Excellent room when I need to stay somewhere they did everything possible to let me stay there the staff is great and very helpful I could recommend this hotel to whoever want to stay around the area

No ventilation in the bathroom. Towels with stains. Broken elevator. All in all, it left a lot to be desired. Skip the place. It's a shame. The place was better a few years ago, but seems to have deteriorated.

The staff at this hotel is wonderful! Szabi operating the club room was such a pleasure..very personable and professional. The food was very fresh and tasty. Also must say, Jeff the bartender mixed up the perfect drink! Highly recommend this hotel!

Stayed last night. Dropped my phone in the snow and someone brought it into the desk and the hotel staff was nice enough to take my battery out and dry my phone. I would've been lost without it. Great pool, great restaurant/hotel staff, excellent service. Will recommend and return.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the event staff is superb! I attended a professional development session here and the catering staff was very accommodating of my dietary needs and professional in their interactions with me, as well as the front desk staff and manager. I'm nearly a local but have thought about a staycation here because of the outstanding experience that I had.

The hotel is nice for its price but, I found stains all over the sheets. My room was left untouched and did not receive new towels during my stay and the front desk fluffed it off when brought to their attention. (Although they did write the room number down, so I am hoping they are looking into the stains)All things aside great for the price and location. They just need to work on cleanliness and providing clean towels. If for some reason I need to go back to this area I would consider staying again.

I liked the stay. The rooms were good. The bedding was very comfortable. The shower was excellent. The air conditioning had a wall thermostat which I prefer. The front desk staff were dressed professionally and very pleasant. The highlight was Starbucks coffee in the room! They had an indoor/outdoor pool. It was worth paying $109 for the night.

The hotel was very clean. The room where well decorated very nice. The service was nice we got very good room service. I will advise more people to go. It nice because there is a mall right next to it includes a Target if you forget anything it really handy.

Great hotel convenient to Hershey! No issues with this hotel, clean rooms, great staff. We were very happy with the 15 min to the attractions of Hershey. Right next to a plaza with all your needs. Great indoor/ outdoor pool. No breakfast included, but Friendlys was half off during the week!

The Sheraton was great, very hospitable the rooms were spacious and the general layout as well as the design of the hotel itself was interesting (I especially enjoyed the indoor - outdoor pool along with the fitness centre). In the morning of, there was coffee awaiting us as well as several sorts of snacks and granola bars just in case we didn't have time to make breakfast (which we didn't). My only gripe that I had was the carpet in the rooms felt kind of moist or sticky? It was a strange feeling but other than that, our room was very clean!

The location of the Sheraton was good in my opinion. Being right off the highway made it easy to access. Unfortunately, the front parking lot is somewhat small and forced me to park in the back (where there are plenty of other spaces). The inside of the hotel is 4/5 stars. It's nothing extraordinary, but its clean, welcoming and easy to navigate.

Nice facility. Friendly staff. Would have given 5 stars but box spring was broken on our bed and repaired with a splint that had also broken so bed leaned. The refrigerator in the room had been replaced but didn’t fit in the cabinet so it was sitting on top of it like Motel 6. Hotel was full so no changing rooms. The hotel was filled to capacity with soccer kids and families for a local tournament. Staff was unresponsive to complaints about noise in guest room hallways. They also did nothing to control the noise in the restaurant. Paying over $100 for dinner for 2 and the atmosphere was like a Pizza Hut. That said, I would go back. I believe this would have been fine without the soccer mania. Nice areas to relax. The pool area was nice with lots of lounge chairs. The restaurant and pub were comfortable with well prepared food and cocktails. Lots of shopping within walking distance as well as several restaurants.

Was there for a two day conference. The food was delicious! The hotel was very accommodating for any thing we needed. The upholstered chairs in the conference room were in desperate need of cleaning. At one point the women's public bathroom ran out of toilet paper And it took then quite a while to replenish it.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. I usually have trouble sleeping but slept like a baby on their mattresses. They offered complimentary coffee which was pretty good. I liked that they had a indoor hot tub, but pool area needed to be cleaned up a bit. Over all really nice hotel.

Once you enter there's a nice atmosphere of professionalism. The staff is very attentive and eager to please. The food served was of good quality and temperature. All the areas that we are in are clean and well maintained. The hotel shop is well stocked with necessities and touristy stuff and an ATM to boot. Recommended!

I was there for an all day conference. The front desk personel we're lovely. I looked lost and they didn't even wait for me to ask, they got me pointed in the right direction. The ballrooms and conference rooms were very nice. Lots of room. The food was wonderful. Overall it was a great conference experience.

An older hotel but they have some nice amenities. Workout room, indoor pool, huge meeting rooms, and a nice restaurant and bar. However, the beds need to be replaced. Very bouncy, spring-y beds, with poor support. You can feel the springs and you sink in really bad.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice with ample sockets for laptops and usb plugs for phone charging. The gym is small but in good repair with treadmills, some weight machines, mats and free weights. It has a hot tub and an indoor pool with towels provided. The small store has most small things you might forget and the resturaunt has good food and pleasant servers. They also have computers and printer in lobby. I was there for a convention and the conference rooms were great and able to handle multimedia presentations. The banquets and lunches went smoothly with the set-up, catering staff, and delicious food. We were a big group and were treated always with courtesy and respect. This was the second year in a row I stayed there.

Very nice hotel. They have a wonderful restaurant on premises. We went to a catered affair and it was great. The buffet had everything you could think of including prime rib, chicken, sea bass, fresh lamb and rice and assorted cakes including cheesecake and pastries.

The hotel was nice. Nice pool and weight room for a hotel. However the lady at the front desk was not the nicest. And the biggest thing that made me upset was the breakfast. They charged you $16 for i would assume non hotel and give you$6 off if you are a guest. So not only do you pay an arm and a leg to stay which I think is worth it but then they charge for the same free breakfast i could get at Marriott.

The amenities of the hotel are adequate. The outdoor pool was still open which was great for the kids. The main issue is they need to hit all carpeted areas with a vaccum and get them shampooed. Many areas need to have the carpet replaced as they are disgusting. If your idea of an amusement park ride is not having your behind slip off the loose toilet seat, please look elsewhere. Also, to only have three bath towels in a 4 guest room is not acceptable.

I stayed here a few years ago, and I gotta say it's a really nice hotel. The room was perfect and very comfortable. The restaurant food was so delicious. I would definitely come back here again! TOTALLY 5 STARS

It's a nice hotel, in an older building...which adds to its charm. The bar/restaurant is great! The indoor/outdoor pool is a nice size too. This hotel is just a 10-15 ride from the Hershey Museum!!

The hotel was quite nice. Comfy bed, spacious room, but the only issue I had is that we were booked on a hallway that had a traveling youth hockey team. Both the kids and the adults on the hall were loud and obnoxious for about an hour from 9:30pm to 10:30pm. Thankfully I was up later than that and not trying to sleep while they were loud.

Snacks and cider in the lobby the evening I checked in. That was nice. The coffee in my room had a funky oily-sheen crust floating on top of every cup of coffee I made in the room... and they wanted over $2 per cup of coffee in the lobby. I need my coffee... 4/5 stars.

Stay here for work. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Spacious and huge TV in the room. Workout room is really nice. Pool and hot tub always clean and refreshing. Many places to eat within walking distance. If you don't want to walk, Uber is great. The hotel van will also take you places if they aren't too busy.

Hotel has odd setup. Check in on 3rd floor, but parking and entry on 1st which is on backside. Elevators are delayed a bit with heavy traffic. Long walks to most rooms from main elevators. No concierge, luggage assistance, or valet parking offered. Miscategorized as a 3 1/2 star but a solid 3 stat! Great location and phenomenal restaurant inside hotel. Dog & Pony us truly a surprising gem of a hotel restaurant!

We were there for a dinner for alumni from Bob Jones University. The food was excellent. We were served flank streak with mashed red potatoes and green beans, side salad with choice of dressing, dinner roll. The chocolate cake for dessert was delicious as well as well. The service was prompt and the wait staff were kind and so efficient. There were videos shown and the equipment worked as expected. They were able to face time with students at the University on the projector as well as tune into a basketball game that was being played on campus. There was plenty of extra coffee and tea provided. The room was spacious and a nice temperature. Excellent facility!

It's a decent hotel, but it's bit outdated. The dark colors give it an old vibe. The hotel staff is nice and helpful though. They have an indoor pool and it's close to the airport. I wished they had an early breakfast option for the early flights.

First floor, double bed room. Clean, spacious in the bed area. The bathroom was small, but functional. I used all the pillows as they were quite squishy. The fitness room was nice, plenty of machines. I didn't use the pool, but had to walk past it to get to the fitness center. Overall it was a good experience.

Everything was great except for the restaurant in the hotel. When paying with cash, they'll give you back the correct change, but if you pay with credit card for lunch, they'll charge and extra three dollars for no reason. I won't be going back due to the restaurant doing that.

Attended an professional even in the conference rooms. The facilities we're very nice and the conference hall had adequate AV equipment. The staff was friendly and helpful

Very nice hotel located in Harrisburg, about 20 min west of Hershey, which is where we went. Standard Sheraton room, small bathroom, mini fridge. Nice outdoor pool area, outdoor pool connects to indoor pool; indoor hot tub too. Free parking, close to a strip mall and restaurants. Plenty of meeting space too.

The hotel accommodation was on point. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The place even though they were quite busy with conferences, it ran so smooth you didn't know what was going on. We love the pools and the outside Tiki bar! The restaurant was top grade!

Absolutely loved this experience. Staff was friendly helpful and just such a great stay. From bar restaurant front desk housekeeping everyone was just awesome! Will be staying again next time in Hershey!

Good hotel for the price. Convenient location, and nice pool. Rooms could be a bit cleaner though. Don't get me wrong it's not bad, but it could be a little better. 3.5 stars

Super clean and very friendly staff. We got to the Sheraton at 3:30am with no reservation after a unpleasant check in experience at another local hotel. The front desk was so friendly and quickly accommodated us. Great morning breakfast options. I Would definitely return.

Nice and friendly staff, good amenities like bar, pool and restaurant. Good location. The rooms must have been good at some time in past but they are in dire need of attention. They exude an air of neglect. Furniture looks shabby and not like french country or shabby chic shabby; actually shabby. There was a hole in the window which must let insects in and cold air in during winter. The carpet was kind of grimy. It's not the usual clean you expect from a 4 star or even 3 star. This is the dirtiest Sheraton I've ever stayed at. Even the 4 points by Sheraton is usually cleaner than that.

Pretty nice hotel, service was good the amenities were really nice (pool, hot tub gym) only problem was the room was quite old, things were falling apart. Some plugs were missing the face plate. When I tried to use the coffee machine, it tripped the breaker and the TV turned off. Could not getting it back on. Under the bed was pretty dirty, otherwise everything else was decent. It's about 20 minutes away from Hershey Park and in comparison much cheaper for higher stars. It is right next to a mall so great convenience. Would stay again as they are reasonably priced and the staff is excellent. I my child's stuff animal there and they found it and sent it back ASAP. Great service.

Check in experience was sub par. When asking about amenities associated to their loyalty program, staff was not able to answer questions. Restaurant was loud and had very few outlets so not a great environment for anyone looking to get work done. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the service and courtesy displayed by the hospitality concierge in their club room, Layla. And my waitress from the restaurant. Both made the experience enjoyable enough to give it another shot.

First off. It's a huge hotel. The room was extremely spacious. Bed was comfortable. They had a lot of amenities that I never got to check out. If I had any gripe it was about the shower. The water didn't have enough pressure. Took me twice as long as usual to shower.

I was very happy with this place. It was clean and comfortable. I didn't go in the pool or the pool area but it looked very cool having the indoor/outdoor sections. They had a tiki bar near the pool too and apparently Friday/Saturday they play movie on a big screen in the same area. The food was good in the restaurant and the staff were nice.

Great atmosphere. Customer service was second to none! Enjoyed the view from my window and the location to the theme park and other places worked perfectly!

Nice room and staff, very comfortable beds and really cool pool. I was only there for tv's night but the location is nice, many nearby shops. Favorite thing about it is the Orange tea given in the rooms

It was a pretty good hotel. The pool's hours are very good and so as the fitness place. In the rooms, I wished there were 2 bedrooms. But it was still a good time. In the pool section, there is also a hot tub. Adults can chill out in it. Overall, a good hotel.

Clean, brightly lit rooms, pleasant place to stay. I was on the 6th floor. Transportation: was a little far from Hershey, our destination; hotel parking was easy and close. Friendly service though slow due to the massive rush for the conference I attended.

The event rooms were clean and big. They had a lovely lunch prepared and even had a room where I could pump since I wsn away from my baby all day. The staff was very accommodating. I hope to have other training here.

I went to a conference at this hotel. Everything was neat and clean and organized. However, the seminar rooms are very far away from where you get signed in. So it was a little inconvenient. But everything went very smoothly. The facility is clean, the bathrooms were clean and overall I was satisfied with this place and the location. Very convenient near major highways. Easy to get in and out of. The parking was a little Limited, but overall everything was just fine.

Great hotel, friendly staff, nice clean and spacious rooms, great features, great location. It was a pleasure to stay there. Food was excellent. My scrambled eggs in the morning were a little too cook, but still tasty. They have a coin operated washer and dryer which is nice for long stays. I highly recommend this hotel, I will be staying there again.

Overall the hotel offers a pleasant stay. Large comfortable rooms with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms are a bit out dated and show some wear and tear. Our only complaint is that our balcony had broken glass all over the floor.

I attended my works Christmas party there. The staff, from the butlers to the bartenders, we're exemplary. The food was outstanding. Parking was a bit full by the entrance, but that was my only complaint.

It is a beautiful hotel. I was visiting my husband who was a guest and the room was amazing! So many things to do and so many helpful employees.

The reservations department should inform the restaurant/bar area about the expected crowd during a Saturday so they can staff up appropriately. How does a Sheraton restaurant and bar get "overwhelmed" at 6:30 PM on a Saturday night? The staff did their absolute best to keep up, while the management should plan ahead...

Service was prompt and polite. The ballroom was clean and all staff very helpful and friendly. Great place to work with for an organization or company. The place is newly renovated and it shows. It's very nice.

I stayed there with my wife, another couple and their child. We had adjoining rooms, which were great. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was great. We had club level rooms and the food in the club lounge was delectable. We also ordered room service and the chocolate peanut butter cake was to die for. The breakfast served in the club lounge was okay. The pool was not too warm but not too cold, and the hot tub was perfect. It was a great way to relax after a long day. I am a fan of Sheraton hotels and so far every one that I have stayed in was great. I would definitely stay at this one again.

Several colleges with speaking to prospective students and my daughter was invited to attend. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. I did not get to see any of the rooms but everything that we did see was immaculate. The pool and hot tub area looked like so much fun and we were greeted as we walked in by a very friendly man. Judging by what we did see at the hotel I would definitely stay there if I were to be overnight in that area

Like other reviews have said, this wasn't the cleanest hotel. However, it wasn't the worst. Dishes sat in the hallway for over 24 hours, but the staff was really friendly and accommodating. I was there for work and I would return. The hotel is conveniently located near highways and Hershey Park.

Friendly and accomodating fromt desk staff, rooms and beds are excellent. Pool and gym are awesome. The only negatives were that they were understaffed during breakfast service (not free, but good) and the fridge in the rooms is so small (seriously you can fit a couple of cans of soda).
Only 16 minute drive to Hershey Park. Lots of restaurants in the area around the hotel (drive not walk).

I had a great stay here a while ago! There is a lot of parking, and the lobby is big and comfortable. There was a long delay in getting our room but we got the rollaway we requested almost instantly. The pool is enormous, and is both indoor and outdoor, so you can always swim if you want. The gym is excellent as well. Our room was very spacious and clean, but since the bathroom door was a sliding door instead of a regular door it didn't completely shut/lock so that was a downside. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and fulfilled our request for a quiet room. The food in the hotel is very good as well. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Hershey Park, which is very convenient to those planning to visit there. The hotel is also very close to a shopping centre with a target and other stores, which is also very convenient. I will definitely plan on staying here again!

I was there for a wedding. The two ball room where nice sizes. The servers there were nice and polite. During dinner the waiter did spill a glass of Champagne on me, however was very sorry and cleaned e everything up. The dance floor was a great size. So if I need a place to have an event I would definitely call you

I attended a conference here. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, the food was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that the shower pressure left something to be desired. But still worth it!

Great stay. Was in the hotel for four nights attending a convention. The staff was exceptional. I think that is what set this hotel apart and prompted me to write this review. Rooms are well appointed, beds are good. I've paid a lot more for less at other hotels. Only downside is the walls are a bit thin, but then I am sensitive to that sort of thing. Once I figured out how to leave the fan on though I slept very well with a touch of white noise. I will definitely stay here again.
