Pretty cool shower, clean and big room. Pretty comfortable atmosphere and the employees were nice, probably one of the best hotels I've visited

The rooms at this hotel are very spacious and nice. The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly as well. The only reason that I gave this hotel a three star rating is the bartender. He was not friendly at all. We came downstairs with a beer from our room and the rudely told us we could not drink anywhere except our rooms. We came back down and bought drinks from the bar and he continued to be rude. Avoid the bar.

I got a flat and it was 8:00pm when I pulled up there. The front desk gentleman did not have the tools so he wasn't able to help but Alicia at the front desk was ectreanly helpful. She offered to use her AAA membership to help me change my tire. I was so appreciate. She went far and beyond her job title. I use to work for Marriott and it makes so much sence oh how she helped me....even thought I wasn't a guest. Bless you all💛💛💚💜💙💜

New hotel, physically it's in very nice shape. Customer service on the other hand...
When logging into the wifi half asleep I selected free and then clicked continue. As I clicked it I realized they had popped up a "are you sure you don't want to upgrade? click continue to buy" even though i had literally just clicked on free. Dumb, but whatever. No way to undo though and I didn't want to pay $4 * 5 nights, so next morning I stopped by the front desk to ask them to cancel it and take it off. I couldn't imagine this bring a problem. Front desk employee got very nasty and said it was my responsibility to read what I'm clicking and they cannot take it off under any circumstance. I was pretty incredulous and pointed out how dishonest this system is and after 10 minutes she finally begrudgingly removed it from my bill. (This was $4 in the context of like a $500 stay) As she took it off she made a point to tell me I would never be able to get this type of thing taken off at any Marriott hotel ever again. Ok, because I'll be staying at a Hilton next time I'm in Plano I guess.

Clean spacious comfortable rooms with a microwave and small refrigerator. Good hot breakfast with many choices. Mild traffic noise in the odd numbered rooms; ask for an even numbered room if this bothers you.

As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by friendly staff. Pamela either knew the answers to all our questions or knew how to find out. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was lovely. The pool and hot tub were great, too. The free breakfast was fresh and delicious. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel, shek, modern, comfy. Nice pool that's salt water, and an above average breakfast. Staff is great and weekends aren't busy.

I live in North Dallas, but once a month I enjoy a staycation. I found that this Springfield Suites location is perfect. The staff if excellent from top to bottom, happy hours is great and the complimentary breakfast is fantastic. Furthermore, the suites are spacious and spotless!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We stayed at this hotel for a mini vacation just the husband and I lol, 2 days, it is a beautiful hotel very clean and with many amenities, fresh linens and super comfy bed! all was working good ( ac,hot/cold water, toilet, alarm, tv, lights ect ) very well maintained, great staff also.
will definitely stay here again!

We stay at the Magnolia 1st week of December 2016. Very nice hotel with contemporary feel in grand old hotel. We stayed on the top floor corner room, the view was great in several directions. Comfortable beds/ pillows with large bathroom with large tub and walk in shower, Don't miss the milk & cookies on the 2nd floor early evenings.

The rooms were nice and expensive. The bar in the lobby and outdoor fire pit were great for meeting people at night

We have stayed here several times and love it! The hotel is clean, modern, and everyone is helpful. The breakfast options are good, beds are comfy, easy to get to with free parking, and nice amenities. It doesn't smell either like some hotels. All of this has been consistent every time we stay.

This palce is nice, modern, comfy and good staff. Breakfast is average, but included. The saltwater pool and hottub are really relaxing.

It is very beautiful it has an outdoors pool,a indoors gym,a bar,and much more I would recommend it very much, and the people that work there are very nice and we can go out for dinner in somewhere nearby like chick fil a very good.

Staff was very professional and attentive when we made requests for extra towels, keycards, etc. Rooms were very clean. The breakfast had almost no fruit available, just a banana or an apple so that was slightly disappointing but overall it was a pleasant, comfortable stay.

Besides only have one room key for everyone to share, which I'm sure will change soon. Its was a great pick! The hotel is very clean and modern. Fire pit outside with lots of setting.The pool and hot tub changes crazy colors at night so it was even harder to pull the kids out. Also, 24 hour fitness room. The lobby has lots of setting for breakfast, many tvs, a mini bar, 2 computers with printer and an atm. Breakfast ends at 9 on weekdays so it was a little early for us but on top of everything at this great hotel customer service was amazing! Zalen went above and beyond for us. He is only one of the many employees that made our experience wonderful.
