The location was excellent! We were in the heart of China Town and catching the train was an easy several blocks from the hotel. It was great experiencing authentic Chinese food.

Parking was reasonable as you validate your ticket during the entire stay. All the staff was pleasant, professional, and hospitable. Breakfast buffet was awesome.

Please consider the rest as constructive criticism:

Understanding that many buildings in New York are several hundred years old, we placed that in consideration when staying. The bathroom did not have any exhaust fan and the auto occupancy light that comes on is a blinding lumen during late night use of the bathroom -- I which there was a dimmer switch; some of the grout lines needed better attention; the toilet seat was slipping off easily and we noticed that we have to keep the lever pressed for a few seconds for the water to flush; and the toilet flapper would stick inside the toilet tank.

I also noticed that the vent for air conditioner could be cleaned. We couldn't ignore an order in the hotel room which smelled a bit dusty. We noticed that the rug could use better upkeep: there were stains.

But we liked the welcoming and great smiles form everyone. The bartender was awesome. We will definitely return despite those hiccups.

Great location, close to subway station. Staying here for a class that I’m attending in the hotel. The room was comfortable and the rooms very clean, the restaurant here was awesome, I had breakfast twice and was impressed that they had fully cooked over easy eggs in their breakfast buffet. I had the hamburger for lunch one day that was delicious and plentiful.

The hospitality I experienced when checking into this hotel was unsurpassable. Because I had to wait so long in line to check in, I was given a ticket for a free drink in the bar. The room was wonderfully appointed with ear plugs since we were near the airport and lavender essential oils for calming.

To be fair I did not stay a single night in the hotel rooms. Instead, this is my 2nd year attending a 2 day conference in this hotel. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff were. Every single person was attentive, responsive and just overall nice people. The parking lot was as quick and efficient as can be. You can tell this place is a well oiled machine. A hotel is only as good as it's staff! Special shout out to Ricky! Thank you for all your help!

I visited the Sheraton Hotel for a business meeting. The employee by the elevator was kind enough to show me where to go. The venue was nice and clean. The couches were comfortable.

We were coming in from a weekend concert that we had worked. And the staff was amazing to help us get settled in a little bit early, and they were very helpful to make sure that we're able to organize the food, transportation, and entertainment that the entire group needed. I was very impressed with their willingness to go the extra mile, and with the amenities.

The Sheraton we visited was comfortable and spacious. Amenaites were nice and the view from our room on the 16th floor was fantastic. The only issue I had was the bedding, which was coarse and a little uncomfortable at first. I would consider staying here again.

The ladies washrooms didn't have enough soap and paper towels. The hand dryer wasn't working. As the night progressed on, the toilet paper ran out and was not replenished. Otherwise the food was good, the food service was good. They allowed us to.being extra desserts. The coffee they provided was Starbucks.

Sharon the bartender is seriously the most hospitable and amazing worker I’ve ever met. I had to give her a shout out because we had a horrible time with our flights trying to get home and she turned our night around. Such a sweet person.

Rooms are decent compared to others in Flushing. But it does feel outdated in today's time. It almost doesn't seem like it should be a Category (4) hotel. Views are okay, and from time to time you'll catch planes going low to LGA.

Came here for a wedding. Nothing too special, although with the busy crowd coming down for their vehicles, I felt the valet attendant should be a bit more courteous. Nonetheless the hotel is huge and beautiful!

If you are exporing flushing, it's one the best and convenient hotels available. There is a shuttle to the airports and it's right in the heart of flushing. There is a parking lot on hotel property at a reason rate as well and close to all the good restaurants. The rooms are clean and tidy.

I was there for the National Language Service Corps 10th anniversary event. Nice room. The event next door had loud music and it filtered to ours. They had their door open at times. It took a long time before they fixed the issue.

If you're visiting the Flushing area then this is a great Hotel to consider booking. Convenient valet parking located on 39th Avenue directly across the street from a municipal parking lot. Hotel also connected to a mall so guess have access to a spa as well as a few stores to shop while staying. Also good to mention that there are a few great restaurants within walking distance to the hotel so a car is not needed.

Snazzy hotel!

Long story short: I stayed here one night, unexpectedly, when some prior arrangements fell through and I ended up in the middle of Queens on a Friday night with nowhere to stay - but no matter, because there was the Sheraton Hotel, with a single room still available. Sure, it was by no means cheap, but it was worth it (and appropriately ritzy). Also, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and my stay went without a hitch - was, in fact, something of an adventure for a commoner such as myself. Good fun :D

Big thanks to all the folks at this hotel, for putting me up in my time of need. Keep up the good job.

I attended a wedding at the Sheraton, and it was honestly the best wedding I've been to. The MC was highly entertaining and the food was sublime. The wedding planner Tommy was a pleasure to work with and took care of everything for us.

Wonderful place if you have flight in LaGuardia, they have on-demand airport shuttle. And it will be even better if you are a traditional Chinese food fan. The bests of America are here in flushing. Taking subway 7 can easily get you to central Manhattan in 40 mins without any transferring. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable.

While I can't comment on the rooms as I did not stay overnight, I have been to this hotel on many occasions. I have visited the restaurant several times for lunch and dinner and attended various business meetings and events. The hotel is clean. The staff is courteous, attentive and most importantly, available. I think the restaurant is a hidden gem. Especially if you wish to escape the bustling crowds of Flushing. If I need a hotel in the heart of Flushing, this would be a sure bet.

This is strictly about the restaurant so I'd rather not review the hotel. The food was mostly decent especially for the price and they had pretty good accommodations for our group. Overall pretty solid experience. I don't have much time to go into further detail.

I've been to this hotel many times for professional conferences and have never been disappointed. Beautifully decorated and friendly, courteous staff. I would say the only problem I had were the bathroom doors on the ballroom level did not lock and the bathrooms themselves were not the tidiest.

I attended a wedding hosted in the Ballroom at the Sheraton hotel. The inside atmosphere was cozy but not too crowded for a ~100-150 person event. There was also an outdoor area for the ceremony which was well isolated from the business of the street area below.

Goregous lobby and restaurant with a Chinese theme throughout. Attentive and courteous service. Room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Location in the heart of the center of Flushing is great. The area is vibrant with Chinese and Korean culture and restaurants everywhere. The real Chinatown of NY that hasn't been turned into a tourist destination.

7

Clean but dated hotel. Hotel is in Asian area of queens. Incredibly kind staff and the nicest person (a woman, don't remember her name) I've ever met working in a parking garage. Decent deal on parking for LGA and the shuttle was one of the easier/timely ones I've dealt with lately.

Club lounge is small but nice. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice but it's close to the elevator and you will hear beeping and people - the man at the front desk asked if this was OK prior to giving us the keys which we appreciated. Restaurant looks like a fine place but we didn't eat there.

Note that the main lobby is sort of in a small mall like layout, similar to a skyway in Minneapolis.

Missed flight so needed something descent near LaGuardia. Booked thru travelocity. I, however do not believe this is the same advertised hotel on google or travelocity. There are two locations in Flushing I believe. This one at 39th and 27th DOES NOT I REPEAT DOES NOT OFFER SHUTTLE TO AIRPORT!!! So I paid 50+ for cab here from JFK because no airport shuttles come here now I have to pay about 23$ for car service to the airport.
Now this location is descent, has a lovely view of NY skyline especially from roof top bar. Its ok I would stay again to lay my head. No bells and whistles. A little older a little wear and tear but all in all ok. Carpet in some areas needs cleaning. Most importantly I DID NOT find any signs of bed bugs so thats a thumbs up.

I've stayed here many times.

The bed is comfy and pillows are fluffy. Location is super convenient. Lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Each room comes with a fridge and LCD TV

That being said, the size of bathroom is tiny, if you weigh more than 200 lbs, you'll have a tough time moving around.

Noise insulation is also poor. I, for example, can hear the phone conversation from my neighbor across the hall. How ridiculous is that?

In conclusion, if you are looking for convenience and a comfy room, this hotel may work; on the other hand, if you're a light sleeper or plus size, you may want to consider other options

Ps : the FREE Internet is super slow btwn 8 and 11 pm.
