Sheraton Fort Worth is very conveniently located close to the conference Center, via a short walk through the water gardens.

The bar and restaurant appears to be very popular at night (especially when there is a conference).

The gym is a little small and under equipped for the size of hotel. Ideally you need to find quiet times to go there.

For those with lounge access, the lounge is nice. Although the food choices never changed.

Great hotel, good location, across the street from the Fort Worth Water Gardens. Walking distance to the convention center and downtown Fort Worth. Comfortable accommodations, indoor pool, large rooms, clean facilities. The staff is extremely friendly. They had great recommendations for restaurants and shopping in the area.

Nice room. Comfy beds. The food here for dinner was really delicious, but the breakfast wasn't as good.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was super friendly. Sheraton Downtown is centrally located with easy in and out avenues. I like it!

Right across the street from the convention center. Also across the street from a little Park area. The hotel was nice and clean, updated. The staff was very friendly. About a half an hour drive from airport.

Convenient location. The staff is wonderful, accommodating, and cheerful in service. The room was nice and clean with a decent view. Disappointed that the pool was not outside. Parking was plentiful. Would recommend.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel and their staff. Trevor at the valet was holding it together at the valet station very well despite the insane number of people. The rest of the staff was great, rooms were clean, absolutely 0 problems, I can't wait to stay their again.

The key card system they use is really old so to use the elevator you have to swipe your card a few times. Had to swap my card out 4 times because I couldn't get in my room. Beyond that it's a really nice hotel. Bar area and restaurant is nice

Great hotel and great staff. Room was beautiful. I would definitely stay there again. The guy at the front desk hooked us up even tho we were very early and even helped change our room when the first one he gave us just wasn't the best fit for us.he was great.

We went to a free real estate seminar by the Flipping Vegas team, 1.5 hours long. Beautiful lobby, pre-seminar lounge area, very nice presentation room although chairs could have been more comfortable.
We enjoyed the city lounge where I had a soda while we conversed with other patrons about the presentation and real estate. The bartender was friendly but the bar and lounge area is fairly small. They do have a huge lobby with comfortable lounge areas and a restaurant which closed while we were in the presentation.

Had food catered by hotel. Actual flavor fine, not many options. Hosts ended up having to order pizza to actually feed their members of the party. Would advise against having a catered party here!

Hotel is well maintained. Only real complaint was food orders here take FOREVER to be ready. We waited an hour for one order. They made it right though. Hotel is in a strange location, it's downtown but it's not close to major things to do minus the fort worth gardens.

The hotel was quite nice with good amenities. The breakfast was outstanding every day and the bar opens until midnight every day. The service was superb and the staff spotless. If I need to stay in the area I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again.

great staff. My daughter had left her bear and when we went back it was not there. However I left my address and a wonderful lady at the front desk dropped off a bear that was hers for my daughter and my daughter cried she now sleeps with that bear and takes it everywhere with her. Thank you for such great service and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant was great good food.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay here in Fort Worth! Extremely pleased with the hospitality and friendly staff. The restaurant serves an awesome breakfast too! Kylie was great!

Nicely located hotel in downtown Forth Worth just blocks from the convention center. Easy access from roadways. You can tell they've redone the lobby recently but the rooms could use a facelift. Some of the furniture and appliances had seen much better days and were awkwardly set up. There is a covered parking garage that you have to pay for.

Incredible hotel! Very clean, amazing staff, and a good location. I absolutely loved my stay. The room lighting was a bit dim, but that wasn't really a problem. I think the batteries in the TV remote needed changing as it was a little glitchy, but I didn't complain as I only used the TV twice for a few minutes each time. The bed and blankets were comfortable and clean. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! My friend got married at the water gardens across the street and booked a room here for her bridal party to get ready and the staff was so accommodating and genuinely interested in helping make her day go as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that comes to visit.

Would have been nice if you didn't have to cross the lobby to the pool based on where your room is located.

Environment here is good,service is satisfactory. The cleaner of my room does not speak English, which cause some inconvenient but does not really matter. There was a dog yelling at night but the security or front desk did not fix that, so I rate 4 stars for this place.

The location is good. But while I stayed there I came to call it the shabby Sheraton. It's a bit tired and dated. It doesn't feel fresh. To be fair the towels were white and fluffy, the sheets were clean and the bed comfortable. With most hotels the water pressure was terrible.

Here for work. So far, nothing special...at all. The night desk clerk was friendly but did not follow-through on a simple request for towels. The reservation was difficult to confirm. Rooms are dated. Warm showers, at best. If you are traveling on the company dime and don't care about comfort, sure. But if you want a "get-away" spot or a higher end hotel, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing! We had a room overlooking the water gardens. Everything is pricey though a can of coke was a whopping 3$ parking was 22$ . The kids loved the indoor pool my wife loved the hot tub. Upscale place so no riff ruff or wild kids unattended.

Was expecting a little bit more for the price paid. Staff was courteous. Food is okay. Pool area is indoors, so that's nice. Room was pretty clean.

I stay here every time the EMS conference is in town. I think I have stayed here 4 or 5 times. The staff is nice and helpful and the rooms are always clean. I really like the open parking lot put back since my truck doesn’t fit in the parking garage.

Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, pleasant and helpful. That was not quite enough to overcome the dated interior, noisy A/C, old fixtures, non functioning TV, and barking dogs in the next room for hours. I didn't think it was worth the money.

Large spacious rooms comfortable beds across the street from the convention center and minutes from many bars and restaurants.
Update: 10/26/17 just wanted to add an update as I was at this hotel again this past week. The staff is excellent. In particular Ashley at the front desk. There was an issue with an incorrect time set up for return transportation to the airport the next day for me by my company when I checked in so I figured I would call them to double check but later in the day however no sooner had I reached my room than the phone was ringing it was Ashley from the front desk with an updated time who had made the phone call for me!

Hotel is nice, staff is nice, and the restaurant is great. Except, I have to be up at 6am and had to call the front desk at midnight because it sounded like a party was going on in the hall. 20 minutes pass, still loud guests. Call again, and I get no answer. I have to work for 8 hours in the morning, plus take a 5 hour flight home. Not happy...

We came into town for a trade show. This is where my company decided to put us up. The staff has been very friendly and attentive. The location is great to get to the convention center since it's right across the street.

Nice place. We were in town over night with friends. We got a nice 11th floor view, our friends got a crappy 3rd floor view of an air conditioner... the place was bustling so they didn't bother asking for a room change.

Front desk staff was quick and very friendly. They noticed that our rooms were on a first responder discounted rate and were quick to also give us free parking for our stay. That was kind and much appreciated.

Room was nice, clean and stocked with sundries. Kind bed was very comfortable with very nice linens.

Bar staff in the lounge were great too. Had a lot of laughs with them during happy hour.

Big room with 2 double beds. Coffee maker with Starbucks coffee packets. Shower with pretty good water pressure and a decent hair dryer. Flavored ice water in the lobby when I came back in the afternoon.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable with a larger sized mini fridge. Nice amenities. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but still a good night's sleep.

I've stayed at the Sheraton 2 times so far and I have to say it is a fantastic hotel with extremely friendly staff. The rooms are always clean and we'll put together. The club access is a great bonus if u manage to get it. I highly recommend it.

Super staffed hotel, rooms very spacious and clean. We needed a different coffee maker and they were very prompt on the exchange. The restaurant had awesome food at an awesome price! We stayed for 5 nights and loved it!

Rooms are very clean and the service is great! Plenty of amenities. I was here for an annual convention and they were very accommodating. Will definitely consider staying here next year!

Nice downtown location, and our room on the 9th floor had a great view. The hotel was very well kept, and the staff was polite. Overall I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

So far so good. it's my second night here, with two more to go and the hotel seems to be great. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, ample parking, restaurant on premises. Although the restaurant isn't that great, they do have a bar, seems to be fully stocked.

Stayed here for a wedding. Very convenient for getting around to all of the events and exploring downtown. Rooms and service was what I expected nice but not wow.

This is a very lovely place. Close to downtown and bars and restaurants. They have shuttles to take you places till 11pm . The room was great. We enjoyed the big comfy bed. Great view . Water Gardens across the street. Very romantic. The service here was so awesome. Ashely at desk services went out of her way to give us a great experience. We came back here for our 14yr anniversary. She made it memorable. . The only reason I am giving 4stars instead of 5 . Because there was no ports for you to plug in cell phones. Nor any to purchase at desk nor store being open later or all night. Other than that we will be coming back . Thanks Ashley for a great night.

Perfect so far. Clean rooms fast service. Nice employees and early checkins are great.
EDIT: After staying there for 4 days 3 nights, I took a star off. The bathroom was a problem. The sink filled up too fast and it took forever for the water to drain. The toilet takes a long time to flush all the way. The tub was had stains. We had to put a towel in order to even stand in there and shower.

Service was so-so. Had to call for extra towels three times, but they brought extra blankets the first time. The restaurant and most of the staff on the first floor were very helpful. The pillows are really thin and uncomfortable, but my room was a nice size, and the bed was comfortable.

The rooms are nice and large. The bathroom, not so much. They need more lighting on the bathroom. The beds take a little getting used to for comfort. I enjoyed my stay until I got my bill and realized that they removed the company card on file and used my personal credit card for the charges. I was told my card would be used for incidentals. Now I have to get with my company and do this process all over again because the front desk tells you one thing and their accounting department tells you another. Unbelievable!!

I expected more for what we paid. Beds were comfortable. Room needs some repair and preventative maintenance. It was conveniently located for the functions we had planned. $20 for parking and not any sort of continental breakfast? I was disappointed.

Dropped off a delivery here and it seems like a beautiful hotel. It has a Starbucks and it seems very clean. The hallways smelled really nice too. Very friendly staff.

Location is convenient to popular bars /restaurants and there is a hotel shuttle available. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had appropriate amenities. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

I work in multifamily real estate & was in town for the TAA Convention. I had booked 2 nights at this Hotel @ $189/night. The 1st issue was there was no parking available when I got there, so I had to park at the convention center & ended up walking all my belongings 2 blocks to the hotel. There was a large convention, so this is acceptable. When I was checking in I was met with a real smug employee named Jacob. His whole demeanor was not right for the job and he generally seemed unhappy to be working there or to offer me any customer service. The room was acceptable as far as cleanliness, but the view was nothing but A/C units. I have a very hard time sleeping on the mattress & the pillows. They were low quality at best.

I checked out a day early even though it was paid for & I won't be staying there again. I checked out & was lucky enough to get Jacob again. Same smug attitude & shrewdness as the day before. Anyway, I was able to park my car in the garage temporarily to unpack my things this time. Jacob gave me a room card back to get out of the parking garage & of course that didn't work & neither did the person behind me so I had to call in the office to get them to let me out.

I'm giving 3 stars because of my interaction with the staff & I would honestly write Jacob up & probably give him some training asap. I know he is new, but he made me feel very unwelcome.

Stayed here for the night . The rooms are dated and very dark even with all lamps and lights​ turned on. Parking is very limited and the rooms could have been cleaned better. The staff is excellent and friendly they took good care of us and even gave us complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was great and was fresh. The lobby is updated/decorated nicely and the location is close to Sundance square which was a plus .

The conference spaces are very well done and laid out. The catering food is also delicious. The rooms are a dated but big. The hotel is near the highway and the train so if you don't like noise then stay somewhere else.

The staff are amazingly attentive and eager to assist. The venue was absolutely flexible in terms of logistics and room structure. The food was better than average.

Super east connection to the interstate/highways around FW and easy connection to the rest of downtown with the free Molly the Trolley access right outside! Dont use their way overpriced parking. $20 a night? how about on the street right behind the hotel for free after 6pm and like 30 cents an hour before that?

I attended Sheraton for the Music Therapy conference. It was well organized and the service and rooms were all well kept. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Recently upgraded Sheraton. The only SPG hotel in Fort Worth. Staff is always friendly and the stay goes smoothly. But the hotel still has a dated feel to it and rooms are darker (especially bathrooms!). Gym could definitely use some more equipment.

i think this hotel would be much better off if it where 2 blocks away closer to the city center as there are no businesses around it. the actual hotel is beautiful , even though the rooms dont have the best views. very nice staff here.

The room was great and the service was some of the best I have ever had. Ashley was so attentive and made my stay very comfortable. I will stay here again when I am in the area!

The staff was great to work with and check in was ready and easy. Breakfast left little to be desired, but it was a quick and easy breakfast. The only complaint on the room was old coffee in the maker

Nice hotel, friendly front desk staff. Room was clean and big. If I'm nit picking the rooms are a bit dark at night and with the decor being dark it absorbs the light. Still worth 5 stars though.

Wonderful stay on layover from DFW. The staff was very friendly. More specifically Ms Lois went above and beyond with her customer service with an infectious happiness that is rare to find. Would difinitely stay again!!

The Sheraton hotel is in a good distance from where I live so it makes it easy to go there when ever my heater or AC isn't working. I like the hotel because they have friendly workers and they have a great breakfast.

Room was amazing! We had no fridge when we arrived but they were replacing all of them on that floor. We called down and they promptly installed a new one. The food was great too.

The hotel staff are really friendly and understanding! I stayed with them last week when interviewing with a company in town. The company was supposed to pay for my room, but unfortunately neglected to make reservations for me. The Sheraton staff were very sympathetic and did what they could to help my resolve my situation. The room itself was very comfortable and clean. Definitely somewhere I would stay again.

Very upscale, well kept hotel with incredibly courteous and helpful staff. Great location within walking distance of many downtown areas. If you're looking to save money with free breakfast, try somewhere else.

Despite being initially turned of by the decrepit appearance of the parking garage, I was greeted by a beautiful lobby and welcoming guest services personnel. The rooms are spacious, though a bit darker in bathroom lighting than I would prefer. The lack of a personal fridge, and having an ice machine only on every other level were definite turn-offs, but the view out the westward windows over into the nearby park were a plus, as well as the convenience to walk to downtown within 10 minutes. I might try an even closer hotel next time to hopefully make up for the turnoffs and reduce commute time, but the friendly staff made the overall stay quite memorable and pleasant.

Excellent experience. Such a comfy bed and pillows!! Very clean rooms. Every staff member I encountered was very helpful and pleasant. Michelle in housekeeping chased me down when I left my phone in the room when checking out.

Service was great. Rooms were clean. Parking is pricey, so we parked across the street.

The hotel is in a good location, but it seems a little oddly organized. The restaurant has a bunch of space that isn't used and getting into the hotel from the parking area is interesting.

However, our room was clean and quiet. The service staff in the restaurant were awesome and they took great care of our kiddos. They customized some meals for our kids to make them more kid-friendly. I always appreciate that stuff.

Rooms were okay but not really on par with other Sheraton's that I have stayed in. The courtesy shuttle that they have was very good and took us a little out side of the range with no problem.

Pretty close to the conference center. Pretty good room. Breakfast was expensive for very little food.

Stayed at this hotel with my wife during the Southwest Veterinary Conference. When we first arrived, we checked in and went up to our room. Our keys didn't work at first but maintenance fixed that by rubbing the card on his sleeve... Boy did I feel stupid. Well, we get to our room and see that we had the wrong room. We had reserved a single king-sized bed but the room we were sent to was a double full. I went to the front desk to get it fixed and the employees apologized for the confusion and managed to change the room for me. They were very kind. Now, as far as the room, it was very clean and didn't smell or anything, which is a big plus.

My second day there, I decided to try out the restaurant at the hotel. The environment was nice, staff looked very professional and were very respectful. The food was absolutely amazing. Great flavor and cosmetically, it was fantastic.

The pool was nice but fairly small. There seemed to always be an abundance of people there.

Now, the only time I had to call maintenance was when the battery in the thermostat died and the A/C would not operate. The employee showed up quickly, replaced the battery in no time (keep in mind, this was at midnight) and was very professional. Now, this is where this place won it's 5-star rating... I'm from Oklahoma and I mentioned to the maintenance employee how the beer here in Texas seemed to be better and also had more variety. The maintenance worker told me the hotel served locally brewed beer and that they sell it in the bar downstairs. I told him I would check it out the next day because it sounded interesting. Well, about 5 minutes after he left, I heard a knock at the door and when I answered, I saw the maintenance worker standing there with an I bucket with locally-brewed beer in it. He handed it to me and informed me that it was complimentary. I thanked him for being so generous and he left for the night.

That beer was amazing...

The overall experience was great. Between the professionalism of the staff, pricing and the environment, I am definitely going to make this my go-to hotel for the dallas-forth worth area.
