This hotel is a high class, compared to where I am coming from other Red Roof Inn. Keep up the good work guys. A great place to take your family for a get away or business purposes

It needs some TLC and the rooms smell musty or like smoke. There are alot of construction workers staying here. Kinda odd at night when I see nothing but trucks and hard hats traipsing around in the lobby. Otherwise it was decent.

I was very happy with room i had for 2 days. It was very clean and surprizing bed very comfortable. Loved the shower. It has great water pressure unlike most motels i have stayed in. I would give it a 5 star.

It's a bit shabby and needs a face lift and a scrub down. Additionally, with no breakfast included, it's not as good a value as other discount or mid-priced chains. If you have other options in the Winter Garden/Orlando area it would be worthwhile investigating them.

The room was pretty decent. Very clean, comfortable bed, clean bathroom. I saw a couple cigarette butts in the hallway but I think that just from nasty guest. For $90/night I think we got off great

Good price for quick stay. We typically stay here once per year. But it's not unusual to find hair in the bathroom upon arrival. Hallways are not air conditioned.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and convenient location for our softball tournament. The pool was good.Cleaning ladies were all very friendly and accommodate. We would stay there again.

This red roof inn is very nice. The rooms are all inside, which is not typical of a Red Roof. The room was a nice size. The linens are nice. The pillows flat, you may want to bring your own. The room was newly redecorated. The tub was old but the surround new. The room was very clean and nice. The floors have been redone in ceramic which is priceless since the hotel welcomes pets. For the pet portion, I brought my 4 lb puppy who is house broke. The pet area is across the parking lot at the end of the hotel, it could be improved. There is no grass under the tree so my pup got very dirty feet. There is a swamp area right next to it where the fencewas down. I didn't know what might come from there. Also, it was right next to the semi parking, so distracting and loud. The hotel staff were very helpful and quick to act on any problems. The fridge and microwave were very helpful. The pool is small, but nice, and has a handicap lift. Overall, a nice hotel and I will return.

I was on a business trip and let me say that this was the best place to stay. Very clean and Zenaida was the one who attended us and she is so professional and helpful. We need more people like her.

The hotel is a hidden gem: This is my go-to hotel for the past six months -- probably stayed a total of three weeks here and there. -- for the past 6 months. Always helpful, accommodating, considerate, in particular Assistant Manager Carlos Yeguez. Reasonably priced rooms, no hidden fees, clean, comfortable. Quick access to Turnpike. With WalMart, banks, non-chain delicious eateries within 1-2 miles.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Good, easy hotel if you just need something cheap and basic before or after a cruise.

It is an excellent hotel for the price. The room was clean and comfortable. They were pet friendly with no extra charges for our dog. The grounds were well kept and appealing. I only have 2 minor complaints. With the exception of one gentleman during the day, the front desk staff seemed to be made of wood. The didn't look up when you entered or walked by. They didn't greet you our even respond to my offered "good morning", it just seemed kind of unfriendly. The other thing was the lack of hot water late at night. I got a shower after 1am and Luke warm was the best I could get. During the day it was much hotter. Still, all in all I will stay there again and would recommend it to friends with the warning to shower early.

Very clean rooms! The staff is not very friendly. I came in a couple hours early check in and the desk person responded rudely "check in is at 3pm". Main hallways could be better maintain. Thin walls too. You can hear everythingfrom the other rooms.

Room was clean. Was extremely expensive for just the room even though it was season there no coffee pot in the room it was a community center coffee pot. Was quoted one price over the phone when made reservations and was quoted another price when I drove 5 hours to actually get there on the Friday afternoon and probably no rooms left in that area so I didn't have much of a choice except to take it. But I'm really glad it was very dog friendly in that made up with the rest of it

We chose this because of their very friendly pet policy. Hotel staff was very kind and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms were still in need of minor repairs from Irma but nothing severe.

I started out with (2) nights stay and was very happy. I extended my stay
for (3) more nights and was still very satisfied. Due to unfinished business
situation, I extended my stay again for (5) more nights. The hotel general
manager, Mr. Laurent treated me very generously by discounted "each"
extensions of my stay. The discounted price made a very big difference
and leaves a very good feeling. The general staff are friendly and kind
people. Because I had a very welcome experienced at this Red Roof Hotel,
I decided to signed-up for its loyal RediCard member to earn reward points
for free future night stays.

There were several esthetic issues in the room, but the rest of the hotel is well designed. The shower leaks and there was a lot of water damage in the bathroom. I could hear my neighbors on all sides, so the walls are exceptionally thin. There were bugs around the coffee machine in the lobby.

Rooms are newly renovated, clean, comfortable, and neat. The front desk staff is professional and friendly. Happy hour is fro. 5pm to 7pm offering adult guests 2 free beers and minor guests 2 free waters.

Wonderful overnight stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. I have only one comment to add as feedback to options when booking your stay. I wished there was some sort of fee to be able to check out later such as 3-5pm. That is all. Great experience otherwise.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. I wanted to rate this 5 stars, but our experience was not good. The walls were very thin. The guests above us were moving around all night and we heard every sound. If you need a good night's rest.... maybe skip this location.

We were able to get a rollaway bed when we needed it. Staff was nice enough. Free breakfast would have been nice. Rooms were nice, but we did find a sock in the corner of one that didn't belong to any of us. For the price it was very good overall.

They charged me the cost of property damaged for towels, at 55.00 dollars stating they were stained. they could not tell me what the stains were of. Never going back there.

This hotel gets an A...for efforts. It was clean and the staff was polite. The negatives are lots of noise. There is a tire shop right next to it and first thing in the morning...they were changing tires and I was awake. There was also lound banging. Another issue I found disturbing. I brought my own towels and pillows and they charged me $10 for a damaged hand towel?..

It was a decent location, not much offered by way of a bar, restaurant, room service or the like but it didn't affect us much. We enjoyed our brief stay.

My stay at the Red Roof inn West was relaxing and enjoyable. The only thing that bothers me is the inconsistency of reserving a room. I've always been able to hold a room with a credit card and pay with cash when I check-in. The last 3 times I've stayed the first out of the three stays I wasn't able to do that and had to risk losing my room or pay with a card. The second time I called, gave my card number and paid with cash when I got there. This time I was told I could hold a room with just my name. It made me nervous so I rushed to check-in then go to dinner. I am given the runaround each time I ask what the policy is. But, everything else was nice, clean room, everything worked fine. I will stay again.

No remote in the room. Called down and within 20 minutes they hadn't brough jt up so I had to go remind them. No one manning the desk early in the morning when loading my car so I had to beat on the door to get back in.

The room was good the bed was good but we had somebody smoking pot on the third floor and the elevator inspection was 36 days out of date. For$89.00 it wasn't worth the price. The front desk said instead of checking on it he'll let housekeeping check it in the morning now I have to sleep smelling pot all night I feel like I should get a free night at another establishment are some type of c comp on the room.

My ac went out at my house and so mr and a friend bought a room for a night. I love this place. It is super comftrable. The rooms are cool and the beds amazing. Would recomend.

This place defines "get what you pay for." Except the safe, that's neat.

Kinda worried about bugs... maybe it's just 1am talking but the place is kinda creepy. Let's just say if I were robbed I'd be happy to see a normal person. Give them a hug and my wallet.

I was impressed with hotel staff. We stayed a week, and the service, staff and cleanness of the Hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. Everything about this Hotel was excellent. we would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

I loved my stay, the staff were very nice and professional, the room were very clean, the hotel is very clean inside and outside, the bed sleeps soooooooo good, the only thing I didn't like is you have to pay $10.00 a day for mico & frig. they should add one to every room. But other than that I were very pleased and that is where I will be staying every time I go to Orlando, no more International Dr.

Very clean and pet friendly. Even though they didn't have a fridge and microwave in the room we requested a fridge and got one and also used the employee's break room microwave. Very nice place!

Stayed overnight on 1/24/2015 and was VERY pleased with this hotel. This IS A BUDGET hotel, yet keeping this in mind, the rooms were clean with no lingering odors, no stains on the carpets and the decor is very up to date. Bathroom was a nice size, very clean with a modern decor and no mold. Basic amenities, but again this is a budget hotel. Great location that is close to lots of restaurants (both fast food and full service) and felt very safe. Staff was wonderful and the housekeeper (Monica) could teach a few things on how to clean a room, to other hotel housekeepers where we have paid MUCH MORE than we did this stay. The room was practically dust FREE which is BIG DEAL in my book. I have severe asthma, so not seeing dust on lamp shades or tops of paintings, light fixtures, etc., shows that she maintains the rooms with an eye to detail. This is not a 5 STAR hotel, but if you want someplace budget friendly, clean and in a great location, then, this is the place for you. The only negatives (in my opinion) were (1) the internet kept fading in and out, but that wasn't a big deal to me and (2) the walls are not soundproof, so you can hear other guests coming/going from their rooms. Again, this was not a big deal to me. I would not EXPECT soundproof rooms and luxury amenities for the price that we paid.
