The side I visited was the Covid area, t was nice clean, plenty of parking

Started out LOVELY. The rooms are great, the service was great, the location is quite....then, we wake up this morning to all of the power being out, us almost missing our flight AND taking a cold shower. What a shame, would come back here but, after all we hot was an apology and no type of recourse, I think I'll pass

I attended a business meeting on this hotel and its pretty good for the same. Plenty of parking. No hassle.

Good size suite with many door to separate sleeping area and restroom from reception area. Relatively modern, with key card entry control, rather then card swipe. Limited usb charging ports. Serious issue with room availability. With confirmed reservation, tried to check in 30 minutes early, and was told we had to wait for normal check in time. Ran some errands and tried checking in again after the approved check in time and was told no rooms were ready and they would call us when a room was available. They did call while we out to dinner and we checked in that night. When we checked out the next day we found out the our credit card charge did not match check out bill. We had to call the bank to dispute the charge and get it corrected. Stayed at two other hotels in the area during the last month and this was by far the worst experience. Parking is an extra charge and posted signs warn you park at your own risk.

Celebrated the Holy Supper on Feb.14, 2020 Also , had the blessing to direct the Santa Maria Children's Choir and was very satisfied with the kind service rendered by the staff. All our needs were met , and more. Very pleasant experience.

The conference center was very clean, the staff was helpful with our Pharmacy school white coat event. The bathrooms were clean and we'll stocked, although the toilets need to flush stronger. The reception after our event was well staffed with snack foods and water. Great venue for events!

I was at the Sheraton in Pomona for a medical school event this last week. The main hall way was very nice and well kept. The conference rooms were very large and nice as well.

We went to the conference Hall for my medical school lunch mixer. It was a really nice environment. The bathrooms are really clean and new. The food was pretty good as well :)

They do an excellent job at catering to the people. However, there have been times when they've downgraded our event rooms without warning. Not to say their service is horrible though

I love this Sheraton. The staff is very attentive and gracious. The rooms are huge and stocked with free water and other standard toiletries. It's also great for conferences.

Often stay here when in town on business. Clean modern accommodations with friendly staff. It’s a short drive to good restaurants and cafes if you want to dine more economically than at the hotel restaurant.

Service is friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very nice and clean. Love staying here.

There was ample parking. The conference building was very large and spacious and comfortable. Could be cleaner (carpets stains). Overall good place for conferences/trainings

This place is Gorgeous... I spend alot of time in this area or close by but I found this to be a hidden jewel and very nice big rooms that u have to see to believe. 2 TVs in each room that's how nice they are and very clean and updated to make you come back. I been here twice in 3 weeks and plan on coming alot more.

Always a comfortable stay when I'm here. Room was clean, restaurant was delicious, and bed was comfortable! What more do you need?

Went here for the mother's day brunch. They put out a pretty nice selection. Pastas , crepes , steak , along with break fast essentials. Plus kids have their own mini buffet to go through. Asked my neice for a mini burger. Cuz why not

Great place for meetings. The rooms were comfortable and met our meeting needs. The restaurant was excellent. Staff was very helpful.

Happen to go on prom night. Took a while to get to the elevators with all the prom people taking pictures in the lobby. Parents were honking picking up their kids after it ended. Music was blasting from the parking lot. The hot water in the shower would not stay hot. It was nice when you first get there but my experience ended horrible. Location is great for the LA County Fair.

We attended a retirement party at the conference center. Service was good and the food was very tasty for buffet style dinner. Kudos to the chef and kitchen! Otherwise service and ambience was nice. We will come back if we are ever in the area.

The best of the best..The staff at this hotel is amazing. We came here to celebrate our 1 year Wedding Anniversary and stayed 2 nights. From the first night of our stay to the last, the staff have done so much to make our stay delightful. This staff gives their own personal touch when it comes to customer service and I would like Thank Flowery, Jocelyn, Landon and Lester for make our day so special. My wife and I will remember this stay at the Sheraton and because of how well this team goes above and beyond, we will stay here again and again and again.

This hotel is very good for conferences and big events. They have a nice meeting room and a side building for major events as well. The bathroom are a little small though, so be warned.

Good, courteous staff at the front desk, real close to LA County Fairgrounds (Fairplex).

Just be wary of 'wanderers' strolling through the parking lot as the homeless transition over from Ganeaha Park just across the street hoping their 'panhandling' efforts pay off in spades! Otherwise, quite a nice facility.

Went to the Conference Center for a work related event. I was pleased with the venue. The conference hall was huge and accomodated 600+ attendees in there without issue. It was well ventilated and air conditioned. The staff that bought out the meals were very nice and professional, the meal itself was really good. I think the event planners like this place because this is where our yearly gathering has taken place for the last 3 years or so.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in in a while. The staff is professional and attentive. The rooms are clean and updated. The beds are very comfortable. They have a great convention center as well with all the up to date amenities you would ever need to have a successful conference!

The convention facility was suitable. But we had to walk through the hotel and across a parking lot to get to it. Weird that the staff didn't just have is part next to the convention area.

Nice hotel that's a bargain when there's nothing going on at the fairgrounds. Rooms are big and configured as mini-suites. Has all the usual amenities though you may need to pay for wifi. Location is a little remote, but has easy access to the 10 fwy so can be a good place to stay if you have a car.

I was at the Sheraton to eat dinner at McKinley's Grille. It was a weeknight and there wasn't anything going on at Fairplex so there was plenty of parking and the restaurant was empty. It was 6:15pm on a Tuesday night and we were the only ones dining in the restaurant. The food was decent but I feel it was not worth the price. We had seared yellowfin that was slightly chewy and the ribeye was comparable to something you can get at Outback steakhouse. Food came out quickly but that was to be expected since we were the only ones in there.

The rooms are nicely set up with separation between bedroom and living area. Room is clean and nicely furnished. Only issue I have is the water pressure in my room is a bit low but acceptable.

The conference venue is really nice. The food was okay and was slightly bland, but overall good. The cash bar/staff was good

We have our larger staff meetings here and the staff are great at keeping refreshments stocked and removing plates when we are done eating lunch. The room we have our meetings in is huge and has plenty of lighting controls and great audio

The facility was Christine and its cleanliness as well as looking professional in structure. Everything was relatively easy to find the bathrooms could have been cleaner one of the toilet seats was broken. Other than that the rooms were nice and it was all around an excellent experience. I would recommend it to friends and family

This was a nice hotel. The rooms are conformable and the facilities (such as gym and pool) are quite nice. However, the hotel does not come with free WiFi which should be standard at this stage. It's an extra $12 if you want to get online.

Third time we've stayed here. Always great service. Restaurant and bar are great too. Come for the drag race finals

Perfect size. I have been to plenty of hotels for events and this is by far my favorite one. workers are very professional and it has a professional yet homie feel. The conference rooms are nice and have an easily visible room name placement.

The conference center is nice and big. Wonderful staff that are very attentive and check in with us constantly to confirm our experience is top notch. Any small problems are addressed immediately. I hope my company continues to have conferences here. The beds are comfortable, bar food is good, drinks are great, everything is nice and clean. A+ experience!

I have always stayed here when going to Pomona swap meet. Rooms are spacious and I love that there is a separate living room from the actual bedroom and has sliding doors. Rooms are big that even if there is an event or wedding going on downstairs, you do not here people going in and out of rooms. A little pricy but well worth it

An overall great experience as we were here for a business convention and managed to work in some R&R as well. Decent food, comfortable & clean room along with the added convenience of being close to our meetings, this is a great spot close to many 5 Star restaurants.

Visited the bar in the lobby, very nice. Service was good but could be faster. Drinks were unique and not too expensive.

Attended the conference center for a small work event. The staff was very professional and prompt. Food was good and replenished quickly. The California room was more than adequate for 60 people and the AV setup worked without a glitch.

This is a great hotel for seminars. Been there few items to attend seminars and had good experience. Ample parking space which makes it easy.

I was only there for a professional event, so I can only speak of their conference rooms. The service was quite good; I would definitely attend more events there. The food served was excellent, and the rooms accommodated us nicely!

Such a nice hotel. My best friend had her wedding reception here and everything was lovely. They gave us a big conference room where we started to get ready at. I believe the pinot noir room. I believe they provided a clothing rack for us to hang our dresses on which was nice. There was a lot of room for us girls to get our hair and makeup done. * I didn't get a lot of photos of this hotel but trust me it's very nice

The hotel rooms are also very nice. I naturally hate hotel rooms. But these ones were great and clean.

If you need a hotel to stay in while in the I.E. area choose this one.

Amazing experience. I have never stayed at a Sheraton property, until now. John at the front desk made for an awesome check in experience. The room was amazing! Comfortable and clean. The surrounding area has a park to vosot, especially if you have kids. The pool was well maintained and clean. All around enjoyable experience. I usually stay at Marriots even after the merger. I might have to start staying at these more often!

Awesome room, good rate, plentiful parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was well maintained, but the steam room was a bit on the sad side. It wasn't bad, but was more like a steam closet. The elevator was a bit of an ordeal as it required inserting you room card into it and often seemed non responsive so you just kinda ride up and down for a while. This is a good place to stay for easy access to the surrounding area.

We stayed to attend a local event that we do annually. The Sheraton is very convenient. The staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and well maintained. We are very comfortable there. It seems to be very active with many events such as weddings and meetings. Our recent experience was very good.

Attended a dinner event here. Food was very good, especially the beef dish. Desserts were also very nice. Staff promptly took care of us without distracting from the event. Took 1 star off since the bathrooms weren't large enough to handle the multiple events going on at the same time.

Visited this place for a business event but did not stay overnight so I can't say much about the room. The lobby was nice and cozy but what I really liked was the conference center right next to the hotel. It had some amazing rooms and the architecture for the building was amazing as well. Would definitely come back here in the future and host events here again next time.

Attended a wedding at the Sheraton Fairplex Hotel. The grounds where the wedding was held was beautifully decorated. The flavored water offered to guest while waiting for the bride wad a nice touch. The room is which the reception was held was inviting and the employees respectful and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for an event.

I loved the room layout. Lots of doors to section of different parts of the room. Ideal for a group who has different bedtimes or just wants to have separation for any reason. The room could be sectioned off into 4 areas: bedroom, living room area, toilet/shower area, and sink area. The room was very dark, not in lighting, but in the wall color. Very nice facility. We upgraded to the club level and had a really nice buffet of nice fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurts, pastries, etc.

We were at the conference center for a gymnastics competition. I found the grounds very expansive but the best thing was that there was plenty of parking and it was FREE! There's lots of buildings and some of the signage could have been better so allot extra time to find your venue.

Was not an overnight guest, but instead attended their Easter buffet. The servers were attentive enough with drinks (they were quite busy), the food was fantastic, and the atmosphere fitting of the price. Their custom omelette bar is a must-visit. One of their servers was tending to tables dressed as the Easter Bunny, making for fun photo opportunities.

I was here for an awards banquet. I thought the room was pretty spacious and nice. The waiters and staff were all friendly. The stage and dance floor were decent size. The food portions were super small though, was definitely still hungry after dinner.

I attended a charity breakfast in their California Ballroom, and was very impressed. The room was very large, yet well lit. The wait staff were extremely courteous and attentive. I especially appreciated that the bathroom facilities were clean, well stocked, and also well lit. (Dim bathrooms usually mean there is something to hide)

This hotel is gorgeous! The rooms are amazing and the bed is comfy. The restaurant is a bit slow but the food is healthy and delicious. The staff is amazing! They went above and beyond to meet all of our needs. Every single staff person I interacted with was kind, courteous and prompt.

Went here for an annual conference. The food was fairly average and served buffet style. There was a closed bar with $8 drinks. I can't say this was much of an improvement over past events and it seems to have cost more overall.

The hotel was nice but our room phone didn't work. Then, we were told that we'd have complimentary WiFi, which I needed for work. When I called the front desk about it, they told me that they didn't know what to do about it and advised me to call the party who booked the room. Otherwise, the front desk personal had great restaurants recommendations and we're friendly.

Was very impressed with the entire event. It was my first "business dinner", I don't have much to compare. The service was excellent. The drinks were strong. The conference rooms were set up beautifully. The food was very tasty. I can't think of any complaints.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was wonderful, the rooms were comfortable! The 10$ a person breakfast was worse then the breakfast you get as a poor kid in elementary school. The wonderful night was followed by a terrible morning

This is an all suites hotel in a nice location. It is a generic luxury hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The drain did not work well but otherwise no issues.

We attended a business lunch. They served overcooked pasta and a small amount of overcooked steamed vegetables, a side salad, and chocolate cake. Not the best hotel food I've ever had, but not the worst. However, one member of my party had a true gluten intolerance and was told the pasta was gluten free. After she had started eating, another person came up asking who had told her that, and that he would check again just to be safe. Turns out it wasn't gluten free and she had eaten enough to guarantee a bad day. Then she sat there through the rest of the meal watching us eat. About 40 minutes later, they brought her a replacement meal of gluten free pasta after the rest of us had finished our entire meal. This pasta was undercooked. The coffee was decent and the service except for communication was alright. Not the most impressive kitchen to dining room communication I've ever seen. I won't be returning.

The location is easy to get to just off the 10 fwy. The rooms are absolutely modern and gorgeous. I got a suite and it was very spaces. The hotel was so kind enough to provide a crib to my room for my baby! The staff never once pestered me for a tip like most hotels do so I felt happy to tip them of their services. The hotel 8s clean and we'll kept.

amazing service! great welcoming in traditional suite once you walk in. however, food is very pricey! $16 for a turkey sandwich. about $18 for buffet per person. better to go a mile away to the foothills for food. I found a hair in the tub but it didn't matter to me because of the welcoming. overall, great place! it could use some work though

Had a blast coming for the convention center. Not the best hotel ive been to but definitely kept tidy. The conference center was huge allowing 500+ people easily

Conference Vent is very nice and capable of supporting a very large event or a couple of smaller events. Parking is decent work a very nice entrance. The lobby works well for having mingling as well as silent auctions or many convention style booths. It is very configurable allowing for many mobile bars. The food has been good to very good and the facilities staff has also been great.

Rooms are great and very comfortable. Only gripe is that there is no free WiFi and I had trouble getting the paid WiFi to work while I know some people who had no problem.

I liked this Sheraton Fairplex Hotel & Conference Center a lot! It was inexpensive, had nicely decorated rooms, a beautiful lobby, and a great restaurant. Many of the rooms have a lovely view of Lake Michigan, and the Pomona, CA Zoo is right across the street. I would stay here again and would recommend it.
