Excellent hotel at very quiet pattaya area. Staff(Pattarawadee and the team)was god damn professional and friendly.Club lounge was super !! You can get all kinds of cocktail and nice grape wine for reasonable price. I strongly recommend You must try to get club access.

Better than ever! My second stay in one year, and everything went as smooth as silk. All the villas have been beautified in the IHG lavish style. The Club-InterContinental Lounge employs a myriad of anticipating staff. The upper-class guests are totally different from the groups spoiling the atmosphere of 95% of the hotels in Pattaya. The pools are splendid, with amazingly well trained staff. This the best five star resort in Pattaya... not to say the unique one...

Wow what a great place be for pleasure or business no not business because after the fountains and water features of the lobby you are in another timeless world as only intercontinental can do. And then indulge in the restaurant be on the beach or more formal it's a passion for the chefs a little bit pricey but it is the wow factor. My only let down is what a wonderful hotel doing on such a crappy beach?

Good comfort relax hotel away from busy Pattaya main Street. Means you need to take cab or hotel shuttle to main interest points.
Kid Facilities good for small kids but not for teenagers

Very professional staff and personalized service. My daughter left the message at the booking that my preference is not on beef or pork. In the breakfast table I was informed that they prepared chicken base noodles and showed me all the foods those are free of beef and pork. I was really impressed. Of course, other services are superb too.

The overall experience was not good staying at this hotel, the service was not as good as those three star hotels, the breakfast was so disappointing. Moreover, the location is not convenient yet their shuttle bus schedule is bad, just a few buses a day going out and coming back. I won't come back again for sure.

Initially had some minor issues but the staff were friendly and helpful. The manager sorted our problem quickly and after that our stay was very good. Nice rooms and courteous staff.

We stayed in a garden view room (218) which was a good size, with bath, separate shower with rainfall head as well as normal shower head, a balcony looking out to the gardens and a glimpse of one of the pools below. It was very clean and with good facilities, I would comment to the hotel not as a criticism but as a suggestion to put a Bluetooth option to play your own music.

The pools (3 of them) seemed to cater for every type of person staying there, family’s who have small children to adults, the choice is yours which one you want. The pool staff are attentive and always bringing you cold water (complimentary) with a buzzer to call them if you want food or drinks.

The restaurants (element and Infiniti) are both excellent with a good selection of Thai but also multi culinary options for people who want different options. I reviewed Infiniti separately when we had an evening meal (excellent of course)
They have a private beach down which again had staff there to provide a service as needed.
The hotel is on a hill so lots of stairs but if you struggle they offer a buggy which will take you up and down as required.

Breakfast was excellent, yes the egg station can be busy so order first so it arrives in a timely manner, they will take your order and will bring it to the table if they are busy. The selection was superb, everything you can wish for, they have and I wished for dragon fruit, they didn’t have it on the day but because I asked, the waitress took a note and the next day it was given to my table!!! Wow she wasn’t even there that day but instructed a colleague to make sure I got it making sure he knew who we were... what more can you ask for?

Finally just a comment about the staff in here all, they are the most attentive, friendly hotel I have stayed in, I’ve stayed in many places from 6 stars down to 2, but it’s not the number of stars that always makes the hotel, it’s the staff who run it, here you can tell it’s not just well organised but also they care about their job, thank you again for our stay there we will definitely be coming back :)

We have had stellar service during our stay here so far. My friend came up a bit sick and the staff did everything they could to make him feel better. The hotel nurse provided medical attention the staff even wrote up a get well soon card with a kind word from each and some flowers. 5 stars!

Amazing place for a weekend family trip ; Food at Elements restaurant is real good & quite affordable; The place is bit isolated from the main city centre but guess that's the point in being there..

Stayed here many of times! Probably the best hotel I'm Pattaya! Love it! Rooms amazing, staff cannot do enough for you top hotel by far. Just had a beach buffet and it was a fantastic experience, so romantic. Food great, wine and cocktails really good for an extra cost of 900bht it's for nothing. Will always come back to this amazing place.

- they have a shuttle service to city. Central festival mall which has lot of shopping options and indian restaurants in vicinity - good frequency shuttles

- location is bit remote away frm city
- but shuttle service solves that problem

Beautiful resort in lush garden setting and great swimming pools. We had a great hotel room with a big balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pretty swish club rooms, it's on a cliff edge so beach is not your typical Thai paradise. Great get away from Bangkok if your not keen to catch a flight to one of the Kohs.

The staff are more than great, really helpful but unfortunately I faced many problems with the room - the bathroom door had to be opened as it was broken and wasn't moving, I arrived late to the hotel and wanted a goodnights sleep but the bathroom issue meant that no one is able to use the toilet comfortably - they said they'll be able to fix it and I agreed, they came to check it and at 1am said they can not fix it today and need another day and they did not have any solution for me as it was the last room with two Queen beds. They were able to offer me a room to use the toilet but was two floors apart so not really convenient and did not use it.
Other than that the hotel was good.

The room is very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are really comfortable. Very beautiful nature around the pools and the rooms. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good, it has variety and everything is delicious. I would only say the air conditioner could be improved, it seems to be a little old, it makes some noise and doesn't work as I wished.

Nice Resort that needs a renovation. The Resort is nice, staff is excellent and ever so friendly. Although the rooms are in good condition, they need renovating to a new a more fresh design. Food is great although expensive, but that is expected in a 5 star resort. The seafood buffet is highly recommended and worth the money.

one of my favourite hotels to visit from Banhkok. The only reason worth travelling to Pattaya as it's a horrible place. This hotel is a diamond in the rough. Great happy hour over looking the sunset.

Luxurious. Very attentive staff. Food amazing. Great value. Spacious, elegant room is more than adequate . Location is away from brash nightlife, so it's peaceful, but they provide free regular shuttle service to city. Couldn't ask for more.

This is a spectacular hotel just at the edge of Pattaya City. The hotel grounds are simply stunning, as you enter the lobby/reception area, you are not only greeted by their friendly hotel staff but also a magnificent view of the South China Sea.

The only qualms I had with this hotel was that their breakfast buffet was the same every single day. They should include variations and maybe have local dishes as part of the selection. The other problem is getting in and out of the hotel, public transport is not readily available right at your doorstep. Though they do provide a free shuttle to Central Festival Mall in the heart of the city and also the slightly expensive option of non-metered taxis.

I highly recommend this hotel to anybody who may be visiting Pattaya in the near future.

Great getaway from city and noise. The resort is huge that it might take more than 30 minutes to explore around the premise. Everything is neatly arranged l, but as one of the best resorts in town, I might have expected more wows and twist.

Five star all the way, great food and the staff was the best. I enjoyed the pool and was not far from the main attractions (walking street).

The hotel jus took over Sheraton hotel. We visit for lunch.. It tastes different than previous chef. We will try again to Confirm.
