Rooms were very nice and well kept. WiFi worked very well, and the breakfast was on par with most other hotels of this quality. There is a giant splash pool attached to which you get a free wristband, but the kiddie pool was yellow and the hot tub was Luke warm and not sanitary.

Very nice staff! Rooms were clean and bed was super comfy. Also it is connected to the mall which gives you something to do other than sit in your room or swim.

Spent three nights there, loved the rooms, the water park, hot tub, there was always parking. The bar/lounge was really relaxing after a long day. The only issue I could see is the key cards wouldn’t work sometimes, but only took a few minutes for a fix and the front desk was really helpful with that and accommodating us with whatever we needed like towels, extra shampoo, etc. it’s connected to the mall, so you have access to a target, movie theatre, Best Buy and other stores. I didn’t know until the last day that my great grandfathers car is in the lobby, so that was a plus. I’d recommend and stay here again if I ever stop in Minot in the future.

The rooms are always clean and the hallways and Lobby are very clean and welcoming. The lounge is amazing. The only thing I wish they would improve is the cleanliness of the pool area.

Little bar downstairs and attached to the mall. Makes getting food quick and easy. Location wasn't to far from the airport.

This place is a zoo. Loud and not the best beds around. The staff however, are amazing. Asked for a different room (loud neighbors), moved me right away to a room away from all the ruckus. The water park is pretty cool. Lounge is ok too.

The room was simple and clean. The house keepers left only a shampoo, no big deal the front desk was very friendly and helped us with our needs.
The break fast was food nothing great.
The water park was a blast my daughter loved it as well as my husband and I.

The only negative thing about this hotel was all their soda machines were broken except for the 4th floor (only one with water)

I went to the Sleep Inn to utilize their indoor water park. The staff was friendly and the kids loved the pool! The only thing I wish they would evaluate is the temperature - it's cold in there!

Very friendly staff. Kid friendly with good indoor pool and arcade. This hotel is attached to a nice indoor mall. Rooms are large but the shower is small. Beds feel like they need replacing. Rooms are clean and a standard breakfast is nice.

Nice clean hotel. Only issue is how ridiculously cold the pool water is! The water park is nice but swimming is unpleasant due to the water temperature.

We were there for a pool party. My kids normally love this place but for some reason seemed bored with it this time. Other than that it was still a nice place. Lots to do and was very accommodating for the huge amount people that were there.

Pool slide not working water is freezing no reason they can't have heated pool and area. Cable channels very few. Not that great. It's hooked on the mall which makes it nice

Just went to the "Best Kept Secret" for drinks. Have been there before and always have a great time. A nice quiet spot with semi-private nooks to enjoy the company you're with.

We got a 2 queen bed suite for my husband, our 3 kids, and myself. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pull out couch was definitely on the older side and not very padded or comfortable but fine for our 6 year old. The room only had a shower, no tub. Worked fine for us but some may have an issue. Hot breakfast was alright. Nothing special but edible. We spend the night to utilize the water slides and pool. The kids had a blast! We would definitely stay again.

Went to the water park only. Cleaner then a couple years ago. Kids had fun. Still cannot believe there is zero employed supervision there.

Breakfast was average. Pricing was above room quality. Only positive thing about this hotel is the connection to the waterside, arcade and mall. Stayed for the weekend, very loud wedding bookings for both nights we stayed.

9

The water park is amazing. We spent hours in there with the kids.

The breakfast has a great spread for everyone. The kids love the pancakes.

The rooms are modern and up dated, the beds are super comfortable.

The hotel is the best location in town, you can walk down the mall and watch a movie or grab lunch in the food court

Really nice staff and hotel. A little loud since its next to a waterpark. Makes it difficult to rest when you're a day sleeper. Other tgat it's very nice, next to a mall, very nice rooms and beds.

Spent one night at the hotel and it was excellent. Next morning got up in a rush to get going and left behind a bag of jewelry I had purchased for my wife. I was three hours away already back in Canada. I called and wasn't overly impressed with the hotel clerk. Once I got a hold of the housecleaning manager Sarah it was unreal. She was able to track down my parcel using the camera system to determine where it ended up. They had to dumpster dive to get back my items. I cant say enough about the extra effort they made to help me out. Thank You Again Sarah.

The rooms were nice, and the water park was fun, but the fitness center needed a lot of work. Most of the equipment was breaking down.

Real nice place for families. Something here for everyone. Has a shopping mall, water park, hot tub, pizza, game room, bar, business center, conference room and a kick-ass complimentary breakfast! All this at a family price. I will stay here every time.

This location has a water park which was unexpected. This made my son's day as we had to leave on vacation the day off his birthday and he was bummed but when we arrived he told us that this was the best birthday he ever had. The rooms were nice and they had a good breakfast.

The stay at this hotel was just a comedy of errors. They failed to inform the person who booked the room on a business card that a voucher form was needed at the time of booking. I was initially given a room that was not cleaned and had to go get a second room. The breakfast left a lot to be desired and half of the gym equipment did not work.

Was there for a wedding. The room was set up very well for the event. The only problem was that the food was gone within 20 minutes and we had to order from outside. Other than that, it wasn't bad at all.

I attend monthly meetings at the Sleep Inn. The room they provide for us is nice and roomy and has a long Conference type table with seating for about 20. A projection screen is supplied and easle when needed. Lunch is served when needed (fresh salad, sandwiches and soup) with cold beverages throughout the day. If you need things such as an extension cord or whatnot they have that on hand as well. First Aid kit and an AED is located in the lobby by front desk/elevator area.

Our stay was great. The staff was very pleasent, the rooms were clean and tidy, we'll stocked, great continental breakfast, pool area very clean and great temperature. With the motel being connected to the mall ot was great to be in walking distance to the food court for supper.

Not a bad place to stay. Rooms are ver roomy and quiet for relaxing. Has it's own path way to the mall. Very nice people, clean sheets and towels. Nice place to relax. It's just too bad the hot tub closed at 11pm.

The Sleep Inn & Suites was great for the one night we spent. We stayed in a suite with two beds and a hide-away bed in the couch. The beds seemed comfy enough, but the hide-away was quite thin, rather squeaky and loud, and you could feel every spring. Besides that, the shower was spacious and clean, the room was plenty large, and everything seemed to be in order.

The attached pool is always good, with three slides and a large hot tub, as well as a decent sized pool plus a great kiddy pool. With the pool, there is an arcade, though I have nothing to say on that.

The attached mall is also pretty good, with the large stores being Scheels, JCPenney, Herbergers, Target, and Sears, with the other typical mall brands filling out the rest of the mall. It's nothing special, but there's usually something for everyone.

Nice hotel attached to the mall and including the water park in minot, nd. Comfortable room. The only problem is you need to position the curtains so they don't block the a/c vent.

The initial planning meeting went well. Jordan was accommodating & had many good ideas. When I emailed him questions, he responded quickly but never got me final answers 41/2 months into planning my wedding there!

I had planning meeting with Josh, the new event coordinator. He was great; he was a little more aggressive & got me final answers quickly, such as whether or not I could have a s'mores bar. Josh had contact everyone from the owner of the hotel, mall staff (the hotel is connected to the mall,) to the city fire marshal & got it approved!

Four days before my wedding, I called Josh with final details he had asked for & everything sounded perfect. Two days before my wedding Jordan called to say Josh no longer worked at the hotel, he would be handling my wedding reception, & we needed to discuss all of the plans. It was like starting over after I had done all the planning twice! He also told me that he did not think I could have the s’mores bar after I had already met all of the hotel’s requirements to make it happen. (We built a wood box for the (45minute) sternos!) The room was not ready when it was supposed to be, but we were able to decorate anyway. Also, the hotel staff had no knowledge of an additional locked room reserved for gift opening. Josh told me we could move presents throughout the evening & decorations at the end of the night to the room. The hotel staff called Jordan at home at 1:30am to find out where we could put all of our things!

Everything ended up working out in the end but there was more stress involved than necessary. The ceiling drapery, lights, table/chair covers, chair bows, & everything were beautiful! Jordan and Josh were both great to work individually with but it would have been nice if there was more communication about staffing changes. We received nothing but complements from our guests on the reception events, venue and hotel. No one was aware of the craziness going on behind the scenes, which was appreciated!
