The staff are friendly. Check in was smooth. Room was in perfect order. The free breakfast was delicious too. They just need some more seating. Didn't use the pool, but did check it out. It was clean and the seating was orderly and ample. The new owners have really made a huge difference since we last stayed here. 👍👍

What an incredible experience! For what most would consider a moderately priced motel, I was thoroughly impressed! Polite staff, clean rooms, perfectly maintained pool. You couldn't ask for more if you tried. We will always book our stays with Sleep Inn of Leesburg, Florida.
I'm told there are new owners. That's probably why our experience was so great.

This is my home away from home the staff is exceedingly responsive to my questions, concerns, and needs are met without a hassle. If they can make it happen they do it without hassle. The rates are worth every second of my stay. Shout out to Miss Joyce and her excellent team.

Police knocked on a door on my floor at 5am. Manager compensated by letting me check out at 5pm and took 20% off my bill. Satisfied customer.

Very friendly and traveling with my dogs which there are bigger breeds. There are animal lovers . Make my stay welcoming.

The staff here and the management is amazingly great they will go out of their way to make you comfortable.
Clean rooms and a decent breakfast .

Nice clean place close to the interstate and several choices of restaurants really nice staff rooms a little bit Dusty but overall pretty clean. However not a full breakfast as we expect it but price was reasonable.

If you want a place to stay rather it's away on business, a family outing, or just to get away. The Sleep Inn hotel is one of the most comfy places to stay. They have very friendly staff a delicious breakfast and a heated swimming pool. The beds are extremely comfy each double bed has four pillows and each King has six pillows. So if you're ever in Leesburg Florida or the surrounding area the best place to say is the Sleep Inn hotel.

Slightly tired looking lobby and rooms but clean. No smoke smell or musty odors. Friendly and helpful staff. A really good free breakfast is offered and cookies all day.

Clean. Good breakfast but no place to sit. Halls dark and dated. But employees nice and helpful.

Check in was smooth. Floor smelled like weed and smoke. Just ask that next time the maid leaves more towles in the room. Other than the smell we enjoyed our stay.

The beds were so comfortable we wanted to stay more than 2 nights. Only downside was the inside doors are hard to open unless you have relatively good upper body strength and the breakfast hours are 6am-9am. The least they could do is extend them until 10/10:30am like other places.

Thankful to got this beautiful, clean and spacious room during Hurricane Irma is in her way to Florida!!! We feel save in this solid building. The reception was always kind and helpful. We would definetely recommend this hotel!

The bathrooms are a little on the small side but the rooms are very nice and clean. They have this detox water made with lemons and cucumbers at the front desk and they serve it with cookies and both were amazing. Like the Irish Mom that works at the front desk.

Very nice facility. Rooms 5 star. Very much a challenge for the worker's here. Seems from setting outside there's illegal activities. The lady trying very hard to clean it up. I appreciate her efforts.

This is the most cleanest & most affordable hotel in the area. The staff is very helpful. My family enjoyed the times we've stayed here. The beds are so soft!! Rooms are so clean! Breakfast is good too!

We were welcomed and our small dog was adored. Breakfast was hot and ready every morning (waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc).

I've been here 4 weeks due to my husbands job. I like the room. And everything else except for one front desk lady with the red hair has some weird vendetta against me even though I have never gone to the front desk to talk to her. She finds a reason to bang on my door every time she works, with a key card and it sounds terrifying in your sleep. I have the do not disturb sign out, she could careless​. Like bringing me a package for example, they are not suppose to do that. You are supposed to sign paper work for every package and pick it up at the front desk. Not with her though, she will use it as a reason to beat on my door. My husband asked her not to do it and she said if you don't like it leave. How professional.

Room is up to date. Mini fridge & microwave.Bed is comfy with new looking linens with a down comforter. Free breakfast was yummy. Internet is fast. Staff is polite & friendly. Price is better than most. Pet friendly 2. So happy!!!!

Amazing! From the manager Joyce to the housekeeping staff, everyone was personable and really cared! Rooms modern and we'll maintained. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. This has become our must stay hotel every time we visit the area!

They have warm cookies in the evening by the front desk. I legit thought this was the best feature ever. I do think they need a milk dispenser though.

Rooms needed a better cleaning. TV is mounted to a point where you cant plug in a Google chrome or any other accessory to stream videos. Breakfast was good though.

Room was clean and smelled fresh but the bathroom was very small with an extremely narrow, stand-up shower; making it impossible shave and difficult to shampoo. You can just forget about the feet, bending was not an option. (This does not apply to shorter ppl) About "breakfast" eating area too small to walk in between the tables. Chairs practically on top of one another. I ate what was available just bc I was starving. My advice, "go to the Denny's that shares the parking lot"

I loved the morning breakfast. Also LOVED how they were willing to work with us since we have 5 people and 2 cats. Employees are always funny as heck.

We are here for work. This hotel is very nice, pet friendly to large dogs as well as others, and the staff members are excellent!! The year round heated pool is an added plus! It is also in a very good location. They have a wonderful breakfast as well.

I was very impressed with the breakfast they made available. My daughter even enjoyed making her own waffle in the waffle iron.

This is the best in Leesburg, I have never had a problem here, the only thing I really do not agree with is their check in times. If I have been traveling all night and I stop and want to check in at 8am, do not tell me I have to wait until 3pm (7 hours) if I am checking in at that time of morning, that means I have been traveling all night and I am tired, I do not want to wait till 3pm to check in, if you have a clean room, rent it to me, if not, rent me a clean room when it becomes available. But the rooms are nice and the location is safe.

Everyone here is very kind and eager to please. Rooms are very clean and spacious. I've stayed here multiple times with always a great outcome.

This hotel gave me the worst cumulative hotel experience I think I've ever had.
This Hotel was booked via priceline. We received a 45$ rate but found the hotel is "renovation mode". No amenities that were advertised were available, there were prank calls early in the morning coming in on our room phone, the hallways were full of epoxy and paint fumes, and the fire alarm was set off by the renovation crews. We asked to check out and have our unused reservation be refunded back to us, the manager refused to reimburse us the 200$. There is emergency vehicle traffic at all hours of the day and night and the traffic is horrendous around the hotel. I would not recommend this location to anyone. The manager is dishonest and is running a very shoddy business.
