty of parking even on a busy weekend. I was there for the Wineglass Marathon which is a really busy weekend for the town. The Radisson is in the heart of everything which is super convenient. They're right by the finish line, the expo, and Market Street which makes it easy to get around. I would highly recommend this place if you're planning a trip to Corning.

Very nice! Located walking distance to a number of shops and eateries. Comfortable room with a modern tv! Entire hotel is very clean. Pool was available but I didn't use it. The hot tub was refreshing. Free apples in the lobby? I ate 2. Not many entrances / exits that weren't "emergency alarm will go off exits" so there is a little extra walking to get to your car.

We stayed there because of the location. We walked most places from the Hotel since the weather was great and Market Street is so close. They allow dogs and there was many four legged guests while we stayed there. You can walk your dog on green grass by the back parking-lot and a few nearby parks.
Be aware check in is at 4 pm not 3 pm . We got there at 3.45 pm and the room was not ready. Overall it is a nice Hotel but the rooms are just so so. The sleep number beds where not working. There was WiFi, but very slow. I had little interactions with staff but they seemed friendly and helpful.
They do offer military discount too.
