No bottled water in the room. Good food and drink in the bar. Parking spaces in short supply.

Supposedly 4 star - not in the experience of ourselves and friends. Food ordinary so that after first night we ate in the fine choice of restaurants in town. Furniture in bedroom and restaurant very tired . Bedroom not vacuumed for the whole week of our stay- small items of debris to be seen the whole time . Spa not available to us. River view - must be limited, certainly not our room. Wouldn't recommend this hotel ' we have stayed in far better in Killarney but no room there unfortunately .

Lovely quiet hotel, great staff. Good breakfast. Very competitive rates for this time of year!
May need to update their bar menu and as there are a lot of tourists staying, a few traditional Irish dishes would be nice.
One other observation, no ventilation in our bathroom. From the steam of the shower, it is extremely hot and suffocating in there and may lead to an elderly or weak person, passing out in there!
Over all a very enjoyable stay and hope to be back again soon!

Stayed here for a weekend recently. Beautiful hotel and edge of Killarney.
They had a free android phone for every guest that you could take out of the hotel in use for your stay. The staff were very very nice and I can’t recommend them highly enough. The hotel was clean and the food was very good breakfast in the morning was a highpoint.

All was good until I tried to have a shower. .. the water was a dribble and it made showering very difficult. Other than this the hotel was a good place for a nights stay..

Beautiful hotel, 10 minutes walk from downtown. Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, and a good 🍺 selection at the pub.

Nice hotel just outside Kilarney. Bar with log burner was cosy was little disappointed that had to go down to reception to ask them to turn heating on as room was freezing as was there during the snow and was told that its electric heating and was 2 hours on and 2 hours off but after i complained it was turned on for the night. Clean hotel and breakfast was nice.

We stayed for business, the location is great, rooms are lovey but what truly made this stay fantastic was the staff. They are all lovely and just couldn’t do enough to help us. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

Nice hotel right on the edge of Killarney town, about ten to fifteen minutes walk from the town centre. Because it's on the busy Muckross road, there is a lot of traffic noise if you have your room windows open, could be a problem for light sleepers. I couldn't fault the hotel on anything else, except, perhaps, the coffee served at breakfast which in my opinion wasn't great. Other than that, I'd recommend the Riverside Hotel.

Nice hotel. Room was nice enough. Kind of small. Breakfast wasn't great. I ordered vegetarian baked eggs. It came with two slices of salami in some weird dish with undercooked eggs. Couldn't eat it and I'm not a picky eater.

Excellent hotel next to a river. Its located about a 1km from the city centre but the walk is good to do with the big sidewalks. Breakfast is a bit early for our taste, but there is allot to choose from.

A fine place nice people and senior

Not only were the rooms open, airy, and extremely clean, the staff's service was above and beyond. My husband left a shirt in the room when we left, and not even two hours after we had hit the road, I had received an email saying they had found the shirt and could forward it to wherever we were going. I received it as soon as I got home.

The room was very comfortable, and we rarely heard anything from outside our room. The hotel was close to Killarney National Park and the Ring of Kerry, but it was not in the center of the city, so we did not have to deal with the overcrowding.

The room is fab. Clean and bright. Large bed and good size bathroom. Tea and coffee available. Had meal in restaurant was very good. Staff really pleasant and engaging. Great deal for b and b plus main coarse in restaurant even though it's race week.☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺

Stayed here over two nights in March.Got a good deal on a room online.Very comfortable room, plenty of space.Only reason for four stars is because our room was beside the area where they wash the linens of the hotel.The washing machines start early and keep going most of the day, you get used to the hum of them after a while.

The staff were lovely, the room was basic. The bathroom was clean and could be updated a bit but I got the room for an excellent price. The breakfast was ten euro per head and was nice.

We stayed for 3 nights whilst exploring Kerry. What a fantastic choice.
The hotel was all and more than we expected.
Warm welcoming and spotlessly clean.
The Staff were so helpful kind and considerate.
The food was just superb and service beyond expectation.
The rooms spacious with all your mod cons.Again spotlessly clean and fresh.

Quite, easy place to get some rest. Not too far from town center.

I stayed in Riverside Hotel while on a business trip to Killarney I needed a hotel located close to the centre of the town that will not be overpriced. Riverside was a perfect choice. Friendly staff, comfortable room, free wifi and most importantly the food in their hotel restaurant was fantastic. I will be back.

We celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary here. We got a fab room, the staff were so nice, food was delicious. Anniversary card in our room when we arrived plus acknowledged again at our meal. All these little thing's mean a lot. Hotel is central to town, and lots of other attractions. We hope to come back again soon.

Friendly Irish Staff make this hotel. The location is excellent near the Killarney National Park and the whole hotel is kept immaculate. Especially loved the open fire in the entrance lobby.

Wonderful staff, very friendly and chatty. Doesn't deserve four stars. Not family friendly as there aren't enough facilities to cater for kids which suits us couples. Food and service is excellent and we'll always come back for that despite the niggles with the rooms, Rickey furniture, no sockets beside the beds for charging fones, a couple of fag burns on the carpet, priced too high. Did I mention the food, the staff, the service, the big airy foyer which is a pleasure to laze around in.

Enjoyed my stay. Easy walk to town and to the national park.
