Very good real 4 stars hotel.

A real 4 stars hotel,with good value for the money.Well placed,in the city center.

Great service, nice staff. Room was fairly large, comfortable bed, nice standard overall. Make sure to get your room at a high floor and you'll have a good view. Breakfast might have been a bit small, but still okay. Parking was easy, they have a garage for 10 euro/day, or an outside parking lot for 5 euro/day. Wifi worked flawlessly. Close to centrum.

Very risky in case of fire! I have access by elevator only to my floor, nowhere else. The fire exit to the steps goes only to the ground floor, all doors to other floors are locked. The room is clean, good quality mattress. Tasty breakfast.

Liked · I have reviewed this hotel several times since the opening. I see every time that they do not make any progress, on the contrary, Ramada Sibiu is in my opinion in a degraded routine every passing day. On today's review only cleanliness and location can be added to the plus.
Disliked · Front staff , both receiving and check out, completely not suitable for their role; is well known that nowadays is more difficult to find good people, but the management should at list try to train, lead them,because this persons are the first which are interacting with the customers. Breakfast was terrible; despite the breakfast room, which is relatively nice, a certain part of the food was looking like some leftovers after a country side wedding. For me is unacceptable that in a 4* hotel ,in the heart of one of the nicest and famous city in Romania, to have such low quality food. This region is well known for their richness of the food, mainly meat ones . Where is the authenticity? Where is the self esteem? Very sorry to write this, I am Ramada fan, but this location is a big disappointment from this point of view. I'm not critical, I just noticed current situation, with the hope of improvement. Sorry for this long review......

Just off the old town's limit, but very short walk to the ancient part of Sibiu. Great location and nice airy and clean room.

It was from far far away the best 4 stars hotel I have ever been in! The room was excellent with all it need (the pillows and sheets were just flawless clean and soft 😍), the breakfast it was very delicious and the staff was amazingly friendly and professional. All my appreciations to this hotel. I kindly recommend. High quality!

Hotel facilities are according to Ramada standards but last time when I was there I had to sleep like in a tent due to very low temperatures in the rooms in the summer. Arrived late in the night at 19 degrees in the room and by morning temperature rose to 20,5 degrees. Less than comfortable.

Very nice hotel with a top location! Personal is very nice and helps you with everything. Very important for me the fact that is a pet friendly hotel. We and our dog enjoyed our time here and wil come back for sure.

Convenient place to stay in Sibiu. Rooms are confortable, elegant and pretty spacious. Breakfast included.

Ramada quality accomodation conveniently placed very close to the city center and the Old Town Sibiu

Pros:
- Hotel looks nice
- Design wise, the hotel has a modern look. The room looks good too

Cons:
- We visited end of November and the heater was blasted in the room to a very high level. We stayed 3 nights and we always get a headache in the morning. The lowest temperature you can adjust it to is 25.3°c. The windows were sealed in our room so we were not able to open them
- No complimentary bottled water
- The water kettle has a dirty filter and there was still water inside the kettle
- The elevator is terrible!!! They only have 2 tiny elevators that are very slow. No stairs to use as alternative. The fire exit is only open from ground floor to 4th floor
- Same breakfast meal everyday during our stay
- "Form vs. Function", the hotel focused more on the form and lacks good function

Some rooms too hot and some of them tooo cold.

nice view from top floors. perfect place to have nice slow sex while enjoying the city view at night. a clear blue sky and a plethora of shiny stars add to the experience.

Elegant hotel, helpful staff, decent sized rooms. My room was at the 12th floor and had a wonderful view of Sibiu. Restaurant is elegant, with a decent breakfast, but not very varied. Public parking is an option, as they have a row of parking spaces just across the street.

Central. Nice view and quite rooms, at least those from superior floors. Weddings are organised on Saturdays, so you can't take late dinner.

It is a standard Ramada hotel ,with clean rooms,nice and modern design,qualified staff, nice view over Sibiu city center ,buffet breakfast.All areas coverd by free internet service.
The parking it is not free.
In the room it is to hot, and it is difficult to set the room temperature.
The elevator it is not able to communicate between floors.Just for your floor with restaurant floor,reception and gym floor.
The restaurants have not a traditional food.All ingredients are from supermarkets,not a spectacular cuisine. Just average. The wine selections it is poor. Not able to find a demi-sweet wine rosè or with.
Over all, good as a hotel ,average as a restaurant.

Ramada Hotel is probably the highest hotel in town and offers a great view over the skyline of the city (mostly over the city centre and to the Ibis Hotel). It is also one of the few 4-star hotels of the city. The hotel has usual Ramada standards and offers pretty spacious, clean rooms. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. Due to its size, the hotel houses facilities, such as two banks, DHL, a travel agency and a wine & tobacco shop, so it covers the necessary facilities, you might need while visiting the city.
