I would never stay in this place again! My tv did not work. They changed out the batteries to remote because apparently thats what it was but IT WAS NOT! My telephone for room service did not work. Nothing was done about that so i used my cellphone.
Everytime i called the front desk they were bothered. The trundle was falling apart and the sofa bed was crooked. Horrible nights of sleep! I do not recommend there suites for a bigger family.

Front desk people are the greatest and accommodating. Handle all issues with the quickness. Rooms are clean and updated. Will definitely stay here again.

Pool was great!! Rooms were comfortable and sapacious. My family had an awesome time and were very happy with our stay. There was blood on the light switch in our bathroom I took a picture and showed it to the concierge. They took care of it immediatly. Other than that the stay was👍

The room was beautiful. The wifi wasnt working and when i asked for help they gave me a number. The number never answered so my wifi never worked.

Booked a room, and the toilet was broken. They moved us to another one quickly, without giving us much of a hassle.

Service was nice rooms were clean ,but once me and my wife wanted to go down and enjoy pool and hot tub people had food around the pool and were eating in the pool as well needless to say we ended up leaving early from the pool hope next time our stay is a bit better

Was clean but the air conditioning is based on a motion sensor. Turns off while you are sleeping. Can not sleep with the air turning off. Would try someplace else next time. Everything else was good. Just a lack of sleep...

Room 416 arrived around midnight. Advertised as two queens and a sofa bed. Not really a sofa bed. More like a sofa with a pull out. You can sleep on both the sofa and the pull out but the room only comes with one blanket set. Front desk offered a set of sheets but said they had no access to blankets. Good thing we brought our own blanket.

Bathroom design is awkward because it is split. One half has the shower tub with a sink. The other half is the toilet and another sink. The doorways are about ten feet apart. Both have rolling barn type doors with handles only on the outside. Once you close the door, all you have is the locking mechanism to try and pull door open.

Room comes with a microwave and mini fridge.

Beds are firm and comfy with three pillows each. Room curtains are nice and dark. Lamps at desk and nightstand have two USB ports each for device charging. Nightstand access to AC is cumbersome with only two plugs hidden behind unit.

Overall hotel and room has a modern look and is very clean so I would recommend it.

Very nice place within walking distance of the convention center! Had a shuttle service during the con I went to which made everything very easy. Good service and helpful staff. The room was perfect for the 4 young adults who shared it. Would definitely stay here again 💯

It is nice hotel bit outside the city. Breakfast is served in Buffet but has no live kitchen. No other meals are served as it has no restaurant in hotel. There is a market next to hotel which hosts Domino's or some other food joints. However La Plaza a mall is good options at 5 miles for food and shopping. There is Lebanese and Mexican food joint available on walking distance

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sprinhill Suites. Rooms were cozy. Staff was great. Only problem I had was towels. Most hotels give you 4 body towels when you stay in a room with 2 queens and a roll out. Other than that, hotels was clean, breakfast was great and beds were comfy.

King suite is clean, functional, dimly lit, TV seems to play only 20 year old programming or current junk, no premium, didn't see fox news, breakfast buffet typical but acceptable, eggs, rotate sausage patties, links, bacon, oatmeal daily, staff very nice helpful, plenty of parking, a ice cold, maybe room enough for family of 4, couch large enough to sleep on, small work desk, 1 desk chair, kitchen is hutch with mini fridge, microwave, Residence Inn 4.5 stars 30% more Sq ft, house 5-6 easily.

Wonderful accomodations with a very attentive staff. They also offer free 24/7 shuttle to and from airport.

Springhill Suites has a beautiful lobby, friendly staff, and appears to have customers that stay for business reasons. You can choose a room with a king size bed or a room with two queens. They also have beer, wine, chips, ice cream, and other snacks for sale in the lobby.

Nice hotel, very clean, I would stay there again but be warned hotel is next to a road that gets alot of traffic so you hear cars and trucks throughout the night.

La ubicación del hotel está muy junto a la carretera y se escucha el ruido de los camiones. Las habitaciones bien, pero el WC está aparte de la regadera, algo no muy usual. Las instalaciones muy bien y el mobiliario del hotel está muy bien. El colchón es suave y las almohadas para mí gusta muy bajas.

The hotel was very clean and organized. It has a very contemporary feel to the environment, from the lobby to the hotel room. Very good rates compared to other hotels in McAllen if you're willing to drive an extra couple of minutes to where you need to get to. Plus it's right next to the expressway and several restaurants.

On our last stay here, we were given a room on the same floor (next to a room) that was being remodeled. This was oh so fun with a 6 month old who just wanted some quiet time to stretch her legs out and sleep. The pool was very tiny and the floor we were on was chaotic at best. It had furniture thrown/stacked in the hallway (classy!). In any case it was a decent stay but I expected a bit more from a 3 star hotel that has 4.6/5 rating on Expedia. The breakfast was OK, at least it was free? Good luck.

The rooms are laid out very nicely. It's relatively up to date and very clean and quiet. The area is a little dead, but free happy hour during the week makes it better. I stay here Everytime I visit the valley.

I actually love the modern feel to the room and the cleanliness of it also. I just didnt like the fact that my shower door didnt close all the way and some of the water came out. Also the indoor pool is small but the hot tub is very warm and relaxing.
