I really loved the experience, the rooms are amazing. Kitchen/living/bedroom and bathroom. Really pretty. Although the door to enter was quite difficult to enter I still liked it.
There is a swimming pool which I loved going at 9 of the night to relax. Its extremely cold when you get out but still worth it.

These are very unique. They are like small condos with upgrade I had an upstairs bedroom and bath and downstairs had 2 queen beds and bath kitchen really nice so was full size stainless steel stove
Unit smell clean and being on 2nd phone allow us to keep window open a small opening letting in cool air. We would of stay longer but was out of our budget..

Check in was quick and friendly. They confirm whether I wanted a second floor or ground floor room. After handing in the key, they provided a little card detailing the basic breakfast and happy hour times.

The room has the standard full kitchen, full bathroom with the sink outside, King bed, couch, desk and TV that swivels towards the bed. You have the basic comforts of home here.

Definitely a good place to stay for a work trip or vacation.

Very nice Residence Inn...only issue I had was having to lug my suitcase up stairs with a bum knee...totally my fault. This place is more like a condo complex than a hotel. If you plan on staying more than a couple of nights, it makes you feel like home rather than a hotel. There are a couple of grocery stores with 2 miles so the setup is great.

We got here because our insurance placed us here while our house was being treated for mold. It was difficult time for the family especially with a toddler and a set of twins less than 2 months old. But staff here has been amazing the moment we arrived. We felt like they were extended family. We got to know their names and they got to know us. That's in addition to the great breakfast here. They got their waffle batter ratio down perfectly. They had ice coffee in the mornings. Gave ice cream bars in the afternoon by the pool and had food Monday-Wednesdays during dinner time with free drinks. Their generosity and hospitality was above approach. Even though we live 10 minutes away from here, we would stay here again!

Very clean and staff friendly and work hard to make it a nice place. Maria in the dining room gave us great service. She made everyone feel at home.

Very nice and spacious studio type rooms with full kitchens including full fridge, etcetera... The rooms were pretty darn clean upon arrival and the AC cranks, only complaint would be the bathroom is a little bit small but I think I'll live...

Loved the accommodations with large suites complete with kitchen , dining and living areas. However, with the exception of the inclusion of a full breakfast, there was no food or bar service available here. No way, without a car, to get around and get supplies. My room , although handicapped accessible was difficult to find and the path to it hard to navigate in the dark. staff was too limited to really assist me. I rate it 4 stars for the great breakfasts and lovely room but it would get one or two stars for accessibility and staff assistance. Also, I did not discover till a month after the visit that my credit card had been charged twice for the room when a company had already booked the accommodation for me. This took a couple of weeks to clear up.

They have a tennis, volleyball and basketball court +++
A designated smoking area.
And at least two grills that are at the disposal of the guests. ++
We cooked some delicious steaks and asparagus and enjoyed the night by the pool.

In my experience, I found that the staff was far more helpful, friendly and accommodating than the lobby receptionists.
Often times they seemed too busy or stressed to be asked of much.

Overall however, I was pretty pleased with the stay and would return again if the nightly rate was a little lower.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were expected of a Residence Inn, although I stayed in a bottom room, and I could here the kids upstairs running an obstacle course. Didn't bother me as much as I was only there for a night. Staff were nice and friendly as well.

Bit pricy but comfortable and very convenient

Residence Inn Placentia was great! I only stayed one night, but wish it was more. They had a nightly complimentary happy hour with drinks (beer, wine, soda, etc.) and appetizers- can't beat the free drinks and food. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was extremely convenient.

We came all the way from Maine on a family trip to California. This place is amazing! Clean, awesome breakfast, awesome staff. The woman working in the morning with food (I think her name is Maria) is amazing! Excellent worker, she’s super nice and goes above and beyond to help the guests. I work in a hotel and I know how hard it could get sometimes but every employee here has a smile on their face which is nice to see in the morning on our family vacation. :)

This place was clean big space comfortable beds (big bonus)the customer service was off the charts..Arnold was the best .. actually ever one there was amazing.. definitely would stay again!!

Cute little community. GONZALEZ market down the street had a wonderful supply of foods. Made breakfast vice standing in line for the free breakfast.

My kids loved it.

We had a family suite and had a lot of room. We had 3 queen beds, two bathrooms and full kitchen. Very clean and had good breakfasts. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel that I stayed at was so good the staff was so wonderful they were very helpful I didn't have any complaints everything that I did was so professional and so accommodating I really enjoyed staying at this place. I had a lot of fun and all of the rooms were so comfortable and so big and spacious and everything just worked out so perfectly and the rates were very cheap to very reasonably priced I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has a good kitchen if you want to cook while staying which is a plus to save some money during the trip.

Amazingly spacious rooms. We had a smaller building off to the side, it had rooms more similar to an apartment a hotel room! Would recommend for any large groups looking for travel accommodations in orange county.

The rooms are a little smaller than other Residence Inns I have stayed at, but it was clean and well kept. It is in a industrial area and the freeway is near, but the hotel provided a set of earplugs. I didn't need them based on where my room was located and I am used to sleeping in a very quiet neighborhood.

Comfortable beds, friendly staff. You can hear he freeway noise but it isn’t too bad. The hotel is well maintained. The pool is heated to a nice temperature and is a nice size. One downer is the video quality on the tv. The channel selection is like basic cable with one HBO.

There aren’t any restaurants in walking distance but The Bruery is a short walk.

I would stay here again.

Loved the studio suite with full kitchen & dishwasher, as well as the fire place. They also placed an Edible Arrangement in our room prior to arrival. At check-in I let Eduardo know we were going out to dinner for our anniversary. After we came back to our room from dinner, he had snuck in and left a complimentary bottle of wine as well as some cookies and chocolates. It was a suprising gesture that went above and beyond what I expected. Only drawback was our unit was right next to the freeway and I recommend getting an upstairs unit.

Close enough to Disneyland to drive in 15 minutes, yet won't break the bank. It's a Marriott hotel so you know it's good. Free Smores stuff when check in, fireplace to cook it. Free breakfast. Great experience

Decent place to stay. Lots of room for a family. Would suggest a change or two...the bed in the loft would be perfect as a king vs. a queen. Room on main level would get very warm over night unless door is kept open. Good daily breakfast, EXCELLENT coffee, daily light housekeeping was great - most larger accommodations don't offer that without an extra charge. About a 10-15 minute drive to Disneyland. Overall very satisfied.

Not clean place to stay in. I would give it a 4 stars but since it is not clean I went with 2 stars. The bed sheets, towels, and pillows all have stains and blood spots on them. It seems cleanliness is not their top priority.
I am very disappointed.

The property it's fine, most of the staff is friendly. Only complaint is during a 5 week stay room key had to be continually changed. Not such a big deal once or twice but it gets to be annoying after the fourth or fifth.

Nice large rooms and comfortable beds. They have a happy hour every evening with free beer, wine and food.

Great set up and love the kitchen in our suite! Very clean and quiet at night. When you check in, you can request a pretty thorough list of restaurants nearby, without using your phone. The only thing that's weird is the open network, with no password required.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Marriott. The staff is very customer service oriented and the rooms are very clean. We will be back.

Floors creaked a bit, bathroom was tight, workout room is tiny as heck. Otherwise everything else was amazing. Breakfast was great coffee is straight up liquid gold. Everything works really well in the rooms. Pool is a good temp.

I nice place to stay. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. The location is next to a freeway in an out of the way place, bit was still quiet. Even so, you're still within shopping distance with a 10-20 ride depending where you want to go. I'd definitely recommend for a family stay.

The room was large 2 floors. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking which is included. Free breakfast also included. Sofa bed not so comfortable. Could feel the springs. Could not find any safe. Phone only located on the second floor.

My family always has a wonderful time when stay here, we've been using this particular hotel for many years about once every other year for vacation and we've airways had a good experience. Especially when interacting with the wonderful staff. The coffee and the breakfast is also very good.

The rooms were really nice and huge. Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was really good and they even have a waffle maker. Front desk staff need to smile more. But overall, it was a nice stay.

Rooms are very comfortable, parking is convenient.

Only thing I want too happy about was the service. We got in around 330pm, but were told that our room wouldn't be ready until 4pm when it was check in time. Waited in the lobby with our newborn. Seeing as how the lobby was small and we were the only ones there, I thought we would have gotten notified when the room was actually ready. But we waited until 10 minutes past, asked the front desk, who checked the computers again and said it was ready.

The rooms are spacious and have a full fridge and kitchenette. Staff was quick to repair one of the lights that was out in the room. The only thing I would have liked was a hot tub. I would definitely stay here again though.

We stayed at the Residence Inn for a week as we were just moving into the area. We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness of the facilities, and the professionalism of the staff. You get more than you pay for. We used the pool, ate all breakfast's, and even had a complimentary taco dinner on one of the nights with free wine and beer. This is a well run hotel and it was a pleasure to stay there!

I've stayed at this hotel several times while visiting breweries in the area. Rooms are always in great shape and the staff if friendly and attentive.

Room was fabulous. Was upgraded to a two bedroom suite for being a Marriott Gold Elite member. Rooms are quite spacious. Will highly recommended for those visiting the area or the Disneyland resort just 7 miles from the hotel.

Very nice, feels like I live here. Parking is spread out so your not all in one big lot. A lot of comfortable space to walk and play. Hot breakfast every morning and snacks 3 nights per week. Spent a month here and grudgingly will leave next week.

Stayed here on my first trip ever to CA. I thought it was a great little hotel. Yes the rooms are small, but if you are spending all day in your room while you are on vacation you need to get a life. The place is clean and the staff is incredibly helpful. The location is also what makes staying here special. Everything we needed was close.

Don't come here if you like your regular workout. The "fitness center" is on the 2nd floor of the lobby room. There is no AC, only three cardio machines and NO free weights (which was not what was indicated on their website). The room was so hot and stuffy that I found it completely unusable. I find it important to get a good workout in when I'm on the road and this place just doesn't cut the mustard. The rest of the hotel was ok... certainly not a culinary experience from a breakfast point of view.
