My hubby and I were there celebrating our anniversary. The room was immaculate. There's nothing to complain about and believe me, I tried finding stuff. Everything was clean, tidy and inviting. The full kitchen is awesome. Shopping and bringing in your own food is great. Cook your own dinner or lunch and have breakfast on the hotel.

Breakfast was fine. Not continental. Full breakfast with yogurt, fruit, bagel, eggs, coffee, teas, juices. Nice dining area.

Grounds , clean secluded, private , just like a community. Gives you the feeling of going into an apartment versus a commercial hotel.

Hotel room, they have cork screws, can opener , dishwasher, dish soap, sponge, lol plates, knives, silverware, pots and pans, yeah literally don't bring anything but food and clothing.

Staff, friendly and awake too early in the morning for them to be that happy. Expect to be greeted warmly during breakfast.

Quality Marriott stay. Outstanding breakfast. Excellent front desk staff. We arrived after 11pm and we felt as welcomed as we would have been at 6pm.

Residence Inn on Douglas Ave is wonderful! We had to stay here for an extended period of time due to a house fire. The breakfasts is great and the rooms are nice but, the staff are what makes this place so awesome. They always greet you with a smile and are enthusiastic to help you with information or whatever assistance you might need.

If you need a place to stay in Altamonte Springs, you won't find a better home away from home.

This place is the best . Breakfast is worth getting up early and going . The staff is warm an inviting. There not your typical hotel rooms or even an upgraded version. It's like a modern Little studio . Dishwasher, smart TV microwave, oven w/ stove top. They go above an beyond here .

I'm a Marriott guy, but the way this place is set up leaves something to be desired depending on your needs. The morning of my stay it happened to be raining, and I was a good 5-8 minute walk from the breakfast location. Each room is in its own little building, which is probably great most of the time but not in my one experience. Not really the hotel's fault (and the staff were typical Marriott - friendly and helpful), but if you are a business traveler I'd recommend the Townplace Suites just across the road since it's all enclosed.

Love it!! I am very very picky about hotels i always check all the reviews on what ppl have to say before i stay an always check the ratings... this hotel is amazing i loved it very homey like clean and the staff is also great. Could not complain at all.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast had more options than I expected. Rooms were nice and well maintained, if a little older. A decent place to stay in orlando with your family.

Staff was nice but orange stains on bed and looked scary and very sketchy and felt things on the bed and saw grease on the bed frame. Dirt in the shower and chipped toilet. My family and I travel a lot and we are very disappointed.

The staff here are great and the rooms are clean and comfy and the amenities are awesome

I like this hotel! While it is a little older the set up is unique, each room is like an apartment with lots of space and a full kitchen. Lots of amenities and as a long time business traveler it is well worth the rate. Well done!

Great place we stayed 90 days due to storm damage. Staff was GREAT PERSONABLE INCREDIBLE.They made us feel like we were Family. It was emotionally a hard time during Christmas and Thanksgiving but they made us feel at home. The breakfast was wonderful and Happy Hour was great. We met many new friends😊

I won’t be staying here again. Their WiFi doesn’t work, Netflix doesn’t work, refrigerator and air conditioner make loud noises all night, plus they didn’t open an email from my company for payment info so upon arriving at 8 pm I had to put it all on my debit card. It’s been two days and the charge still hasn’t come off. The facilities are clean but overall it’s not worth it. I’ll stay at the Hampton inn across the street.

Homely feel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Interesting set up. Its almost like an apartment complex with rooms all in their own detached buildings. The room smelled bad when we firat got in... could have been the air freshener. The AC unit was loud, the bathroom small, but the kitchen was sizable and had all of the amenties you need. The living space was also nicely sized. Breakfast was included, but not that impressive.

There was a bad smell in our room the first night we were there. They immediately corrected the problem and gave us points for our inconvenience

Omg. So beautiful. Rooms are nicely designed and clean. They had me a little welcome bag filled with snacks and water. A real personal touch. Kevin and Linda were up front when I checked in. Both were very pleasant and welcoming!

This is not like the normal Residence Inn's I have been to. It it more like an apartment complex. Room was nice and as described. Water smelled of sulfur but I heard that is common for the area. The breakfast was great and a very helpful and friend staff was always available.

Good hotel and decent area. Just a note since I didn't know from Marriott's website but the hotel is compromised of multiple townhouse units with each of them having 4 hotel rooms. Nice layout but it's something to know as it's not a traditional layout.

Very nice accommodations, more like a newly renovated apartment. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet was awesome, with many options. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are updated and clean. The staff has been great. I love being able to prepare my own meals, rather than having to eat out all the time.

I stayed at this facility for my honeymoon, my husband and I was very pleased with the friendly service, clean grounds, and spacious rooms. Breakfast was also hot and fresh and the young lady with the long braids always had a smile on her face. I am from NC so I am a little ways away from Orlando, but if I ever go back I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
Plus, it is only 20 minutes away from Universal Studios!!

It's an older style ResInn, which is my favorite. Polite staff. Typical in all good ways.

The room and lobby were clean but a bit dated. Our toilet clogged on the second day, they did take care of it. We were expecting a work out room onsite, there was not. They had an agreement with a gym near by but as we were here with our two young children this wasn't convenient.

This is the best hotel ever. The staff is AMAZING AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND ANYTHING YOU COULD EXPECT! They have made me see why Marriott should always be my hotel chain of choice. Very very special thanks to Renee and Nicole. You both are assets to the Marriott Brand. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room and service you can rely on being outstanding!

Slightly dated decor, and a little wear and tear one the room but a decent value. We chose RI by M because it is pet friendly and a unit with a kitchen gives us more room and more than pays for itself in saved restaurant bills.

Worst stay I've ever had!!! I've stayed at the same chain down in South Beach Miami and it was awesome!!! First stay here and my mom had to move 4 times!!! Due to bed bug infestation (not to mention I booked TWO rooms for the weekend) The bugs immediately attacked over $30 in food the front desk allowed my mom to choose food from the store so she opted for ramen noodles. Night staff stated mgmt wld handle the situation Saturday morning after speaking with Thomas on several occasions he accepted the mgmt role after asking about the inconsistencies in his story ie: mgmt won't be in until Monday, "I will try and reach someone on the phone today", Mgmt will be in at 7am on Sunday. After declining 1000 pts Thomas offered to compensate me for ONE night. I personally feel as though there shouldn't have been a charge for my mom's room. Now a few other parents stated that they stayed in the PENTHOUSE and was satisfied. I traveled with the team as WELL and should have received the same treatment EVEN if the cost was higher. If the site allows me to upload photos I will. The pictures have also been forwarded to the Director of the league and the league will no LONGER be staying with the Marriott hotel chain. NOT be fooled by the pics. My room looked nothing like the pics and the site is NOT allowing me to upload the real pics showing bed bug infestation!!!

Room was decent. Not the cleanest. Pool was clean and warm.

The hotel provided what it was supposed to, so I'm not left complaining. Another nice visit with Marriott considering their staff was nice and polite.

The rooms at Residence Inn are very spacious and homey, really fostering a sense of calm that creates a relaxing atmosphere. I'd highly recommend Residence Inn.

Very happy with this location, you're treated very well by the staff and are only 30 minutes away from Universal Studios. The room has access to all amenities you have at home including a full kitchen! The breakfast is a big plus (they have a waffle maker!!!) and got us ready for long days and free wifi. I'm very happy to have found this gem at a reasonable price! Thank you for the hospitality.

The place is pretty nice, each room is the size of a very small apartment and your kitchen is stocked with all of the plates and silverwear and cups they need. The only downside is that the TV sometimes has a bad signal and the room only had a 40 gallon water heater.

Very sweet and helpful front desk staff. Good breakfast (free). Great full kitchen and comfy beds. Room furniture was a little under par versus northern Residence Inns we've stayed at but had fireplace! And very clean. Liked condo style exterior entrance design and feel-rather unique. We had main floor unit - second story entrance could be challenging with heavy luggage. Our unit faced road but was very quiet. Very convenient to lots of dining choices and easy highway access. Will stay again.

We stayed on the upper level, in a 2 bed 2 bath suite. Very clean and spacious. They allow dogs (for a fee) which was a plus for us. Would stay again!

Room had a few stains on the carpet but was otherwise very clean. The hotel had someone doing landscaping work late at night and there was a loud leaf blower like for a couple of hours, but outside of this it was really pleasant overall. Very friendly staff and convenient location as well.

Rooms are big! Villa was very nice, full kitchen with upstairs loft area. Cooking hardware was minimal, but besides that an overall great choice of hotel accommodation

The manger really was helpfull we had to fined shelter. Cause of hurricane. Matthew really couldn't. Afford much Called. All around they had two rooms left so i talked with the family. And called and manger answered and Helped us greatly and the rooms are vary nice.. And the breakfast. Is great also we really enjoyed our stay everyone was vary great.. Cant thank them enough .. Great two story suite with plenty of room for guests, and a good hot breakfast.

The people were friendly and courteous. The rooms were modern and clean. The beds were a little hard for my preferences.

Decent hotel. Easy to get to location, friendly staff. Some rooms are better than others. Walls and ceilings are pretty thin, so you do hear a lot. Grounds are kept up nice. Free breakfast, and wifi. No gym on site, but they have an app that gives you runs in the neighborhood if you want it. Pretty good hotel overall.

Very spacious room, big kitchen that includes an oven. The whole hotel complex is really clean and it seems like a village/resort. The bad was comfortable and the stuff was nice.

These hotels are awesome. They are very affordable for even extended stays. This one in particular has a great location as it's close enough to the parks without feeling like you are surrounded by tourists.

They are more like apartments, than hotel rooms, and while they only sleep two...there is enough space to hole up on one for a couple days without going postal.

This is a great place to stay. Not your traditional hotel. Awesome rooms if you plan on staying a couple of days. Very clean , staff was friendly , best breakfast I've had at a hotel that did not cost 2- $300 pretty night. This will be my go to hotel when I'm here working.

The rooms are spacious and clean they provide everything from pans to spoons it feels so homey you almost forget its a hotel and the complimentary breakfast is great! I love it!

The hotel is great. I got free snacks on check in and they have weeknight free food in the checkin area. They also have a great grocery service. My only complaint is that my water would not warm up for my morning shower.

My apartment was struck by lightening and the insurance company made this reservation.

What a delight! I am handicapped and everyone on the staff was ready to help with bags, luggage, and anything that I needed when I went to/came from, my room.

Never have I been so welcomed, and so well taken care of.
