Everything was very good. The TV is huge and I really appreciated it as I just got in to catch the OT of the Mavericks Pelicans game. USB outlets to charge devices are smartly on even when the desk lamp is off, appreciated. Bathroom was top notch. The only thing is that the elevator area should be somehow better marked, I was on the 5th floor, passed the elevators in the hallway couple of times and ended up taking the stairs at the end of the hallway, which took me out on the street instead of the lobby, but that's not a big deal.

It was a late evening already when I arrived. Sandy at the front desk answered when I called to inquire about the shuttle, and sent one over to the airport immediately to pick me up. When I arrived at the front desk, Sandy was again amazing, checking me in speedily and recognizing my loyalty to the Marriott suite of brands. She set everything up for my free shuttle ride to BWI the next day, and spotted/immediately corrected a mistake that had been made in my reservation, all with a really friendly attitude for such a late hour.

To me, examples of Sheraton hotels have varied from "needs a little updating" to "very nice and cozy". This BWI Sheraton was definitely leaning towards the latter - my room was updated in warm navy and grey, had an expansive desk for work, included a fridge, and - best of all - had a wonderful view of the sunrise for my early flight. How refreshing! I mention Sandy again because she was nice enough to pick this one out for me. I also found the Club Lounge to be very modern, with a nice breakfast and snack selection. Both of our shuttle drivers were also extremely courteous. Thank you, Sandy, to you and your team for the wonderful hospitality!

I am a Marriott Ambassador Elite member and I generally stay at this hotel.
I generally do not write reviews but I feel that I need to write something about this hotel.
The management and all personnel are great here.
Especially Ms. Renee and Mr. Marcus are doing excellent job here.
If you stay here you will be amazed with Ms Renee’s personality and hospitality.
Overall, they provide the best possible service.
Whenever my business takes me here, this hotel is always my first choice.
I can definitely say the following:
Ms. Renee and Mr. Marcus are the best things happened to this hotel.
Great Job Renee!

Hotel was great. Parking is not super handicap accessible but otherwise isnt bad. The service was friendly and efficient. They let our group leave bags in the hotel while we went to a music festival. Great group rates too.

I stayed in this hotel for a couple of days and it was a 5-star visit, again. I called in because my flight got in late and the desk clerk set my room aside so it would not be given away because I did not show before midnight. I checked out today with Tammy at the front desk and she was great and emailed my deal without me even having to ask. Again, customer service at this location is great and makes me feel comfortable coming here.

I arrived at the hotel about 5 pm to check in and get my room keys. The desk clerk that assisted me at check-in was great. I am sorry that I don't remember her name, but she is the ideal type of employee that any traveler really needs upon check-in at the hotel.
I did go upstairs to the club lounge and was watching the worker there maintain the area and accommodate the guest. this employee in that area moves quickly and did not seem to mind doing what she was asked to do on several different occasions by the guest in the room.
I dropped the keys off with Moses at the front desk and he was great in helping me with my luggage, moving the items to the vehicle, and the whole front desk process while I was there. I boarded the shuttle for the airport and was there within 10 minutes. The hotel shuttle driver was operating a vehicle in a safe manner during the ride.

Nice hotel. Close to airport. Meeting rooms are nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice desk area in the room. Check in area has limited parking. There does not seem to be an easy area to unload baggage nor a bellhop.

can truly say that one person made my stay a wonderful one! It's very rare for one to experience such a warm reception and great service! Tiara was outstanding from start to finish.
I entered the lobby doors after a long day in NYC, then driving to Baltimore for a meeting in D.C. the following morning. All I needed was a good nights rest. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the lobby that a saw a friendly smile and one with a jubilant spirit! I debated over which hotel to choose, but I was so delighted because I picked this one. Tiara's level of great customer service should be replicated at other hotels!!!

Can't beat the location for travel or a work event, it's right next to BWI. Room was good; bed was comfortable, room maintained a consistent temperature, shower was warm with good water pressure, plenty of places to plug my phone and laptop in. Pretty much all I need in a room. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. Nice lobby. Had lunch in the restaurant, good selection and food quality. Lots of nearby choices if staying multiple nights and want some variety. I'd stay here again if my future travels take me through Baltimore.

Overall the stay at this hotel was comfortable sleep wise and with the room. A couple things I did notice though was there was a strong unpleasant odor in the basement level hallway, and our shower in our room either needed a deep clean or a complete surround change due to it being stained and gray looking. Also the bar/restaurant left some to be desired, but overall not to terrible of a place to stay.

This is a hotel better suited for families. The front desk was good and they acknowledged our status, which is always positive. However, the hotel's pool and gym were a little rough. Maybe it was the sheer volume of lacrosse kids there that weekend but it felt like everything was sticky. Again, could be the number of kids. The hotel's housekeeping did seem a little overwhelmed as there were families tailgating in the club lounge. Yes, they brought coolers, snacks, beers, and folding chairs and were rowdy. Maybe that's the type of atmosphere that particular Sheraton caters to, but it was less pleasant. The room was dated and the television had only about 20 working channels. Maybe 15. We did love the bathroom. It was remodeled extremely nicely. Also, the housekeeper cleaning the club lounge post tailgate was very nice. Had a positive attitude despite the bad situation.

The service staff was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere facilitates both a private and group feeling. I was there for drinks, of which they carry a good variety. Next time perhaps I'll try something from the menu.

We enjoyed the room, staff was good but our real goal was to shuttle to BWI the next morn. We has to wait 2 shuttles to get over since they only carried 8 people, our return we to wait another 2 shuttles then the driver had the van running loaded our luggage shut the back & we were all locked out. Ugh, another 2 hrs wasted waiting on a locksmith. We'll be calling the GM tomorrow in hopes of a free room next visit otherwise we'll choose another park 'n stay location.

It's a Sheraton close to the airport. Very nice four star hotel. Parts of it feel luxurious, while others are average. Not the most luxurious available, but definitely a tremendous upgrade from a budget hotel.

The staff are friendly and helpful too.

We stayed here much longer than we were planning. We were making our move to the states. This staff is incredible From the cleaning crew, maintenance people, drivers and everyone at the desk. I witnessed many of the guest being very low brow but the staff handled all situations amazingly and professional. I worked in customer service 11 years and I would have lost my cool. We left feeling like family. Now that we are situated I will be sending thank you gifts. It was that good

A decent (but a bit dated) three star hotel. It is very close to the Baltimore Washington international airport, but the airplane noise was not too bad. The workout facilities were decent with free weights, yoga mats, a weight machine, treadmills and other cardiovascular options. The "pool" is not suitable for more than casual splashing. The elevators were fast and talked. However, the elevators were needed to get from the basement access to the large (but consistently full) rear parking lot. The room was large and had been updated, but I had several issues with my room card reader and a fellow traveller had noisy pipes in his wall.

It's an older Sheraton, you can definitely feel that date in the rooms, but the staff is very nice and really informative and accommodating. The breakfast buffet isn't too expensive and isn't all that bad either. Bathrooms are kinda awkward and definitely require some updating. Shower heads are gross and shower floors are aged and stained. Room carpet could also use some refurbishing and the television sets are pretty dated.

Rooms are nice. Very pleasing decoder in the building. The hotel will nickel and dime you. No free breakfast. No fridge in most rooms. 3.50 for the tiny bottle of water in your room, ect ect. Good for a night or two but not my choice for an extended stay.

The Sheraton Baltimore Washington International Airport Hotel is an extraordinary place to stay, not only because of the convenient location, clean facility and rooms, but also/especially because: 1) they provide 24-hour shuttle service to and from Baltimore Washington International Airport with friendly and helpful drivers, 2) they offer vegan, gluten-free, low carb, and other options to those who have food allergies, sensitivities, and health preferences - just ask!, 3) their front desk and kitchen staff go out of their way to ensure that the guest's needs are met. I highly recommend this Sheraton!

The room was nice. The staff was helpful but not very friendly. At least 3 other guests, along with myself, had to return to to the front desk after checking in to get a properly working room key. My second trip to my room, I opened the door to discover the bed occupied. I was given an alcoholic beverage voucher... I don't drink... And access to The Club Lounge for complimentary appetizers that were depleted. Also, I never received my scheduled wake up call...and THAT is why I decided to write the review.

I would recommend staying at this hotel because it actually is very nice and near plenty of good fast food options. And the van driver was very informative and pleasant.

Houskeeping was very poor. The toilet was clogged and I received a nasty attitude from a grumpy old housekeeper when I nicely reported the matter to her. Front desk says they got multiple complaints about her.
Also, they didn't clean my room, I told this to the front desk representative and to my surprise, she said they have been getting the same complain all day!

This is a nice hotel close to the BWI Airport with lots of clean rooms. But some of their staffs have really terrible customer service. And if you opt for "green service", don't expect the promised money back. Still good to choose if you have to catch a flight at BWI.

Stayed here on a recent Sunday night while passing through town on our way to the Delaware coast. We were traveling with our small dog, so were very happy that Sheraton doesn't charge an extra fee for him to stay in our room. They even gave us a free roll of poo bags and a holder to clip onto his leash. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was comfortable and the bath towels were like new. Oddly, the common areas were not particularly clean . . . while the carpeting in the hallway leading to our room looked fairly new, it was littered with scraps of paper and litter. It was in need of a good vacuuming. Overall though, the Sheraton BWI was quiet, clean, and restful.

Parking was a little crowded when I arrived for a trade show. Hotel event areas a more of a "cigar room" look and feel, as opposed to cathedral spacious ballroom. Ate at bar for lunch. Ordered medium well Burger and fries, came prepared as ordered. Was delicuous and at great price. Beer on tap, served in frosted pint glasses, nice touch. Did not stay in hotel but enjoyed the event.

Pros: Hotel room is spacious and clean. Nice free shuttle to the train station. Cons: There weren't many parking spaces, so we had to park in the Westin lot and walk with all our luggage. Also, there's no refrigerator to keep drinks/leftovers cold.

All in all, not a bad option.

Stay here each summer for work. Internet is slow as can be but everything else is nice. Especially like the ability to earn a credit for not having the room cleaned daily. Easy highway and airport access. Not much within walking distance but there's everything within a 10 minute drive. As of summer 2017 they are "renovating"

A bit upscale than a normal Sheraton most are accustomed to. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The bar is pretty good. Pricey but still good. Breakfast is buffet style with cook to order eggs and pancakes. Adults $14, kids under 10 was free I believe

Was surprised by how nice this hotel was. Very clean and the room felt very spacious. The bathroom area was open and clean. All my kids could brush their teeth at the same time, there was enough space for them. If we stay at a Sheraton again in this area it will be this one, not the Annapolis one.

Primarily catering to those that would use an airport shuttle, the challenges were parking being far from an entrance, noise carrying through walls, and bathrooms really needing to be updated. They much more right. The hotel and rooms were clean, the bar was nice, the guests were quiet by 10pm, the staff was very upbeat and helpful. I would stay again without a concern.

Sheraton, all the standards were met. Beautiful hotel. I found myself in a dire need of laundry services due to a spill in my luggage. I was instructed to use the laundry machine on floor 3. This is great this hotel has self-serve laundry! But, only 1 washer and only 1 dryer. Not convenient. Also not convenient is the obvious missing signage from the machines stating how long the wash and dry cycles are; this would clearly help guests know when to return to collect, or transfer, their laundry as well as make them accountable for their laundry if they don't collect, or transfer, their laundry. Sheraton BWI airport management: please make up a simple sign. The washer is a 28 minute cycle. The dryer is 45 min maximum with high heat and most items fully dry at the 30 +/- minute mark.
Much appreciated!

Clean modern rooms with very friendly help. However, the room have no bureau, no drawers of any kind for your clothes and only one small cupboard with 4 hangers. There are only 3 unused power outlets. The coffee in the room is Starbucks but there is no fridge to store milk for the coffee. The room is reasonably sized but there are no USB plugs to charge your phone. There is ample parking behind the hotel and an auto door entrance in the back with an entrance ramp for rolling bags and wheel chairs but no luggage carts back there for your stuff.

For a Sheraton, the place is touch tired, think older without lots of attention along the way. Were it not for the excellent breakfast, this would be 3 stars. Of course it is still a Sheraton so judge the three stars on the appropriate scale. It is solid, relatively quite and the staff is helpful.

I wasn't here for long; short layover night. However, the beds were comfy and the staff was pleasant. Even had a mini-fridge in my room. If I could do 3.5 stars I would simply because things were a bit worn in my room. The leather on my desk chair was cracked and peeling, and the shower seemed like it could use a good deep cleaning. The outlets weren't easily accessible either. But for sleeping purposes, it was comfortable.

Pros: Exceedingly friendly staff. The check in staff, restaurant/bar staff, and maintenance staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. The gym and pool area are beautiful and I enjoyed a nice workout and some yoga. They have free yoga mats! The food at the restaurant is absolutely spectacular. If I was rating just the food and the service at the restaurant, I'd give as many stars as were available.

Cons: The property is semi-challenging to get to if driving in from out of town (I drove in to stay the night prior to a super early morning flight). As prior reviews have said, the property is showing signs of age and some cleanliness/maintenance issues. It's also (as to be expected for an airport hotel) in a somewhat industrial area. Wouldn't go walking about at night. Nothing horrible that wouldn't make me stay here again if I had need before/after a flight at BWI again, just obviously not a destination hotel.

Excellent service the crab cakes were fantastic the best here on this side of Maryland I hear they have a fantastic cook by the name of Karlton Henry I can't say enough good things about him all the food that he had prepared for me and my coworkers have been great I don't know what happened but I don't see him there anymore and I have noticed a difference in the food since he's been gone. Please do whatever it takes to get him back I have never eaten that good of food from a Sheraton Hotel until I was served there.

I paid $160 for one night to stay in this hotel. The room was very large and pretty clean. The beds were very comfortable. Overall the apparence of the hotel was beautiful. The front desk was very nice and attentive. Most of the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. For the price we paid we did not receive free breakfast, which was listed on their website. They had a pricey breakfast Buffett in the morning, which I chose not to get. The pool and the hot tub were very clean, I was truly looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub before a long drive home, but, the pool area has limited times you are able to use the facilities. 6-9am and then not again until 5pm-10pm. So we were not able to enjoy the pool, as it was already 10am and we had to checkout by noon. At 8:00 in the morning a housekeeper just barged into our room, which frightened us because we were asleep. She apologized and left. About 2 hours later, while showering and getting ready to check out, another housekeeper came into the room. They need to have better communication about which rooms are still occupied and which are empty and ready to be cleaned! No privacy there. The halls had a very strong disgusting odor to them. Almost like a mix of mildew and skunk. Overall, the apparence and most of the staff were great, but I would not recommend this hotel, it's too overpriced for what you actually get.
