Amazing Customer Service and Great location! The Rooms were comfortable and large. I want to give huge thanks to Karen & Crystal for making our lives a lot easier and working with my schedule. I left my iPhone in the lobby and they were nice to bring it my room. The hotel is really close to downtown.

Stayed here a year ago on our wedding night. The staff were beyond gracious and congratulatory - they also let us choose a bottle of wine to take to our room :) (we chose a local huckleberry of course)

We had better service here than at our actual honeymoon hotel, from check in to check out. Our room was very clean, spacious and overlooked a pool that looked quite nice, though we didn't get a chance to use it. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel is very centrally located near tons of restaurants, shops & our favorite movie theater.

We were very happy with our stay & will be returning this year to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. We booked online and when i called to confirm "Allie" answered and could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Customer service here is top notch. We are excited to return :)

Hands down the best Marriott staff in the franchise! There is nothing like walking in the door in the evening and hearing, " Good Evening Mr. Barfield!" The manger, Tucker, is a great guy who genuinely cares about his patrons. Ally, is my constant every time I return. It's like catching up with old friends! I stay at many Marriott properties around the country and this is by far the best staff I've ever met. I come once every year or so, but they treat as though i never left. I would not stay anywhere else in the local area if you desire genuine friendly service!

If it wasn't for the friendly staff and beautiful facility (and one of the best continental breakfasts I have ever had) I would have given 1 star for this review.
Problem 1: Made the reservation 6 months in advance for a wedding for two nights. Received the email confirmation for two nights. One week prior to the event, I got a reminder email about my reservation but for only 1 night. I called the hotel and they could not explain why the reservation had been switched to one night. So they added a night, but the rate was double of the original reservation. I spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to explain why I shouldn't pay double. Finally spoke to a manager who solved the problem.
Problem 2: We arrived and were issued keys. Went to our room and there was already somebody in there. Oops! Went back to the lobby and after multiple apologies were given a different room.
Problem 3: There were four adults in our party. I booked the Studio room. The reservation lists the room as able to sleep 4 adults - no way unless they are very, very tiny. There was a king bed and the smallest fold out bed I gave ever seen (1 person max). One of us ended up sleeping on the floor. The studio room comes with a small divider with a desk; perfect if you are just using the king bed. With 4 adults each with a suitcase, it was difficult to walk from the door to the window.
And now the good - the facility is awesome, very clean, very modern. The little water play area and the putting green are nice touches. The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous.
A little more training would go a long ways.

Best hotel we've ever stayed in! Super clean, friendly staff. Breakfast was awesome and they had gluten free options! Outdoor seating and grill area. Definitely recommend!

The service was great and the rooms and hotel were very nice and well decorated. This hotel also had great amenities and the location is good too, since we didn't want to be in the middle of the tourist area. There were some downsides though, although they wouldn't keep me from staying there again. The pool had handfuls of hair clumps in it, which was really gross, and the pool was closed the next day so I think they were aware of and fixing the problem. Also our bathroom had an empty used conditioner bottle and lots of dirt in the corners like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. The complimentary breakfast was very good, and included donuts. The only thing I wasn't into was the scrambled eggs which my whole family agreed were somehow sweet tasting and odd.

Very nice hotel. Staff are friendly, the rooms are nice, the pool and exercise room are also very nice. The rooms included lots of complementary things, such as free bottled water and some Hershey Kisses left by housekeeping. They even leave their name so that you know who cleaned your room, and the rooms are pretty clean. Free WiFi is decent.

Great experience, extremely nice hotel. The staff are very friendly and eager to help you if you need assistance. The breakfast in the morning is hot and something you would normally have to go to a restaurant to find. The room was very nice with a great view of the trees and mountain. Springhill Suites is one of my favorite hotels no matter what state I am staying in. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

This place is super cute! It has the best decor out of any Marriott places that I have stayed. Good location with fun activities to go do. They have other fun stuff at the hotel like a small putting green and the game bags. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Breakfast was good.

A family friendly hotel. Toys in the lobby for kids while you check in, clean rooms, adequate breakfast, splash pad by the pool, friendly staff... All make for a nice stay.

It's easily accessible from the freeway and major roads. It's a quiet and comfortable location. The building is nice, well maintained and clean. Staff was helpful with letting us know what was going on with meals and such. The pool is nice, there is an outdoor splash pad but it was too cold to use when we were there.

I was there for a business meeting. The hot breakfast smelled great (I wasn't participating). The public bathroom was small, but the facility overall was clean and nicely decorated. Within easy walking distance to the river.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff is great, very helpful. So appreciate the breakfast. The wine, beer and dinner on Monday through Thursday was so helpful to us as we were there for the death of a family member. Thank you all so much. Keep up the great work!

We have stayed here onec and year for the past 3 years. The rooms are very nice and new. I love that they include a sofa that pulls out into a bed for the kids. I would recommend this hotel and will stay there again.

Clean room, nice bed, good breakfast. There are some tasty restaurants just down the hill behind the hotel if you're willing to do a bit of a scramble (or a 15 minute walk down the path around the hill if you're not). The shower doors have a big hole in them which looks cool but isn't the most practical thing ever.

Great service ...amazing breakfast spread...huge and great selection ...everything perfect.. even the sheets smell great and bathrooms are operating room clean. Pool gets a bit kid...clogged however

My family always stays here when visiting. The staff is awesome. Everyone is very kind I would certainly recommend this place. Update, I originally wrote this review years ago, as of March 2018 my opinion has not changed. This is the only place I'll stay in town. I think the Coeur d'Alene Resort needs to look at this place to learn a few things. The staff is excellent. The hotel is clean and modern. They offer free drinks and light refreshments in the evenings and breakfast in the morning. I wish I could compliment the staff more.

One of our best hotel stays ever. Rooms were clean, roomy, well designed. Staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. Breakfast was way above average for a comped continental breakfast. Entire facility was very clean, very well kept. And the prices were extremely reasonable. We will absolutely be staying here again.

My husband and i stayed here for our honeymoon. They provided us with Champaign and were so nice. The breakfast in the morning was so good. And we loved going to the pool and hot tub! The house cleaners were fast and super efficient and always left us little happy notes! I will definitely stay here again and woukd recommend to anyone considering this place!

Decent sized rooms. Great view, and close to movie theater and shopping. Very helpful, welcoming staff. Breakfast buffet has a variety of foods from eggs, bacon, waffles, fruit to muffins and bagels. Expected a continental and received so much more. If I ever go back, Springhill will be my choice.

This hotel was clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. They had chili and drinks out when we checked in that evening which was a big deal considering how cold it was. They had a fantastic breakfast area.

Friendly service, courteous, everyone seemed well trained. Price and amenities were right on target. Did a package night with Triple Play tickets, I'd gladly stay again.

Nice rooms, best continental breakfast I've ever had. Worth the money!

Overall great experience, the rooms are big with nice bathrooms. The couches are comfortable and so were the beds. The only things they should improve is better temperature controls (you can't really cool down the rooms that much) and a better exercise room because the tread mill is super loud and the room is super hot. Other than that, great.

We stayed here the day after Thanksgiving, the room was great with enough space for a family of 5, we have 2 teenagers and a 20 year old. Room was beautiful and clean, amazing breakfast included with room the next day. Very nice and helpful staff.

It was very beautiful hotel. Our 2 queen room was large and the beds were nice and very clean. Breakfast was amazing. Location was great, right next to I-90, but still pretty views out the back.

Great place to stay and very dog friendly (major plus)! Gave only 4 stars because the bed wasn't comfortable and it hurt my back. Everyone was super courteous and friendly. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a lot better than anticipated, they had scrambled eggs, turkey sausage (only on 1 morning), oatmeal, fresh fruit, milk, soy milk, fruit juice without the high fructose corn syrup, waffles and more!
Would definitely stay there again!

Spent 3 nights here back in September while on a business trip. The staff is very friendly and made us feel welcomed every day we were there. They even have gluten free waffles at their breakfast! If you are in town for business or pleasure, I highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best hotels I've been to. Can't say anything was wrong with it: big bathroom, nice beds, TV that swivels between bed and sitting area, helpful front desk staff, great breakfast. Even my husband thought it's one of the best hotels he's been to. Walking distance to some nearby stores and restaurants, too. Would not mind being marooned in Coeur d'Alene again sometime. :)

Nice place, very helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet with eggs and other protein products. I wish you could turn the bedside lights off without getting out of bed. Free papers in the lobby.

Great value. The entire facility was extremely clean and well maintained. Rooms were spacious, quiet and well appointed. Staff was very friendly. This is by far the best mid-priced place we've ever stayed at. Highly recommended.

Clean cozy rooms. Beds are a little softer than I like. I prefer a firm bed. And the water pressure kind of stinks. Otherwise it was great. Friendly helpful staff that seem to care about their jobs too. Makes a difference to me.

Absolutely love this place. Stay here every time I'm in CDA for business. It's clean, comfortable and very close to downtown and the lake. Great hotel and location. Highly recommend staying here. I've never had a bad experience here.

Great place to stay. We stayed here for a night and I loved it. Lots of space in rooms and comfy beds, including a pullout bed. Staff was really nice and breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend it.

Best hotel I've stayed at in a while. We were here for Ironman 70.3 and the hotel was very welcoming and accommodating. They opened breakfast on race day super early, just so the athletes could get breakfast. They even gave out some nutrition and complementary athlete towels. Breakfast was great. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff was the best part, though. Very friendly and made the visit extremely enjoyable.

We spent the night there between two days at Silverwood. The hotel was so nice - clean, modern, great amenities! Also, the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. As if all that wasn't enough, the included breakfast was the best I've had anywhere! We will absolutely be staying again!

Excellent service at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful. Did a great job recommending some of the fun things to do and see in the area. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was clean and rooms were updated. Easy and convenient location right off the freeway and close to shopping and restaurants.

A nice comfortable visit. Staff was wonderful. Nice evening social by the outdoor fireplaces with free beer and wine. We walked down to Anthonys on the little Riverstone Park lake for an incredible dinner! Only real drawback was we could hear the man in the next room and his entire conversation on his phone. Also the strange cut out hole in the shower door and water going outside the shower that had to be mopped up. Not sure what it's purpose was. Breakfast was outstanding...

Beautiful modern rooms. Clean and spacious. Also great breakfast bar for me and my kids. I loved that the tea/coffee area had syrups. Great overall experience.

My child went to a birthday party held in the pool, and he had a great time. The staff was great with the kids, they made sure it was safe while letting them be kids. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

My family of 5 stayed here in late April. We had a lovely quiet room, the beds, including the hide-a-bed, were comfortable and housekeeping was wonderful. The continental breakfast included biscuits and gravy, hot oatmeal, eggs and sausage, the ubiquitous waffles and all the goodies. Best though was the attitude of staff. From front desk to breakfast attendant to a random worker in the hallway we were greeted with genuine warmth and treated with respect. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Nice clean rooms and public areas. Very modern style, free Internet, free breakfast, good coffee, snacks. Plenty of well lit parking. Would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed one night with our two young daughters while visiting a few sites around town. It was in a very convenient location near the freeway, but quiet with easy parking. The room had ample room, two queen beds and a sitting area, as well as kitchenette and large bathroom.

Flawless. Very clean and inviting atmosphere. Best breakfast I've had at countless hotels.
Kids really liked the pool and fountains.
No issues with noise. Helpful staff.
Pricey in summer months and is a category 6 when using Marriott points, but would stay again.

I have stayed here multiple times and it is always relaxing, clean, well taken care of, people are friendly and the rooms are great. The shipping area down below has a theater and a lot of nice restaurants.

Had a very nice stay there this weekend. The room was quiet, comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient area if you're coming in from Montana on I-90 with a nice little pedestrian mall right nearby. Coffee sucks, but most hotel coffee does.

Overall great value for money and I would definitely stay again.

We stayed here several days while visiting the area. The staff never failed to be friendly and helpful. The lighting in the rooms was excellent. Plenty of conveniently placed outlets. Reasonable internet speed. Pool and hot tub looked inviting although we didn't use. Small but adequate exercise room with nice equipment. Breakfast was decent and slightly varied each day. Manager's reception with light snacks, wine and beer Mon-Thurs. Coffee and tea available 24/7.

Beds really comfortable and cozy, the bathroom spacious and loved the sink and mirror area, the employees always greeted us good morning as we're heading to breakfast. Just very friendly overall.

I was impressed by the quality of people and the cleanliness of the property. It is close to the resort and the lake. The property is only 3 years old and they have done a great job with the modern decor.

The lobby is excellent as far as appeal and comfort. The staff at the front desk were courteous and helpful. The bar attendant was fun and interactive with the other guest and made me feel welcomed.

The whole football team stayed on the 2nd floor. We took up the majority of the floor, if not all of it. It was great. High quality service and rooms.

Everything was modern and beautiful. Our room slept 6 comfortably and had a fun 70s vibe with a blue couch and funky carpet. The continental breakfast was wonderful and yummy. Staff was friendly

Amazing mini-luxury hotel. Extremely clean, beautiful decor (gleened some ideas for home), delicious breakfast! The staff were so very nice and had smiles (all of the ones we encountered). The room layout was unique, and not one I've seen, or would have thought of, very efficient use of space without making things feel closed in, it had an open feel, yet individual space to go within the unit didn't make me feel like I was chillin' in the bedroom!

Location is driving distance to Silverwood Theme Park, we passed it on our way to Sand Point (reason? The annual music festival & to see WILCO). All of the residents we spoke to while at the concerts were friendly and everyone working the festival, too, and they were volunteers, on their feet for hours... the end of the night everyone was still smiling (and standing!). If our roots weren't firmly planted elsewhere, I believe we would be looking for a home around Sand Point, ID!!
