Nice hotel! They removed the hot tub, so I’ll dock one star. Nice toiletries provided, plus a free water bottle. Pretty decor in rooms. Pretty lobby. Nice saltwater pool with very nice pool towels. Shower was pleasant. Bedding was comfortable but tight bc it’s two double beds instead of two queens. TV offers apps like YouTube and Amazon Prime Video and Pandora. Fitness center is the nicest I’ve seen in a long time. Bar and restaurant closed for COVID.

We were passing through the area on our way back home to Chicago and we needed a place to rest for the night. We went over to Hotwire to find a place. We fortunately got to stay here for only $80 a rate that seems criminal considering how nice this hotel is. The bed were comfy, the room was spacious, the bathroom was very clean. This was in all means a luxury hotel. Most of the rooms here are centered around an atrium something I've never got to experience before. At the bottom they had a bar and restaurant which I didn't get to experience sadly. This hotel is worth a lot more than what we paid and would definitely even be willing to stay here at a much higher rate.

We had a frustrating experience the night we arrived involving closure of the pool and the staff was condescending in explaining the legality of it. We’d be on the road all day and could have used something resembling customer service and empathy. There are great tools and training for this in the industry. I’d recommend training some sort of approach to helping frustrated guests.

The reason I’m giving a 4 star review is the morning desk staff and the restaurant staff. They were friendly and went above and beyond. I was very impressed on that front.

No complaints, we checked in after midnight, gone before 8:00. Very clean. Nice soft beds and pillows. Black out curtains. Quiet. Fast elevators. Lobby is pretty. A nice, by-the-cup coffee maker (not a k cup) with Starbucks coffee. Would return.

Great price for a clean and comfortable stay passing through Sioux Falls. The hotel's aesthetic is relaxing and refreshing. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Downstairs there is a nice bar area and restaurant with decent food if you don't feel like exploring downtown Sioux Falls for a bite to eat. Downtown Sioux Falls and Falls Park itself is a short drive away. Also, there is no complimentary breakfast which was a little bit of a bummer. But not a deal breaker considering the abundant breakfast options just a short drive away. I recommend exploring the downtown anyway! Definitely book a room at the Sheraton if you're driving through Sioux Falls! Would love to come back.

Good clean rooms with Smart TVs. The hotel is also Pet Friendly which always makes us happy. We had a room overlooking the baseball field and got to enjoy some fireworks!

Though the pool and restaurant were very nice, as well as the overall display, the rooms were below average. Our bathroom was unclean, and when we asked for 2 beds we ended up with one bed and an uncomfortable pull out couch. I'd still recommend it for anyone visiting the Denny Sanford center, but I wasn't very impressed.

This hotel is AMAZING!!!! This is not my first stay here, and definitely not my last. Every time I come it is always amazing. The hotel is very clean, especially the rooms. The restaurant here has AMAZING food. As well as it is conviently located near so many things. The service here is always the best, I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here!

Comfortable and clean rooms in a modern hotel nearby the airport. They have a club lounge for members of their hotel reward program that serves a rotating complimentary breakfast. A full restaurant downstairs serves breakfast through dinner. A bar near the check in serves a variety of standard drinks and a few local craft beers. In addition to a well rounded in hotel fitness facility they have an indoor pool. Parking around is well lit by motion sensitive LED lighting that gets substantially brighter when triggered.

I have stayed here a few times before. The staff is great at the bar and restaurant. The conference center is so close and it is nice that it is so easy to walk.

We drove from West Central Wisconsin for a business event. The hotel was easy to find and access. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable! Temperature control left a bit to be desired. No refrigerators in any of our five rooms but a fellow guest said he had one.

Saved a fortune by booking with hotwire. Room was immaculate. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Restaurant and bar both leave nothing to be desired. The Sheraton, never disappoints.

I fealt it was an upscale looking hotel with upscale price but was not very well maintained. Bathroom tiles were cracked everywhere. Shower head doesn't stay in the adjusted position. Constant clicking noise between the thermostat and climate control. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean.

Nice, convention center, good food for provided lunch, had to keep complaining that the convention room was cold.

What's not to like! The staff was friendly and helpful. The exercise room was clean, orderly with a good range of quality functioning equipment. The glass elevator was a bit with young and old alike. Rooms were spacious and quiet.

This is a nice hotel with great service. But, if you stay there do not get a room directly off of the large atrium. The people at the bar can be very loud late into the night and the sound echoes throughout the rooms nearby. Ask to stay in the executive wing, which is separated from the lobby and atrium.

A really nice hotel. Clean rooms, clean lobby. Food is good too! Has a bar as well. Connected to the event center which is great if attending events. The floors are open to the lobby so noise can travel from the store, but sliding a towel by the door cancels the noise.

Went for a workshop, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room we used was just right for the size group we had... I will be back.

Luck would have it! Called several places to find a one night room on our way to Sturgis. We got lucky and got one of the last rooms. Very friendly on the phone. Upon our arrival we were notified we had been upgraded to the club level. Beautifully decorated suite. Thank you so much!

Customer service was incredible. Local shuttle service was fantastic. I even forgot something in my room after checking out and they brought it to me.

Great place to be if you are up in Sioux Falls. Staff is friendly and helpful. Coffee shop is ok., shuttle and bell service is good. Pickup to and from the airport was quick. Rooms were neat and clean. Business center offers printing facility along with couple of computers just in case you need to print. Definitely recommend for a good stay.

I have traveled all over the world. I have been to many hotels of many chains. I have found a wide range of very average or high-average hotels. Many places perform better than expected; loyalty is sought by all and excellent service is the currency by which it is obtained. I can recall no truly terrible experiences, in my eight years of professional travel.

That said, there is one outstanding example of an incredible customer service experience, and it is this hotel, particularly the Controller and the customer service specialist named Emma. Due to unforeseen circumstances and their infinite kindness, the hotel went above and beyond at a cost to them to provide me with an extra level of service. I am incredibly impressed and grateful for their help.

In a sea of remarkable people performing in a difficult industry, the kind folks at the Sioux Falls Convention Center Sheraton stick out like a sore thumb. I can’t recommend them enough.

Was not impressed with any of the place..certainly not the way of Sheraton that we have experienced. We were on the club lounge floor and what a mistake! ! The evening food was dismal with no drinks. Was told that the reason being the guests would steal the alcohol! ! Maybe if there was decent hosting this would not be a problem! ! Breakfast was also minimal! We were there to attend a happening at the convention center. We do not recommend this hotel!

I was here for a convention. The service was very good throughout the convention center. They kept us fed and kept us with refreshments. The service at the hotel bar was very good for the rambunctious group we were. Well served. I cannot speak first hand of the rooms, but the others who stayed said the rooms were quiet and we'll appointed.

We booked this as a last-minute Priceline Express Deal and couldn't have asked for anything better! Check-in was a breeze, the accommodations were superb. The room was fresh and clean as was the entire facility. I'd gladly stay here again!

Very accommodating hotel! We were traveling along I-90 but it was worth the extra 15 minutes to go into Sioux Falls and stay at this Sheraton. The hotel is spacious and beautiful, the rooms were nice and had super comfortable beds, and the staff were all friendly. Although we did not have pets with us we liked the fact that they welcome them and even have a "dog VIP" station in the lobby. We will definitely stay there again.

All the things you want in a hotel and then some. The amenities are great, the rooms and common areas were so clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub were also very relaxing. All of that for 20-25% less than a Hilton.

The food was great. The service was wonderful. The room was beautiful. The only problem was that it was so COLD in the lounge we could not get comfortable. Went to our truck and got jackets. Still uncomfortable. Moderate your temperature on the main floor. Thanks

We had a wonderful experience! After a mistake when booking, the concierge was able to get us a room on our desired floor (for the benefit of our two dogs). The room was clean, well stocked with towels and toiletries, and had a WONDERFUL bed. Our dogs loved the extra run room, and we appreciated having a large enough room for them to play in. Room service was prompt and very tasty. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We will be staying here again!

The only thing I didn't like was there was no complementary breakfast. You would think after paying close to $150 for 1 night there should at least be breakfast. Heck forget about $150, its Sheraton, they are suppose to have complementary breakfast. Even a hotel like Holiday Inn provides you with Complementary breakfast. I had kids and I was specifically looking for a hotel that would come with complementary breakfast. When I went to the breakfast area the lady told us its $15 per person. I left right away not because I couldn't afford $15 but because Sheraton should have complementary breakfast for there guests. I had to make my kids wait for 2 hours before something would open so they can eat. I was very disappointed. It came as a shock to me. I don't think I am going to stay there again. It just didn't leave a good impression on me.

Other than that the hotel was neat and clean.

Clean hotel. Nice ambiance with waterfalls in the main atrium. It made drinking at the bar a better than expected experience. Breakfast was pricey but tasted good. Complimentary papers to read while you eat your breakfast was a nice touch as well. I'd stay here again for sure.

We stayed overnight for a concert next door. Checking in and out was quick and easy, our room was clean and comfortable. We had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs, the food was great. The waterfall added a nice atmosphere to the lounge area, the staff was helpful and friendly.

Attended a work event and had a meal served. Myself and most others attending were very underwhelmed by the taste and quality of the food. Vegetables (squash and potatoes) were good but meat (steak, fish) was edible at most. Chocolate cake for dessert was excellent!

Really gorgeous place with cool waterfalls in lobby, which is also a restaurant/bar/lounge. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was on the good side of mediocre in the lounge area. The room was clean and comfortable, but lacked some of the modern amenities of other hotel rooms (no mini fridge, fairly small and older TV). That said, the guy at reception made a point of mentioning that they were in the process of updating and renovating their facilities, including the rooms. The fitness room had recently been done and looked brand new, but I didn't use it. Only one elevator was in service while I stayed here and it was a little long to wait for it sometimes. Otherwise very nice establishment. I would stay here again.

Plenty of parking, nice hotel with a bar downstairs and serves food throughout the day. No refrigerators, you gotta go down to the front desk and ask for one and they will give you one though. The area is very nice for sightseeing too

Our business meeting today was at the Sheraton and the meeting place was adequate for the group. We had lunch and it was better than expected but the thermostat was a little high on the room and when we wanted to air out the room... The waterfall in the lobby was loud enough it made it hard to have a conversation. Very minor issues but not quite perfect enough for 5 stars. Overall it was nice enough I would certainly suggest it to friends or family.

the room itself was wonderful! The service, however, was not. We didn't get to the hotel until after midnight and we're told we couldn't check in since technically the reservation was for the day before. After questioning this we were allowed to check in but did not get the breakfast package which was originally paid for. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean but I will choose to stay elsewhere next time.

The staff were very pleasant and professional. The rooms were clean. We had a room looking over the atrium which was very noisy until midnight due to other patrons, seriously consider some sound proof doors for those rooms that are open to the bar area. We ate at the restaurant, had a nice server but the food was just ok, obviously had been reheated.

Was here to meet with a bunch of colleagues from college. Had an amazing time and the staff played a key roll in making it a success. All of the rooms were neat and spotless.

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. To start off the front desk to care if all of our needs and as I was late for a wedding so he had the bell hop take care of it. The room was clean and the beds were great. Everything you expect for a Sheridan and as it was New Year's Eve were very busy. The morning breakfast was 15.99 and was like a free breakfast in a motel

A beautiful place. Great people that were very helpful. It's well-equipped for cold as hell foot travel from your room to the convention center and the arena. All covered and air conditioned.

We were traveling to the black hills for our 25th wedding anniversary and stopped the first night at this location, everything was wonderful, Kaig at check in gave us a complementary dessert to celebrate our anniversary. We had such a great stay we couldn't wait to stay here on our way back to Minnesota. Highly recommend this hotel!

I have stayed here 2 different years for our company's summit meeting. Each time the room have been very clean and look and feel great. I have a hard time sleeping in hotel beds and fine that I have no problem sleeping here.

The front desk personnel were quite friendly and helpful. The hotel is connected to the Convention Center and the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center so you don't have to go outside to attend events. The room was clean and comfortable and I was particularly taken with the softness of the linens.

We've stayed here several times in the last few years. Rooms are always clean and comfy. Staff is always friendly. Bar area is relaxing and bar staff is great! Skip the breakfast in the Grille, decided to give it 1 more try today and they only had 1 waitress on. Place was packed and service was slow. Not the waitresses fault, but they've never had more than one when waitress on a Sunday morning. We'll be back to stay and enjoy the lounge but we'll skip breakfast there.

We arrived after a 5 hour car ride at 5pm and our room wasn't ready. We had a 2 year old so it was a tough day. They apologized and gave us a free appetizer at the restaurant while we waited. Staff was super attentive, friendly, and helpful. Hotel was clean and new. Would recommend to anyone.

Hotel was centrally located near the convention center which made the commute a breeze. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Staff was great and very helpful for getting us checked into our room on a timely manor. I was very impressed and will be staying again soon.

Facility and rooms were excellent. The only complaint I have is that the bar area is located in the atrium in the middle of the hotel. The patrons of the bar were quite loud. You could hear them inside my room 5 floors up. My wife was awake until midnight due to the noise. Not usually a problem but we had to wake up at four to get back on the road. If not for the noise this hotel would have been wonderful. I personally would not stay here again due to this factor.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was very large and very clean. Fitness area was nice and open 24hrs which is GREAT! Had a couple good local (from Minnesota) craft beers from the hotel bar. Had a meeting in one of the meeting rooms on site in the morning. Meeting room was stocked well with coffee, fruit, muffins, water etc. Staff checked on us about every 45 minutes to make sure we had what we needed...but they made sure to not interrupt and were always very polite. Great experience overall.
