It was clean. Very dated. They must be remodeling there were new mattresses in the hall. Our room however was a trip back to 1970. Definitely too expensive for the quality. But when you are the only gig in you can charge what you like.

I stayed there for 2 week good service and nice people at desk. They are renovating to Baymount inn good to know that. I like hot tub the most.

Is it really possible to give 5 stars to a Rodeway? I think so, or I wouldn't have done it. The place was clean and well maintained. The managers were very personable and attentive to the needs of the guests. The breakfast was pretty spartan, but food amd appropriate for the room rates.

Stayed there on last weekend. Nice, clean and helpful place. Clean pool area and big pool and hot tub. I would recomend this place and will be back in summer!

Stayed on weekend and it was nice. Pool and hot tub are so clean and in very good condition. Pool party rates are cheaper than it used to be. Definitely do pool party on my daughter birthday.

New staff is actually very nice and doing great job for service. Rooms are cleaned and prices are lower than any other motel in area. I would come back for sure!

Their prices are usually lower than any surrounding motels and they got new management. New management is cleaning this place and are going to renovate this place. Overall, I recommend this place. Nice and helpful staff. What else do you expect! 👍

I have stayed there 2 nights. I usually comes in this area every week. Staffs are very nice. It seems under new management and they are really trying to do their best. Beds are very comfy and rooms are very clean. House keepers good job. This will be my every weeks location.

This is a very nice and quite place to live. I usually don’t come here but I have heard of new management so I gave a chance and they are doing a good job. I will definitely recommend this place since it’s under new management.

I stayed here my first visit and returned for my second visit to Wisconsin. Both times I was greeted warmly and felt very welcomed during my stay. The staff are very friendly and informative and the rooms are fairly clean.
The only thing that would need work is the breakfast, but overall no complaints whatsoever.

The place was clean as for the room and parts of the building we came in contact with, but when we got to our room the heat was not working. I called the front desk and they moved us to a second room without delay. I would stay there again, but hope that some of the small issues we encountered would be repaired.

Very friendly staff check in. Clean room. Dated a little. Very nicer pool and hot tub area. When factoring value to price, I would certainly recommend and return.

Crappy service but convenient

The place is quite and clean. The hotel is a bit dated but it's a decent value.

Upside is the common areas and rooms were clean, and a friendly staff. The downside my bed and shower water pressure were below average. Bottom line: its totally fine for a night or two.

Decent hotel, great for the money nothing to write home about

The room was nice and the building was nice as well.

My only complaint would be the other tenants. They were being ridiculous and loud. It was obnoxious trying to sleep through it all.

Dimly lit rooms, advertises truck parking but very hard to get a truck and trailer into the lot. VERY OUTDATED ROOMS, very old carpeting, Air/Heat turned off in room on arrival and a wonderful foul odor to great you. If you are just looking for clean sheets and a roof you found it.

Stayed at the Mukwanago Wisconsin location. Friendly staff, typical continental breakfast, clean pool area, clean rooms. Outside of building could use some improvement, but inside was very nice. Would stay again.

The second shift front desk person was truly amazing. We came in soaking wet from being outside in the pouring rain for over an hour (our camping tent broke!) and she was so helpful. She even washed and dried our muddy clothes and shoes for us! The hotel itself is a little outdated but it didn't matter to us. Thanks!

The price was not worth the stay. It was clean and the people are nice. Bed was uncomfortable (needed a better mattress). Barely any hot water. Continental breakfast sucked (just cereal and bread). Coffee was just okay.

Clean, quiet and super friendly and helpful staff.

I only found a few things I would fix(calking/glue wall paper back) i wouldnt wait for slow time of year to fix., and I pointed them out to the management. I would stay there again. Continental breakfast was okay . spa and pool was wonderful.

Good enough for sleepover. Wouldn't use it as a vacation hotel but would defenitely overnight there. Don't keep your expectations high on the breakfast.

Very nice hotel. Great room that was very clean, And the friendliest staff that I've ever encountered out of hundreds of hotels that I frequent through my work.. this will be my first choice when I am back in the area

examined the bed sheets and saw black dots around the edges of the fitted sheets. found three small reddish, brown bugs in other bed when pulled the sheets back. carpet was dirty and wrinkled. when i got home, i contacted the wisconsin department of health, they had told me this hotel had other complaints of bugs and unclean rooms on file. owner refused to refund my money, even though i had cancelled the room for the second day before the deadline.
