Definitely one of the nicer Marriott properties in Memphis. They've been recently updated, clean, nice staff and good location.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds, clean and pretty cozy. Nice staff and decent breakfast. Only complaint was a strange vomit like odor in the bathroom, but it was resolved quickly.

Clean newly renovated room, with a wonderful friendly staff. The moment you walk in, you will be greeted by staff and, Some treats and coffee are available to help shake off the memories of that long drive of work shift.
Basic but hot breakfast with eggs a meat and pastries are provided every morning.

The location is wonderful. It is far enough outside of Memphis in an area that seems much safer than other places I have stayed. You have a large shopping mall, several chain eateries, and a gas station all located along the service road, sun was a little too hot for me but, within walking distance.

The hotel was clean and very accommodating. The whole place looks new. Has plenty of lawn to walk your dogs and restaurants near by. A little drive for Memphis but very comfortable. The breakfast is simple and they stick to their hours. The pool well it needs to be drained out and scrubbed got in once and was not interested in going in again. Dirty towels everywhere in the pool area. Lastly, the front lobby has female receptionist during the day that are not at their desk or simply don’t like to ask “can I help you with something”. They have to improve here most definitely.

There were a lot of kids and families which we're running around at all hours of the night making a lot of noise. Breakfast was good but very crowded. Overall pleased with the stay but could've been quieter.

Like the rooms are clean ,staff friendly and attentive. My only complain is pushy continental breakfast attendant older lady kept rushing me when I was with 4 grand boys trying to get their breakfast. Sure there was folks in line but don't have to be rushing no-one especially when its a parent getting their kids fed.

Clean, modern. Same breakfast from Fairfields or Courtyard Marriott. It's basically a Fairfield, with some of the fancy stuff removed. They did an excellent job choosing where to save money, while still making the place nice.

Friendly staff, clean room and decent breakfast. All issues were addressed immediately. I would stay at this location again.

When my family and I got to the hotel there was an issue with the price we were told one price and when we checked in it was going to be more that what was told but the laid at the desk told us not to worry that she will take care of it and she did. This place was amazing I do not see why people are giving them bad review we had a lovely bed room for 7 people hot tub and pool was great and had a delicious breakfast I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would go back.

This hotel was a happy surprise. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed our time in the spa. The breakfast was European in style, with meat, cheeses, yogurt, croissants and exceeded scones. Overall, a real treat!

They have improved greatly! Rooms are getting updated and they really did a nice job on the rooms that have been completed!

We stayed here one night. They are currently undergoing Renovations the third floor is not available. Breakfast was good, the rooms were a little older but comfortable.

Hotel is currently being renovated to update furnishings. The hotel is still comfortable and has all needed amenities. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Close to Wolfchase Mall and many restaurants and shopping needs.

Location is great and near lots of shopping and fun things to do. The rooms were clean but nothing special. The hotel had signs posted about a remodel coming March 2018

The staff was very welcoming, pleasant even suggested if there was a big event taking place in town.House keeping was helpful, they served breakfast and made sure there was an adequate amount for there guest. My room was clean and we'll stock. I have really enjoyed my stay here at the Springhill Suites

Beautiful Hotel inside and out, Great service, rented out for family coming from out of town. The rooms were spacious for a family of 8. Indoor pool , and free breakfast. Shopping stores and restraunts around the neighborhood. They had a great stay and ill be looking forward to using you again.

The hotel is okay. TV is located in the sofa area and there is no TV in the bed room TV. Staff is horrible and they don't care. If you are veggie, breakfast is no good. All rotten fruits in the tray.

The room was clean and well stocked. The air conditioning was already turned on when entering the room. The staff at the front desk was kind and informative. The internet worked without any hassle.

Just outside of Memphis (10-20minutes). Pool and hot tub and fitness center. Front staff friendly and helpful. Sound dampening between floors is why four not five stars. Lots of stomping but no words filtered through.

Very nice location convenient to shopping mall and highway to get to downtown for entertainment district.Beale St..Room was clean,modern and spacious enough for three adults. Employees​ were nice and helpful.

Service was great, very accommodating for food delivery. kids loved swimming and taking a break from on the road travels. Breakfast was yummy too!

The staff and the manager are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are always nice and clean which is half the battle when traveling. Love the breakfast bar and coffee station great way to start and end a day when traveling. Never had an issue always stay in the same area when here love the suites, never stay anywhere else when in town.

Hotel staff was very helpful when I called to confirm location. They were friendly and very knowledgeable about the area when we checked in. Good location with easy access off I40. Fresh clean smell. Rooms a nice size.

Second time staying at this property. Great location. Good value. Clean. Friendly front desk staff. Marketplace small and few selections compared to other Springhill Suites.

Very nice hotel. Enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. The breakfast was really good.

Staff was nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. Good breakfast.

They had lost our reservation when we arrived, said it was for a different day. Once they do understand it and we got to the room the room category was wrong and it smelled like stale smoke. They did switch us immediately so that was good. Otherwise the rest of the stay was ok.

Hotel is now a little bit old. People working there are quite frendly. Rooms need more maintenance but overall they are ok. Included breakfast is very basic but has everything needed just to drag something and go to the office.

Enjoyed my visit and had wonderful service

Location is amazing. Just a couple of mins away from the wolfchase and the I-40. Rooms are pretty decent. Hot water all the time. TV can be improved.

The hotel and the pool were great we stayed during a weeknight the pool and spa all to our selves. They have a nice outside area where we could sit and eat our food. The breakfast they had was also very good.

Nice place for family with easy access to interstate shopping and food and of course minutes from Memphis. Service was very professional and breakfast was nice and hot, nothing special. Room was large although tv in weird place for the suite setup. Overall great experience

A great hotel that is within walking distance of my two favorite restaurants, Hooters and Texas Roadhouse. The staff is great and very attentive. Overall the rooms are great and the place is very easy to find. Parking was never an issue nor did I ever feel like the neighborhood was unsafe. This will be my new regular when taking care of customers in Memphis / Cordova. A+

First off, I like that the hotel staff was very nice and courteous. The room was very nice and the breakfast was always ready for me when I got back from work. I will definitely be coming back to spring hill suites when I have to come for work again

Very nice. Staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Memphis.

I was here for about a month. They have an excellent service, the bed is really comfortable, all the personnel is really kind, they makes your experience in the hotel much better. I'd experienced some small issues with the cleaning, but as soon as I talked to the manager, I think her name is Jill (she always has a big great smile to the customer), everything gets solved immediately, and never happened again; I wish there were more managers like her. In the time I was there, all the carpet of the hotel was completely cleaned, even the carpet smelled really fresh after the cleaning. The only bad thing in here, was the breakfast, it's delicious, but after a few days, the same breakfast became kind of boring, but the breakfast is only a complimentary service, so, they do an excellent work making your stay cozy.

OMG! What an FANTASTIC experience we all had right now to this day my Mt. Zion church members are still taking about their stay in Memphis. The rooms were FABULOUS, the breakfast was DELICIOUS, and not to mention SUPERIOR customer service. Ms. Tonya was absolutely AWESOME with checking in our group upon arriving earlier than expected, and being on the road for 8hrs all the way from DALLAS she welcomed us in with a SMILE to have breakfast while she worked to get everyone checked in... 100% SUPERB customer service for her and the entire staff!!!! Trust me you will enjoy your hotel experience the location is GREAT immediately access to shopping and eateries... If you plan on visiting soon I promise you will ENJOY it!!

I throughly enjoyed my stay! Rooms were very up to date, clean and spacious! I am quite a hotel snob and I found everything about this hotel to be on target. Breakfast is exceptional! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay again myself!
