The rooms are immaculate!! The kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. The patio outside was a perfect place to tan and relax. We needed a late checkout and staff was friendly and accommodating!!

Nice and clean. No room service thought, we guess due to covid.

First time staying here and really enjoyed it. By far the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. I'm seriously considering buying a sheet set from Sheraton's online store, they were so comfy. I had a room with an air purifier in it which made me extremely happy and it provided the perfect amount of white noise. Towels were very soft and the soaps/shampoo/conditioner were pleasantly scented. Will definitely stay here again, even if it's only for an overnight staycation.

Very expensive. Mirror lite in bathroom did not work. Wrong size coffee pods for the coffee pot. No hot water just warm. Would rate at 2 stars. We have stayed here in the past several times and were happy. But will not go back. They are pricing themselves out of business. There are lots of other options in the same area.

Stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast buffet is the best part. Gym is nice. Room too. Transportation in the area is a bit tough. Had to rely on Uber and the charter bus from my conference. Swimming pool at this hotel is very weird and small.

I come to this Sheraton for annual training, and really enjoy my time here. They have pleasant staff, great room service and good food. Their breakfast is a bit pricey but also very nice. I had an issue being double billed (I pre-paid for the stay and was charged automatically at check-in) and their handling of it wasn’t very deft. However, I think under normal circumstances this is a great hotel for an extended stay.

Came here for a small conference. The multimedia systems worked very well, we never had an issue with the projection system or PA. Facilities were clean. Catering exceeded expectations. There was plenty for our group and it was fresh and steaming when it arrived. I would have preferred it to be a bit spicier, but I appreciate them preparing the food for more sensitive palates. Parking was a bit of a mess, but it was very busy that day. I really appreciate how attentive and helpful the staff were. They all had great personalities. I never felt unwelcome.

This Sheraton is good, but not as nice as most of the Sheraton's I've stayed in the past. We had issues checking in, and our room wasn't ready. We were told to come back in an hour, which we did and it still wasn't ready. The manager did nothing to remedy the situation and we had to wait for another half hour. The rooms are nice, but fairly small, especially for the club floor. Some of the furniture is worn and outdated. Sleeve AC, not central, so a bit noisy. There's an indoor/outdoor pool, which is cool, but not big enough to swim laps. Fitness center is nice and provides towels and ear buds. Very nice venue for a wedding, they did it up beautifully. I'd recommend this hotel, but not with high hopes.

Front desk staff were professional and curteous. I know they say, "you get what you pay for." The price seemed a little expensive and could have included some type of breakfast voucher, not continental breakfast. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Whenever I go to a hotel the most concerning thing is, will it be clean. Even though this is an older hotel, they have kept it looking nice and clean. This would explain the price. I will be staying again.

The staff at the Sheraton Ann Arbor are exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful. I live in the area and recently stayed one night in the hotel due to an extended power outage in my neighborhood. When I called to inquire about a room, the staff member was attentive and responsive to my needs and provided me with friendly, superlative service. The hotel was able to accommodate us and our dog. I am deeply grateful to the staff for their assistance. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Quick and easy check in, the rooms were updated, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was fantastic, best I've seen. Really liked the hotel store as well. Great place for a conference, just need some work conf and service food, dry chicken and breads. And no desserts made me sad, but I survived.

Last minute stay. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. They were knowledgeable about the area and knew some great places for dinner. The room was clean and we'll maintained. The bathroom was clean and fresh. Would recommend this hotel again.

Great hotel! Rooms were clean and warm the beds we're very comfortable. Only complaint is no good place to smoke, Winters up there are no joke and there was no outside area with a heater or eaven wind protection. Room service was pretty outrageous also $31 for English muffin fruit bowl and coffee is pretty steep. The Bonaire cocktail was really good in the bar where the service was awesome.

Conducted a Training seminar here for a week. Very nice facility with plenty of offerings for a business meeting. Temperature in the room was quite comfortable and there is a Thermostat right there for adjustments.

The infrastructure for the Training was very well organized. Of particular note is that they provided Water in large container, with plenty of ice, Coffee with real cups. Good attention to the environment and minimum wastage of paper, plastic etc. They had wooden sticks to stir your coffee and not the plastic stir sticks. No bottled water was provided which is great as we dont need to add to the plastic waste already out there.

If I have a complaint it was the food. Mostly sandwiches and quite blah. They made special efforts to cater to the gluten free and the vegetarians in the group.

The lobby area is quite spacious with plenty of seating and places to step out if you have to take a phone call or do some emails.

Rest rooms were clean and had background music playing through speakers, a detail commonly missed in most establishments.

Overall, a great location to host a seminar. Well done!

The hotel looks great. The rooms were nice. The wifi was sufficiently fast unlike some competitors. Their flat panels have access to the HDMI port. What more can you ask for. A nice place to stay.

Nice modern hotel with lots of food options nearby. Easy to get to as it's just off 94 at state street. Rooms are furnished nicely and clean. Staff is friendly and there are a lot of amenities in the hotel. Lobby bar, pool, gym, and conference rooms.

Stayed overnight with my wife while attending our cousins wedding. The staff was incredible. When our first room had an issue we were issued a new one promptly, the bar tenders were exceptionally polite and our late check-out request was honored without any problem. Typically at hotels I have had a very opposite experience.

My colleague and I went to the Sheraton Wine Lounge for dinner. It was delicious, and we had a great time. She had a red wine, and I a white wine. We shared tuna sashimi, which was tasty. The sauces that came on the side were very good. I got the pork chop, and she got the salmon.

Overall the hotel was a decent place stay in Ann Arbor, but if I came back, I would probably pick something else.

Pros: pretty cheap, had multiple pools and a hot tub, gym gets the job done, great area near the lobby filled with late night snacks.

Cons:
The location wasn't amazing. This hotel is nestled in the middle of a business park with other similar hotels and a few restaurants. If you want to be walking distance to downtown or close to campus, this is not the place for you.

Our room felt pretty clean, but when we checked in we found crumpled up dirty tissues on the bathroom counter. The second night, our bed was made, but all of the pillows were left piled up on the couch and floor. Additionally, none of the trash was removed.

Went for professional inservice. Was not an overnight guest. Breakfast provided had a pot of options but gave brand name yogurt one day and then premise parfaits the next which were less than desirable. Cookies and coffee were extremely good! Parking was sometimes hard to come by. Nice area and location.

Superb staff and excellent customer care

This is my favorite hotel in Ann Arbor. The rooms are nice, clean and comfy. Ray, Homer and Mary are very friendly and helpful to all guests. They always warmly welcome me by name and just make you (me) feel like a valued guest. I have the highest appreciation for their excellent hospitality and outstanding customer care. You can feel that they care about the guests, all of them. The staff will go above and beyond their duties to make sure every guest is overly satisfied. The room are very well equipped and comfortable. I could going on with how pleasing this hotel is but suffice to say that I highly recommend that you stay here if you are in Ann Arbor

The Sheraton was up-scale and classy complete with tall ceilings and non-carpeted floors. The entrance we took was very quiet and empty with zero employees nearby until we entered the room of our event. The employees there were helpful and quick to replenish the food while maintaining respect of the religious observance.

We had our company party here for Christmas. It was a decent venue, but the best part was the roast beef. That was phenomenal. If you are looking for a convenient place to have a company party, this is where you should go.

Not that bad of a place. The bartender's are nice. The rooms on the 6th floor were not bad. Not as nice on the 4th floor. If you go in the clubhouse for breakfast you might be disappointed. The staff should be nicer, especially if you are someone that travels to the hotel a lot. A smile or a hello would be nice.

My wife and I went for a birthday/anniversary date and couldn't have been happier.
The food was expertly prepared, perfectly seasoned, and delicious. The fois gras and duck breast were amazing.

The staff was on point and the drinks were excellent. Highly recommend.

This hotel is a bit nicer than your standard Sheraton. It had large, quiet rooms and a nice lobby to do some work in or take business calls. The hotel is very accessible to the main places to visit in Ann Arbor including the campus. I would stay here again next time I visit.

I had a really fantastic stay here. I checked in on Thanksgiving day and was immediately greeted by friendly smiles. Never mind the fact that it was a holiday, every was very kind. My room was easily accessible on the first floor and was located by an exit so parking was never an issue. My room was incredibly clean, the bed was perfect. The fridge in the room made it easy to store holiday leftovers. There was a woman at the front desk whom is impossible to forget. Angelique was a breath of fresh air. She seemed like an old friend or family member welcoming you home for the holidays.

We were in the main ballroom and the Petite ballroom for an event. The mic had issues, but they fixed that as soon as we tracked someone down, and the Petite ballroom had issues where one of the plugs fell out of the socket. However, clean, organized, and very nice rooms to use.

This was a very clean, new hotel. I was there for a wedding and reception. The wedding was brief. The reception was very nice. Dinner was especially good for hotel food (I've had my share). I tried a couple of bites of others dishes and was equally impressed with the meals. The staffs service was quick, professional and very accommodating.

I went for a Saturday night wedding. The room for the ceremony was cozy and intimate and you could see the Bride and Groom no matter where you sat. The food during cocktail hour (sesame breaded chicken, egg rolls, spinach pies) were surprisingly fantastic, especially their sauces. The drinks were strong, which never happens at weddings and they even allowed you to get whisky neat, which most cocktail hours also don't do. The reception hall was beautiful and I loved how high the head table was so that everyone could see the bridal party. The tables didn't need table cloths because they were a shelacked (spelling?) bronze look, which I thought made them look very high end.

So. As long as you don't look closely it is a nice hotel. The amenities are nice. The room looks nice. The bed is comfortable. However, when you are stepping on m&m's that were not vacuumed up a lot of the charm goes away. Or when you realize the bathroom was not fully cleaned, it's just not appropriate for a hotel that was $220.

If I had booked the reservation the hotel management would have received an earful.

I left a brand new dressy spring/fall coat in the closet, and they never even called to say they found it! Obviously, when the cleaning lady came in to clean the room she must of discovered it! When I called, the housekeeping lady went to look in the lost & found she said it wasn't there. Hmmmm, someone had to take it!
This hotel jacked up the price of the room for the Big Game weekend, and it was no where near worth the money. It's old and needs to be redone. The staff is rude.

We love to go to Ann Arbor and restaurant hop. We decided to take a short honeymoon after our wedding. When we decided to stay at the Sheraton hotel we expected a very nice experience. What we received was not that. It was exceptional. It exceeded our expectations. When we checked in the entire staff was aware that we were on our honeymoon. We stayed on the 6th floor in order to have access to the lounge. The associate that was working, Lindsay, knew our names and treated us as if we were family. We decided to have a bite to eat at the bar. The servers, Jeremy and Dan, also knew who we were and treated us like celebrities. Not only did they take care of us, the hotel took care of our appetizer and first drink. This will be the only place we stay when we visit Ann Arbor from now on. We were sad to leave. Thank you for the exceptional service and making our honeymoon memorable. Outstanding job!
