Quality of the room is average for the price. Room was dirty, toilet didn't work. Also my card didnt work on the second day I was staying there. After fixing the problem at the front desk, I entered my room to find an empty water bottle that wasn't mine.

I was skeptical at first, but this turned out to be a nice little place to stay. Nothing fancy, but the room seemed clean and even had a fridge and microwave. We had a quiet, peaceful stay. I would stay here again. For the price, it's hard to beat.

It is the best budget hotel in this area. Hotel building is old. Swimming pool is good. So nice staff. Breakfast is good. We enjoyed our stay.

Great cheap motel. Everything was clean. The motel was affordable. The buildings even looked nice. Breakfasts were better than expected. Only problems, about 30 minute drive from local tourist spots, and the air conditioner was loud.

this location is a lot nicer and cleaner than other red roof locations. i’m assuming because there is a ballroom right behind it. the only issue was being able to hear everyone outside. our room was connected to someone else’s so we just heard him talking on the phone all night and all morning. his alarm woke me up before my own🙂

A 5 star hotel, great, beutifull respectful service and reasonably priced, if we could give it more stars we would.

Checking in was no issue, super helpful staff. Rooms were clean, had everything I needed. The building is a little old. The morning counter person was not particularly helpful. I left half hour before breakfast started and he wouldn't let me grab any fruit or cold stuff for the road. Oh well.

Friendly & Professional staff, comfortable accommodations. I stay with them every time my travels bring me thru Hazelton, PA.

Would give 4 stars, but our room smelt smokey, despite a non smoking property. Paid $99 for a suite w king bed. Plus $5 as a total of 3 people. This was on a snowy Saturday night. They said last room they had. Comfort inn was sold out so we took it. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. This place is old, as clean as possible. I would say not bad if $49/$59.

Love this place. The furniture isn't modern but it's rustic kinda like this hotel. It reminds me of a chalet. The staff is great, the rooms are very clean and they have comfortable beds. The suites have a separate area from the bedroom with its own couch and TV. Comfy king size beds.

The rooms were very nice, and the staff were amazing. They were very accommodating and made sure you had a great stay. They treated the dog very well and had treats and fun things for her in our room.

The bathroom was kinda scary with no light in the shower and the other flickering. Other then that it was pretty

Very nice room , spacious. Bed very comfortable and shower pressure was great for washing long hair. Sonnie at the front desk was terrific, as was manny.

My room was clean and I got what I paid for, but the true reason behind the 5 star rating is that I had forgotten my brand new only worn twice pair of boots upon checking out of the room. I didn't realize it until 2 days later when I went to put them on. I called and spoke to Sonny at the front desk, who is great as well, and she promised to ask housekeeping if they found them. Not even an hour later she called saying that my boots were there and I could pick them up (with my I.d.)at any time! I was thrilled. The staff there is GREAT and honest. I would recommend a stay there to anyone, Espically the guests who are prone to forgetfulness!!

Not a super fancy place by any measure but easily the nicest, cleanest Red Roof branded location I've ever stayed at. Staff very friendly and attentive, excellent catering and breakfast.

Shower was clogged. The toilet is way too small. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Nice over all.

The room was clean and comfortable. The people were friendly and nice. The breakfast was good too. Nice variety. And the restaurant Alfrados across the road for them had wonderful food that you could walk across the street to dine for lunch or dinner.

Whenever I visit a hotel, the main thing I am concerned about is the bathroom and the bed. The bathroom was clean, there was no issue with the door lock (unlike a different hotel I stayed at), and the toliet's flushing power was strong enough to not give any clogging issues. Aslo the bed was very comfy, clean, and no issues with itchiness. The only downside about the hotel is that I wanted a bit of easier access to drinking water.

The Hotel was only a half hour away from the Track making it easy to watch the Race. Im definitely planning to go back!👍😊☺

Awesome Hotel! Cozy, Clean, Its also across the Street from a Great Restaurant called Alfredo's! Nice HD TVs, Good WiFi, The FREE continental Breakfast was awesome! Its only 30 Minutes ( 31 Miles ) From the Pocono Raceway, which made it easy to see the Race, It's also 5 Minutes from Sheetz. It's just off Interstate 81 making it easy to get too. This Hotel was awesome!! Definitely hoping to go back!!👍👍☺

Stayed there last year, staying again in February, for the $$ I pay , I got a bedroom w 2 queen beds full kitchenette w pots pans dishes stove etc... living room w pull out couch .... not decorated to 2017 but clean n after skiing was able to cook dinner n have cocktails w/o the expense the breakfast for free was great! You'd have to look at the sign to know this was a Best Western, it is so beautiful. The staff was friendly and the rooms comfortable and clean. This will be our only choice for Hazleton.

It's difficult to find but it has truck parking and offer's a CDL rate. Don't ask for a wake up call however they will not wake you up.

We had our wedding reception at Genettis next door to it. We were provided with a very large wedding suite as part of our reception package that also included a bottle of champagne to drink at the hotel after. It was super clean and had a living room, a separate bedroom, big bathroom and a nice balcony for guests to smoke on. It was a beautiful experience.
